I even use to work at a venue myself, so I really understood the ins and outs of the industry. Everything was beyond excellent from beginning to end. So organized, so accommodating, and so flexible! I love Stephanie and Whitney so much. They really care and do their best to make your big day beyond what you expect. I hate venues that try to have hidden costs and nickle and dime you along the way. Gleneagles is absolutely a dream and I will never forget how amazing everything turned out to be. You will forever hold a special place in my heart <3

The golf course made a wonderful backdrop for photos, and for the guests during cocktail hour. If you're looking for a classy venue that knows how to throw an event, definitely go for Gleneagles. Stephanie and Diane were wonderful to work with as well!

The rooms are already gorgeous, and the linens, chairs, and table settings that Gleneagles has are also beautiful. The evening was just everything we could have ever hoped for!

ear affordable, but it turns out that's because their work is not good or customer service is terrible- I learned this the hard way. If my now-husband wasn't so against it, I would've gladly gone to City Hall to avoid this nonsense. Thankfully Gleneagles was none of those things and was exceptional in every way that mattered to me. They do not charge highway robbery rates for anything, they don't require crazy F&B minimums, and unless you have specific needs for your aesthetic, they provide all the basics for a wedding reception (chairs, charger plates, votive candles, silverware, etc.) which helps you save a lot on rentals. You can also source rentals through Gleneagles as a pass-through cost which for me was significantly less than working directly with a rental company/decorator. Their food is top notch. Because my husband and I are SoCal transplants, almost all of our 120 guests were from out of state and it was important to us that they were well fed. After the wedding we had so many guests, unprompted, tell us how great the food was. A few ranked it one of the best, if not the best, wedding food they've ever had. The venue is classic and elegant, not too trendy or modern- it may not be everyone's cup of tea but it was exactly what I was looking for. We booked the entire clubhouse and opted for an indoor ceremony & reception, but all the rooms have easy outdoor access via the patio for guests. Also most of the walls are huge floor to ceiling windows that look out into the expansive golf course from the second floor, so the views are awesome. And last but not least, they have AMAZING customer service. Their staff on the day of was so great and accommodating. And Stephanie was by far the most responsive, attentive, flexible, considerate, and genuine person I worked with throughout my wedding planning process.

ing. The biggest issue we had was that the format of the room is a little tricky -- it is not a perfect rectange, rather the room is kind of a "V" shape. We struggled with how to situate the dance floor, cakes, and tables so that everyone would feel included and joined. We ended up putting the dance floor in the middle between the two rooms, which I think worked out spendidly!

e best part was the two weeks leading up to and the day of she was available to me any time I had a question or wanted to double check the details. The staff the day of was GREAT to my wedding party and of course all of our guests; no request was too big and each of them had a smile for everyone. The meal(serving 150) was absolutely AMAZING! Everyone of my guests has let my family and I know they were just blown away that plated meals serving that many could be so good. I am an event planner so letting go of running the event was a little tough, but Kristin was there reminding me that I was the bride and she was handling all of the details. Including setting up all of my other vendors: arrival, setup, tear down and departure. She took over communication with my vendors the week before the reception and everything was planned. It was so nice to not have to worry about when the florist-DJ-Cake- would arrive, etc. Gleneagles went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was just that, a dream come true!

line (we had about 150 people). The only thing that was not top notch was water refills, a bit slow. We has the prime rib buffet with the mash potato martini station, and I still have family and friends say how good the food was. I also used there recommended DJ and he was also Great (never an empty dance floor and very appropriate)! The staff went above and beyond, not only did the coordinator make it flow flawlessly, they even organized and conducted the entire exit with sparklers, it looked phenomenal! They also packed my husband and I to go boxes with some of all the food and two pieces of brides cake and two pieces of grooms cake and had it along with a bottle of champagne in our get away vehicle, it was a great little surprise! I would recommend Gleneagles to any bride or anyone having a nice event.

dding planner leaves at 6 (the reception lasted until 8:30) and the person who does stay to help had not been briefed on any of the information to make the reception go smoothly. They have a discourteous, unhelpful staff and I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Here's some of the extra things she did that we loved on the day of: She coordinated all major events with the DJ so that the entire event ran smoothly from event to event, when we arrived from the church cocktail hour was in full swing and she tucked us away in a separate room where they had set up a sampler plate for both my husband and I of all the hors d'oeuvres our guests were eating and got us a drink to have with our food so he and I got our own little private party, she was always where you needed her during the night to let you know what was up next or where to be, and as we were leaving the reception she let us know there was a piece of both of our cakes in the car we were leaving in (cause we didn't have time to grab a slice) and it turns out they had packed us a piece of each of our cakes and a fruit basket with champagne! Just little touches like that made our day run so smoothly and the next day when my parents went back to pack up the centerpieces, someone at Gleneagles had already packed and boxed them for my parents so all my parents had to do was load them into the car.

d definitely has that country club feeling. We had a lighting company come in to change the ambiance of the room which I would definitely recommend. People said it looked the best they had ever seen it (and many of them had been there for numerous other occasions).

mate event which is exactly what my husband and I wanted. Everyone complimented the venue and loved how intimate it was. The staff worked above and beyond to make that night so special!
