I recently used glow for my wedding in September. They were amazing! I worked with Brenda who was a sweet heart. She was so patient and explained everything. I felt comfortable to contact her when I had any question. They worked with my budget which was awesome. I decided to pick up my linens, when I went in I met the co owner. I forgot her name but she was so sweet. She made some additional suggestions for my wedding reception that would make my head table look beautiful.She suggested two beautiful chargers for my head table with napkin rings, when I told her it wasn’t in my budget, she let me take them with no charge. I wanted to cry because things start to add up and all I wanted was to make everything look beautiful but sometimes money makes you put a hold on things.It was two days before my wedding, it made my day after a stressful month before the wedding. Little things like that make you feel like an appreciated customer.
The decorations here are expensive, but they are very pretty, and they were willing to work with my coordinator to get what I needed within my budget.
The Glow Concepts team was great! They maintained communication leading up to our wedding date, ensuring all of our planning needs were met. They were so professional and helpful! Excellent customer service!
Eng and her team at Glow Concepts are amazing. We received so many compliments on our linens. They really are a one stop shop as we ordered everything from table linens & napkins, chargers, to rhinestone table numbers! Everything that comes out of that place is exsquisite! They truely made our wedding look and feel like a "platinum wedding"!
I went to 3 different linen companies before deciding on which one to use for my wedding. I drove all the way from Mission Viejo to meet with Glow Concepts as I saw them on a tv show and really wanted to like them.
They are EXTREMELY. I walked in and was instantly drawn to their linens ( I will admit they have have some nice stuff). While I was heading over the lady stopped me and said "before you start looking what's your budget". I said i was unsure and wanted to first look to see if I saw anything I like however she was very insistent on getting a number down a paper.
Finally I said "I don't know maybe $30 per table". well that must have insulted her because she went from mildly rude to super rude. I decided it was not worth my time any more so I ended up leaving after just 15 minutes and having seen no linens.
I ended up going to another linen company were I was able to look a linens without feeling like I was meeting with a used car sales men.

Visit to Showroom: April 10, 2010
As I was planning my wedding from Florida, my parents received information and advertisements from Glow Concepts at a bridal show they attended for me and said they had a beautiful set up. However, when I emailed them with my wedding information to start talking pricing and options, I received this and only this in a response email:
“QUEEN MARY IS A VERY TOUGH PLACE TO DELIVER CHIAVARI CHAIR. WE WILL CHARGE HIGH DELIVERY AND PICK UP FEE $250 FOR THIS LOCATION.”
Needless to say I was a little taken aback, and wrote as much, at which time they realized this email was meant to be sent internally. They apologized and I made an appointment to visit their showroom anyway.
My disappointment with this company did not end once we arrived. Their showroom was so warm, I felt like I was going to pass out. I think it was all the spotlights, but it wasn’t even a warm day, (April!) and it was so unbearable I had to sit down. And there we sat for the next 10 minutes, until someone acknowledged us (we had an appointment) in their tiny room. They have very pretty things, but an extremely limited selection. It seems they deal more in expensive, custom work than “off-the-rack” linens and settings, which is fine, just not what we were looking for. They did not have anything close to the green I was looking for (even on the sheet of fabric swatches they said they could order), but when I told the salesperson as much, she continued to push this one apple green fabric (my color was olive). She literally said “No, this is a good color.” That’s fine, but not for me! Very pushy and unprofessional – needless to say, I did not go with Glow Concepts.
