Laura was wonderful and the guys who helped deliver even came back with their tall ladder to help us install lights in the trees by our tent! We had a wonderful experience using GOFF! Thank you all for everything!
Overall, we had a mediocre experience but that was only after we paid for last minute additions to our order and then paid for things we ended up not needing. Never having experience with a tent rental company, they did not inform me that tent walls are an additional reservation to the tent itself. Not sure why they did not take advantage of an opportunity to up-sell me. It was only made clear to me after I inquired I was interested in renting A/C units and that they recommend having tent walls to keep the cool air inside. Once they made that recommendation, the matching walls were not available. Later, they were able to order more, but only after we made a complaint. Also during our planning discussions, we added a tent for our catering vendor. After the nightmare of the large tent order and the walls, the same thing happened with the catering tent to where the walls were not added to our order (nor ever offered). It was only when they installed the tents the day BEFORE our wedding did we discover no walls were reserved. We had to make an emergency order and they delivered/installed it the next morning before the wedding (thankfully), after we paid for it and charged another delivery fee. On the day of the original installation, I was told beforehand that the installing crew would call when they were en route (told on two occasions), and did not receive a call prior to their arrival. When we reserved the A/C units, no one explained that they would not make a difference UNLESS ice cold water was used. We found out when we tested them out the day before the wedding. When we asked specific questions of how to use the generators and how much gasoline would be needed to power the lights and A/C units throughout the night, they did not have an answer and said they have never been asked that question. So as a precaution, we purchased several 5-gallon tanks and gas for the night thinking we didn’t want to run out of fuel for the A/C units. Ultimately, because of the lack of information, we didn’t use the A/C units (were not blowing cold air whatsoever), didn’t use any of the gas or the spare generators, and because they recommended we needed tent walls to keep the cold A/C air inside the tent, we ended up not even using the tent walls!!!! The A/C units were a complete joke. The day was very warm and with no cool, flowing air, we removed the tent walls altogether because it was miserable inside. So in total there was a bunch of wasted money spent because no one took the time to give us information. I totaled to over $1000 in wasted expenses. If you’re looking for something straight forward and you know what you’re doing, you could use Goff’s. But if you’re looking for someone to help you along and help make informed decisions, I would not recommend.
Great service and wonderful people. Had our dance floor set up and ready to go for our reception and came and picked it up the next day. They have a few options to choose from depending on the feel of your venue and taste. So happy we were able to have them provide our dance floor for us.
Goff Rentals is always a great source of rentals! This is our third event with them, and we have been very pleased.
When I first started working with this company, they were great (I was working with Tiffany Goff, and she was awesome!). The closer I got to my wedding date, the more the customer service started to waiver. I kept working with a woman named Jessica, and she was nice, but not always completely helpful, and sometimes on the phone just sounded annoyed, but I was able to get everything paid and set up. The actual tent, table, chairs, and dance floor were AMAZING, and that set up crew was WONDERFUL. However, when it came to the linen rental, I'm not sure what went wrong. My husband was the one setting everything up, and he said the linens came from a completely separate person at a different time than the rest of our rental, and they were all different shapes and sizes, and different materials! Some were satin, some were linen, and the majority were oval table cloths and we only had rectangle tables! He also said there were food stains on a lot of them when they were delivered. All in all, the tent and table/chairs rental were great, but the whole linen fiasco just left a bad taste in my mouth about this company. If you're going to rent linens, I would suggest maybe going through a different company.
We received Terrible service. Goff was suppose to supply our tent for our Sept 2 wedding. He came on site in July and confirmed the positioning and stated that if it looked like rain the week of the wedding the tent needed to be set up a couple of days before hand so the ground would not be wet. Hurricane Harvey was suppose to dump rain in our area starting sept 1. I personally called and was told our tent could not be set up until the first because the set up crews had been over booked. We had to get our tent from another vendor at the last minute who came after hours to make sure our tent was set up. The day was saved but there was so much stress caused by the tent experience. Very unprofessional group and I felt like our event was not important
We used Goff Tent Rentals for my daughter's outdoor wedding and everything was perfect! The tent was delivered to Jackson County - Annville, KY - no issues. The team did an amazing job putting it up. The tent, tables, linens, and garden chairs were top quality - I could not have asked for anything better! Thank you so much for making my daughter' day so special!!!

I was so pleased with Goff Tents & Events. First in price, they were very reasonable in comparison to the other places. Also - I called on three separate occasions to add pieces to my order and they were great about getting me exactly what I needed. On the day of set-up the guys that came to set up my 40 x 120 tent (and there were probably 8 or 9 of them) were fantastic. They worked like crazy to get it up for us, and I'm pretty sure if we wouldn't have brought them some pizza they would have worked through lunch. I am so happy with Goff that if I ever have another event I know where to go. Thank you!
We planned an outdoor wedding that required delivery and pick-up that day. Goffs was fantastic on their hours for set-up, and their price included setting up the chairs and breaking them down. Many other rentals weren't nearly as flexible creating more stress for us in the planning process.
With our wedding, we had a last minute ceremony venue change. They handled it seamlessly. I will definitely use them again in the future for any rentals.
Goff Tents and Events Supplied the chairs for my daughters outdoor wedding. Placement of the chairs was perfect, employees were polite, knowledgable and prompt, the chairs were magically there when we arrived and quietly gone at the appointed time! This review is based on the telephone conversations. I called as mother of the bride in panic mode. (isn't that the mode for all mothers of the bride!). Kira was so helpful on the phone she went above and beyond helping me figure out what I needed. I feel like I have no worries about our upcoming wedding because she has everything under control! Kira has made me very happy that we have chosen this vendor for our wedding I'm sure she has it all exactly Planned and ordered. They are lucky for such a wonderful employee and we are blessed that we chose them. Thank you thank you thank you Kira I'm sure Friday I will be thanking you again as the staff gets our venue set up!

Great service
We rented chairs, tables, and a tent from Goff. They were extremely easy to work with. They showed up on time, had everything set up and then found me to give the final approval of how everything looked before they left the venue. From the first call inquiring about prices to the delivery and set up, everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend them!
Goff did a great job with helping me pick out the right stuff to being willing to make changes at the last minute. The staff that set the tents up were awesome and everything was beautiful. I would definitely rent from Goff again.
I rented a tent, garden chairs, and some different tables from Goff for my outdoor wedding and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Each person I interacted with was so nice and personable and had helpful advice and information. Their prices are better than their competitors, as well. I would highly recommend them for any party rentals- they are very professional and knowledgable about their industry!
The tables and chairs that Goff provided for our wedding were incredibly, sturdy, comfortable and worked just perfect in the space. And the chandeliers, made our event look truly special and elegant! I do recommend being there for the set-up process to direct the staff with specifics, but they do all the work and tear down for you too. Excellent value!

They let me talk through my vision, change my rentals and showed me example pictures. They truly go above and beyond. The staff was awesome! We were amazed by how beautiful everything turned out. Much more than we ever expected. Ian was so helpful, she just took care of everything. Goff Tents and their staff are amazing! We will definitely use them for all of our future events.

I used GOFF Tents for my outdoor wedding. We rented Tables, chairs, linens, lights, a Tent with sides, and a dance floor. I had to change my order multiple times, even the week of the wedding (due to the weather forecast) and each time Ian was very nice and helpful. He was very accommodating when our venue requested they deliver everything 3 days before the event. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality and affordable rentals.
Working with GOFF Southeast Tents was so easy. My husband and I got engaged in May and decided we wanted to get married ASAP. When most rental companies and venues were telling me I was crazy to have waited so late to try to plan a wedding for October, GOFF said it was no problem and had everything I needed. They also were very accommodating when I changed my mind multiple times. The team that brought the rentals was great and set everything up just perfect. I would highly recommend GOFF to anyone looking to rent event items.
Goff Tents exceeded my rental needs. From the tent to dance floor, tables, chairs, linens and beautiful lighting. I will ALWAYS refer Goff Tents to all of my friends. They were so pleasant and easy to work with. They provided excellent service and the crew staff was extremely professional!
The couple gave us some additional ideas to save money but help decorate. They gave us the name to other vendors for tobacco cloth and idea for a bourbon bar. Need to meet in person or talk on the phone- had some confusion trying to communicate via email from another state. Additionally, the guys showed up and forgot some equipment but the Goff's got it to me ASAP!
