Lindsay's culinary expertise and professionalism made our wedding day an absolute delight, and we wholeheartedly give her services a five-star rating. From the moment we started planning, Lindsay's clear communication and warm personality put us at ease.
She flawlessly prepared a three-course meal for 70 guests, and each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented with meticulous attention to detail. The gnocchi with morel mushrooms was a standout, leaving a lasting impression on everyone. Even the traditional dish we requested was a delicious surprise.
Lindsay and her team's impeccable service made the evening run seamlessly, and they left our home spotless afterward. For the level of quality and dedication she brought to our special day, the value was exceptional. We are thrilled to recommend Lindsay's services to anyone seeking an exceptional culinary experience for their event or wedding.
Thank you, Lindsay, for making our wedding day truly unforgettable!
All I can say is, 'WOW'! Our backyard wedding reception for 12 people felt like a magical feast in a forest because of Lindsey, Sandra, and Fanny's thorough planning and flawless execution. Our friends left saying how it was the BEST food they had ever had at a wedding, and I have to agree! I was looking for someone to make food onsite in our kitchen, provide table service, pack up leftovers, and clean up. I feel like we got the best of everything and then some. They arrived on time with all the equipment they needed. Prep was completed easily and Lindsey was super flexible when we got back an hour later than I said we would from pictures. Appetizers flew off the platters because they were so good (fried squash blossoms with ricotta filling - SO GOOD). Table service went super-smoothly, even though we were outside and working around two little kids and a dog. They also helped feed our photographer while the rest of dinner was going on. Not a single bit of food went to waste after dinner, which we so appreciate. We've been eating for days and still have lots. Plus, our kitchen was completely spotless when they left.
They were all so easy to work with on planning the menu and décor. Even with a ton of dietary restrictions Lindsey still gave me a bunch of options for each course. I wish I could have chosen them all because they sounded so good, and I never worried for a second that we didn't get to try the dishes ahead of time. Lindsey is an absolute pro. Trust in her skills and you will have one of the best meals of your entire life!
The decorations that Sandra put together fit our theme perfectly and turned out even better than I ever hoped. I'm sure she could do any kind of theme and it would turn out Pinterest/Insta-worthy. Give yourself the gift of pretty things on the table for your wedding that you don't have to source or figure out what to do with after the event.
We knew we wanted to go all in on food since our wedding was going to be so small and we were having the reception at home. It was worth every penny not just for the food, but the extras we went for like the themed décor (woodsy/nature), non-alcoholic drinks (cherry lemonade!), and post-wedding meals for when you want to just enjoy being newlyweds. Finish your wedding wrap-up tasks while grabbing delicious food out of the fridge (bread pudding with coffee crème anglaise for breakfast the morning after the wedding - such a delight) and don't worry about deciding what to eat. You just finished a wedding and should celebrate making it through all the stress of planning too.
Hire Gold Dust Provisions! When you have them on your team, you won't have to stress about one of the biggest elements of your big day. I'm already trying to figure out the next big event where I can have them back.
