Golden Gate Entertainment was AMAZING. Kyle did an incredible job and we are still getting compliments about him 3 months later! Out of all of our amazing wedding vendors, he was probably my favorite vendor we used! The dance floor was always moving and people were having so much fun. Golden Gate Entertainment was an absolute breath of fresh air! Truly, Kyle was AMAZING from start to finish. He took time to explain different packages and what they offer in order to accommodate our wants and needs from every single angle of entertainment for our wedding. We also touched base prior to the wedding and reviewed everything from ceremony to reception to last dance/send off. Kyle is awesome! If you are looking for a DJ just book him, you won’t regret it. He and his crew worked my wedding last month and there’s not a single thing I would have changed except maybe getting him to stay longer! We had an hour long conversation the week before the wedding just because he wanted to really understand the flow of our day and the vibe we wanted to create for our guests which I totally appreciated. And let me tell you, he understood the assignment! He is so fun and personable and literally kept the dance floor packed all night. No matter your taste in music, he is so versatile and can please any crowd. My crew can get pretty rowdy which I told him beforehand and he successfully kept the booties shaking all night! Also his pricing is sooo fair and reasonable compared to so many other Chattanooga options I looked at. Let me save you some legwork and just book him lol

DJ Kyle was awesome! We hired him for our wedding and I would recommend him to anyone! The music was great and on point. Everyone was out on the dance floor from the time it opened to the final song. His communication was great leading up to the wedding and we had zero snags which is exactly what we wanted for our wedding. 10/10

If we could give 10 stars WE WOULD! By far the BEST DJ! We had so many friends and family approach us saying how the DJ was the best DJ they have ever seen at a wedding. Kyle listened to every detail and request. His setup was incredible and the equipment is such good quality! We had a destination wedding in Birchwood, TN. When we started looking into DJ’s, we knew we wanted a DJ/MC/hype man. Quickly, we knew that Kyle was the perfect guy for the job! He was very kind and we could tell he was excited for the overall 70’s vibe we wanted for our wedding. He offered any and all help throughout the process. He was prompt in email responses and made sure to perfectly construct a song list that everyone at our wedding would love. From the ceremony, to cocktail/dinner, to the reception, he surpassed every exception we had. Our guests are still raving about our DJ! I don’t think I spent more than 2 minutes off of the dance floor the entire night. He made sure to have our best interests at heart and kept the party going all night long! He really helped to make it such an awesome day. On top of everything, we were able to add on our photo booth through him as well and we got a copy of every picture that was taken! Great communication and really got to know the vibe of our wedding

10000/10 recommend! Kyle really took time to understand what my husband and I were wanting our wedding to feel like at every stage of the day. We had so many of our guests come up to us and praise the DJ. The words “You found the best DJ in all of Tennessee” were spoken all night!

We hired Golden Gate Entertainment for our wedding this past weekend and holy moly did Kyle exceed our expectations! He was very lively the whole entire night and he kept the vibes perfect all night to keep people on the dance floor! The pink phone was a huge hit, as well as Dancing on a cloud. 10/10 would recommend. Kyle was phenomenal and if we got married a hundred times over we would pick him as our wedding DJ every time! Kyle made sure to thoroughly discuss our vision for the day multiple times, was extremely energetic and enthusiastic to hear our ideas, and overall just had amazing vibes. The day of ran so smoothly even though our outdoor venue got rained out. Kyle was able to adapt and still had all of his equipment set up in time. What set Kyle apart was our very detailed meeting where he really helped us create our music vision. Then on the day of he really read the room and tailored his play list to us and our guests even more. Kyle was very organized and double checked details to make sure names were pronounced correctly. Everyone loved the photobooth too! A fun and unique addition.

Kyle was fantastic! Having a smooth flowing wedding was important to us and Kyle did a fantastic job working with our planner to move guests seamlessly from one part of the day to the next. Also our dance party was AMAZING. He really took our musical requests and gave us everything we wanted and more. I think at one point he was mixing early 90's mom pop/country into house/EDM tracks. Matt was a phenomenal DJ and MC! Right from our first conversation, we felt very confident having him play. The end result was fantastic. We have not really attended many western weddings so we were not quite sure what all a DJ/MC does at the wedding. However, talking to Matt made us felt at ease. About a week or so before the wedding Matt requested a detailed list of tracks and when we would like to play them (e.g., cake cutting, welcome toast, etc.). We also sent 2 playlists to Matt with the kind of songs we'd like at the wedding. One included english songs and the other was Bollywood music. Also before the wedding, Matt had a conversation with us to understand our likes and our wavelength better. We even added songs last minute and he was happy to accommodate them. On the day of Matt really smashed it. We really felt like stars with how the background music came on. He even coordinated a surprise dance routine organized by some of my friends. Once the dance floor was open, everyone participated. Language was not a barrier. He blended in different moods throughout the night. My wife and I still don't know how he figured out some songs were just for us. All in all, we had a great time. We will always remember the different parts of our wedding with music Matt played. Highly recommend!

We have been able to experience Golden Gate as wedding guest and as the bride and groom and would never choose another DJ. Matt and Kyle obviously love what they do and that makes them so fun to have at your event. We worked with Matt for our wedding and he was pro active to reach out and made sure all questions were answered along the way. We are so incredibly happy we chose Golden Gate to DJ our wedding - it wouldn’t have been the same without them. Ok, so I’ll start by saying that unfortunately my husband and I didn’t get to dance too much at our own wedding (busy taking pictures and all that), so this feedback is from all our guests, and I’m not kidding when I say everyone was THRILLED with how much fun Kyle and Matt made the reception. They played the perfect bops for the older folks earlier in the evening, and graduated into some ~dance~ music - they really catered to everyone at the wedding! Our family and friends were dancing their butts off! The ceremony music was so stunning, and the transitions were perfect. On top of doing such a perfect job with the music end of things, they also were so kind to my husband and I, all of our other vendors, and our crazy families. They met each request with enthusiasm, and made their jobs look easy. I would 10000% choose Golden Gate again, and you should too!

Kyle was very helpful and attentive from early on in our planning process. I’m so glad that we booked Golden Gate Entertainment for our wedding this September! My husband and I, along with many of our friends and family, are HUGE dancers. We knew that we had to hire a DJ, and they had to be exceptional. Matt with Golden Gate did not disappoint! Prior to our wedding, we filled out a detailed questionnaire that covered all areas of the wedding — what music I would walk down the aisle to, what our first dance song would be, even what song we would cut the cake to! This, along with a phone call with Matt, made me feel confident that our wedding day would go off without a hitch. Matt accommodated a family member of ours who sang while I walked down the aisle by providing a microphone and amp for her guitar. He also accommodated my husband’s love of the Tennessee Volunteers and let him announce the winning score against Florida in front of our friends and family, followed by blaring Rocky Top! It was such a great memory. And the photo booth! We got SO many people complimenting how fun our photo booth was and how awesome it was that you could text/email the picture directly to you after you take it. We also received a link with all of the pictures from the night, which allowed us to truly see how much fun — maybe even too much fun for some! — our friends and family had on our big day! I cannot recommend Golden Gate Entertainment enough. If you want to put on a great evening of dancing, entertainment, and fun, these are your guys!

JUST WOW!!! Above and beyond all expectations. Kyle listened to everything we wanted and gave us just that. They kept the night moving along beautifully and were extremely professional and SO FUN. Music and MC'ing were very important to us and i am so happy we chose Golden Gate Entertainment.

We worked with Matt from Golden Gate for our wedding and it was the best choice! (I’ll just be honest: as I searched for a DJ to hire, I had a weird fear of getting an awkward DJ. I’ve been to a few weddings that gave me such a fear.) Matt was excellent! He was fun, personable, professional, and had great stage presence. He steered the wedding perfectly with announcements. He played so many greats songs, and could read the room flawlessly. He closed our dance floor so epically, too. We told him afterward that he could not have ended that any better, and he said he just knew it would be the perfect song. People couldn’t stop talking about that last dance and we’ll definitely never forget it. We also got the package with uplighting, the monogram and the photo booth which I would highly recommend. Everyone loved it! It made for such a great vibe and party. It actually thunder-stormed like crazy during our reception and the power went out, but the uplighting from Golden Gate was battery powered so the party went on! They saved the day, how perfect is that! Everything about Golden Gate is high quality and we recommend them 10/10!
