n as many dresses as I wanted. There are so many different dresses to choose from, it really seems like there is a dress there for everyone. Grace gives you all of her time and assistance for the time that you're there. I could not have asked for a better experience picking out my dress with all of my loved ones there. Grace is so helpful and sweet, and the dresses are gorgeous and reasonable. I could not have asked for anything more!! Thanks Grace!!

nteractions with Grace were amazing. Loved my time so much. Things began to go downhill when the communication stopped with Grace before our transaction was finished. We needed the veil we paid for, and it didn't arrive when we hoped and we didn't hear from Grace after numerous messages. Finally she got back to say she could guarantee we would have it in December. It only came in February. Then my mom shipped it to me. I wanted to keep it sealed so that it wouldn't get dusty. Last week, I tried it on and it's the wrong veil. Not even close to the one I paid over $500 for. Not the same style, not the same length. I'm devastated. I'm a COVID-19 bride living in Dubai, UAE. My parents and friends can't make our wedding because of travel restrictions. My mom has been amazing trying to get me the veil I tried on in the shop but with the lack of communication with Grace and the wedding day being May 30th, I don't think I'll get what I ordered. Because of this lack of professionalism, I can't recommend Grace. I'm truly thankful that other brides have been happy, but this has been just a hard season, and this seems to be the cherry on the cake.

Grace allowed enough time in my appointment and in her schedule for me to try on the number of dresses i wanted to try on without being rushed. When we finally found the one we celebrated and cherished the precious moments.

She has a great selection of designers with lots of timeless, beautiful styles and in various price ranges. I pretty much loved everything I tried on (and I tried on a lot...). My mom, sister, and mother-in-law had a great experience too and Grace made sure to make them feel very included during the appointment. on over 14 dresses in one sitting, all completely different sizes and styles. Grace made me feel like an absolute princess, never once making me second guess coming out to show off a dress or style, and I so appreciated and trusted her honest opinion. I found a dress I thought might be the one, decided to think about it and go to another shop before deciding. It took one trip to another shop, 4 dresses, and a feeling that I just kept trying to find a dress similar to the one I tried at Grace Elizabeth before I called her and asked to try on "the dress" One more time. She accommodated my last minute trip out, had the dress ready and welcomed me with a big smile. I swear she knew before I did that it really was "the dress". I cannot recommend Grace enough, you will not be disappointed with the selection or your experience. It's every thing you'd want when searching for your dress! So thankful for Grace!

for my appointment, I was greeted by a sign on the door with my name on it and a bubbly smile. I truly did not expect to find my dress in this tiny little shop, but let me tell you, I could hardly choose! Her selection is amazing and she let me try on over 20 extraordinary gowns, oohing and aaahing with me as I did. She reserves the whole store for each client and because of this I was able to bring along 5 family members to sit out in her beautiful show room as I tried on dress after dress. The ambiance is magical and I truly felt like a princess. I will recommend Grace Elizabeth Bridal to every bride-to-be that I know. 15/10 experience!
