This was the most incredible experience. My name was on the door when we arrived, Grace had homemade cupcakes, champagne, and a charcuterie board, and she let me pick out and try o...
n as many dresses as I wanted. There are so many different dresses to choose from, it really seems like there is a dress there for everyone. Grace gives you all of her time and assistance for the time that you're there. I could not have asked for a better experience picking out my dress with all of my loved ones there. Grace is so helpful and sweet, and the dresses are gorgeous and reasonable. I could not have asked for anything more!! Thanks Grace!!
I went to Grace Elizabeth in August 2019, and I fell in love with my dress, bought it and ordered the veil that I tried on with the dress. It was soooo stunning. All my in person i...
nteractions with Grace were amazing. Loved my time so much. Things began to go downhill when the communication stopped with Grace before our transaction was finished. We needed the veil we paid for, and it didn't arrive when we hoped and we didn't hear from Grace after numerous messages. Finally she got back to say she could guarantee we would have it in December. It only came in February. Then my mom shipped it to me. I wanted to keep it sealed so that it wouldn't get dusty. Last week, I tried it on and it's the wrong veil. Not even close to the one I paid over $500 for. Not the same style, not the same length. I'm devastated. I'm a COVID-19 bride living in Dubai, UAE. My parents and friends can't make our wedding because of travel restrictions. My mom has been amazing trying to get me the veil I tried on in the shop but with the lack of communication with Grace and the wedding day being May 30th, I don't think I'll get what I ordered. Because of this lack of professionalism, I can't recommend Grace. I'm truly thankful that other brides have been happy, but this has been just a hard season, and this seems to be the cherry on the cake.
Grace Elizabeth Bridal is the best spot in the greater Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties to find your wedding dress and accessories.
Grace was patient, kind, fun and always has...
an AMAZING selection of dresses and accessories for every type of bride. My experience at the salon was one of a kind as Grace helped me make my vision become a reality. Grace allowed enough time in my appointment and in her schedule for me to try on the number of dresses i wanted to try on without being rushed. When we finally found the one we celebrated and cherished the precious moments.
Finding my dress was such a special memory and Grace Elizabeth Bridal made it unique.
I would highly recommend this bridal studio to any brides looking for their dream dress!
She was so sweet, let me look at all the dresses and pick out the ones I wanted to try, I was not limited on time or dresses. There was a great staging area for the bride and couch...
es for the entourage. The shop was neat. The dressing room was a great size, with a mirror in there so I could see the dress before everyone else. She gave her opinion gently and listened to what I said I wanted. She has had the best selection of dresses in the area. Love love love.
Grace is absolutely wonderful! Made me feel so special! And really made it about me! Highly highly recommend!
I can't recommend Grace Elizabeth Bridal enough! What an incredible experience from start to finish. Grace goes above and beyond for all of her brides and makes you feel so welcome...
d and loved. There is absolutely no pressure to buy the day of, and Grace is willing to work with you for as long as it takes to find the perfect dress. She has a great selection of designers with lots of timeless, beautiful styles and in various price ranges. I pretty much loved everything I tried on (and I tried on a lot...). My mom, sister, and mother-in-law had a great experience too and Grace made sure to make them feel very included during the appointment. I would definitely recommend Grace to all other brides in the northern michigan area - you won't be disappointed!
I tried on dresses for the first time with my mom at Grace's, and it was such an amazing experience! We had the entire salon to ourselves. I was very nervous to to try on dresses ...
and Grace made me feel comfortable and beautiful.
Grace provided the absolute best experience I ever could have imagined! I was nervous I might not have a ton of options to try on with a fuller figure, I was dead wrong! I tried...
on over 14 dresses in one sitting, all completely different sizes and styles. Grace made me feel like an absolute princess, never once making me second guess coming out to show off a dress or style, and I so appreciated and trusted her honest opinion. I found a dress I thought might be the one, decided to think about it and go to another shop before deciding. It took one trip to another shop, 4 dresses, and a feeling that I just kept trying to find a dress similar to the one I tried at Grace Elizabeth before I called her and asked to try on "the dress" One more time. She accommodated my last minute trip out, had the dress ready and welcomed me with a big smile. I swear she knew before I did that it really was "the dress". I cannot recommend Grace enough, you will not be disappointed with the selection or your experience. It's every thing you'd want when searching for your dress! So thankful for Grace!
Some things are just meant to be. I was meant to go to see Grace at the end of my dress search, and try on THE dress last. Not to mention that Grace is the best. Probably the wides...
t range of dresses I’ve seen! So many gorgeous and unique styles. Thank you, Grace for an unforgettable experience!!!
Ahhh! What can I say about Grace that you won't know from the moment you walk in the door? She is truly FABULOUS and her attention to detail does not go unnoticed. When I walked in...
for my appointment, I was greeted by a sign on the door with my name on it and a bubbly smile. I truly did not expect to find my dress in this tiny little shop, but let me tell you, I could hardly choose! Her selection is amazing and she let me try on over 20 extraordinary gowns, oohing and aaahing with me as I did. She reserves the whole store for each client and because of this I was able to bring along 5 family members to sit out in her beautiful show room as I tried on dress after dress. The ambiance is magical and I truly felt like a princess. I will recommend Grace Elizabeth Bridal to every bride-to-be that I know. 15/10 experience!
I would give Grace 10 stars if possible!!!!! She is genuine and upbeat. Her place is AMAZING! Attention to detail in every aspect. Great selection of styles. I was torn between 3 d...
