Service was excellent, the car was beautiful. Our driver was 15 minutes early, which I really appreciated! We had a sedan, since there was only two of us, but the car was extremely comfortable and roomy in the back seat. Driver was prepared for rain, helped us with our bags, and I felt safe and in good hands the whole time.

We had seamless transportation on the day of our wedding, even with multiple vehicles and trips to and from the venue. This company was so easy to communicate with and allowed us to make changes to the contracts as the wedding day got closer. 10/10 recommend!

Grace Limousine was absolutely amazing. Our driver was prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly, he even helped arrange my bustle and veil as I entered the church to walk down the aisle. The limo itself was pristine, and my bridal party, my husband and I had the most fun singing and toasting as we rode from the church to the reception. We just used Grace/Black Tie Limousine for our wedding 09/29/23. They were amazing! The driver was awesome and so sweet! Our guests had a blast just heading over to the venue before the wedding and of course the ride home. The bus was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Easy communication with Stephanie and Nikki, they were able to answer any and all questions.

We used Grace Limousine to transport Bride/Groom and wedding party/family to and from our wedding ceremony, reception, and hotel - we rented a 8 passenger limousine, and a 39 person shuttle bus. Communication, arranging routes, and confirming the service was all smooth and easy! Their service on the day of our wedding was punctual, stress-free, and clean. In fact, we didn't have to worry about the transportation at all on the day - the two cars were already ready for us when we finished the ceremony and reception! The drivers were kind, professional, and enthusiastic. We are so happy we decided to arrange our transportation with Grace Limo!

We booked Black Tie/Grace Limousine (same owners) for wedding day transportation to and from the hotel and our venue. We used the 39 passenger mini bus. We primarily corresponded with Nikki, who was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. What we loved about Black Tie/Grace Limo was that we could book a “9 hour all inclusive” package. They had numerous different package options and vehicle sizing, and the pricing was very reasonable. This allowed us to offer guests various times to go from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding, and various times back to the hotel after the wedding. Almost ALL of our guests utilized the shuttle and were super appreciative to have a safe way home from the wedding. The driver on the day of was Eric, and he was PHENOMENAL. For our last shuttle at the end of the night he took the time to get out of the shuttle and make sure all guests who planned on using the shuttle were on safely, so that no one was left stranded. Black Tie/Grace Limousine did a great job shuttling guests to and from our wedding. The bus was clean and modern and the driver kind, professional, and even checked the hotel lobby to make sure guests were not left behind. They followed the itinerary to a T and were very reliable in getting our guests to our wedding ceremony on time and safely getting them back to the hotel late into the night. I booked an 8 person limo to bring myself and my bridal party from our hotel to our wedding venue. The price was the most reasonable around. Car was clean and even came with a bottle of champagne. Most of all the driver was so kind and professional. She was genuinely excited to celebrate part of my day with me and even gave me a big hug for good luck.

We rented two limos and a coach bus for our wedding at the beginning of June 2023 going between Manchester and our venue at the Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. It was easy to set up the rentals and we were even able to make changes as it got closer to the wedding day. The drivers were on time, very friendly and accommodating. The venue recommended Grace Limo, and they were not wrong with that recommendation. Grace Limo was the best and we would highly recommend them.

Grace Limo provided transportation for our wedding. Michael was the driver and he was fantastic! He was helpful, considerate, protective of the bride and her dress (me), and just generally a terrific guy! We loved the champagne served in the limo, which is a nice touch. My husband and I hired Grace Limousine to transport ourselves, the bridal party and guests. Coupling together mostly of out town guests unfamiliar with New Hampshire with spread out ceremony and reception locations, we were anxious about our guests arriving at the location on time. Our drivers arrived perfectly on time, were so professional, had very clean cars, and we were thrilled with our bridal driver who drove us through downtown Portsmouth to picture destinations. The limos and trolley also looked great in photos!

My wife and I booked Grace Limousine for our wedding this past weekend and we were so impressed. We had a relatively complicated set of instructions as our hotel & venue were an hour apart. Nikki made sure that they had everything clear and in order. We were greeted with champagne toasts for bridal party transportation by Eric and had a great experience. We went with the 44 & 46 passenger buses for guest transport and everyone said they were clean and that the drivers were so nice. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone I know to use them. They are so great to work with and affordable!

We hired Grace Limo and Shuttled for our wedding. We got the 42 passenger Executive Mini Coach to transport our guests from the hotel to the reception and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. The coach was VERY nice; clean, well maintained, and the driver was excellent. Our guests raved about it and said that was some of the nicest mode of transportation for a wedding they had ever used.

We hired Grace limousine for our wedding on May 21st at Searles Castle. I can't really give a review because the bridesmaids and I were never picked up due to the driver getting a flat tire, which is understandable. We ended up getting to the venue without an issue since one of the groomsmen drove us. The guys got there without an issue which is great! Our ride back to our Air B&B was quick and easy, the driver was very nice. It wouldn't be fair if I knocked them to a lower review because things happen but I can't give a review based on our experience other than our 4 minutes drive back to where we were staying.

My husband and I worked with Grace Limousine for our wedding transportation and were so impressed with the service! There happen to be a winter storm on our wedding day and the driver was so kind and ensured that all my bridesmaids and relatives made it through some very snowy terrain to the party bus. He also made sure everyone was in place and things ran smoothly once we got the church. It was far more than just transportation and I would highly recommend!

My husband and I worked with Grace Limo for our wedding on October 8, 2021. We used Grace Limo for both our wedding day as well as our rehearsal dinner. We rented the trolley for the wedding party on the day of the wedding. It was a beautiful vehicle and perfect for photos. Ours came equipped with champagne and water, and there was a hookup for music! There is plenty of space and it’s perfect for brides who don’t want to be stuffed in a vehicle or have to sit and wrinkle their dress. You can stand comfortably! We also rented one of the 55 passenger buses for the evening before to transfer our guests to and from the hotel and restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. The bus was a comfortable charter bus that fit our very large guest amount perfectly. We were able to bring coolers with drinks on as well. This vehicle also has a music hookup for your phone to play music. I want to say there was a bathroom on it, but you would need to double check that! Both days we worked with wonderful drivers who were friendly and accommodating, as well as on-time and professional! The prices are great (gratuity is included) if you’re looking for a clean and classy form of transportation. If you have any questions, definitely reach out to Nikki from Grace Limo. I hired Grace Limo for my wedding to transport my party of 30-40 people from our hotel to the venue in several shuttled trips. Their quote for a more luxury limousine service was far more reasonable than several other vendors who we spoke to. I worked directly with Nikki, who was a joy to work with. She was very responsive, organized, and extremely accomodating. She confirmed every detail and change that we had with confirmation documentation, and always answered my questions/phone calls very promptly. On the day of the wedding our limo arrived early, and the driver was very friendly. They knew the entire schedule and route in advance. My wife and I didn't need to conduct any coordination or communication. I would highly recommend Grace Limo to anyone looking for a party-related shuttling service!

Grace Limousine had many options to choose from, and they were reasonably priced and prompt whenever I had questions. However, even though I specified multiple times that I wanted the last pickup from the venue to the hotel to be at 10:15 (which required a last on-call dropoff at 9:45), the driver didn't understand the directions and caused a commotion trying to get the guests to depart right at 10:00pm. I, as the bride, had to talk to the driver and convince him to stay another 5 minutes to give all the guests time to leave. He approached me a few minutes later and apologized, and confirmed the directions were indeed as I had originally given them. Make sure you double check with the driver on the day-of what the final drop off times are!

10.11.19 - we selected Grace Limousine to bring ourselves and wedding party to the venue from the hotel. We cannot recommend them enough. At the beginning of planning we thought we would need vehicles, but as time went on we realized we could do with just one. Fully aware and understanding our contract, we accepted the loss, but Rae assured us the 2nd limo would be booked. A couple weeks outside our wedding, this had not been the case, but without prompting Rae released us from our contract for the 2nd vehicle. This is just one huge example of how much this Limo company values their customers. Throughout the entire process, Rae was attentive, flexible, willing to make schedule changes. I felt like we were friends by the week of the wedding! She is a saint and very very good at her job and makes couples feel very special. On the day of the wedding, the limo was early and got the entire party to the venue ahead of schedule. He was professional, kind, personable, and again ON TIME, which was my primary request. Grace Limousine provided transportation on our wedding day in September 2019. We worked with Rae who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rae was able to help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like. It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue. The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special. For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly - early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

We used Grace Limo for our wedding back in May. We wanted a form of transportation for our wedding party. We knew we didn’t want a limousine and we were trying to find a place that had something different for a reasonable price. We found Grace Limo and we knew they would be the perfect choice for us! We ended up getting the luxury limo coach. It was exactly what we wanted to transport our wedding party! It fit everyone very comfortably and we had an amazing driver! Grace is absolutely worth the money! We rented a few of the larger vehicles in their fleet (The 36+ passenger mini coach buses they have). It was absolutely worth it. Such a comfortable and smooth ride with professional staff. Working with their wedding coordinator Rae was great and she was so kind and responsive and extremely helpful. We spoke many times on the phone making sure the timing and details were just right for our July 21, 2018 wedding and we are so happy we went with Grace!

Grace Limousine has exceptional service. From the people helping book your transportation to the drivers, they make you feel special. Our limo driver was fantastic. He made me feel exceptional from the moment I walked down the stairs to greet my dad before heading over to the church. He helped me get in and out of the limo (along with the other bridesmaids), helped with my train before walking down the aisle, and provided a champagne toast with a red carpet after the ceremony for the groom and I. Our shuttle driver at the end of the night was also great. He updated me with how many seats were left on the shuttle and assured me he would not leave without us. He helped load all of the reception decorations underneath the shuttle and was very kind. He did not make me feel rushed, which was extremely helpful as I tried to get everyone and everything together. Easily the best transportation service around! They provided a limo for our wedding as well town cars to and from Logan Airport for our honeymoon! Every driver we met was kind, courteous, and professional! Pricing was reasonable and the cars were clean and nice! Their schedulers at the office were also great to work with! Highly recommend!

We rented the Limo Bus for the whole day (11am - 11pm) and it was fabulous!! I had to change the vehicle type 3 times due to guest number changes and Rae was so incredibly patient and nice about the whole thing. We ended up with the Limo Bus and I wasn't too sure that it was going to be classy enough for our wedding day. It was lovely and the drivers were just as nice and helpful as they could be. Our guest thought the bus was clean and comfortable as well. I highly recommend Grace Limousine's...Ask for Rae.

Grace Limo was great to work with. We booked three limos going to our venue and four for guests going home (7 trips total). Grace Limo was accommodating and attentive to detail; the drivers all arrived in a timely manner and were very professional.

I was so impressed with Grace Limousine. Our two chauffeurs were Mike Amaral and Jimmy Stewart. I'm telling you, they went above and beyond. I'll elaborate. There was a lot of pollen in the air the day of our wedding, so the girls' black patent heels were covered in yellow. I kid you not, our chauffeurs got down on their knees and helped clean each girls' shoes. They pinned my dad's boutonniere, and they held the doors as I entered the church. One of these lovely gentlemen even spread out my dress before I walked down the aisle. I was so impressed. Never in a million years would I have expected such kindness. Grace limos provided a professional and kind service. The drivers showed up on time to pick us up and arrived at the venue in a timely manner. We had one each for the guys and girls. We also rented a town car for me and my new husband to ride home in. The driver was very friendly and the champagne was delicious! There was even wifi available for us to use in the car!
