sh. We worked with Nikki, who was wonderful — kind, easygoing, and incredibly accommodating as our plans and timelines evolved. She made the entire booking process stress-free and enjoyable. We had also hoped to book a large party bus through them, but they were fully booked at the time — and honestly, no other company we contacted came close to Nikki’s level of customer service. She set the bar high. As for the limos themselves, they were spotless, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt like VIPs riding in them. My driver was excellent — professional, calm, and friendly. We had a small snag that required turning back to the hotel mid-trip, and he handled it with complete understanding and professionalism, no questions asked. He even kept GPS running on the short drive just to make sure we were on the fastest route possible. Grace Limo made us feel completely taken care of. Both drivers were prompt, courteous, and patient, even when things ran a little behind schedule. It was a wonderful experience all around, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a special event.

The team was very organized and responsive prior to the event and made sure all of our guests arrived and left safe and on time, and we were able to enjoy our day without having to worry about guest transit. hat we used for our block, so because we filled a certain amount of rooms, we got this for free! The only hiccup (which may have been my own fault) was not knowing what type of vehicle we'd get. I found out the week of my wedding it was only a 14 passenger vehicle (we had about 100 guests staying at that hotel). However, Nikki was very helpful talking through options with me and problem solving. Ultimately the driver was willing to take as many trips as we needed back and forth (I prepared our guests that there would be about 15 minutes in between each shuttle). We had no issues with the shuttle itself or the driver. It was great!

In fact, we didn't have to worry about the transportation at all on the day - the two cars were already ready for us when we finished the ceremony and reception! ith Nikki, who was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. What we loved about Black Tie/Grace Limo was that we could book a “9 hour all inclusive” package. They had numerous different package options and vehicle sizing, and the pricing was very reasonable. This allowed us to offer guests various times to go from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding, and various times back to the hotel after the wedding. Almost ALL of our guests utilized the shuttle and were super appreciative to have a safe way home from the wedding. The driver on the day of was Eric, and he was PHENOMENAL. For our last shuttle at the end of the night he took the time to get out of the shuttle and make sure all guests who planned on using the shuttle were on safely, so that no one was left stranded. If you are looking to have a shuttle at your wedding, definitely check out Black Tie/Grace Limo!

Our drivers arrived perfectly on time, were so professional, had very clean cars, and we were thrilled with our bridal driver who drove us through downtown Portsmouth to picture destinations. The limos and trolley also looked great in photos!

ur apart. Nikki made sure that they had everything clear and in order. We were greeted with champagne toasts for bridal party transportation by Eric and had a great experience. We went with the 44 & 46 passenger buses for guest transport and everyone said they were clean and that the drivers were so nice. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone I know to use them. They are so great to work with and affordable!

the end of the night. The coach was VERY nice; clean, well maintained, and the driver was excellent. Our guests raved about it and said that was some of the nicest mode of transportation for a wedding they had ever used.

flat tire, which is understandable. We ended up getting to the venue without an issue since one of the groomsmen drove us. The guys got there without an issue which is great! Our ride back to our Air B&B was quick and easy, the driver was very nice. It wouldn't be fair if I knocked them to a lower review because things happen but I can't give a review based on our experience other than our 4 minutes drive back to where we were staying.

he wedding party on the day of the wedding. It was a beautiful vehicle and perfect for photos. Ours came equipped with champagne and water, and there was a hookup for music! There is plenty of space and it’s perfect for brides who don’t want to be stuffed in a vehicle or have to sit and wrinkle their dress. You can stand comfortably! We also rented one of the 55 passenger buses for the evening before to transfer our guests to and from the hotel and restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. The bus was a comfortable charter bus that fit our very large guest amount perfectly. We were able to bring coolers with drinks on as well. This vehicle also has a music hookup for your phone to play music. I want to say there was a bathroom on it, but you would need to double check that! Both days we worked with wonderful drivers who were friendly and accommodating, as well as on-time and professional! The prices are great (gratuity is included) if you’re looking for a clean and classy form of transportation. If you have any questions, definitely reach out to Nikki from Grace Limo. I spoke with her often and she was wonderful! My wedding venue, LaBelle Winery, recommended them to me, and I’m glad they did!

She confirmed every detail and change that we had with confirmation documentation, and always answered my questions/phone calls very promptly. On the day of the wedding our limo arrived early, and the driver was very friendly. They knew the entire schedule and route in advance. My wife and I didn't need to conduct any coordination or communication. I would highly recommend Grace Limo to anyone looking for a party-related shuttling service!

the last pickup from the venue to the hotel to be at 10:15 (which required a last on-call dropoff at 9:45), the driver didn't understand the directions and caused a commotion trying to get the guests to depart right at 10:00pm. I, as the bride, had to talk to the driver and convince him to stay another 5 minutes to give all the guests time to leave. He approached me a few minutes later and apologized, and confirmed the directions were indeed as I had originally given them. Make sure you double check with the driver on the day-of what the final drop off times are!

would need vehicles, but as time went on we realized we could do with just one. Fully aware and understanding our contract, we accepted the loss, but Rae assured us the 2nd limo would be booked. A couple weeks outside our wedding, this had not been the case, but without prompting Rae released us from our contract for the 2nd vehicle. This is just one huge example of how much this Limo company values their customers. Throughout the entire process, Rae was attentive, flexible, willing to make schedule changes. I felt like we were friends by the week of the wedding! She is a saint and very very good at her job and makes couples feel very special. On the day of the wedding, the limo was early and got the entire party to the venue ahead of schedule. He was professional, kind, personable, and again ON TIME, which was my primary request. I highly recommend Grace Limousine. Very affordable, easy to work with, and just down to earth great people. You wont regret this decision! Thank you Rae and everyone at Grace Limousine! help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like. It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue. The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special. For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly - early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

at had something different for a reasonable price. We found Grace Limo and we knew they would be the perfect choice for us! We ended up getting the luxury limo coach. It was exactly what we wanted to transport our wedding party! It fit everyone very comfortably and we had an amazing driver! They roll out the red carpet for you and have champagne and water on board as well! They really make you feel extra special! The staff at Grace Limo was awesome! They were very helpful throughout the entire planning process and were very responsive and replied back to emails and phone calls within that same day! We could not have picked a better place for our wedding transportation! Thank you so much to everyone at Grace Limo!!!
