tive throughout the entire event—from setup all the way through the end of the night. Even though she couldn’t attend the rehearsal due to prior commitments, she went above and beyond by helping us create a clear, detailed list of everything to go over, which made it run smoothly. On the wedding day, she handled so many thoughtful details, like bringing us drinks while we finished pictures, opening the barn doors for our reception introduction, moving tables to clear the dance floor, organizing the sparkler send-off, and packing everything up at the end so we had very little to worry about. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind, and we are truly grateful for all she did.

large wedding of your dreams is no simple task, but it simply felt so organized and planned out thanks to many hours of planning with Breanna. She communicated so much with my vendors and everything was done to the “T” of what we requested. Our wedding day was a high chance of rain through the ceremony time. Breanna was flexible and prompt to communicate with vendors of in the moment and day of changes to accommodate what I requested and to ensure we would have a beautiful outdoor ceremony. our engagement to check in on our wedding planning and to offer suggestions and expertise. She helped us write an efficient and effective wedding day timeline. Bre helped to communicate with our vendors to schedule times for them to arrive at the venue and to ensure everything ran smoothly for us. Bre helped and came along with us to our rehearsal where she directed our bridal party and helped coordinate with our dj to make sure our ceremony was perfect. The day of our wedding Bre went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed exactly as planned. We had a minor mishap with outlets not working and Bre was on it so quickly the problem was solved before it was even a problem. Bre helped to greet the vendors, set up decorations and table settings, she even found the time to put together our dessert table and charcuterie board. Everything ran so smoothly and according to plan. My husband and I simply can’t thank Bre enough for her hard work and commitment to making sure our wedding day was perfect. 13/10 would recommend Graceful & Co. to any bride and groom looking for some guidance and peace of mind for your wedding day. 🤍
