understood the assignment but shared our enthusiasm instantly put us at ease. Samantha was incredibly communicative, flexible, and always available when we needed her. She provided a wealth of helpful worksheets and tools that kept us organized throughout the entire process. As someone who’s very anxious and usually prefers to handle everything myself, being able to step back and rely on her was a huge deal. Her calm, professional presence made it easy to let go of the stress and trust that everything was under control. She checked in with us regularly, kept us on track, and even went above and beyond by helping us reconnect with one of our venues after they had a months-long communication glitch. We had an amazing experience working with Samantha. We hired for day of coordination and she went way above and beyond that. There were a lot of last minute changes to our wedding ...
the week of and even day and she took it all in stride! She was very communicative throughout the whole process and was even willing to come to our venue to meet with us in person not once but twice before the rehearsal and wedding. Day of, she made sure everything ran on time (even early which was so special because my husband and I got a few extra minutes together alone that we hadn’t planned on). We kind of did our own thing night of too and she was very flexible and adaptable to small changes we wanted to make during the reception Having her there as a touch point for the rest of the vendors really made everything run smoothly and made sure I could enjoy the day. I’m so glad I found Samantha and Graceful Coordinations as she was the perfect addition to our wedding planning for this type A couple who wanted to be completely hands on for the planning but also wanted to enjoy their weekend! Just note: when we worked with her in October 2023 she did not have insurance and our venue required our vendors to have insurance so I would check on that in your venue contract as that was an added unexpected charge.

ays, including finding me emergency hair and makeup when my artist ghosted me on my wedding day with no notice. In addition, anytime I had a question or concern, all I had to say was "Sam?", and there she was with an answer or direction, but somehow I never actually saw her until I needed her. Like a very efficient ghost who knew when she was needed. Look, I'm not the best at writing reviews. But if there is one thing I can tell you without a shred of doubt, it's that you should hire her. You don't need to look for a better coordinator. In my opinion, there isn't one. Thank you so much Sam!!!

and and I were able to relax and actually enjoy the wedding we spent so much time planning. She and her assistant Chris worked so hard, from decor setup to helping the vendors get what they need and problem-solving along the way. Not to mention the ceremony entrance timing, which they managed and it ran like clockwork. I know that they did tons more that I wasn't even aware of, because I was busy having fun and being with our guests. Samantha is a true professional and communication with her was always smooth and easy. I would 100% recommend hiring her.

n the day of the wedding, she showed up on-time and was there until the end of the disassembly/break-down process. She and her partner were on site coordinating decor setup (she did a great job with our arch draping!), timeline management, and last-minute emergencies. We had to go with our backup rain plan for the ceremony, and she was in touch with me the whole time about what was going on. I can't recommend her more.
