While Graceful Events is known for Lake Geneva weddings, I could not recommend them more for a Milwaukee wedding. My day-of coordinator, Robyn, located in Milwaukee was one of the best and most valuable investments I made for my MKE wedding! As a type A bride, I truly felt confident and comfortable with Robyn taking control of the day, which allowed me to fully enjoy every moment and not have to worry about a thing. Robyn went above and beyond to ensure the day was seamless - and it was! I had such a positive experience, so I highly recommend Robyn and Graceful Events for wedding planning and day-of coordination. Thank you for everything!

I don't think I can put into words how amazing Graceful Events is! First off, I was a long distance bride and it was intimidating to try and handle everything from far away. Andrea (my planner) was there for every.single.thing. I needed. She understood my vision and always made sure all my vendors adhered to this vision. She is a girl who gets it done!! She is organized, on time, responsive, and has a back up plan for a back up plan. I kept telling people, the day before my wedding was one of the least stressful days of my life because I knew Andrea had it covered. I had so many people come up to me day of the wedding and rave about how amazing my planner was. If you are on the fence about getting a planner and wondering if it is worth it- I am here to tell you it is worth every penny!!

Graceful Events was incredible. We used their gold package and worked with our coordinator from 6 months out. This was a huge help. They are incredible to work with and made planning the way so much easier. On the day, I didn’t need to worry about anything because I knew they had it all covered. They use super detailed google sheets to track everything. It was so seamless and I’m so grateful we used them. I would HIGHLY suggest using them. I seriously can’t thank them enough for how great they were. There was a HUGE storm during our reception and I wasn’t even concerned about it because they handled it so gracefully. Truly an honor to work with them, and you will be SO happy you chose them too.

My husband and I did things a little non-traditional. We had a small elopement/micro wedding in Glacier National Park with only our immediate family in July of 2023. However, we also wanted to celebrate with friends and family so we ended up having a reception back home in August of 2023! Our reception took place at Boxed and Burlap in Delevan. It was perfect! Although we didn’t have a traditional ceremony the day of our reception, we still had a lot of moving pieces and different vendors to account for. Initially, I felt odd inquiring about a day of coordinator since it was only a reception, but I wasn’t sure I could navigate the wedding world alone. I reached out to Graceful Events just to see what they had to offer. Jaffe reached out right away and we ended up chatting over the phone! She was very responsive to all questions and incredibly supportive. Immediately, I felt inclined to book with Graceful Events because I already felt at ease and reassured about the entire process. If I am being honest, hiring a day of coordinator through Graceful Events was the best money we spent!! Jaffe paired us with Kacie Vandiver. Kacie was beyond incredible and everything you could have hoped for in a day of coordinator! We met in person twice to go over the plan and vision for the day. She was also accessible and very responsive to text and emails. She helped make an itinerary and timeline for each vendor. This was very helpful because we had a lot of different vendors and she helped everything, and everyone come together seamlessly. Each time I left our meetings, I felt more assured and excited for the day. The day of, she truly went above and beyond!! She worked with an intern, Shelby, who was also incredibly helpful and kind! They helped set up all of the decorations and made sure everything was ready to go. They even did a venue “reveal” with my husband and I and it was so fun to see everything come together. As they say, the day always goes SO fast. Because of her, my husband and I were able to truly be present at our reception and enjoy every second. I feel so fortunate to have gotten a chance to work with Kacie! I cannot possibly thank her or recommend her enough!

Jessica was the best. I would recommend a day of coordinator at the least, but Jessica made our day run smooth and she was so enjoyable to work with along the way.

We couldn't be happier with Sara! She understood our vision from the start and helped us bring it to life. Not being in the Lake Geneva area, it was reassuring to have her there to ensure everything was under control. She knew the area well and helped us find the best vendors that fit our vision! Sara had control of everything on the wedding day, so we did not have to worry about anything. Thanks to her, our wedding day was perfect and stress-free!

Kacey was an amazing help as our day of event wedding coordinator. She is a wonderful, down to earth person and allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about event details. We enjoyed working with Kacey very much!

Andrea is the best wedding planner any bride could ask for! We just got married and were lucky enough to have Andrea as our planner/coordinator. I am a bit of a control freak and type A and was a little nervous about the day, but when I started working with Andrea I had a complete sense of relief/calm. First off, her communication was spectacular. She never made me feel like I was a bother or asking too many questions. The best part was, she always had the answer too. She knew exactly what to do for every situation. If there was a problem on our wedding day I never will know because everything was flawless thanks to Andrea. She was so thoughtful and attentive too and it was like she could anticipate our needs all night! We felt so taken care of and honestly, she just felt like family all night. She was so so kind! At our farewell brunch the morning after our wedding, all my family could talk about was how wonderful Andrea was and how we all need an Andrea in our life/at our wedding!

We were unsure if we needed a coordinator because we had most of the wedding planned. So we decided to just do their day of service and boy was it worth it. Andrea our coordinator was the perfect person to be apart of our wedding. She was able to find some to do makeup/hair after person we were going with fell through. She was able to talk to us and talk most of the stress away. She made us feel like our wedding was as important to her as much as it was to us and are family. 5 stars isn't enough stars to give. The team at Graceful Events will help make you wedding perfect and help take care of things so you don't have to.

Thank you for doing such an incredible job with our wedding. Graceful Events was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. We got teamed up with Andrea and she was so easy to work with. So much added value came from this relationship. First they really took time to know us - they filled in gaps where we did not know we needed them. They made suggestions that would both make our day more special and sentimental as well as flow EASY. The days leading up, I had 0 worries about timelines, venders you name it. We had the best wedding & are so grateful we decided to book with Graceful Events for our special day! Our coordinator Andrea was so amazing & made the last few weeks + wedding day go with so smoothly & eliminate any stress! I realized no matter how "type A" or "organized" of a person you may be, having an awesome wedding coordinator there for you to relieve all the last-minute stress and details is a MUST! It couldn't have happened without Andrea or the Graceful Events team! WE ARE SO THANKFUL. :)

We had Katie as our coordinator and she was a dream to work with!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we could not have done it without her. To my knowledge there were zero issues the day of - the only communication I got from her was wishing me a happy wedding day in the morning! She allowed me to just sit back and enjoy the day rather than stress about any of the small details. Katie, along with the rest of the team at Graceful Events, was always super responsive and so easy to work with. Would recommend over and over again!!

Hiring Graceful Events for our day of coordination and as the BEST DECISION EVER! Jaffe connected us with Hailey and she could not have been better. Leading up to the wedding our two calls she helped us finalize all our details and get everything in order and on the day of our wedding she did it ALL! From making sure all our vendors were settled to setting things up to capturing behind the scenes photos/videos, easing my nerves, handling those awkward convos and requests, and offering us supportive ears. Hailey was incredible we are so thankful for her support on our wedding day!

My wife and I hired Graceful Events for our wedding and were matched with Sara Sekeres, and she did not disappoint! I wasn’t sure about spending the money on planner, but this was one of the smartest choices we made. Sara was on top of everything and helped my wife’s tremendously with every aspect of our wedding – menus, invitations, seating arrangements. I was very impressed with her perfect communication – taking our phone calls on holidays, in the morning, and late at night, as well as her attention to detail. Because of Sara, my wife’s wedding dreams came true. On the day of, she ensured everything ran smoothly and even helped pin my boutonniere! Every detail my wife wanted was executed because of Sara and her team. I highly recommend Graceful Events!

Honestly, I would not recommend Graceful Events to a friend. They have poor communication and poor attention to detail. At the reception, they did not use the plan/timeline we had created, and many details went forgotten. I hired Graceful Events for the day-of details, and they went forgotten. This was after much frustration with their general responsiveness/basic communication. I do not enjoy writing a poor review, but it is important that other brides have the full picture going in. They had a few redeeming moments, but overall, not great.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Graceful Events was leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. They handled everything so perfectly on our wedding day and even with a little hiccup they still were able to make everything all work. Special shout out to Kylie who went above and beyond making our day great and dealing with me and making my vision become a reality! You truly do it all including carrying my dress, making sure we have drinks, handling any issues without me knowing, & more. And a big thank you to Jaffe for showing up on our wedding day making sure everything ran smoothly and that it all worked out. Hiring Graceful Events was the best decision!

We hired Graceful Events for our day-of coordinator and were paired with Kylie Gardner two months before the wedding. Kylie was outstanding leading up to the wedding, and absolutely irreplaceable the day of. She let me ask her so many questions and and was very responsive over both email and text. The day of, she set up everything so beautifully and truly made my vision come true. She checked in with me several times, just to see how I was doing and I was so grateful to have an objective ear in that moment. Kylie had an assistant, and her name escapes me, but she was very nice and efficient as well. I would definitely recommend Graceful Events and would request Kylie every time; I truly cannot say enough good things about her!

During our initial consultation with Jaffe, she called hiring a wedding coordinator “the gift you give yourselves on your wedding day” - she was absolutely correct! We had Angie as our day-of coordinator at the Riviera and she was incredible. From the moment we met, all of my anxiety melted away and I trusted Angie would go above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we imagined. She was friendly, helpful, and pointed out last minute details we overlooked. And on the day of the wedding, I literally had nothing to worry about because I knew Angie was there to handle it all (even the things we didn’t know she took care of until the weeks following the wedding 😂). I can’t imagine my wedding day without her!

Sara was absolutely AMAZING. What an absolute gem. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner - you need one. Sara was worth absolutely every penny and went above and beyond what we expected. She had so many great suggestions, was helpful in finding/booking vendors, and made the day go as smoothly as it could have. She really knows how to make a wedding flow and I don't know what we would have done without her. I want to have another big event just to have the opportunity to work with her again.

Kylie (our coordinator) was amazing. As a bride with a demanding job and a quick planning timeline, Kylie kept me on track, helped me know what I needed to plan and kept me from stressing AT ALL the day off. She worked closely with the Abbey Resort coordinator and set up the room perfectly. I was told how relaxed we were the day of- it is simply because of Kylie.

Jaffe was incredible to work with leading up to the wedding, especially with all the extra work she did for me in the month ahead of the wedding with vendor coordination, booking numerous rentals with other companies, and being a patient, go to source for all my last-minute questions and changes. Her response time was prompt, and she was always available when I needed to call on her for input or with a concern. I couldn’t have imagined my actual wedding day without Jaffe present as onsite, day-of-coordinator. When I walked in the room after Jaffe and her team spent the day setting up, everything was flawless and everything I hoped the space would be. Jaffe and her team went above and beyond throughout the event coordinating various logistics between vendors, making sure the timeline was followed, and even went out of her way to make sure a platter of appetizers, desserts and drinks were available for us at various times throughout the night knowing all the directions my husband and I were being pulled in. She even brought toys to help the youngest kids in my wedding party cooperate. Aside from making sure the wedding overall was running smoothly, all of these personal gestures were all so thoughtful and appreciated.

The Grateful Events team is so wonderful!! We hired them as our day-of coordinator and I cannot imagine doing it without them! Katie was SO helpful and organized!! The day was absolutely perfect.

My husband and I hired Graceful Events for our wedding and we were paired with Sara Sekeres. I don’t know where to even begin. Jenna was an absolute joy to work with and she truly made our dream day come true. From the very beginning Jenna, her team, and Parker Drive helped up select vendors, put our vision into a design board, and then execute on it. No detail was forgotten and there wasn’t a moment on our big day where I felt stressed- Jenna truly handled it all like a pro. I cannot recommend Graceful Events enough!!

Using Graceful Events was the best decision I could have made for our wedding day. Jaffe was amazing and was always very quick to respond to all of my questions. Our day-of-coordinator, Katie, was absolutely amazing! She made the day completely stress free for us and made the venue look stunning. We had so many compliments about everything and we could not have done it with Katie and her assistant Lauren. We booked with them about 2 months out from our wedding, and again best decision we could have made. Thank you all for everything and making our day completely perfect!

Our venue works with Graceful Events to provide us a day of coordinator and Kieyana was absolutely the best! My day was so stress free because of her hard work! She went above and beyond to make my day and all my decor perfect! She setup my decorations and added details to the venue that I never would have thought of that made the ambiance exactly what I had envisioned! She ensured my vendors were taken care of and made my day an absolute dream. She was always prompt with emails (one time responding at 12pm) and very easy to communicate with! Kieyana is a shining star and I am so blessed to have had her as a part of my day!

Angie was a rockstar planner for our wedding! I will admit the planning process started off a bit slow and we weren’t sure who needed to initiate contact. However, once we had a couple meetings and got the ball rolling, it was great! Angie and the Graceful Events team truly made our wedding day run so smoothly. From the planning, set-up, and coordinating to the day of support. Throughout our wedding day, she made sure we were always being taken care of. She kept the bridal party and family in line and made sure everyone was in their place for the ceremony and introductions.

We originally did not have a wedding coordinator for our first intended date, but once we had to reschedule our wedding the stress built up and we contracted with Graceful Events for our new wedding day. We breathed a big sigh of relief that day! Past brides and industry professionals aren’t lying when they say hiring a day of coordinator is a must! We're so fortunate to have had Angie as our coordinator, I don’t know how we’d manage the day without her. She was so sweet, funny, and very detail oriented! We clicked the first time we met to go over details and the following days till the wedding she was very responsive when it came to all our random questions, and handled any communication needed with our vendors. On the wedding day, the Graceful Events team was on top of everything from organizing vendors, setting up decor, and directing guests on where to go. We even had a last minute ceremony change from outside to indoors, due to rain. Angie and the team quickly managed to move our arch flowers from the outside arch to the one indoors. I am so grateful for Angie and the Graceful Events team, they really allowed us to just enjoy our day! I cannot recommend them enough!

Let me just start by saying I wish I could give Graceful Events and Jenna more than 5 stars. After only reaching out to two companies, Jaffe’s responsiveness and rapport she created with us stood out immensely. She quickly matched us with Jenna based off our conversation. I now sit here on the way home from our honeymoon writing this review and I’m in tears as I type just trying to put into words how lucky we feel to have had Jenna by our side through the wedding planning process. Jenna never skipped a beat. Her quick responses, understanding and problem solving skills are one of the MANY reasons why she is so amazing at what she does. Leading up to the wedding we were provided a detailed checklist with a timeline to ensure we were prepared on our side. Jenna collaborated with us and Parker Drive (extra shoutout!!), their event designer, to bring our wedding dreams to life. They not only listened to what we envisioned for our big day but also got to know us a bit so that our wedding was a true reflection of our personalities as well. Jenna communicated with the vendors alongside us, and was always a step ahead of me when I came to her with questions! Wedding planning is an art, and Jenna is quite the master at it. As the bride and groom, we felt so at ease on the big day knowing Jenna and the team had everything handled. We really were able to enjoy getting ready and celebrate our wedding with our loved ones! It’s only been 11 days since we got married. We are still trying to process how perfect our wedding was, but one thing we know is that we could NOT have done it without Jenna and the Graceful Events team!!

When we found out our venue worked directly with Graceful Events, we were a little unsure of how things would go. Let me just say we are SO happy that we had Kieyana there to help us through our wedding! From our initial meeting all the way through the reception she was helpful and understanding of what we wanted for our special day. She guided us along the way with suggestions but always listened to what we had to say. The day of our rehearsal she made it so easy to understand where to be and when. We literally heard from all of our vendors on how easy Kieyana was to work with and how on top of everything she was! She took the stress out of everything and handled it all wonderfully!! I would highly recommend working with her!

Jaffe and Jenna were both amazing! I knew hiring a day of coordinator would help will last minute organization and take the stress of of our big day. What I didn’t know what how much Jenna had to offer! She was absolutely wonderful. From helping decorate and put favors in boxes to actually cutting a missing pocket square from a white napkin with garden sheers (yes, this really happened), she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We couldn’t be happier with our decision hiring a day of coordinator with Graceful Events. I’m already trying to think of the next big party that we can contact them for assistance.

Hiring a day-of coordinator was quite possibly the BEST decision we made for our wedding. Working with Jaffe + Jenna was a dream. We appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and the genuine connection to our wedding day that Jenna shared with us. She truly went above and beyond any expectations I had for a coordinator to do, and our wedding day ended up a total DREAM! When hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, it’s really important to find someone who is curious about the details you haven’t thought of yourself- they are the experts and know the right questions to ask to ensure your day is flawless, and that’s exactly what she did! By the end of the night and after the wedding- majority of my guests knew her name, and who she was because she truly helped in every aspect that she could. We are forever grateful!

Using Graceful Events for our wedding was such a wonderful decision! I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without the help of Angie. We went with the ‘silver’ package which, while it’s the lowest tier option (essentially a day of coordinator with built-in support leading up to the wedding) – it felt like the gold standard. Angie was so attentive, detail-oriented, and calming throughout the planning process. She was 100% on it at all times and quickly felt like I was planning with a trusted friend even when we hadn’t met yet. Angie anticipated our every need and was a total joy to have on our wedding day – who knows if there were any mishaps or issues because she shielded us from all of them and just made sure we were having the most perfect day. Go with Graceful Events – you will be so happy with your choice!

Graceful events made my wedding dreams come true! The best "wedding" decision I made was chosing to use Graceful. Well worth the investment. Angie went above and beyond from beginning to end. She was so dedicated, professional, and an all around sweetheart! I could not imagine my wedding without them! If you choose to do styling, Stephanie is one of the most talented, creative girls I know. You will not be disappointed! Love them! Thanks ladies! Dream team! You rock!

We worked with Tabby from Graceful Events for our wedding day coordination and she was outstanding. I wouldn't have done anything differently and she really brought everything together for our dream wedding. Thank you, Tabby!

I honestly do not even know how to start this review. Using graceful events was the best decision I could have made regarding my wedding. When I say Jenna was amazing, that is an understatement. I honestly do not know how brides do it on their own. Jenna was there every step of the way as the day got closer. I could text her questions, she gave me advice. She listened to me and my concerns. I honestly had nothing to worry about especially the week of the wedding. Jenna confirmed all of our vendors. She made all of the phone calls. I did NOTHING. It was amazing. She was the one piece of my wedding I could not have lived without and I am eternally grateful. She is truly amazing at what she does. I recommend her and graceful events to any bride.

I wish I could give Graceful a million stars! I had originally hired them for a day of planner, which quickly turned into much more! Robyn was my lead and was AMAZING. Stephanie helped bring my decor visions to life and made them even more amazing! My ceremony was originally supposed to be outside and it ended up raining... all day. Robyn and Stephanie transformed a ballroom space into the prettiest most intimate space ever. Robyn was organized, solved for problems before they became issues, reminded me of things I did not think of and was so quick on her feet. Dealing with vendors, making timelines, floor plans, giving me advice on the little stuff, she did it ALL! Being an event planner myself, I did not know if the investment would be worth it, it SO was! Thank you for making our day so perfect!

The best decision I made for planning my wedding was hiring Graceful Events! Jaffe Wojcik was my lead planner and she's INCREDIBLE. From the moment I spoke to Jaffe, I knew I was in good hands. She is so passionate, very communicative and organized. She made me feel at ease every step of the way! I also enjoyed working with the event stylist, Stephanie! She has such a creative vision and helped make my dream wedding come to life. I am so thankful Jaffe connected me to local vendors, who also turned out to be exceptional!! I fully expected something to go wrong on my wedding day and instead it was flawless. I really cannot express how happy I am and would 100% recommend Graceful Events! Robyn--- you were absolutely amazing! At first, I was skeptical if we even needed a day of wedding planner... boy was I wrong!! Robyn exceeded every expectation we had and we couldn't be happier that we had her there. My mom and I were talking today and my mom referred to her as a "true Godsend"... that's definitely what she was. She was there for everything you can ever possibly imagine... helping the guys with boutonnieres, helping me with the bustle of my dress, helping the groom find a last minute dress shirt when he realized he had forgotten his.. ha! She truly went above and beyond making sure everything and everyone felt comfortable, happy and cared for! We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Robyn be a part of our special day! Robyn was efficient, detailed and made our day feel so incredibly perfect. Robyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you again!

Jenna was our day-of-coordinator for our May 4th wedding. Jenna is not only an amazing professional, but a spectacular, sweet person as well. She stayed on top of everything leading up to the wedding and was always available and there to help (even when I was being a crazy bride on Easter Sunday). When the wedding day came, I remained completely stress-free the entire day. Even with being organized, at least one thing will always go “wrong” your wedding day. The day after the wedding I found out that our photographer originally arrived at the wrong location. I had no clue this ever happened and Jenna took care of everything without ever alerting anyone. My maid of honor was also extremely nervous about giving her speech. Jenna was right there to be so sweet and hype her up. I can honestly say it was the happiest and most relaxed day of my life. Instead of the day flying by with logistics, I was able to soak everything in. I could never have created so many amazing memories without Jenna’s help behind the scenes. She was truly the unsung hero of the day.

I don’t even know where to begin!!! I don’t have enough words in the world to describe how much I love Graceful Events! Jaffe really has a top of the line team working with her. I had the honor to work with Tabby as my wedding planner for my wedding. Before the wedding we met 3 separate times to go over all details for the day of and rehearsal. Tabby created an entire master timeline, called all my vendors in advanced, decorated the entire ballroom the day of my wedding, kept a 25 person bridal party on time, and most importantly kept my mom and I stress free day of. I had difficulties finalizing some major key points with my wedding venue and main point of contact at the wedding office 2 weeks leading up to my wedding. Tabby was there to calm me down and reassured me that everything is going to be perfect on our big day and to not worry!!! Tabby really turned into a friend during all the wedding planning! It was so amazing to know I had someone on my team taking care of every little detail and bringing my wedding vision to life. The moment I walked into the reception area I couldn’t help but cry because Tabby and Jaffe did a phenomenal job bringing life to grand ballroom. I will forever be grateful for Graceful Events!!!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone to work with Graceful Events for their big day. You will 100% not be disappointed!!!!!!! Best customer service ever!

I wish I could give a Graceful Events a 100 star rating. The task of planning a wedding in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin was daunting to me because I live in South Florida. I was intimidated by the idea of not being there every step of the way, so I knew the only way I could do it would be with the help of a coordinator. We contacted a few wedding coordinators before finding Graceful Events. The other companies we reached out to didn’t give us the warm, personal, family feel that Graceful Events did. My coordinator was Jenna and she was the absolute best. She would text often, have FaceTime meetings with me, and email. She always went the extra mile to insure that every thing was being handled in a timely manner and the way that my fiancé and I would be happy and comfortable with. Jenna was not just a coordinator but quite the therapist for my mom and I as well! Haha. When we were only 4 weeks out from the wedding and it was crunch time, she gave us great comfort and assurance that everything would work out just fine. As the wedding weekend approached, Jenna met with us a few days out to go over last details. She picked up the things we had to use for decor from us at our hotel to make it less stressful on us. She lightened the mood during our ceremony rehearsal and was SO knowledgeable of the small things that someone like me would never think about! For example where to place your hands, how to hold the rings, how to stand at first and then when to turn when vows are said. I was beyond grateful to have her there. On the big day, the only time I would hear from Jenna was if and when I needed to. She made sure that everything was running smoothly without directly involving me or my fiancé. I think I only sent her two texts the morning of our wedding and she promptly handles whatever I needed and texted back quickly to insure it was taken care of. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations so she made sure everything was set up perfectly in both venues. The way she decorated our reception site was beautiful! I had asked her to set things up a certain way but also wanted her to do what she thought would work best and she respected my wishes but also brought her expertise to the table and made everything stunning! I can honestly say that everything was perfect on our wedding day and it was all thanks to Jenna and Graceful Events! Lastly, I have to add that Jenna not only was a great wedding coordinator but has become a great friend to me and my mother. Jaffe is a life saver! I had her help me with my fall wedding last year. I was looking back at photos and remembered that I never truly thanked her for all of her hard work. In the beginning I thought that I could do it all, but I was definitely in over my head thinking I could do a DIY wedding. Until I met with Jaffe, and she took all of the stress off of my shoulders. By far the best thing was having her there on my wedding day to make sure that everything ran smoothly. It was very nice to enjoy my wedding and not worry about all of the little things.
