oothly. As someone who is very anxious and Type A, I was so grateful for how calm and reassuring she was during the stressful moments in the last month leading up to the wedding. She always answered my texts and calls quickly, no matter how random my questions were. On the wedding day, Kacie was amazing. She handled every little hiccup that came her way and took over communication with vendors and the venue, which made me feel so much less stressed. After the wedding, there were some issues related to our venue, which were definitely out of Kacie’s control, but she went out of her way to facilitate conversations and help resolve the situation. A day-of coordinator is an absolute must, and Kacie was wonderful in every way!

ingle detail we mentioned—big or small—Gabriella was on top of it instantly. She created the most detailed timeline, covering every minute of the day, and sent it out to all of our vendors. She personally called each one to walk them through the schedule so everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. But it doesn’t stop there. Gabriella handled all the communication, all the coordination, and all the decorating—completely on her own. She never once bothered me with questions or clarifications. She just knew where everything should go, like she had read my mind. She ran back and forth from the venue to the bridal suite and handled every little thing before I even knew it needed to be done. She answered every text, call, and email within minutes, which made me feel so supported throughout the entire process. Because of Gabriella, I never once worried that something would go wrong. I was calm, relaxed, and genuinely able to enjoy every moment of the day—and I completely credit that to her. I wish I could have her in my daily life because she made everything feel so easy and effortless. There is absolutely no way our wedding would have been what it was without Gabriella. I cannot thank her enough, and I will recommend her a thousand times over to anyone getting married.

Shelby met with us a few weeks before the wedding to help coordinate what needed to be done day-of. She helped ensure our venue was set up properly, all the vendors made it, and that the entire event was executed as we wanted. She did a 10/10 job on this, often checking in with us frequently throughout the wedding day, responding to all our texts the week of the wedding, and helping manage other family members. Shelby was so sweet and supportive throughout the entire process; we cannot recommend her enough!!! Shelby was also familiar with all of our vendors, as they had worked together in the past, which helped make things go even more smoothly. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience, and we are so glad we had her!

igned Kacie as our coordinator and I have no idea how she is able to stay so organized and scheduled but everything on my end was moving seamlessly because of her. She had every vendors information and was either calling or texting them, she had everything moving at the time we discussed and if we were even off a little bit by the schedule she was already ten steps ahead of me getting me back on schedule. She was beyond helpful in ways I can't even explain. She kept me calm when I started to panic and she handled every situation that came up with literal ease. I never saw her once seem stressed this all seemed like second nature to her! I was so stressed and not sleeping before my wedding and the day came and when Kacie showed up I truly felt like I could take a breath. She is amazing. I would recommend her and Graceful Events to anyone. My husband and I said this was the one thing we spent money on that was worth every penny and our only regret truly is not getting the higher package because I would have probably been less stressed leading up to the wedding. Everyone commented on how amazing my wedding was they have not stopped haha and literally Kacie had a huge part in making that happen not to mention her recommendations for things and really checking in with me before the wedding. She is magic and I am so lucky you assigned her to us. Graceful Events is truly amazing I even had Abbey at St. Francis De Sales church who I found out is ALSO with Graceful Events and she is AMAZING so I got to work with two people from the Graceful Events team . I am so lucky we found your company and there is truly not enough ways to say thank you for making my wedding one of the best things we will ever remember!

(my planner) was there for every.single.thing. I needed. She understood my vision and always made sure all my vendors adhered to this vision. She is a girl who gets it done!! She is organized, on time, responsive, and has a back up plan for a back up plan. I kept telling people, the day before my wedding was one of the least stressful days of my life because I knew Andrea had it covered. I had so many people come up to me day of the wedding and rave about how amazing my planner was. If you are on the fence about getting a planner and wondering if it is worth it- I am here to tell you it is worth every penny!!

so wanted to celebrate with friends and family so we ended up having a reception back home in August of 2023! Our reception took place at Boxed and Burlap in Delevan. It was perfect! Although we didn’t have a traditional ceremony the day of our reception, we still had a lot of moving pieces and different vendors to account for. Initially, I felt odd inquiring about a day of coordinator since it was only a reception, but I wasn’t sure I could navigate the wedding world alone. I reached out to Graceful Events just to see what they had to offer. Jaffe reached out right away and we ended up chatting over the phone! She was very responsive to all questions and incredibly supportive. Immediately, I felt inclined to book with Graceful Events because I already felt at ease and reassured about the entire process. If I am being honest, hiring a day of coordinator through Graceful Events was the best money we spent!! Jaffe paired us with Kacie Vandiver. Kacie was beyond incredible and everything you could have hoped for in a day of coordinator! We met in person twice to go over the plan and vision for the day. She was also accessible and very responsive to text and emails. She helped make an itinerary and timeline for each vendor. This was very helpful because we had a lot of different vendors and she helped everything, and everyone come together seamlessly. Each time I left our meetings, I felt more assured and excited for the day. The day of, she truly went above and beyond!! She worked with an intern, Shelby, who was also incredibly helpful and kind! They helped set up all of the decorations and made sure everything was ready to go. They even did a venue “reveal” with my husband and I and it was so fun to see everything come together. As they say, the day always goes SO fast. Because of her, my husband and I were able to truly be present at our reception and enjoy every second. I feel so fortunate to have gotten a chance to work with Kacie! I cannot possibly thank her or recommend her enough!

ype A and was a little nervous about the day, but when I started working with Andrea I had a complete sense of relief/calm. First off, her communication was spectacular. She never made me feel like I was a bother or asking too many questions. The best part was, she always had the answer too. She knew exactly what to do for every situation. If there was a problem on our wedding day I never will know because everything was flawless thanks to Andrea. She was so thoughtful and attentive too and it was like she could anticipate our needs all night! We felt so taken care of and honestly, she just felt like family all night. She was so so kind! At our farewell brunch the morning after our wedding, all my family could talk about was how wonderful Andrea was and how we all need an Andrea in our life/at our wedding!

Because of Sara, my wife’s wedding dreams came true. On the day of, she ensured everything ran smoothly and even helped pin my boutonniere! This was after much frustration with their general responsiveness/basic communication. I do not enjoy writing a poor review, but it is important that other brides have the full picture going in. They had a few redeeming moments, but overall, not great.

I couldn’t have imagined my actual wedding day without Jaffe present as onsite, day-of-coordinator. When I walked in the room after Jaffe and her team spent the day setting up, everything was flawless and everything I hoped the space would be. Jaffe and her team went above and beyond throughout the event coordinating various logistics between vendors, making sure the timeline was followed, and even went out of her way to make sure a platter of appetizers, desserts and drinks were available for us at various times throughout the night knowing all the directions my husband and I were being pulled in. She even brought toys to help the youngest kids in my wedding party cooperate. Aside from making sure the wedding overall was running smoothly, all of these personal gestures were all so thoughtful and appreciated.
