First off, before we even get into the appearance of the florals, Daryl and Cheryl were THE SWEETEST duo. When my mom and I went to meet them for the first time, we instantly knew we made the right choice. The way they started the business together, first as friends, is the coolest story! All around, they both just made us feel so good and celebrated. Throughout the planning process while communicating vision, they were so helpful. Nearer to the end, I was texting Daryl ad-hoc questions nearly 24/7 because we had some last minute guest changes that impacted quantity of florals and corsages, etc. needed-- she helped as if it was no problem at all! I couldn't believe it. Now for the day of, WOWWW! Over the top stunning. We couldn't believe the arrangements and felt everything was priced beyond reasonably. We used one of the arch sets from Blue Blossom rentals at our altar (then behind our head table) and they matched all of our florals EXACTLY to these arches. It was unreal. It's so evident that these two run more than just a wedding floral business; they execute true labors of love for any of the clients they take on. SO grateful we were able to work with them and would recommend them to ANYONE!

Our flowers were absolutely, over-the-top, perfectly gorgeous for our wedding day! Daryl and Cheryl took my husband and I’s ideas for flowers and ran with it creating some of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen. My husband and I were already excited for how our ideas combined with Graceful Hands’ artistry would turn out and they went above and beyond expectations.

We were so over the top pleased with Graceful Hands. They did the table arrangements along with the bouquets and swags for my daughter’s wedding. Their expertise and guidance made the initial consultation easy. When we needed to make last minute changes, they didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. The finished product was beyond expectation. Classy and elegant …. the venue was breathtaking after they worked their magic. Highly recommend without any hesitation. Professional and highly skilled artists -their taste is impeccable!

Frankly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Graceful Hands. They are the definition of “above and beyond.” Not only did they provide exactly what I was looking for in my bouquet and centerpieces but they took extra steps to make all the little details come together in my reception hall and ceremony ballroom. It’s those little touches that take a vendor from good to great. They saw my vision, executed what I needed, and then took it a step further. It was crazy to me that they remembered these simple white roses tucked into the greenery for my sweetheart table or the small boughs of eucalyptus near the card box. Cheryl end Daryl make you feel special, make your day seem just as important to them as it is to you, and treat you like family. I am in awe of their talent, professionalism, and passionate spirit. They know their flowers but they also get to know you and I think that makes them priceless.

If I could give these beautiful women (and their floral arrangements) more than a 5/5, I would. They were so kind, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. They honored exactly what we asked for and then some! I LOVE them both and I can’t thank them enough for the beautiful flowers they included in our special day.

All I can say is WOW! I have not stopped receiving compliments on my wedding flowers! My wedding venue was transformed by the work of graceful hands floral design! Daryl and Cheryl are amazingly talented and so wonderful to work with! My bouquet, centerpieces, and ceremony space were beyond what I could have imagined. Daryl and Cheryl were absolutely incredible to work with and very reasonably priced! I had a very specific vision for our wedding and they truly helped bring it to life in a way I could never have imagined. I had a vision in mind of how I wanted my colors to be and these ladies made my wedding dreams come true and then some!!! It was better than I envisioned. They were so personable and easy going. We had planned a large wedding and reception...then the pandemic arrived. Our original florist, who I did some events with, quit, due to the pandemic and loss of work. Because of my involvement in the industry I knew of Graceful Hands. They are one of the best for Indianapolis. I literally called them in tears. After planning a large wedding for over a year, I had to turn every detail around in a matter of weeks. Now, Graceful Hands, Daryl and Cheryl, were truly a gift. They were INCREDIBLE to say the least! We met them and immediately felt a connection. These women are expert designers, visionaries and experienced. They came up with ideas that I had not even thought of, and had photos of every event that they had done. I could have sat and talked with them all day. Every detail, and I mean EVERY detail was elegant, classy and stunning. They were amazing to say the least. They made the wedding day even more special with the care and beauty that they created. Jaw dropping stunning!

BEAUTIFUL! Daryl and Cheryl did a fabulous job designing our florals. Going into choosing florals, I did not know much about florals or centerpieces. I had a few details (colors and style) that I conveyed to Daryl and Cheryl, and they did the rest. The final product was gorgeous! I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful arrangements. The centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres were flawless. They perfectly complimented our venue (Indianapolis Central Library) and made it look elegant and timeless. Wow, is the best way to describe the flowers arrangements that Cheryl and Daryl created. We met with them, pictures in hard, of our daughters vision and they were able to execute perfectly. These ladies are just wonderful and their arrangements beautiful. My daughter wanted a specific feel to her flowers, but she could not come to the appointment. Cheryl and Daryl were able to offer ideas and pictures and we placed the order. Well, my daughter said we nailed her vision. Also, Cheryl and Daryl helped us reuse flowers as we shifted venues within the Omni. We would work with these ladies all over again. Just gorgeous and they are sweet and funny too!!!

My experience with Graceful Hands was amazing. Daryl and Cheryl are not only great at what they do but they are the sweetest people too. Leading up to my wedding they were extremely helpful with their suggestions, working with my budget, and just all around making my wedding fun to plan. It is so important to book with people who make the process fun, easy, and knowing that you can trust them. They did just that and more. The flowers were gorgeous! I did fresh centerpieces and received so many compliments. These ladies are great! I strongly urge brides to book with them and if you don't you are really missing out on a great opportunity.

I absolutely LOVED my flowers from Graceful Hands!!! Daryl and Cheryl understood my vision perfectly for my wedding and exceeded my expectations. They worked with me within my budget, and were able to show me real examples of their work in our initial meeting, which really won me over. I loved the “mom and pop” feel of their business, and was super impressed with their delivery and all the setup they provided. So many of our guests have asked me who did my flowers because of how incredible they looked!

Beautiful flowers, easy to work with, and they worked directly with venue so I didn't have to manage. Highly appreciated and of course love the memory of the beautiful arrangements and decor. I wish I could have met them! They were very accommodating also with last minute requests (ie magnet instead of pins on boutonnieres). Definitely recommend!

Graceful Hands absolutely blew me away with my wedding flowers at the Ritz Charles Chapel and Garden Pavilion!! I would consider myself to be one of the more particular brides and they created flowers that completely exceeded my expectations for half the price compared to other floral companies I shopped around at. I received compliments from the Ritz Charles staff and even my photographer that has shot weddings all over the world. I would recommend these two lovely ladies to anyone! They were absolutely as sweet as can be and so easy to work with. :)

I could never begin to put into words how spectacular the floral pieces were that Daryl and Cheryl created for our special day!! From our first meeting at a local bakery I just knew that they were the ones. They were hilarious, creative and so fun to hang out with that I did not want to leave our meeting. I had some pretty high expectations for our floral arrangements but never in a million years could I have imagined how beautiful they were going to turn out. I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved Daryl and Cheryl! From our initial meeting, they made me feel so comfortable and were so sweet and I knew they would take my vision and make it amazing. I loved watching how their creative process worked. I trusted their vision and am so glad I did because all of our flowers for our wedding were absolutely beautiful! I loved working with Graceful Hands! With my limited knowledge of flowers they took the time to really understand my version and bring it to life. The flowers themselves were absolutely gorgeous. I loved working with Daryl and Cheryl! They were so easy to work with, affordable, and did a fabulous job the day of! They did everything possible to make sure my ceremony and reception venue looked perfect. I really can't say enough good things about them!

Let me start by saying that the end result of my flowers was beautiful. I used all silk flowers from my tall center pieces which my Mom and I provided and pick out with the florist. I had imagined that my smaller center pieces and my bridal bouquets would be the same as the tall ones just with real flowers. On my wedding day I was very disappointed with my bridal bouquets. I felt that there were lots of colors that I hadn't asked for and the shape of the bouquets weren't right. Daryl and Cheryl both were willing to rework the flowers for something closer to what I wanted. This caused a lot of stress for me on the morning of my wedding day, but all in all it worked out. My overall flowers looked beautiful throughout the venue and my personal bouquet was beautiful. I think had there been stronger communication between the florist and myself, the day of stress could have been averted and my bridesmaids bouquets would have been closer to what I had wanted.

I'm not even sure where to start with this review. I chose Graceful Hands because when I first started looking for a florist, they responded to my email quickly and had a (reasonable) quote almost instantaneously. But everything fell apart after that. I live out of state, so we were scheduled to have a phone interview four weeks before the wedding to talk about final details. We scheduled this meeting two months ahead of time, but when the day came, I didn't get a call from them. I sent an email to see if something had come up, and Daryl told me they were still unpacking from Cheryl's daughter's wedding and they needed to reschedule. I was a little annoyed but I agreed to reschedule. I told Daryl the days that would work for me, but she insisted that I call her on a day I explicitly said did not work for me. I told her this poor customer service made me nervous about my wedding, and she did apologize and work to call me at a time that worked for me. Then the wedding day. I arrived at the venue and saw the bouquets and honestly thought they belonged to someone else because they only loosely resembled what Daryl and I had discussed. I tried to shake it off, but my mother encouraged me to call Daryl and try to get the situation fixed. On the phone Daryl sounded as if my request that she fix the flowers was a horrible inconvenience for her. She did come back and fix them — mostly, but they still weren't really what I wanted. Also, one of the roses fell out of the bouquet during the ceremony. Graceful Hands has a great reputation, so I'm not sure why I got such poor service from them. Maybe because I didn't spend that much on flowers? I'm not sure, but I was and am pretty unhappy.
