Our Wedding we had on Saturday was a fairytale wedding of my dreams that came true ❤️ The music , the food , the guests, our families and ones who couldn't be there but are here spiritually it was an amazing wedding to have here. The servers and security we had were very helpful and did a great job taking care of us and the guests all night 😊 I give this a 5 star and if anyone is getting married soon and is looking for an affordable and an awesome vendor. Choose holiday Inn. There's a pool , hot tub and nice rooms to relax at the end of the night !

Overall it was a beautiful reception. The service and food were amazing. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 starts is we couldn’t take any of the food home. That is a lot of money down the drain. I would of been happy to sign a form.

I highly recommend working with Kelsi(Director of weddings and events) at Lakeville Holiday Inn. As a photographer of weddings, I have photographed at many venues and this one is an absolute gem in Lakeville with how well Kelsi keeps the day flowing and well organized for wedding couples. This venue was PERFECT!!!! We opted for the Italian Buffet and it was so dang delicious. I kick myself for not asking for a bowl of the fettuccine for after the reception. The catering staff was incredible and super helpful and attentive. Kelsi was our coordinator and she was a dream to work with. Very to the point but super accommodating at the same time. 10/10 would do my wedding again with them! thank you for the beautiful day

I cannot say enough good things about this venue! From our original booking to going through covid and having to postpone all the way to our big day, it was seamless! Kelsi was so amazing to work with, I never felt anxious or overwhelmed about anything which says a lot when planing a wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests loved it! I highly recommend Kelsi and the Holiday in for a wedding venue!

The staff was extremely helpful. The bartenders at the event were friendly and kind. The whole space was very inviting. The event planner was very professional and on her A game.

Our wedding was gorgeous, however I wasn’t thrilled with the mount of double work that was caused by mistakes with the staff. Less than thrilled to seriously be planning the wedding with them and finalizing things ONLY week before the wedding. I had so many other things were going on, I thought the meeting we had together 3 weeks prior was the final one, but nope. The staff could only meet at 4pm the latest, that was impossible to fit into our schedules living 40+ minutes away during rush hour & working full time up until the wedding. We received this email a week prior to our event that we must meet. The charges & just not having accounting in the right places on how much we had put down & charging us for cash bar prices vs. host bar prices (prices they said updated but we never received notice they did) are really the only annoying parts. This may be kinda petty review, but the last thing I want to do a month after my wedding (first we heard anything from them) is doing pencil math on the back of a napkin ensuring they charged us the correct amount. Again reception was amazing, the administrative staff processes ultimately had something to be desired.

The food was great and the staff was very helpful. I will be going back to the hotel with my family to use their water park this winter!

The Holiday Inn Grand Facile Ballroom was a perfect venue for our wedding reception. The staff ensured every table has place settings and the napkins were folded perfectly. I was even more impressed when I arrived post ceremony to see the staff used left over flowers to decorate the cake table and cocktail tables. We had a blast at our reception and as a bride I knew I didn't have to worry about the reception going off without a hitch. Thank you Holiday Inn!

I had the best experience at the Holiday inn! The coordinators worked side by side with us to have the wedding of our dreams. Lexi and Jessica did an amazing job to make sure everything came out as planned. I have no complaint. I would recommend this venue to family and friends.

We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and wedding @ the Grand Facile Ballroom. The food for all of our events was fabulous. We had so many compliments on the food and one of my regrets was not eating enough at dinner! The wedding coordinators Jessica and Lexie always made me feel like things were taken care of. They always responded to questions or concerns we had. Not only were the coordinators great but the catering staff that helped during dinner and bartenders went above and beyond our expectations. We loved every part of the wedding and it was worth every penny.

My husband and I had a great experience working with the Holiday Inn in Lakeville. Jessica was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The week of the wedding we were able to drop off all of our decorations so we didn't have to worry about setting anything up the morning of the wedding. When I arrived at the reception with the wedding party everything looked better than I imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food was. We had the buffet and late night pretzels and cheese and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn for wedding receptions. They minimized any stress I had and provided a wonderful experience for me, my husband, and all of our guests. Thank you!!

Our experience with the Holiday Inn ballroom in Lakeville was a great one! Our contacts were timely and went out of their way to answer specific questions I had. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were in between hiring a new wedding person so 2 people were trying to do that job and their own jobs. We ended up having to meet with both individuals who were so friendly, but we found that at times they contradicted one another about what would be available and other details. However, both individuals were professional and had answers for us , or took the time to find out the answer. The Holiday Inn was in the middle of a transition and they handled it superbly. On the day of, they took it upon themselves to make sure the flowers were added to our wedding cake and that all the details were set up and looked great for our guests. I’ve received so many compliments on how the ballroom looked when guests entered.

We just had our rehearsal dinner at the Holiday Inn and with Rudy’s. The service was great! The food was also wonderful! Lots of compliments were given by our guests. I would highly recommend this spot!

My Wife and I looked at a couple places in the area and ultimately choose the Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville. The service we got from their staff was great. Always friendly to deal with and made the process very easy. The day of the wedding everything was fantastic. We received so many complements on the food. Our menu was delicious. The atmosphere was euphoric that evening. The evening of music, dancing, and drinks was excellent. Couldn't of been happier we went with Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville.

I was the father of the groom and hosted the rehearsal dinner. Being I live 4 hours away, I contacted the sales staff at the Lakeville Holiday Inn. All I can say is, they handled everything... beautifully! The waitstaff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The meal was delicious. If I lived closer and had any type of event to host, they would be my first call. Special thanks to Lexie, Jessica and Amanda for always promptly getting back to me when I would have a question or problem. Everyone had a good time!

Our wedding at the HI Lakeville was so great! The highlights were: the staff on the day of- I seriously felt like a Queen! The head banquet server was personally waiting on us and doing any little thing we asked of him, including helping moms and kids get their plates of dinner (dad was sitting at the head table with us.) Another highlight was the set up and take down, all completed by HI staff and included in the price. I loved not having to worry about taking everything down at the end of the night. They set it up beautiful and everyone loved it. Also, the food was AMAZING and we still hear compliments about the flank steak and the mac n cheese. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had some communication issues within the months leading up to the wedding, with it taking a while to respond to emails or me repeating myself. I think this may have been due to the first event coordinator leaving her role after we signed up. I would still recommend the place and would absolutely personally use them again. Oh! And lastly- ceremony and reception all in one place THE BEST.

My husband and I were truly blown away by the staff at the Holiday Inn & Suites. We had a few hiccups here and there, but overall it was an amazing day. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food! Thank you for being a part of our day, we really appreciate all you did!!!

I was quite disappointed with the communication at the Holiday Inn. Throughout the planning process I talked to at least 4 different people. I had set up meetings that were canceled day-off twice after I had traveled a long distance. On my wedding day, the reception space was set up in a rush with family having to help out. The menu items we chose were incorrect and to top it all off they placed my in-laws table in the wrong spot (not up front but back by the DJ...nightmare!). On a positive note, the space was nice and the rooms were newly renovated. Amanda was great getting more rooms added to our block of rooms.

When we first started searching for a reception venue we stumbled upon the Holiday Inn. It checked all of our boxes so we decided to go ahead and book, little did we know they would go above and beyond to make our day perfect. They helped with everything we could think of. They answered 10 emails a day with questions leading up, to helping with set up and clean up the day of. We received so many compliments saying how fantastic the food was and how the staff was even better! We cannot thank everyone from the holiday inn enough for making our day truly a perfect day. They made sure everything went so smooth and exactly how we wanted it. We had so much fun!

We originally began working with the Holiday Inn Lakeville with their venue coordinator Heidi K., but sadly, she moved onto another venue a few months before the wedding. The transition to Jamie was seamless, and they made sure all of our notes/discussions were passed along so we did not lose any groundwork laid out earlier in the planning process. They catered to our every request and even provided some great insight and recommendations regarding timing and nuances of the venue (i.e. whether to have brunch in the ballroom or conference room). In regards to booking rooms and checking the room block, our hats go off to Mitch and Amanda. Mitch took care of everything for us from showing us what the rooms looked like in our early visits, to asking if we needed anything every time he passed us in the hallways that weekend. Amanda updated us regularly on how the room block was doing and if we needed to add any additional accommodations, which was extremely helpful in keeping us aware of who booked a room and making sure we had the right number of guests who RSVP’d. The catering from Rudy’s truly does not need any description besides all of guests complimented their meals saying all of the food was delicious. If anyone wants to try their food before thinking of having a wedding there, make Rudy’s a date night and try some of their different food – you will not be disappointed! We opted for chicken breasts in a campaign sauce, pork with a cranberry sauce, pasta for a vegetarian option, and chicken fingers as a kids option. Our sides were mashed potatoes and Asian-style green beans. All of the staff at the Holiday Inn Lakeville genuinely seemed excited for our special day, which made our day even more perfect knowing they were as happy for us as our friends and family.

Awesome start, Heidi was great at making sure everything ran smoothly. It was really nice to have the ceremony and reception all in the same place and really nothing to worry about after we left to go up to our room when we were ready for bed.

Heidi and her staff were the dream team from day one. They were our first and only venue tour we did (even though we had others set up) because after our initial meeting and seeing what was offered, included and how dedicated Heidi was, we knew this was our venue! Heidi was always attentive - paying attention to each detail and willing to answer any and all questions I had. She made it super easy to plan everything from living afar for not always being able to be there and the rest of her team was very helpful as well. The food there is awesome and the green beans..are to die for! We chose the diamond buffet so we got a little bit of everything and were able to please all of our guests likes. Let me tell you, they raved about the food; we’re still getting compliments about it! We ourselves go there to the restaurant quite often. Our bartender and security guard were also great, willing to help where they could and make sure everyone got back to their rooms safe. The security guard even came to check on us the next morning to make sure everything was okay! It was nice to have the option of the cash bar in the ballroom but to also be able to go into Rudy’s and order drinks there to bring back. Heidi made our reception a dream, the decorating skills were exactly as I imagined. We opted to do our gift opening there as well the morning after with some bagels, coffee and juice for the guests that wanted to attend. It was super easy and convienent to have everything done in one place since we had a lot of out of town guests. Heidi, we want to thank you again for all your hard work and dedication to our wedding - everything went off without a hitch and the night was beyond perfect! We will continue to reccomend Holiday Inn Lakeville where and when we can. We can’t wait to hopefully come back one day and celebrate in there again!

We really enjoyed having our reception at the Holiday Inn; Heidi and her team were flexible and easy to work with to make our day what we wanted. They accommodated our large number of overnight guests well and the food was great too. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome staff. Made our wedding reception run smoothly. The chef was amazing not only did he make a wonderful gluten free meal but was able to cater a plate just for me(the bride) that fit my numerous food sensitivities. I can not recommend them enough.

We used Rudy's Red Eye Catering from Holiday Inn Lakeville for our wedding and the food was AMAZING! They have an expansive menu with lots of options and price package varieties. We did a buffet and all of our guests raved about how delicious the food was! We also had desserts and appetizers from Rudy's that were were presented so nicely and so good! The service was fantastic - on the day of they brought all the food equipment, linens, dishware, etc and even helped us out by bringing extra trays. They were professional and efficient and did all the coordination with our venue. We had multiple calls and meetings with them prior to the big day and they were great at asking questions and making sure we had all we needed! Would highly recommend!

I also really enjoyed having the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and brunch Sunday morning all at Holiday Inn. It made for all of our out of town guests to not have to find their way around all weekend. We had a great time getting married with Holiday Inn Lakeville! Heidi is amazing, she made our wedding easy and fun! She helped coordinate with all my vendors simple and effortless. I had no worries the day of because we were able to trust Heidi to put out our wedding favors and place cards, we were also able to set up flowers early. The reception was beautiful and our honeymoon sweet was amazing! The food at the reception and breakfast at the restaurant is so delicious 😋 the staff at the Holiday Inn are so friendly and kind. In our short planning time span that we had she made everything come together and our day was perfect. I don't even know where to begin. Our day was BEYOND PERFECT! We decided to do our ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn. The staff were INCREDIBLE!!! I'm still hearing compliments on the food and the way the staff treated everyone. If you are a bride that worries about having the PERFECT day, I would highly suggest Holiday Inn. Heidi is the wedding coordinator there and she was AMAZING! Every little detail was taken care of and I just had to show up on our Wedding day! This venue is BEAUTIFUL! It’s so convenient to have everything in one place- ceremony, reception, hotel rooms. The planning process has been nothing short of exceptional. In addition, the group rooms coordinator, Amanda, was extremely helpful with ensuring that the accommodations were perfect for all of our guests. We had a large number of guests traveling from other states, and Amanda was very responsive and helpful with updating our room block and ensuring our guests had the accommodations that they needed. Overall, our wedding reception was an absolute dream come true, and we continue to receive compliments about how amazing everything was. The Holiday Inn and Suites Lakeville went above and beyond, and we are so thankful for everything that they did to ensure our day was perfect. I can't say enough about how amazing this experience and venue were, and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a venue for their big day :)

The Holiday Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the start, the planner, Heidi, was perfectly helpful and organized. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely, made sure that the hotel could accommodate all of our requests, and worked with us to make our day exactly what we wanted. All of our guests were from out of town, and they appreciated the hotel amenities (especially the pool.) The hotel allowed us to adjust our room block multiple times due to the number of out of town guests, and even left some thoughtful treats in our suite. The event space was perfect for our party, and was able to accommodate around 230 attendees for the ceremony. We had both the reception and ceremony on site, with the main hall split into 2 rooms. After the ceremony the guests moved to the second room/bar area and hallway, which was a little congested due to the number of people. However, the event staff flipped the ceremony space into reception space on schedule so it was only a minor inconvenience for the guests. The staff was on point after dinner as well with removing tables and converting a dance floor. Many of our guests complimented the food, and we were very satisfied with both the price and quality of the buffet. Overall, the planning was exceptional, the hotel did a great job accommodating our requests, the staff were courteous and professional, and we were completely satisfied with our decision to host our wedding at the Holiday Inn.

Heidi was GREAT to work with! She was prompt on respond to emails or calls and very flexible to meet with us based on our busy schedules. The day was FLAWLESS! Setup was amazing (and done for us!) and it was easy to gather our belongings the next day after they cleaned up for us!

We just wrapped our wedding at Holiday Inn in Lakeville. We had the ceremony at another location and used Holiday Inn for our social hour and reception. All of our guests raved about the food, and the ease of getting thru the line of the buffet. We did serve each guest with their choice of dessert, and that went very smooth. I dropped off all of our décor on Wednesday for our Saturday wedding, and by the time our first guest arrived, everything was set up and ready for them. Sunday Morning, we woke up and went back to the banquet hall to find most of our décor was already boxed up in the same boxes that I delivered it and ready for us to load back up into our car. Holiday Inn was great to work with, they were very accommodating to our requests, and prompt when I had emailed a question if something was possible or not possible. This was 1 of 3 locations that we toured, and the others had package pricing, and if you didn't want something included in that package, you either had to still pay for it, or you could lower the package and the add others items in, which made it to be much more expensive. The team gave us one flat price for everything, and there was no hidden prices or fees later on. They were very flexible on what we wanted our day to look like.

Our experience and our wedding reception at Holiday Inn Lakeville was – simply stated – perfect. Our main contact was Heidi who was always responsive to our questions and so great to work with! All the staff we came into contact with during the planning and during the wedding day were polite, kind, and so helpful. Food was also wonderful! Many of our guests have told us that they had a great time and that we had chosen a beautiful venue. I was able to relax in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day as I knew that everything would be taken care of by Heidi and staff! Can’t thank the Holiday Inn Lakeville enough for doing everything they could to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch – I highly recommend this venue!

My Fiance and I worked with Heidi and everyone at the Holiday Inn/Rudy's Red Eye in Lakeville for our wedding this September and they made the entire process amazing!! Everyone complimented us on how amazing the food was. Heidi helped everything go as smooth as possible. It was perfect that we were connected to the Hotel and they handled the Hotel block for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Heidi had a lot of advise to share with us on what to do and what not to! I would recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

We got married at the Holiday Inn in Lakeville in October 2016. It was absolutely amazing! The staff was great and very attentive! Heidi and her staff were amazing and planned everything perfect. Our wedding day went amazing and wouldn't have been half the day it was without the staff at the Holiday Inn!

I cannot put into words how happy my husband and I were with the staff at the Holiday Inn. From the moment we toured all the way until our special day, Heidi and her team made sure everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. The staff was flexible and willing to answer any questions we may have. Our families felt at ease and taken care of every minute! I would recommend this venue to everyone and anyone! Our guests raved about the venue, food and overall atmosphere! If we got married over and over again, I would always chose the Holiday Inn for our ceremony and reception spot!

I definitely would recommend using thr Holiday Inn for your venue. We had our wedding on August 6, 2016 and could not have chosen a better hotel venue. Heidi was absolutely amazing to work with I was not worried any step of the way. Its beyond helpful that her and her team set everything up for you as it takes a lot of stress away the day of the wedding because you know things are in good hands. I would definitely recommend working with Heidi! The wait staff was prompt and kind we did not experience any delays in serving dinner or handing out cake. The bartenders were also amazing our guests loved their personality and how they were not just bartenders but also engaging with the guest and showing they are also having a great time doing their job! The venue itself was great as well. Not all of our guests wanted to dance or be in the ballroom the whole time, at this venue they were able to use all the space (hallways, Rudy's, and outside). Finally, the food was absolutely amazing even better at our wedding than our taste testing. No one was disappointed in the food we served.

Overall the Holiday inn was amazing to work with and such a great venue! Our guests are still raving about the food and venue! We loved every second of it! We would recomend them to anyone! I will say first that we did not get married at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and for the wedding night. The hotel room was nice and there was a lot of room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for the ceremony. The bed was comfortable and very nice. My 10 yr old stepdaughter loved the pool/waterpark . I have to say that I was very disappointed that, for how much we paid for our room ($140/night), that there was no free breakfast (not even a continental one) for us at the hotel. I've stayed at other hotels, paid less for the room and gotten at least a little something for breakfast. While that might sound nitpicky, we are very tight on money and paid for the wedding (and the rooms) ourselves. I made the decision to pay for a room for both nights so my groom and I would not see each other the night before and for my bridesmaids and I to get ready before the ceremony. So, all that being said, I'm very disappointed by the fact there was no breakfast available. I will not stay there in the future and I would not recommend it to anyone either. Sorry, Holiday Inn and Suites, but if you really were "full-service" then you really would be full-service and offer breakfast.

I don't even know where to start- our experience with the Holiday Inn and Rudy's was absolutely phenomenal. Heidi was wonderful to work with- she made our day perfect and stress-free. The rest of the staff was amazing as well- especially the bartender, Tony, and the lead server, Victor. To brides considering this venue, you will not be disappointed- it will be one of the best wedding decisions you make.

Josh and I were married on September 10th, 2016 and our venue was the Holiday Inn and Suites. It was everything we hoped for and the evening was more than perfect. We had amazing reviews from our guests about the food and service throughout the evening and are still hearing about it today, two weeks later! More than 75% of our guests traveled from many different states to come to our wedding, choosing the Holiday Inn and Suites gave us just what our guests needed. The hotel rooms which were directly connected to the ballroom and wonderful service from all the staff members was something we really appreciated. The restaurant attached was also wonderful for our guests. Danielle, who worked with our room block gave us exactly what we needed for our guest rooms. Danielle was awesome to work with and was very organized with our room blocks. Victor and his staff were beyond amazing to work with! The service was amazing for our wedding party at the head table and for our guests. The bartenders were so much fun! The bartender came to our head table and introduced himself at the beginning of the evening and was so genuine. Everyone enjoyed their drinks throughout the night and there was never an issue with bar service throughout the entire night. Heidi was more than wonderful to work with. We cannot express enough how much time we felt she put into working with us whether it was through emails, telephone calls, meeting with us to discuss plans and not to mention the individual food tasting she let us do, as we live in Minot, ND and could not make it to the scheduled food tasting the Holiday Inn had planned. From the day I booked with Holiday Inn and Suites, until the wedding day itself and after the wedding Heidi was always so helpful and easy to work with! I cannot express how amazing the staff at Holiday Inn and Suites are, and how beautiful our wedding dream turned out. We are so thankful we choose Holiday Inn and Suites for our wedding reception and will recommend for years to come!

Picking this venue was the easiest and best decision we made! Every single person we worked with during the planning process and on the big day were incredible. I feel like my groom and I never had to lift a finger. The wedding coordinator, Heidi is absolutely amazing. She is there for you every step of the way and you can genuinely feel that she wants your day to be just as perfect as you do. Not to mention she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. About a week before the wedding you will have a final appointment and going over EVERYTHING and how much it will cost - so no surprises! We had a buffet style rehearsal dinner at Rudy's and for our reception. We received compliments for both nights on how amazing the food was. You will not be disappointed! All of the hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. We could not be more happy with how everything turned out!! If you want a beautiful stress free wedding, this is the venue for you!

My husband and I cannot even begin to describe how thankful we are to Heidi, her crew, and the rest of the Lakeville Holiday Inn staff! Our reception was exactly what we had hoped for and we couldn't have done it without the help of this amazing staff. From day one of planning and working with Heidi I knew that I could go to her with anything or any questions I had. She is the sweetest person and made me feel calm throughout the stress of planning a wedding. Every single person in the building greeted us with a smile and were quick to help with anything we needed! They allow you to bring your decorations ahead of time, set up for you to allow time to enjoy pre-wedding festivities, and even had everything gathered the next morning to make for an effortless clean up the next day! They were very accommodating to our large numbered guest list and if I got the chance to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing about our reception. I just kept thinking to myself how lucky we were that we were working with Heidi and a staff that cared so much to make our day everything we dreamed of! Couldn't have done it without this hard working staff! I would HIGHLY recommend this location! Wonderful, kind, caring, and supportive people to work with and a beautiful venue!

Heidi was AMAZING to work with! She made the entire process from beginning to end seamless and easy for us. Can I also mention that she also went on maternity leave and became a new mom and didn't skip a beat the entire time? She was phenomenal, professional, very detail-oriented and a pleasure to work with. She is also very personable: no matter when I happened to drop by the hotel because I just happened to be in the area, she always knew who I was, which is incredible considering the volume of weddings that this venue hosts each year. The ballroom is spacious and beautiful and the venue is flexible with the DJ services, cake bakery, etc. The food was awesome, Rudy's does a great job and is economical, especially considering the quality of the food. Our guests loved visiting Rudy's for meals before and after our event. It is a unique great bar/grill with fun staff and delicious, quality food choices for all palettes. We got tons of compliments from our guests on our wine selection. The hotel is spacious and comfortable and I really enjoyed having our guests not having to worry about drinking and driving, since there were plenty of rooms for our guests to stay the night. The water park is great for little kids and a number of our guests utilized this both the day of and the day after our wedding. Again, I can't emphasize enough as to how fantastically perfect our day was, which was all possible thanks to Heidi. I would highly encourage anyone even considering this venue to meet with her, because you will be blown away.
