We had our rehearsal dinner at the Holiday Inn, my girls and I got ready for our wedding in the double room suite, and had our wedding reception in the ballroom. Jillian was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so helpful during the planning process and always easy to get ahold of. She helped plan our entire evening down to the minute. She is organized and detail oriented, which is just what we needed. She was enthusiastic and excited to help us plan our special evening! She gave us great advice, ideas, and was always on top of everything. She was there during the rehearsal dinner as well as almost the entire night of our reception to make sure things went smoothly, and it was the best night ever! We definitely recommend Jillian S. and the Holiday Inn for all your wedding needs!!

I had a lot of questions being as this was our first wedding and didn't know much about what to do so I had asked to set up a meeting because it was easier for me to ask them in person and Brittany had no hesitation to set one up. The ballroom was absolutely stunning and the staff was tremendous! They were very friendly and nice and even helped us set up which was a huge relief for myself and my family. The food was amazing and our guests could not stop raving about it. The kids loved the waterpark/pool, and the parents loved watching them have fun (and burn off some energy) Many of our guests commented on how nice it was to have everything in one place. Add the fact that Rudys Red Eye Grill is attached to the venue, if you didn't want to leave you didn't have to. If you are looking for a family friendly, convenient, affordable but most of all FUN place to have a wedding that no-one will forget, this is the place!!!

Our wedding was gorgeous, however I wasn’t thrilled with the mount of double work that was caused by mistakes with the staff. Less than thrilled to seriously be planning the weddin...
g with them and finalizing things ONLY week before the wedding. I had so many other things were going on, I thought the meeting we had together 3 weeks prior was the final one, but nope. The staff could only meet at 4pm the latest, that was impossible to fit into our schedules living 40+ minutes away during rush hour & working full time up until the wedding. We received this email a week prior to our event that we must meet.
The charges & just not having accounting in the right places on how much we had put down & charging us for cash bar prices vs. host bar prices (prices they said updated but we never received notice they did) are really the only annoying parts.
This may be kinda petty review, but the last thing I want to do a month after my wedding (first we heard anything from them) is doing pencil math on the back of a napkin ensuring they charged us the correct amount.
Again reception was amazing, the administrative staff processes ultimately had something to be desired.

The wedding coordinators Jessica and Lexie always made me feel like things were taken care of. They always responded to questions or concerns we had.
Not only were the coordinators great but the catering staff that helped during dinner and bartenders went above and beyond our expectations.
We loved every part of the wedding and it was worth every penny.

able to drop off all of our decorations so we didn't have to worry about setting anything up the morning of the wedding. When I arrived at the reception with the wedding party everything looked better than I imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food was. We had the buffet and late night pretzels and cheese and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn for wedding receptions. They minimized any stress I had and provided a wonderful experience for me, my husband, and all of our guests. Thank you!!

ing it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were in between hiring a new wedding person so 2 people were trying to do that job and their own jobs. We ended up having to meet with both individuals who were so friendly, but we found that at times they contradicted one another about what would be available and other details. However, both individuals were professional and had answers for us , or took the time to find out the answer. The Holiday Inn was in the middle of a transition and they handled it superbly. On the day of, they took it upon themselves to make sure the flowers were added to our wedding cake and that all the details were set up and looked great for our guests. I’ve received so many compliments on how the ballroom looked when guests entered.

Our wedding at the HI Lakeville was so great! The highlights were: the staff on the day of- I seriously felt like a Queen! The head banquet server was personally waiting on us and ...
doing any little thing we asked of him, including helping moms and kids get their plates of dinner (dad was sitting at the head table with us.) Another highlight was the set up and take down, all completed by HI staff and included in the price. I loved not having to worry about taking everything down at the end of the night. They set it up beautiful and everyone loved it. Also, the food was AMAZING and we still hear compliments about the flank steak and the mac n cheese.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had some communication issues within the months leading up to the wedding, with it taking a while to respond to emails or me repeating myself. I think this may have been due to the first event coordinator leaving her role after we signed up. I would still recommend the place and would absolutely personally use them again. Oh! And lastly- ceremony and reception all in one place THE BEST.

The menu items we chose were incorrect and to top it all off they placed my in-laws table in the wrong spot (not up front but back by the DJ...nightmare!). d go above and beyond to make our day perfect. They helped with everything we could think of. They answered 10 emails a day with questions leading up, to helping with set up and clean up the day of. We received so many compliments saying how fantastic the food was and how the staff was even better! We cannot thank everyone from the holiday inn enough for making our day truly a perfect day. They made sure everything went so smooth and exactly how we wanted it. We had so much fun!

ition to Jamie was seamless, and they made sure all of our notes/discussions were passed along so we did not lose any groundwork laid out earlier in the planning process. They catered to our every request and even provided some great insight and recommendations regarding timing and nuances of the venue (i.e. whether to have brunch in the ballroom or conference room).
In regards to booking rooms and checking the room block, our hats go off to Mitch and Amanda. Mitch took care of everything for us from showing us what the rooms looked like in our early visits, to asking if we needed anything every time he passed us in the hallways that weekend. Amanda updated us regularly on how the room block was doing and if we needed to add any additional accommodations, which was extremely helpful in keeping us aware of who booked a room and making sure we had the right number of guests who RSVP’d.
The catering from Rudy’s truly does not need any description besides all of guests complimented their meals saying all of the food was delicious. If anyone wants to try their food before thinking of having a wedding there, make Rudy’s a date night and try some of their different food – you will not be disappointed! We opted for chicken breasts in a campaign sauce, pork with a cranberry sauce, pasta for a vegetarian option, and chicken fingers as a kids option. Our sides were mashed potatoes and Asian-style green beans.
All of the staff at the Holiday Inn Lakeville genuinely seemed excited for our special day, which made our day even more perfect knowing they were as happy for us as our friends and family.

what was offered, included and how dedicated Heidi was, we knew this was our venue! Heidi was always attentive - paying attention to each detail and willing to answer any and all questions I had. She made it super easy to plan everything from living afar for not always being able to be there and the rest of her team was very helpful as well. The food there is awesome and the green beans..are to die for! We chose the diamond buffet so we got a little bit of everything and were able to please all of our guests likes. Let me tell you, they raved about the food; we’re still getting compliments about it! We ourselves go there to the restaurant quite often. Our bartender and security guard were also great, willing to help where they could and make sure everyone got back to their rooms safe. The security guard even came to check on us the next morning to make sure everything was okay! It was nice to have the option of the cash bar in the ballroom but to also be able to go into Rudy’s and order drinks there to bring back. Heidi made our reception a dream, the decorating skills were exactly as I imagined. We opted to do our gift opening there as well the morning after with some bagels, coffee and juice for the guests that wanted to attend. It was super easy and convienent to have everything done in one place since we had a lot of out of town guests. Heidi, we want to thank you again for all your hard work and dedication to our wedding - everything went off without a hitch and the night was beyond perfect! We will continue to reccomend Holiday Inn Lakeville where and when we can. We can’t wait to hopefully come back one day and celebrate in there again!

e did a buffet and all of our guests raved about how delicious the food was! We also had desserts and appetizers from Rudy's that were were presented so nicely and so good!
The service was fantastic - on the day of they brought all the food equipment, linens, dishware, etc and even helped us out by bringing extra trays. They were professional and efficient and did all the coordination with our venue. We had multiple calls and meetings with them prior to the big day and they were great at asking questions and making sure we had all we needed! Would highly recommend!

wedding reception until our big day, we received overwhelming support and guidance from the wedding coordinator, Heidi, and the rest of the staff. Heidi was an absolute pleasure to work with, and helped us tremendously throughout our wedding planning. Not only was Heidi organized and helpful in sorting out the details of our reception, but it was also evident how much she genuinely cared about her job and our wedding reception. In addition, the group rooms coordinator, Amanda, was extremely helpful with ensuring that the accommodations were perfect for all of our guests. We had a large number of guests traveling from other states, and Amanda was very responsive and helpful with updating our room block and ensuring our guests had the accommodations that they needed. Overall, our wedding reception was an absolute dream come true, and we continue to receive compliments about how amazing everything was. The Holiday Inn and Suites Lakeville went above and beyond, and we are so thankful for everything that they did to ensure our day was perfect. etely, made sure that the hotel could accommodate all of our requests, and worked with us to make our day exactly what we wanted.
All of our guests were from out of town, and they appreciated the hotel amenities (especially the pool.) The hotel allowed us to adjust our room block multiple times due to the number of out of town guests, and even left some thoughtful treats in our suite.
The event space was perfect for our party, and was able to accommodate around 230 attendees for the ceremony. We had both the reception and ceremony on site, with the main hall split into 2 rooms. After the ceremony the guests moved to the second room/bar area and hallway, which was a little congested due to the number of people. However, the event staff flipped the ceremony space into reception space on schedule so it was only a minor inconvenience for the guests. The staff was on point after dinner as well with removing tables and converting a dance floor.
Many of our guests complimented the food, and we were very satisfied with both the price and quality of the buffet.
Overall, the planning was exceptional, the hotel did a great job accommodating our requests, the staff were courteous and professional, and we were completely satisfied with our decision to host our wedding at the Holiday Inn.

We just wrapped our wedding at Holiday Inn in Lakeville. We had the ceremony at another location and used Holiday Inn for our social hour and reception.
All of our guests raved ...
about the food, and the ease of getting thru the line of the buffet. We did serve each guest with their choice of dessert, and that went very smooth.
I dropped off all of our décor on Wednesday for our Saturday wedding, and by the time our first guest arrived, everything was set up and ready for them. Sunday Morning, we woke up and went back to the banquet hall to find most of our décor was already boxed up in the same boxes that I delivered it and ready for us to load back up into our car.
Holiday Inn was great to work with, they were very accommodating to our requests, and prompt when I had emailed a question if something was possible or not possible.
This was 1 of 3 locations that we toured, and the others had package pricing, and if you didn't want something included in that package, you either had to still pay for it, or you could lower the package and the add others items in, which made it to be much more expensive. The team gave us one flat price for everything, and there was no hidden prices or fees later on. They were very flexible on what we wanted our day to look like.

Many of our guests have told us that they had a great time and that we had chosen a beautiful venue. I was able to relax in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day as I knew that everything would be taken care of by Heidi and staff!
