Grand Marquis

s to the dedication and passion the staff has. They were attentive to every single guest. I would have 100 more parties there if I could.

u enter the building. From its beautiful floral decor to the aroma, it is a place you won't forget. From the second we left we couldn't stop thinking about the Grand Marquid & how it truly was our dream venue. The second time we went down to the venue was for the bridal showcase and this is when we had locked & secured our date. The owners are extremely pleasant to work with and truly care about what is important to you. Our wedding on 8-2-2025 was everything we could have dreamed of. We had our wedding in the dome room with a small intimate guest count of 80 people. Our guests are still raving about the amount of food they received & how delicious everything was. I will reccomend this venue to anyone I personally know that is looking for their venue. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

beginning. Even on the day of, the staff were so kind in making sure my husband and I enjoyed our special day, making sure we were fed, that we had a moment alone, and that we went home with cake and leftovers all prepared for us. They made sure everything went so smoothly. Not to mention the venue was absolutely gorgeous! I loved every second of my wedding. My only gripe would be that there is very little cell service inside the venue, but the employees were able to give us the wifi password at least.

tful, clearly they don’t care about the neighborhood. All the money they make, they could invest in sound proofing.

were so on top of things that I could focus on my daughter and not on hosting. I would use them again a thousand times over.

in addition to the entire staff and team went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect in every way possible. The attention to detail, clear communication and seamless coordination with our vendors made the entire process so easy and stress-free. We were truly amazed by how well they understood our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly and our guests had a fantastic experience. We could not have asked for a better team to help create such a magical day, and we are forever grateful to them for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more.

de the planning process super smooth 🫶🏻

drinks were definitely on point and her customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for all you guys do. See you next year!

en I first visited. Second, the price per plate was very fair for a Friday night in August. You get sooooo much food included for the basic package. I can’t tell you how many guests came up to us and raved about the limitless cocktail hour spread which included at least 7 hot stations and butler-passed hors d'oeuvres. I did pay extra for the dessert extravaganza which ended up being my favorite part. It made me very happy to hear that guests thought the food was amazing and were blown away. I toured over 5 different venues in central Jersey and the Grand Marquis ended up being the best bang for our buck. As for communication, I have no complaints about my event specialist Samantha. She answered all questions in a timely manner and was very helpful during our final walkthrough meeting. What I didn’t realize is that I would only see her once on the day of the wedding. On the day of the event, I only really communicated and spent time with the maître d (Elvis) and my bridal attendant (Gianna). They were absolute rockstars and ran the whole show, helping to keep everyone on schedule and assisting my family to pack away the decor at the end of the night. Lastly, I was concerned about the fact that 2 weddings would be occurring at the same time. I worried that guests would get lost or there would be chaos in the lobby. Thankfully this was not the case - the venue staff worked together like a well oiled machine, I saw them communicating frequently through their earpieces and making sure that the 2 events stayed separate. I didn’t even notice the other wedding that was going on, and they had lobby attendants to help direct guests.

eed. Their knowledge of cocktails is top-notch, and they never hesitate to suggest the perfect drink for your mood or taste. Whether it’s a classic cocktail or something more creative, you can trust them to mix it just right. Beyond their skills, they both have amazing personalities that make the experience even better. Friendly, professional, and always on point – Val and Rick truly elevate the bar experience!

every visit and email. Gia my bridal attendant was a gift from god. She tended to my every need on my wedding day, from calming my nerves, to putting my tiara on, to even sewing in the straps on my dress !!! She was spectacular! Elvis was a true professional and made our event go so smooth ! I am so thankful I chose this beautiful venue. People could not stop talking about the beauty and the amount of food we had ! It was unbelievable! I will never forget how perfect my wedding day went and how beautiful it was thanks to this venue and the amazing staff at the grand marquis ❤️

n awesome custom beverage too, using her years of experience to put together a cocktail the like of which you haven't tasted before.

and the amazing food and drinks. We had a wonderful time celebrating this chapter in our lives with the wonderful help of Sara, Elvis, and Jessica! Thank you all for such and incredible and amazing wedding!!!

amazing experience!

love to come back to this venue. So elegant and beautiful!!

cater to the Bride and Groom and customized things to make the experience feel more personalized. The food was absolutely amazing, and both ballrooms are exquisite. We decided to move forward with the Grand Marquis ballroom and do not regret our decision. Overall experience was great! Thanks Sam & team for making our special day so memorable!

he really made me experience so memorable and happy!

ssisting us for the night. Sara is the best event planner as well. They helped me with everything that I needed from bustling my dress to making sure that I never had an empty drink in my hand through the entire night. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better staff. Thank you so much for my wonderful day!!!!!!

urteous and informative. All of the information you gave was on point and helpful to me since I had no clue as to what I was doing. I had a vision and you helped me complete it by giving me the yay or nay with other choices. I appreciated your kindness and consideration when I wasn’t sure of things. I am thankful for your patience and suggestions when I couldn’t make up my mind. All of your tips and advice were presented so graciously and made a difference in how it all turned out. My family and I have not one complaint and Sophia loved every single minute of her party. My family and friends raved about this beautiful venue and had a blast! All my vendors worked with your staff with such ease and the whole party went so smooth because of that. Alice was phenomenal working with them…. She was a complete pleasure… kind and professional as well!!! Everything went off without a hitch! I was so impressed and pleased of how it all worked out just as you said it would!!! The food was delicious and the way it was set up and presented was amazing! Every single guest was completely satisfied! I am forever grateful to the Grande Marquis, Alice, staff and especially you Sydney for giving us a life time memory to treasure forever!!! We will cherish this entire experience because of your compassion paired with your professionalism!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I could never thank you enough!!! With Love, The Torre Family P.S. I am sharing this testimonial so everyone can see the hard work that you do along with the entire Grand Marquis staff!!! You deserve credit because you are the best Sydney! I will always recommend you with a genuine 5 star review!!!

was disappointingly lacking in accountability, empathy, and professionalism. Adding insult to injury, the compensation offered was both meager and inadequate, failing to acknowledge the significant disruption to our event. It was evident that the owner's approach lacked a genuine understanding of the impact the incident had on our experience and the overall ambiance. It's essential to note that amidst the chaos, the valet company attempted to assist guests with some compensation around stolen vehicles and keys, demonstrating commendable effort and concern. However, the owner's response left much to be desired, as they offered minimal assistance to the us as the host and neglected post-event mitigation efforts. Though it's never easy to share negative feedback, it's imperative to warn others considering The Grand Marquis for their events. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed during our ordeal overshadowed what should have been a joyful celebration, leaving us with a regrettable and unforgettable experience.

go, our celebration turned into a nightmare due to multiple cars theft incident at the venue, highlighting the venue's shocking lack of accountability and care for its guests. The host, who got bedraggled by The Grand Marquis, was left in a difficult situation as the owner refused to provide any decent form of compensation or credit for the time lost due to the theft. It was clear that profit took precedence over customer satisfaction, leaving us all feeling betrayed. During the chaos of the theft incident, while the valet team tried to assist, the owner was conspicuously absent. Furthermore, the maitre'd or event manager, who should have been our pillar of support, abandoned us shortly after the incident, leaving us to fend for ourselves as we tried to find transportation home. The lack of empathy and support from The Grand Marquis throughout the ordeal, coupled with their refusal to take responsibility, was deeply disappointing. The premature end to the event shattered what should have been a joyous occasion for the host and all attendees. I urge anyone considering booking The Grand Marquis Catering Hall for their special event to think twice. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and inability to handle crisis reflect poorly on their professionalism and integrity. Spare yourself the disappointment and seek out a venue that values its guests and strives to provide a positive, memorable experience.

e ate, everything went just how we wanted, and that we were genuinely happy. It’s an awesome venue. Also— the food is delicious. Couldn’t recommend more.

as the best place to get married in NJ to anyone that asks! Thank you Grand Marquis!

you! I had to say, I was an extremely nervous bride. Through out the wedding planning process, many things I was worried, but Sydney (our event specialist) she just know how to handle everything and bride like me lol. She answered all my questions, and whatever I requested, her answer was always "Yes/ of course/ Easy!/That shouldn't be a problem/ yeah!". Haha she is an angel. The venue is elegant , the Dome Room is just stunning! the staff is friendly and super helpful , the manager is very professional, even the food is amazing! My guests just can't stop complimenting about the meals! The pricing they offer is very very reasonable. Many important decisions we made throughout the wedding process, Grand Marquis was my best decision!

an an incredible day! We can’t thank her enough for all that she did for us and are so happy to call her a friend. Dyl, our Maitre D was beyond attentive and responsive throughout our entire reception. Jose made sure we had the BEST bartenders that kept our guests on the dance floor partying all night. Overall, the entire staff was wonderful and we couldn’t recommend them more! Our guests had a fantastic time 😊

redible they all were during our whole wedding process. We were blessed enough to work with Sydney and on wedding day worked with Dyl and Nayia - and what an experience!! Sydney is a gem and we knew we would be in great hands the second we met her radiant soul. Dyl and Nayia day off - we can’t say enough about them either! Between the class, elegance, incredible service, and overall experience we would recommend the Grand Marquis to anybody looking for a venue. It was truly our vision coming true and we can’t thank them enough !

ing gotten married at this gorgeous venue. I'm so thankful for Carolyn, Jessica, Jen, and the rest of their team. They were well organized and a well run wedding machine. Super accommodating and outstanding professionals. The highlight of my night was everyone helping to bustle my dress while Carolyn and Jessica helped me get to eat the cocktail hour food! Carolyn is especially the GOAT - she was great to work with, managed my large family well, and I was able to communicate any last minute onsite changes with her. Our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue is. But especially, they were raving about the food and the "grand imperial cocktail hour spread". Lastly, I am so very thankful for Jess our event specialist. We could not have had the best day of our lives without her help organizing this. Thank you again for everything. We are undeniably proud to be a Grand Marquis couple.

% great experience dealing with them.

eception. The hallway was also a great location for taking photos! But beyond the physical beauty of the venue, the staff, led by manager Dyl, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect for the wedding. They were a pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond to make the day special for the couple. I would highly recommend The Grand Marquise to any couple looking for a luxurious and memorable wedding venue.

enjoy the day. Caroline was the day of coordinator and leaped into action without missing a beat.

never told me. I had To figure it out on my own. Other than that, the venue was beautiful, food was great! Our guests are still talking about it.

tour when every person we had been in contact with was so accommodating and friendly. They provided champagne and snacks while discussing dates and truly catered to us from the very beginning. They were super easy to work with while planning. The day of we had Carolyn as our maitre’d and Naya for our bridal attendant. Naya was so helpful and bustled my dress and was always there to help. Carolyn was PHENOMENAL! She truly helped bring our vision to life and was by our sides the entire day/night making sure everything was perfect. It all turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Our guests absolutely raved about all of the food. There were so many options and the desserts were just out of this world. I wish we could relive this night over and over!

because venue had an event prior. Guests from prior event still had access to bridal suites even thought their event was over. It was very awkward having strangers open doors when we were getting dressed looking for their belongings that had already been moved. DJ had technical difficulties and ceremony started 30min late. We didn’t get nearly as many photos as we wanted because parents were supposed to meet in bridal suite after ceremony but some how made it to cocktail hour. Scotch was to not be served to my father but a female bartender broke under pressure and served him 3 drinks even though a male bartender was denying guest any dark liquor (Miscommunication). My father got very drunk and almost did not make it to the father daughter dance. We didn’t use some of the decorations that were purchased outside out of florist because florist and venue were not responsible (Hire a decorator or wedding planner). We heard from guest that the dinner was great but the steak was not a favorite. I also lost detachable sleeves to my wedding dress (make sure your organized and have people in place to grab your belongings after the event). We rented a super car for our getaway vehicle. When my fiancé arrived at the venue the guys at the valet parking told him it was $20 for VIP parking to keep the car in the front. Not thinking anything of it, he paid. Later when a manger heard of this, he explained this was not true and returned the money to him. The venue needs better communication. One person says one thing, and the next, something different. It was disorganized and chaotic but we are told this is the norm. We booked two years ago and had three different event coordinators over that time. Things got confusing and lost between the transitions but it was overall a great wedding and beside those little hick-ups that do not matter at the end of the day, we loved everything. Thank you to Sydney who made all of our requests happen with the short time she had helping us plan our special day!

and gave me the ease of enjoying every moment. The food was AMAZING and we still get compliments on it to this day. Thank you all again.

a all my planning needs and she was so organized, accommodating and full of great suggestions throughout the process. I had a complete meltdown 30 seconds before I was supposed to walk down the aisle and she was there to calm down and dab my tears(without messing up my makeup night I add lol) I can’t thank her enough for everything! I can go on about her and the rest of the staff for days, but let’s get into the food!! I had a rather large bridal party and the bridal attendant was nice enough ti bring food down to the suite for us to eat before the ceremony which was amazing! I myself barely ate at cocktail hour lol but what I did have was bomb! I’m Caribbean’s and I really wanted food from my culture to be served and they freaking nailed it! From jerk and curry chicken to large oxtails everyone was in heaven!! And don’t get me started and the braised short rib, I wana come back just to order that to go for dinner lol. My wedding was a month ago and ppl are still raving about the food and dessert extravaganza. The only thing I really wish would have been different was that I could keep the bar in the cocktail hour room open during the reception because my family likes to drink and only having the one bar open made the line long so the dance floor would feel empty at times while everyone was in line. Other than that I can’t complain I literally had a ball and would love to relive it every day. Would 100% recommend this venue to anyone of my family, friends, or clients!

eptional wedding coordinator. Anything we wanted and needed was done and then some. She made everything was set up how we requested and it all ran smooth and had such great contact with her. Joe the maitre d was absolutely phenomenal he made sure everyone was well taken care of all night and Kiara my bridal attendant was amazing as well. The entire grand marquis staff was unreal. Everyone that attended cannot stop raving about the food especially cocktail hour and dessert. I forever will be eternally grateful for this staff and I will NEVER forget it. I really hope to work with them for more events in the future. Look NO FURTHER than having your events here you’ll be blown away and not one disappointment. 100000/10
