A Huge Thank You to Kristi and the Grand Pines Reserve Team!
We are beyond grateful for the incredible experience we had at Grand Pines Reserve for our wedding. From the moment we booked the venue, which was still under construction at the time, we knew we made the right choice. The flexibility with vendors and liquor packages was a huge selling point, and we were able to secure an amazing deal that worked perfectly for us.
Kristi and the entire team were outstanding throughout the planning process. Kristi was an absolute pleasure to work with—so kind, responsive, and always willing to meet with us to ensure everything was on track. Her prompt communication and attention to detail made the planning process seamless, and we were so thankful to have her as our event manager. The team did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable and that every aspect of the day was executed perfectly.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful chandeliers lit up the room and created a magical atmosphere, and the entire space—inside and out—was spotless and well-maintained. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn't agree more! The day-of staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and the bar team made our signature drinks with ease. Our guests are still raving about how delicious they were!
We were also so grateful for the extra kindness and flexibility the team showed us when we were allowed to take our bridal portraits on-site. Even when we went over the allotted time, they were so accommodating and understanding, making sure we had everything we needed to capture those precious moments.
Overall, we can’t recommend Grand Pines Reserve enough. The staff, location, and flexibility were all A+ and made our wedding day truly unforgettable and a dream come true!

We got married in March of 2025.
Grand Pines Reserve is an absolutely beautiful venue, everyone was in awe of the huge inside space, high ceilings, massive bar, and optionality of getting married inside or outside.
Grand Pines Reserve made our night a perfect night because they fully supported our Polish Traditions which meant a lot to our families attending. They allowed us to stay late which let everyone truly enjoy the night. They also are dog-friendly and let our dog be part of our ceremony.
The Grand Pines Reserve team was incredibly communicative and easy to work with every step of the way. Special shoutout to Kristi and Shannon for all their amazing work and effort to make our wedding one unforgetting night.

I am SO thankful my husband and I chose Grand Pines Reserve to host our January 2025 wedding! We booked our wedding date in November of 2023 (when they were still under construction) and almost immediately knew GPR was the venue for us!
Kristi and her team could not have been more helpful, transparent, professional, and flexible through the entire process. She goes out of her way to ensure her brides have all the information they need, and no question goes unanswered. I personally felt like I asked a million detailed questions throughout my planning process, and Kristi was always patient responsive, and understanding. Did I mention she usually gets back to you within 24 hours (most of the time quicker)? That’s pretty impressive.
We selected GPR because of the location, the church pews in the chapel, the HUGE reception space with incredible chandeliers, the flexibility to bring in vendors of our choosing (minus alcohol which we were perfectly fine with), and, honestly, because Kristi made us feel very comfortable, and like we had known her for a long time. We specifically wanted a venue that was stunning in every way, so we did not have to spend a ton of money on decorations, and GPR did NOT disappoint!
The day of staff were also just as incredible! Shannon helped execute the most magical day easing all my worries and day of “to-dos”. From the bar staff to the clean-up crew, we truly could not have asked for a better day.
I also took my bridal portraits on a separate day, and Kristi was so kind to me as I worked through getting them scheduled since I live in Austin, TX.
Overall, I cannot recommend GPR enough! Everything about this place is unforgettable, and they will genuinely work hard to make your wedding day an absolute dream come true.

We toured Grand Pines Reserve when it was still a newer location, we loved it and knew right away that’s where we wanted to have our special day! Not only were we blown away by how beautiful the venue was KRISTI WAS A DREAM to work with! She was always there anytime I had a question or needed help, she responded extremely quick always. We couldn’t have done it without all of her help and hard work! She makes you feel like family and it’s the best feeling being taken care of especially for such a milestone for a Bride to be!! We couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Our wedding day was a dream come true!!

My husband and I got married November 2024 and it was simply perfect! We booked Grand Pines early in the construction process and have been so pleased with Kristi and her team from the start.
The venue is beautiful and perfect in so many ways. The bridal suite was so spacious with great lighting, endless outlets, and mimosas provided by Grand Pines!
It poured rain almost our entire wedding day and the covered patio allowed for 200 people to enjoy cocktail hour while staying dry which was so important to me!!
I can’t say enough good things about Grand Pines, we were happy to share our special day with them!

Had our wedding here November 9th and I still can’t get over how perfect everything was. When we first booked Grand Pines Reserve, it was nothing more than a concrete slab. We put our faith in the renderings and took a chance, and it turned out to be so much more than we imagined. The venue is absolutely stunning and truly made my dream wedding a reality. From the gorgeous chandeliers to the expansive windows, every detail was perfect. I was relieved to see that I didn’t need to spend a fortune on décor because the venue itself was so beautifully designed. Kristi was a pleasure to work with from the moment we booked (two years before the wedding). She was incredibly responsive, always addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire planning process. Our guests had an amazing time and are still talking about how gorgeous everything was. Thank you, Kristi, and the entire team at Grand Pines Reserve, for making my dream wedding a reality!

I booked the venue during the construction phase based on the images shown. The BIGGEST reason I booked this venue was because the images of the outdoor ceremony site. However the final outdoor space does not look ANYTHING like the 3D rendered images. They still currently have the image as Facebook header of a space that their venue doesn't look like! I get small changes throughout construction, and they did have a lot of changes I did complain about (One big one; is the windows in the reception area, was supposed to open like a large garage door, that did not happen). But I do not understand the space looking nothing like the design. I was IN LOVE with the outdoor ceremony design. The finish space is just not pretty. I was so excited, and I am honestly no longer looking forward this day. Feel like I am stuck with a space I do not like, or lose the money I already invested. Kristi was very polite to work with, and they did allow me to push my date back after I booked because I needed a major surgery. But it does not change the fact that I booked based on the image I was shown and that the space does NOT look like that. Very frustrating and I will NEVER book anything during construction again.

When you reached out to us at the end of 2023 asking if we could potentially reschedule to 2025, due to your personal health journey and elective surgeries, we considerately allowed you to reschedule going against our contract. Your original 2024 date remains available, at a complete financial loss to us, but would have been the only date that you could have made these claims of disappointment about. When we re-toured with you on 12/22/23 the venue had been open and construction completed for six weeks. The venue construction including the feature window under the breezeway and the outdoor ceremony decking build-out was complete and provided an accurate vision of what you were purchasing. The only item not completed was the stain on the decking due to the wood cure time.
During your many tours, phone calls, and texts since booking, you never mentioned any disappointment with the final project. You signed a new contract, not at pre-construction pricing, on 12/31/23 for an open date in late fall 2025. We graciously transferred the funds paid on your original date to this one. It wasn't until June 2024 that we received an email stating that the venue and outdoor ceremony space did not meet your expectations. We feel that your claims as well as the email threats of a poor review stem from a source impacting your day that likely has nothing to do with the venue or its aesthetics. Your recent communication feels like an attempt to manipulate us into letting you sell your new date or refund the monies currently paid in. Per your venue agreement, we are unable to entertain any changes to your new contract and we are deeply hurt by your unfair words. The team at Grand Pines has spent many hours, days, months, and years creating a beautiful venue for couples to share in the joy and celebration of their wedding day.
If you still wish to get married at Grand Pines I can tell you that I and our team will continue to treat you in the loving and most cherished way we do for all of our couples. From start to finish, Grand Pines Reserve was a dream to work with. Kristi was quick to answer my million questions and always made me feel so special and welcome! There was never any grey area in my mind and always felt well prepared and taken care of. Every suggestion given by Kristi was wonderful! The day of was absolutely a dream. The staff at GPR and all vendors recommended were incredibly professional and everything was so smooth. I would recommend Grand Pines Reserve to anyone looking for their perfect venue. We got married at Grand Pines Reserve on 3/23!
I don't have enough good things to say about this venue! The layout flows SO WELL and it is just so BEAUTIFUL! Kristi answered all my questions throughout the process! Very professional and everyone was so sweet! We booked when they were still under construction so I was a little nervous at first but once I saw the venue in person complete, it was better than I could have ever hoped for! They really took time to really think out every detail of this place and it shows! 10/10!

We booked this event when the venue was being completed. We were not let down! From day one until the day of my daughters wedding we were treated like we were the only customer that they had. Kristi was a pleasure to work with. Professional, pays close attention to detail, honest and flexible. My daughter had a beautiful wedding and we could not have done it without Kristi's help. I also wanted to give a shout out to Jenn and the staff who worked with us on the day of the event. Everyone was eager to please and did a tremendous job.

My husband and I booked Grand Pines when it was just wooden planks and dirt, and it turned into the absolute most beautiful venue. From the day we toured until the day of the wedding, we were completely taken care of. We utilized one of the packages that they offer, and it took off a tremendous amount of stress knowing that we did not have to shop around for vendors, and they provided the best of the best. Kristi continuously checked in on us and answered any and all questions that we had. This venue and their staff really is top notch!

Love, love, love Grand Pines Reserve! Having booked our daughter’s wedding during construction with only the computer rendered video and pictures (and many visits to check on the construction progress) to go by, we were thrilled with the final results! The venue is absolutely beautiful and so spacious, the staff is excellent and Kristi O’Connell, the Venue Operations Manager, is amazing to work with! Her years of experience in the wedding business show in her attention to every detail and her patience with us as we asked every question imaginable! Our wedding planner found this venue for us while it was still under construction. My husband and I were the second couple to sign with them and all they had were the floors when we visited the first time. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it had everything we were looking for. Kristi was kind, professional, and communicative through every step in the process of planning the wedding. She has been in the business for a long time so she knows what she's doing. They thought of everything when they built this venue and everyone at our wedding couldn't stop talking about how much they liked the venue. I was delighted to have a choice between using an outdoor or indoor ceremony site. It was hard to find a venue with that option for a reasonable price. They also made things easier by providing a bar package so we didn't have to worry about the alcohol for our guests. I'm honored that we were their third wedding since opening and I would recommend it to couples looking for something chic, modern, and a little rustic.
