First off it transports you to a literal tropical vacation with its lush well kept grounds, it had waterfalls throughout the property, there is so much greenery and trees it really is a dream. The staff here are incredible, everyone we interacted with was very professional, nice and willing to help answer any questions we had. Grand Tradition includes so many things other venues do not one very important thing was their event coordinator. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole and she was nothing short of perfect and amazing during the whole process. She is not just a day of coordinator she is a real full time coordinator that is there to help plan and be there for meetings, address any concerns, she was truly a valuable part of our experience. We wanted to add personal details that Nicole was able to arrange for us, she never said no, she always found a way to make things work for us. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls, we always felt valued. Once our wedding day came the staff at Grand Tradition blew us and our family's away. They were so efficient, any hiccups that occurred they fixed right away. They provided golf cart access to our elderly family members, everyone was greeted with our champagne of choice, I had a bridal assistant that stayed by my side the whole day, she was amazing as well. my bracelet had broken and she managed to fix it, she fixed my brothers button on his tux that had fallen off, she was always there with out signature drinks she made sure I stayed hydrated with water. Nicole was such a vital role in how the day played out, every time I asked for something she was right there, she was behind the scenes and made the day so perfect for Ken and I. I can not say enough good things about Grand Tradition and Nicole. We had our dream wedding at Grand Tradition, booking them was the greatest decision we made wedding planning. If your on the fence I would encourage you to book them. Thank you everyone at Grand Tradition for giving us such an amazing wedding we will never forget.

our amazing wedding coordinator Danielle, who made us instantly comfortable with her easygoing personality, always quickly responded to our questions, and provided reassuring guidance leading up to the wedding. Come the day of the wedding (and for this, we also want to highlight and call out Noelle for being amazing), we were checked on throughout the night, our needs were always placed first, and the schedule was adjusted flexibly to adapt to delays. We were beyond satisfied with the level of support we received by all the staff at GT. In commenting on the food, many guests commented on the buffet selection being “some of the best wedding food they've had". Many guests also commented on the beauty of Arbor Terrace and for those who traveled from afar, comments were made of "this was worth the trip". Thank you GT for an amazing experience.

ust as beautiful as I had remembered. In addition to a gorgeous tropical setting, every single person at GT made our wedding day dreams come true. Danielle, our wedding coordinator, was a literal DREAM. She was PHENOMENAL. She provided logistics, organization, and paid attention to meticulous details that allowed myself and Chris to not stress, but fully enjoy and be present on our wedding day. GT lets you schedule three meetings with your coordinator leading up to your wedding day and I cannot stress enough that throughout the meetings and constant emails Danielle very quickly began to feel like a friend to both Chris and I. Her care, kindness, and gentleness allowed Chris and I to build a connection with our coordinator beyond having someone handle the logistics on the day of. We could look at Danielle and know that everything was going to be okay; she had every detail/instruction nailed to a tee! The entire staff at GT was so pleasant and everyone moved so efficiently to keep the day flowing SO smoothly. My guests were shocked at how well we kept to the schedule and that truly is in part to how well the staff at GT is able to work with each other and the wedding couple. They also have a very strong list of preferred vendors and the collaboration and trust between each group to coordinate a wedding day is clear as day! In addition to the staff being amazing, my guests were in AWE at the gardens and waterfalls. Chris and I chose Arbor Terrace and you would not believe the amount of guests that mentioned to us that the space was BEAUTIFUL. Our guests felt transported to another location and this was one of the main reasons why Chris and I chose this location. Our guests also LOVED the food and drinks! We were told repeatedly that this was some of the best wedding food they had ever eaten. So thank you Grand Tradition for helping Chris and I have one of the best if not THE best day of our lives thus far and allowing us to start our new journey in the most magical venue!

The waterfalls (plural, yes), well-manicured trees and tropical plants, and small touches all made me look at my (now husband) and say “wow, this is the place.” Danielle Main was our day-of coordinator, and she supported us with organizing our planning steps, what to expect, and was there to help it all go smoothly on our big day. She helped take so many of our logistical worries away. The rest of the staff also played a pivotal part in making the day go smoothly. The servers, bartenders, golf cart attendants, parking attendants, and many more, helped everyone feel cared for and relaxed. They were absolute rockstars. Even when there were a few hiccups on our end, the team made it so that we barely noticed anything went wrong. It felt like a movie, fairy tail, everything you want from a wedding venue. Our guests keep telling us how much fun they had, how beautiful the venue was, and how tasty the food was too. We are so happy we chose Grand Tradition as our wedding venue, and certainly recommend it! P.S. when you go for your menu tasting, the food might be underwhelming due to the fact that they make so many different things for the tastings. Trust us when we say that your food on your wedding day can be WAY better (more tender, moist, to YOUR taste) on your big day. Just tell them how you want things cooked, and they will make it happen. They certainly did for us.

tour guide was knowledgeable and patient, letting us take in everything and ask a million questions. We were not only physically walked through all the spaces on the grounds, but also the paperwork, cost breakdowns, and the amount of customization offered. Once booked, they were constantly in communication with us. Our coordinator, Nicole, was a superhero. The check-ins that occurred during the planning process helped us figure out what needed to be done. Also, everyone was easily contactable, and the website portal was simple to navigate. Even last-minute chaos and changes thrown Nicole’s way didn’t faze her for a second. Also, with booking here, we got to attend the menu tasting event. That’s when we got to meet the staff and see how they worked. The servers, bussers, and bartenders were fantastic and so happy to answer questions. We got to work with the bartenders to lock down our his and hers drinks for the wedding. On the actual day of the wedding, everything went smoothly. Or if it didn’t, the groom and I had no idea! Nicole, along with the bridal assistant, Deo, was on top of everything. They made sure we didn’t want for anything and constantly checked in with us throughout the night to keep us updated on the timeline and make sure we had everything we wanted. As hectic as weddings can be, The Grand Tradition gave us the chance to enjoy the wedding. We got to eat the food we picked out, enjoy our specialty drinks and be in the moment. It was the best gift they could have given us. All the staff were top professionals, and even though they turn out weddings every week, they made sure we always felt like the most special wedding ever to happen. After the wedding, various members of the team checked in to make sure things went well and nothing was left behind at the venue. We now have lifelong access to the gardens, which we plan on using in the future. The actual grounds of the Beverly Mansion side, as well as the mansion, were in top shape. Everything looked clean and in working condition. There were always stocked bathrooms and nothing on the floors. It was a beautiful experience. I cannot recommend this venue enough. From its beauty to the professional staff, it is a dream to have your wedding at The Grand Tradition. TLDR: Beautiful grounds, great staff with strong communication, made my wedding the best day of my life. Highly recommend.

We booked the Arbor Terrace Venue, which feels like a tropical get away, waterfalls, lush greenery, beautiful flowers - we didn’t need hardly any decor for our ceremony because it is so naturally beautiful. The reception area was incredible- spacious while still getting the feeling of the tropical escape, with a small waterfall by our sweetheart table. Danielle was our coordinator, and she was just incredible. She answered every question I had, down to the smallest detail. We didn’t have an actual “planner” so Danielle went above and beyond with assisting us, especially day of set-up. She is so kind and so fun, and she definitely made us feel special! Our day felt so smooth, carefree and happy because Danielle organized EVERYTHING and was on top of it!!! Very grateful for her 💕 Giselle, my bridal assistant was incredible, anything I needed, she was right there to help. She fluffed my dress, bustled my dress, help my bouquet when needed, stayed with me the entire time during photos, helping me with whatever necessary, she was amazing 💕 The other staff at Grand Tradition, the chefs, servers, bartenders, etc. were incredible- so kind and helpful. Truly the entire team at Grand Tradition has been nothing short of amazing. Could not have possibly picked a better, more beautiful venue than this! My husband and I were honestly slackers when it came to planning our wedding but Nicole was on it and made sure we got things done which we appreciate so much! We constantly had updates and check ins from Nicole which was really kind! Day of the wedding Nicole was there making sure everything went well. There was a problem that one of our vendors a photo booth did NOT show up which was pretty awful. I could not get a hold of them but Nicole took over and tried as best she could to figure out what was going on. That vendor didn't show up at all but luckily we had Nicole who was kind enough and fast acting and set up the Grand Traditions photo booth. Our guests had so much fun with it and it's all thanks to Nicole. She is a very hard working woman, I cannot explain enough how above and beyond, helpful and appreciated Nicole was during this whole process! Kaya was my Bridal Assistant and she was great! Kaya was on it!! She had a bunch of emergency things with her that I ended up needing and my wedding party. I got married on a rainy day so the bottom of my dress got pretty dirty, right before I took pictures after the ceremony Kaya was prepared and got a bunch of the dirt out of my dress!! Kaya and Nicole took their time bustling my dress to make sure it looked good! I appreciate all of Kaya’s help. She was great! Music during the ceremony was perfect! Their timing on everything was great! Food was beyond amazing! All night we heard people talking about how delicious the food was. The spinach chicken wellington was sooo delicious… If i could get a recipe that would be great haha! The food had so much flavor and felt like it was cooked carefully and with passion. It has been a week since my wedding and people keep texting me that they are craving the food from my wedding! Service staff, everyone who was working that day was awesome! I saw several times where they used teamwork to get things done which was nice to see. They were all kind and hard working. I walked in the tent when the wedding was done because a guest lost their wallet. They quickly stopped what they were doing to help me look (It was in his pocket.. He was drunk lol!) but still they didn't even hesitate to help me! Everytime I walked past a worker they would tell me congratulations which was very kind! Bar, I personally didn't go to it often because I don't drink but I did notice my guests making conversation with the bartender and having fun! When I did go to refill my soda or water he was very kind! Dressing rooms were so cute on both sides! They were clean and cutely decorated. They prepared a snack board, water and cider for us which was so nice! The only thing I'd recommend about changing in the rooms is to add a tv or speakers for music in the bridal room. Menu tasting was included in our package which we had such a fun time attending. There are so many things inside of the wedding packages that are so great! Another great one is lifetime garden passes!! Venue itself was just beyond beautiful!! We chose Arbor Terrace for our ceremony which was gorgeous. The Arbor Terrace is a tropical vibe, there is so much greenery it's just so beautiful. All of the greenery and waterfalls made it where we honestly didn't need a lot of decorations and it was still so beautiful. All night we got compliments about how beautiful the venue is. It feels so fresh and magical for your perfect day. Its hard to put into words how breathtaking Grand Tradition is. It is 100% a must see venue. We spent a total of 13,025.94 the only extra stuff we added were lanterns for the reception tent. This price is for 75 people and there is so much included in the package.

There was also a bridal assistant the day of (I think her name was Kya) who was just hanging around me to consistently fix my dress or lift it so I could walk without dragging it. She was awesome too. A perfect venue! And the food was great!

ach and every detail of our day. Jasmine was my bridal assistant and she was so attentive not leaving me and making sure my every need was met from before the ceremony until the end of the night. Their staff literally made us feel like royalty that day. They handled the set up of everything we brought and the take down at the end, even loading it into the cars for take home. We didn't use many decor rentals because the space is so beautiful it didn't require any. Flowers and draping lights were enough to finish the look. I would have my wedding here again and again if I could it was absolutely PERFECT. The food was incredible, our guests are still raving about how they have never had GOOD food at a wedding it usually mediocre at best. I wish I could go back for dinner again, I was so busy I didn't get to enjoy my prime rib!!! I highly recommend this venue, I promise you will be over the top satisfied with every aspect of it. Disclaimer: while in the planning process it is hard to get ahold of your coordinator. Sometimes it takes weeks for responses. Be patient it will all get handled. They give your wedding the utmost attention when its your wedding month and then you understand why.

She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. VENUE: We got married at the lake, with our reception at the Beverly Mansion. The grounds are so well-kept! Beautiful green lawns surrounded by flowers... it was like Disneyland! FOOD: Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. We did ours buffet-style, having prime rib, chicken Wellington, shrimp pasta, mashed potatoes, veggies, and two different salads. NOT ONE COMPLAINT!! Everything was delicious!!! We also opted to do the smores bar, which was a crowd favorite and so cool! DRINKS: The bartenders that we had were OUTSTANDING! So quick and accommodating. We chose the Well Cocktail package, which included all sorts of well-drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. For our signature drinks, we chose the Spicy Bride and Cherry'd Away. Both were delicious and crowd-pleasers! I love that the Grand Tradition offers a full bar! SERVICE: The Staff at Grand Tradition has things DOWN TO A T!! They did not miss one step. They truly made our evening flawless. Grand Tradition provides all of their couples with a wedding coordinator, a 'day of' bridal assistant (my girl was so sweet and always made sure I looked good and had everything I needed!), and a well-trained, nicely-dressed staff that took such great care of our guests. I would recommend Grand Tradition to anyone getting married in Southern California. It is a hidden gem. If you want a fairytale wedding, this is the place to go!!!
