Deliveries arrived well in advance, communication was effortless, and our DJ was absolutely amazing. Jillian, Lily, Anna, and Briana managed the planning and coordination with such professionalism and warmth. They ensured every detail flowed perfectly from beginning to end. Our banquet captain, Kerri, was outstanding—organized, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the night. A huge thank-you to the banquet servers Michael, Eli, and Albert for their excellent service, and to Chef Jim and Sous Chef Corey for preparing such delicious food. Our guests are still talking about it! And of course, our bartender Mariah kept the energy high and the drinks perfect all evening. Granite Rose truly made our wedding unforgettable. really wasn't our cup of tea. That being said, if you want your wedding to be hand picked by you and your future spouse the Granite Rose can be as customizable as you want. Briana, Anna, Lily, and Jillian were amazing planners/coordinators. They gave fantastic suggestions and made us comfortable the entire time. Anna was our main contact the majority of the planning stage and I loved that she showed us her own wedding photos from November a few years previously. Day of the wedding, Briana was our girl. She was one step a head of us the entire time, and did a great job making sure neither of us were nervous. Banquet captain Grace was the sweetest, she took over the night around 6pm and she was on fire. I wish I could've taken a moment to thank our servers, Madisyn, Elijah, and Phil, I was bit too busy to properly meet and thank them, but I know they were wonderful! Chef Jim and Sous Chef Corey made an amazing feast. The food was even better than at our tasting and we have already received many notes from friends and family about how happily surprised they were with the delicious food. Bar Tender Dennis, I am afraid I didn't meet him personally, but I know he was working his butt off to keep the spirits flowing. ire team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. I have to start by raving about Lily Lascoe, our planner and day-of coordinator. Lily is truly a gem! She brought such a positive energy to the day, was incredibly organized, and just has the most delightful personality. She kept everything running on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. One of her heroic moments was when we realized the flower petals had been forgotten. Lily literally picked petals from the garden so the ceremony could start on time without an ounce of panic! She has a gift for making a bride feel calm, confident, and beautiful. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her! The food was absolutely fantastic—huge thanks to Chef Jim and Chef Corey. Every dish was delicious and enjoyed by all our guests. So many people came up to us just to say how amazing the meal was! We also heard fantastic reviews about the bartender, who unfortunately I didn’t get to meet myself, but from what our guests said, Mariah made the bar a true highlight of the night! Friendly, fast, and fun—she added so much to the celebration. A special mention to Dave, the security guard. He was such a sweetheart and a joy to talk to. His warm presence made everyone feel welcome and safe. And we can’t forget Grace, one of the servers who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Not only was she super sweet and attentive, but she was more than happy to help when my aunt needed assistance getting food for my nana, who has trouble seeing and getting around. Grace happily joined her at the buffet and filled two plates so my aunt didn’t have to go through twice. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to us and showed how deeply the staff truly cares. Every person we encountered at Granite Rose made us feel supported, cared for, and celebrated. The venue is gorgeous, but it’s the people who made the experience extraordinary. Thank you to the entire team who you gave us the most beautiful, stress-free, joyous day we could’ve imagined! It was an absolute honor to have experienced the wedding of our dreams with you all! For our wedding night, we worked with Lily and she made sure everything was perfect for us! From rehearsal to day of, she was there for whatever we needed, and was so helpful in making our day perfect. From there we moved on to dinner, which was prepared beautifully, everything made was delicious and we received nothing but complements on it. Josh, was our Banquet coordinator and my god was he great! We spent a lot of time with him during the night with brief check ins and just in passing. He was personable, respectful and such a joy to have be part of our team. He made the evening run smoothly, and made sure to keep everyone in the loop about what was happening next. Over all our entire night was a dream come true, everything was beautiful, and the service from the Granite Rose is unmatched. You won’t be disappointed choosing them!

Lily made sure every thing we had got set up effortlessly. The day was so busy and everything moved so fast, but Lily kept us calm and made things that seemed so huge, very small. Joshua was our captain for the night and took extra good care of even the smallest details. From holding my wife’s dress up so we could get pictures outside, to teaching people how to do the Cupids Shuffle, to finding a double rose in our bouquet- he was just amazing. We highly recommend Granite Rose for its delicious food prepared by Chef Jim and Chef Joe. We got compliments all night from our guests about how the taste and quickness of the food was great. The servers Kiara, Lucas, and Kerri also effortlessly cleaned the tables all night without anyone even knowing they were there. Also a shoutout to the bartender Mariah for pouring drinks all night long and keeping our guests extremely satisfied. She complimented our dresses and was very pleasant to chat with! With the help from all the staff at Granite Rose, we were able to bring our dream to life. It felt like magic and we were queens waiting to enjoy every moment of the night. We barely had to think about anything the entire day and just trusted the entire team to make things happen and they went above and beyond! Dennis and Abby at the bar were awesome and make the most amazing drinks for everyone all night long! I would recommended the Granite Rose over and over again to anyone who asks. It’s been almost a month and we are still getting calls from our guests about how incredible our day was. We owe it all to granite rose! The only thing I can’t comment on is the Dj that comes in the package, we hired our own! I recommend granite rose for anyone looking for a fun, affordable, and stunning wedding :)

We were a little worried about how the last-minute change would affect the feel of our ceremony, but Victoria and the staff were unbelievable in how they handled it. They quickly transformed the indoor space into a beautiful and intimate setting that felt just as magical as we had hoped for outdoors. It truly took the stress off of us and allowed us to enjoy the moment without missing a beat. The cocktail hour was immediately following the ceremony in the same room, and the clean-up was a total of 5-minutes. We got many comments from our guests saying how fast they converted the room into cocktail hour. The food was absolutely amazing, especially considering we had 160 guests! A huge shoutout to the chefs, Jim and Joe, who truly knocked it out of the park. Every course was delicious, and so many of our guests have complimented the quality and variety of the dishes. We had the center sirloin cut and the herb crusted chicken on the duet plated meal. The wait staff was also phenomenal. Lilliana, Tirk, Joshua, and Ro were attentive and pleasant, making sure our guests were well taken care of throughout the evening. Abby and Mariah, the bartenders, were on their game the entire night—ensuring drinks were flowing smoothly and everyone was happy. Despite the rain forcing us indoors, the staff didn't miss a beat in ensuring everything was flawless. The indoor ceremony setup felt cozy and elegant, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel intimate and personal. We were so impressed by how they pulled it together, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful the indoor setting turned out to be. We can’t thank Victoria and her team enough for their flexibility and creativity. Our banquet captain, Janet, deserves special recognition. She was instrumental in bringing everything together, taking care of those final touches that made our night run seamlessly. We felt completely supported, and her attention to detail made sure that everything stayed on track before we headed into our after-party. While our DJ, Kevin, made the night enjoyable by playing music that appealed to all ages, there was one hiccup: he changed our grand entrance song without informing us, which was a bit frustrating. Thankfully, he made up for it by keeping the dance floor alive and fun for everyone. We also want to give a special mention to Victoria, who was with us from the planning phase through most of our wedding day. She was more than accommodating and will forever hold a special place in our memories for how smoothly she helped coordinate everything. Overall, we were very pleased with the value Granite Rose provided. The venue, the team, and the overall experience made our wedding day perfect, rain or shine. We loved every moment of it!

When it came to my wedding day….. to say the least it was a shit show. The venue lost my seating chart that I made. One of the wedding coordinators was arguing with my photographer outside the dressing room blaming him for “wasting too much time”. When it came to the reception the set up was nothing like the pictures I sent. The florist I used was Suzanne’s right down the road. This is the florist the venue recommended/ works with. Other than our first meeting with the florist there was zero communication in the months leading up to the date. I sent multiple emails and pictures of what I envisioned. I could’ve bought better looking flower from Walmart/ Hanford for half price or even less. But I was still getting reassurance that everything was going to be “perfect.” Other than that the food was good and our DJ Kevin , and bar tender Dennis were amazing.

Our planning team, led by Victoria and supported by Anna, Julia, and Jill was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole planning process. I don't think we ever had to wait more than a couple hours to hear back from an email, and every meeting we had with them was easy and fun. Not to mention once the event actually occurred, Victoria and Lily were amazing at keeping the whole day running smoothly. Even my bridesmaids who'd never been in weddings before commented on their fun energy and efficiency. All of those hired to work the night were also amazingly kind and helpful. The food was amazing, thanks chef Jim and sous chef Joe. The waitstaff (Lilliana, Tirk, Elly, Avery, Phil, and Joshua) were all friendly and patient despite the chaos of running the event. Banquet Captain Janet was amazingly attentive and kept the whole night running smoothly. Bartender Abby did an amazing job of keeping the drinks coming despite high demand. Overall it was truly the best day ever, and was supported by the best team ever.
