My husband and I got married at Gray Bridge at the beginning of September and our guests STILL talk about how amazing our day was. We could not have done it without the incredible help from Matt & Stacy. They pour their heart and soul into this beautiful venue and it truly shows because our day was filled with so much love! From the first time we toured the grounds, throughout the planning process, and even after the wedding, they have made us feel so welcome and a part of the Gray Bridge community! We couldn’t be more thankful for all of their hard work to make our day so special. We are forever grateful!

The best wedding venue and experience that you will get! I researched almost every venue in Washington State and kept coming back to the Gray Bridge. The venue is beautiful and we were blown away with the customer service from Stacy and Matt. They were so welcoming and helpful considering this was a destination wedding for us! I could not imagine working with anyone else for our wedding day. I wish there were 10000000 stars to give to this venue. Stacy and Matt, THANK YOU!

Gray Bridge is absolutely amazing. We picked our date with them 2 years in advance and couldnt be happier we did. Stacy and Matt are the best, they make sure your whole day goes as smooth as possible & are always there for any questions, concerns, etc. They have everything you could possibly need included in the cost of the venue & have the most stunning venue. Our guests were raving about it!! We are so happy we had our wedding here, seriousuly a dream come true and that was all thanks to Stacy and Matt. Gray Bridge was the perfect place to have our wedding. It is outdoorsy, spacious but still intimate as well. Matt and Stacy have their property to perfectly set up. The bridal suite and Stag Shack were perfect for getting ready. We loved the late night s'mores. Absolutely gorgeous venue!

I can not say enough good things about Gray Bridge and it’s lovely owners Matt and Stacy! The venue is literally more beautiful in person, photos do not do it justice! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. On top of how beautiful the venue is Matt and Stacy are so easy to work with and really go above and beyond to make all of their couples feel extra special. They provide a variety of different decor, utensils and activities for you to use/play that are included! Gray Bridge was our dream venue. We were initially drawn to the very "PNW" vibes surrounded by trees and nature as we are both from the area and wanted an outdoor wedding. When we left after our initial tour we both just looked to each other and knew it was the place for us to get married. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, but Stacy and Matt were so friendly, supportive, smart, and gave us all the confidence in the world that the day could run smoothly. They had great communication in answering our questions and coordinating to vendors, and explained things in a way that we knew they know what they're doing. So much thought is put into the layout of the venue to create a flow for the day and the guest (and couple) experience. Our guests number one comment to us was just how beautiful and perfect the venue was. I would highly recommend Gray Bridge Venue to anyone!

Stacy and Matt have hands down the most beautiful and accommodating wedding venue that my husband and I toured. They were so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly on our big day, and they made it so easy and non-stressful. I especially loved the something borrowed closet that was available to us with decorations on site, which not only saved us money but was so much less wasteful compared to ordering a bunch of decorations that likely would have ended up in a landfill afterwards. All the spaces from the ceremony spot to the tent and dance floor were beautiful, and Stacy, Matt, and our DJ ensured seamless transitions through each spot. All our guests were also blown away by the venue and many said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. 10/10 recommend!!!

So incredibly beautiful. Everything you need in one place and everything we didn’t think of. Stacy and Matt are in the right business. They keep the venue immaculate. You can tell they love what they do. The vendor recommendation list was extremely helpful, also the planning site really puts all of the big stuff and small stuff into an order that isn’t overwhelming. Scampers (the cat) manager even hangs out if you need a couple seconds of distraction.

I honestly cannot imagine a more perfect venue! When my husband and I first toured, we fell in love with the beauty of the venue even on an overcast, dreary summer day. Everything is perfectly manicured, spaced wonderfully, and there are tons of options for guests of all ages and interests. I am a natural worrier, but all the preparation put in to the venue to prepare for any weather and situation helped put me at ease. As we progressed through the planning process, it became Matt and Stacy that won our hearts over even more. They were constantly there to check in and make sure the planning was going well, provide recommendations, and answer all of our questions. The fact that the venue comes with tables and chairs, excellent restrooms, tent and umbrella options, as well as a décor closet were all things we hadn't even thought much about when originally booking the venue but became huge perks down the stretch. Our big day was perfect; our guests marveled at the venue and Matt and Stacy seriously helped make even the tiniest of venue details perfect. Our wedding date was late May and almost everything was in bloom which was absolutely stunning and provided tons of natural décor. We cannot recommend Gray Bridge enough!

Our daughter was married at Gray Bridge in May and it was truly a magical day. The bridal entrance is unique and spectacular. We have had several guests tell us how beautiful it was. There were about 130 guests and the venue layout was fantastic. There are several distinct areas for gathering that are all close, yet all with a different feel. We used the bar area for mingling before and after the ceremony, the gorgeous amphitheater for the ceremony, the tented dining area and the dancing/reception area was lively. The yard games and smores fire pit were also popular. There also was room for a memorial garden and room to stroll about. Stacy and Matt were delightful to work with and their experience helped enhance our day. Thank you for a truly memorable day.

Matt and Stacy were amazing to work with! They were upfront about everything and made sure to answer all of our questions promptly. The venue was beautiful for our wedding and we deeply appreciated the extra effort of keeping us informed and providing additional cleaning when an unforeseen forest fire started on the pass. Our day was perfect!

As someone who is not too fond of planning, they made it easy with an included wedding website to organize everything for the bride and groom. My husband and I knew as we were touring this venue that it was the one. The grounds are gorgeous and the owners are fantastic to work with. They are extremely helpful during the planning process and make sure things go so smoothly the day of. We fell in love with Gray Bridge Venue the second we stepped foot onto the property! Matt & Stacy are such great and involved owners! They were so helpful throughout our planning and we wouldn't have executed such a beautiful day without them. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The work that Matt & Stacy put into the venue shows and pictures do not do their venue justice. Our guests are still talking about the beautiful venue! Chowing Gray Bridge as our wedding venue was easily the best and easiest decision of all the choices you have to make when planning a wedding. Matt and Stacy made our lives so easy and were on top of every little thing. They were responsive and easy to get a hold of. My guests were blown away with the venue and how beautiful it is, my pictures are unreal!! I highly recommend this venue and Matt and Stacy’s invaluable experience with weddings. Matt and Stacy who own the venue were absolutely flawless in setting my and my husband up for a perfect wedding day. From rehersal to the send off they were on top of everything happening when and how it should. The are such good communicators and have things down to a science- supporting with their advice but never pushy in it. You will always feel encouraged to make it YOUR day. Of all the decisions we made leading up to our wedding, deciding to book Gray Bridge has to top the cake! We knew we wanted this venue before even deciding on a date. The beautiful scenery, spacious environment, amenities, and hospitality from Stacy & Matt were things we (and all of our guests) will never forget! Many stressful aspects of planning a wedding that a lot of people forget about include planning décor, figuring out rentals, and deciding on ways to keep guests entertained. Gray Bridge provides solutions to many of the stressful aspects at no additional cost! All of the décor I used for my wedding was in their “Something Borrowed” closet, which they helped set up after I picked what items I wanted from their checklist. The only items I really needed to rent after what was included at Gray Bridge was tableware, and Stacy & Matt can help recommend great rental companies for these. They also provide a storage shed at the venue for rental companies to drop off/pick up supplies before/after the wedding, which was another thing off my list that I could check off worrying about. Gray Bridge also provides lawn games, as well as a S’mores bar, which was such a hit! There is also a huge variety of areas at this venue to take photos – woodsy background, near the pond, on the industrial/farmhouse bridge, in the grass, or in pretty much anywhere in this venue. There really isn’t an area that wouldn’t be a good photo op! If you are looking for an outdoor venue that you and your spouse, as well as your guests, will always rave about, look no further! Gray Bridge is an absolute dream of a venue! With two natural ponds, manicured greenery, and more than 40 varietals of rhododendrons, the beauty of Gray Bridge can't be beat. One of the most incredible elements is the overall flow of the venue - how guests are meant to walk through the area at different parts of the wedding while still making it feel close knit and intimate! All this doesn't even begin to cover the secret stars of the venue, its owners Stacy and Matt. When we first started our wedding planning process, we weren't in the area; Stacy and Matt helped set up a virtual tour of the venue and we felt confident that Gray Bridge was the right place! Even on camera you could see how gorgeous the venue was, and when we saw it in person we were even happier with our choice! They also provided us with so much help and guidance on how to go about planning within our budget and other vendors they've worked with in the past, and always made themselves available for more questions to make our day perfect. Unfortunately we did get rained out on the day of our venue, but Stacy and Matt made sure to get us ready with a plan a couple days before. Our event was still amazing under the tent. All our guests raved about how much they enjoyed the wedding, and how beautiful the surroundings were even though we were under the tent. We were also really lucky to be able to dance under the covered dance floor - a new addition this summer as Stacy and Matt continue to improve upon Gray Bridge. We're so grateful to have found Gray Bridge for our special day!

Gray Bridge was our wedding venue and OMG they were INCREDIBLE!! I could go on and on about the venue and how amazing Matt and Stacy are. Tour and venue details - the tour was organized, thorough, and fun! We booked them a day later - there was no question, Gray Bridge was the one! This venue is stunning. They have it all - ponds, mountain views, trees, a beautiful bridge, a covered dance floor, covered tent for reception, cute bar area, the swankiest/comfiest bridal suite, and so much more! The Something borrowed closet is no joke, it's fantastic! There are so many last minute things you'll need for your wedding and guess what - Gray Bridge has it! Our guests kept saying how beautiful the venue was throughout our wedding. Communication during the planning process - amazing. I asked Stacy a gazillion questions and she always responded promptly with lots of details. They use aisle planner for the table layouts, they have a walkthrough 90 days in advance to go over all the details. I am an A type personality and I fit very well with Stacy and Matt. They want to be thorough and know all the details of the day so when its your wedding day they are prepared for any situation. Wedding Day - WOW! They were there to great us, checked in on us throughout the day. It rained off and on during our wedding day and they were constantly checking the weather. We first had our ceremony arranged under the tent, then decided 40 minutes before our ceremony start time to do it outside. They got everything switched. It was incredible and I so greatly appreciated everything they did for us. Stacy and Matt - you two are the BEST! THANK YOU for everything!!

It took me months of searching for a venue online. And this was the only venue i was sooo sure about. When we did go to check it out , i said this is the one! I was more sure about this venue than my dress!hahah. Its so BEAUTIFUL there and felt like a fairytale. Stacy and Matt are such wonderful people and so helpful with everything. Everyone thought the venue was beautiful and took pictures everywhere. The next day all you could see was everyone’s Facebook profile changed. I can’t express how much we all loved it there. If only we could do it again..

Gray Bridge is absolutely stunning. My fiancé and I had looked at practically every other venue in Snohomish county, and nothing ever felt like “the one.” The moment we drove up for our tour at GB we were absolutely blown away. Not only it is beautiful, manicured, it has an incredible flow that works so well with any timeline. Matt and Stacey were so helpful through the entire process, especially considering we got married during covid. They kept me updated and we’re there with all hands on deck the day of. We couldn’t have chose a more breathtaking venue or worked with better people. All of our guests couldn’t say enough good things about the venue too. It has it all and more! I loved they there were no hidden fees or charges, everything was very straightforward. I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you Stacey and Matt for the most perfect day!!

Gray Bridge was the perfect venue for our forest-y, vaguely hobbit-y wedding. From the wooden walkways, evergreen trees, and pond, to the color-coordinated gardens and the namesake bridge, it had everything we could have asked for - and more. Stacy and Matt are so sweet and responsive, and getting to use their "something borrowed" closet was a great bonus. Having tables and chairs included was also incredible. Our guests loved the entire experience - especially the firepit and s'mores.

COVID-19 threw a curve ball on wedding planning. We really wanted to book Gray Bridge for both our ceremony & reception, but there were so many state restrictions which made things more confusing leading up to our wedding date. Stacy was prompt with answering my emails and questions that helped me determine what the best plan of action would be. Although we weren't able to get our deposit back from Gray Bridge, we decided to still have our ceremony at GB with 30 guests (elopement limit) followed by a small backyard reception at home - which was perfect! Gray Bridge is such a beautiful and unique location. I'm glad we were able to get the best of both worlds. The location is well kept, private and stunning! Only negative feedback I got from guests was that the fountain at GB was loud which made it difficult to hear our speeches. But wasn't a problem for me :)

Gray Bridge is an amazingly beautiful and well resourced venue. Moreover, Stacy and Matt are amazing venue hosts - they are experts on what they are doing, very accessible, communicative and great connectors to other vendors, ideas and resources. I fell in love with the venue from the very first moment I saw it (even though it was covered in snow!). The place and Stacy and Matt do not disappoint! Also, kudos to them for being on top of COVID protocols and regulations - they still made our wedding an amazing day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gray Bridge Venue checks all of those boxes and is headed up by the most incredible couple you could ever meet. Helpful, kind, and everything in between. Stacey and Matt will go above and beyond to ensure that your day is the best that it can be while on site at their venue! They assist with set up, cleanup, and overall guidance for the evening. Gray Bridge was a spectacular setting for our (twice-postponed) wedding. As many other reviews here say, Matt and Stacy are absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, organized, and responsive. They were flexible through COVID in a way that many other vendors and venues were not. Gray Bridge itself is stunning - well set-up, well thought-out, and an amazing setting for a special day. Our guests were overwhelmed at the picturesque grounds and ponds, thrilled to get a chance to pet the farm animals, and thankful for all the thoughtful additions throughout the venue, from heat lamps to signage. Simply put, Matt and Stacy have thought of everything and are ready for anything. They go above and beyond to help make the wedding day go smoothly. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have grabbed a wedding date on their busy calendar. Now hoping my friends get married at Gray Bridge so we have an excuse to go back...

Incredibly beautiful venue! As others have said, Stacy and Matt are phenomenal as they were so helpful throughout the entire wedding process. My now husband and I could not say no to a venue that was 1) beautiful 2) great price 3) had a closet full of decor we could use and 4) responsive owners that answered any questions that came their way. The decor planning was relatively easy since we used pieces from the closet for our entrance and reception tables. Most folks said I didn't look stressed throughout the process, and I believe most of that stemmed from Gray Bridge making it incredibly simple for us to use their items. We just had to take care of personal pieces, such as the entrance sign or guestbook. The only downside to this place is the drive, which is roughly an hour away from Seattle (or 1.5X during traffic time). We overcame that by starting our ceremony earlier than usual (330PM) so we could have our guests enjoy the venue for roughly 7.5-8 hours. Another perk to this venue is they allow any vendors onsite. We weren't stuck with having to buy X cases of wines at wineries or sticking with food caterers that were not on par to the quality we were looking for. Overall, I highly recommend you checking out this place and booking ASAP since their dates fill up well a year in advance.

Look no further, this is the best venue you will find! Trying to plan a wedding in 2020 was beyond stressful, but Matt and Stacy made sure that they were there every step of the way to help take some of that stress away. They were extremely supportive, communicative and accommodating with all of the changes throughout the pandemic and multiple postponements/date changes. They made it possible for us to have a small covid-safe ceremony on our original wedding date and then have our reception this July with our friends and family. I had so many people come up to me and ask "where did you find this venue, it is absolutely amazing!" Everyone was in awe. Gray Bridge has so much to offer from their gorgeous bridal suite to the expansive property and the something borrowed closet. They truly have thought of every little detail and work endlessly to continue to improve the venue. I could go on forever about how grateful we are to have booked with Gray Bridge, but I won't bore you. Matt and Stacy will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will recommend Gray Bridge to everyone!! We love you Matt and Stacy!

When my husband and I began searching for a venue we looked at so many gorgeous venues but none of them felt like “the one”. That is of course until we visited Gray Bridge and from the moment, we got there… we knew! We booked right away! We had our wedding day scheduled for August 23 2020. But then the pandemic hit and I have to say that Matt & Stacy were SO AMAZING! I received lots of emails and communication regarding new mandates and what that meant for plans of a dream wedding. They listened to me cry and did everything possible to help us get the day we dreamed of even during the chaos of the world. That being said, getting our dream wedding had to wait. With new mandates that banned receptions we decided to push our wedding out to May 23 2021. And it was PERFECT! Matt and Stacy were again amazing! They worked so hard as the weather went from calm to dumping rain but it all ran so smoothly and though I’m sure they were so exhausted at the end of the night they truly did everything to make our day spectacular. I can’t say it enough times! I would hire them over and over and over again! You can’t go wrong with this venue, the pricing, the beauty and the people who run it will forever have my praises!!!

Having our wedding at Gray Bridge was a true blessing!! Stacy and Matt are quite literally the best ever! They are quick to respond, genuinely care, helpful, flexible, kind, fun, and just incredible to work with. They have thought of EVERYTHING! Just so thoughtful and insightful. We absolutely loved everything about the venue. The venue..... is a dream! Beyond beautiful!!! We knew it was the one within minutes because it's breathtaking, and Stacy and Matt are just a joy to be around. They even have a Something Borrowed Closet where you get to select decor that they have collected! There's a spacious and gorgeous Bridal Suite, and an amazing Groomsmen suite with video games and a grill! We also loved that there were no add-ons!! Seriously, just the best. Our family and friends were also in awe of the venue and staff. Some family members had to travel a few hours to get to the Sultan and didn't understand why we chose a venue in Sultan. When they got to Gray Bridge, everyone kept saying, "now we understand why you chose this place, it's so beautiful here!" It wasn't only our guests who loved the venue, but also our vendors! Our wedding was a literal dream come true. We know it would not have been the same elsewhere. Like I said, a true blessing!!

I cannot speak highly enough about this venue and about Stacy & Matt. We visited a lot of places and this one was by far the most beautiful & most trustworthy. The site is simply stunning; most of our guests flew in and couldn't stop talking about the venue. The flow and landscaping is wonderful and you won't need a lot of other decor. But by far the best thing is how much love and effort Stacy & Matt put into this place and how much they simply want to help you. There is a "something borrowed" closet of decor, serving utensils, etc. that will save you thousands. They provide all that for free. You will not be negotiating with them on extras you thought were included at any time. They are also incredibly responsive, will answer any question and change their schedule around to help you out. They even pick up and drop off your alcohol for you and help you get a refund on the unused alcohol - all for free. I love my (now) husband and I only plan on getting married once but if I had to do it again, it would definitely be here. All jokes aside, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. It will save you so much money and peace of mind.

Gray Bridge is a venue that couples, guests and vendors will all enjoy. Stacy and Matt take great care of their space, which is beautiful as is, but also very versatile when it comes to designing different styles for any couple. Stacy and Matt are both so helpful up until the very end. On the day-of they were able to step in and help wherever needed, whether it was helping to clear an area or providing us with items we needed, no questions asked. My team appreciated their help and their heart to truly make it the best day ever for our clients.

As a wedding vendor myself (florist) I get the opportunity to experience many wedding venues and Gray Bridge was an absolute delight! Stacy & Matt were incredibly communicative and helpful from the start (even willing to Facetime to problem solve prior to the event!), and I especially appreciated the details they built into the venue to serve their fellow vendors. The property was vast, easy to find and beautifully maintained. Our couple opted to shuttle their guests in to and from McMenamins- which I can only imagine was a blast! Cannot recommend Gray Bridge enough.

Deciding to have my wedding at Gray Bridge was the best decision I made! Due to COVID we were searching for outdoor venues and when we went to tour the venue, we knew right away that Gray Bridge was everything we were looking for. Matt and Stacy (venue owners) were transparent, organized, accommodating, and super responsive throughout our whole planning process. Stacy kept us updated with the ever-changing COVID guidelines and made the process as stress-free as possible. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking with views of the mountains, trees, and clean water. There are designated areas for the ceremony, reception, and dancing. I loved how the ceremony area is an amphitheater so everyone gets a great view of the bride and groom without heads in the way. The bridal suite was AMAZING and made getting ready so comfortable for me and my bridesmaids. The parking lot was spacious for guests to easily park. The bathroom is SO luxurious and clean which is rare for an outdoor venue (ALL of our guests raved about it). The venue also offers beautiful decor items you can borrow for free which helped save us a lot of money! Gray Bridge is built to create a space for the couple and their guests to be as comfortable as possible on their special day, and they are prepared and fully equipped to help brides in the fullest capacity. Every aspect of the venue is so well thought-out and it gave me, my husband, our family, and guests the best experience on our wedding day. I also loved how Stacy and Matt continue to brainstorm ideas to implement more upgrades to upkeep their venue to the highest standards. Thank you Gray Bridge for hosting our wedding and making it the best celebration ever!

I cannot recommenced this venue enough and I haven’t even gotten married yet!!! I honestly don’t even know where to begin! First of all Stacy and Matt are phenomenal. They are both so nice and go above and beyond for everything! Actually, every worker I have met has been so nice! They have given me so many great recommendations and advice on things I would have never thought about! They are so generous, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any and all of my questions! Then there is the venue itself... breathtaking. From the moment you walk in, it’s like you enter your own private oasis. From the fountains to the flowers, the swanky sweet to the stag shack... everything is amazing! The tent with the chandeliers is literally what I had for my wedding vision!!! The entire venue is perfect and what my dreams are made of! Not to mention, they have so many things for us to use in their “something borrowed” closet... at NO cost! Most venues either don’t have this or charge an arm and a leg to use their items. I could not be more excited to start the next chapter of my life here and marry the man of my dreams... at the place of my dreams! I cannot thank you all enough and I CANNOT wait for what is to come!

When we booked with Matt and Stacy at Gray Bridge Venue back in April 2019, we had no idea that we would be getting married in the middle of a global pandemic. Throughout the constant changes in government regulations on weddings, Matt and Stacy continued to be as supportive and communicative as they could. We are very impressed with how they handled this unprecedented situation. We had toured several wedding venues in the Snohomish area, and nothing compared to gray Bridge and their Staff. They want to make your day special and are willing to help you out in anyway they can. The property is gorgeous, and they continue to make beautiful improvements and additions. Beautiful setting, outstanding help from the owners when Covid issues changed things (even 1 hour before the ceremony). The rooms for the bride and party to get ready in were great! There is not a better outdoor venue setting for the ceremony or after anywhere. They even have an area where you can pick out décor to use at no cost!! Game changer!! Go see them when you plan!

This venue and the team truly made our dream wedding a reality. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. My fiance and I had to reschedule our wedding not once, but twice. First moving it from California then changing dates. Matt and Stacy held our hand, were supportive and encouraging the entire process. They were extremely easy to work with and were so willing to lend a hand. This venue easily goes down in our top 5 venues. You get so much with their all inclusive package that is truly makes booking this venue a no-brainer.

If you want your fairy tale dream wedding to come true, this is the venue! We found Gray Bridge through an ad for a bridal magazine in back in 2019 and have been fortunate enough to see Gray Bridge evolve over the years (Like other couples, we post-poned our wedding 2x due to the pandemic). Through this time, Stacy and Matt were a match for us made in heaven. They were always extremely personable, responsive, detailed, and held our hand through the years and referred us to other fantastic vendors. As a queer couple, one of of major reasons we chose their venue is because the Bridal Suite is inclusive and the BEST for two brides to get ready in. It was spacious and beautiful like the entire venue - every space there from the reception to ceremony spaces feel uniquely it’s own and the dance floor (outdoor) had the perfect amount of lights (dare we say, it was lit!) Pre-Wedding Day, both of them reviewed our plans and made fantastic suggestions to make our wedding feel more catered to our values (Ex: leading the opening walk to the helipad for easy socializing!) Stacy and Matt went above and beyond - our family and friends were in so much awe at their helpfulness and love they put into this venue. We were married in July and we haven’t stopped talking about how perfect that day was since!

There are not enough good words to describe Gray Bridge Venue...it is beautiful will all the ponds, waterfalls, professional landscapes, multiple wedding ceremony/reception options, onsite bar, stag shack, gas fire pit area with surrounding benches, and more (all custom built by Matt), luxury bathrooms, gorgeous bridal suite, large white tent for those rainy days, and more. It's more than just a venue...it's an experience that will provide you fabulous photos and memories. And if that wasn't enough.....there are the inspirational owners....Stacy + Matt....they go above and beyond the call of duty to make your event happen with ease. I've never seen venue owners so welcoming, accommodating and professional like Stacy + Matt.....they are the BEST! If you are a vendor.....you want a wedding at Gray Bridge...it's a great experience! Gray Bridge went over and beyond to make sure our day was special and stress free. The venue is beautiful and the customer service from the owners is more that you could ask for. From day one the venue owners were easy to get a in touch with and responsive with any questions I had. All our vendors (DJ, Bar Tenders, Makeup, photographer and more) loved working at the venue. Gray Bridge has thought of it all when it comes to your needs! Best decision we made in our wedding process was using this venue!

“Magical” & “Unforgettable” We chose to celebrate our special day at Gray Bridge on the last day of summer. The majesty of the venue inspired guests to travel from as far away as Chicago and Baltimore. Gray Bridge is the quintessential Northwest venue – surrounded by lush, green woods; with mountain views; and spring-fed ponds. The owners, Stacy and Matt, have thought of everything and no detail is spared. They did an excellent job of communicating with us and helping us anticipate what we would need to make our celebration a success. The night went off without a hitch and we were able to enjoy ourselves and the company of our guests without having to worry about a thing. The relationship that they have with a local liquor store is really quite impressive. All of our spirits were delivered, free of charge, and unused and unopened product was returned for a full refund! Who does that??? Stacy and Matt take what they do very seriously and making sure that you experience “the best day ever” is their top priority. Guest after guest commented that it was a truly “magical” evening and an “unforgettable” experience, and asked when we can host another event at Gray Bridge Venue.

Stacy & Matt made our wedding venue search, planning, and day of so much easier than it could have been. The space is absolutely gorgeous, but the main reason we loved the venue was them. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a beautiful wedding and would appreciate some help coordinating it. Also shout out to Matt, every single time we came to the venue there was some additional cute amenity or feature he had thought up and added. I really can’t overstate how helpful and kind they were or how absolutely breathtaking the space is, we can’t imagine having had our wedding anywhere else.

Gray Bridge is phenomenal!! I don't know how to properly summarize how wonderful Stacy and Matt were throughout the whole wedding process. From day one of meeting them, they were so helpful and responsive. Any question my (new!!) husband and I had, Stacy would respond almost instantly with answers and helpful suggestions. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and I got so many compliments throughout the day about how gorgeous everything was. As if that wasn't enough, they also offered a huge variety of options for decorating and entertainment for guests in their "something borrowed" closet, which really pulled everything together for centerpieces and other decor. I can't imagine pulling off such a wonderful wedding anywhere else, and I would definitely recommend it to others. :) :)

Gray Bridge Venue with Stacy & Matt could not have been more perfect! Their facility is clean with a gorgeous Northwest true feel of woodlands and mountains. Without hesitation I would recommend Gray Bridge Venue as THE PLACE to get married. Our guests and family were blown away by such a beautiful setting. As mother of the bride, I was elated with the owners help and knowledge of the wedding and celebration process to make the day go by without a problem. To quote one of our guests, "it was magical!"

The whole process leading up to the wedding at gray bridge and through out the wedding until the end was spectacular! The site itself is incredible and is a must see before making a decision, Once you see the grounds it speaks for itself, The staff is also incredible at Grey Bridge and made our special day exactly that, it was our special day. They have rules and as long as you are respectful of the property and the rules they stay out of the way and let the day happen and let you and your party have a good time! We were so happy with the owners and how we were treated the whole day. From the entrance of the grounds with white marble rocks to the steps down the amphitheater to the area where we said our vows it had white marble rock down the middle and really made it that much more elegant! So many great areas of fantastic pictures and the dance floor is also big enough for A LOT of people. I can’t put into words how much fun we had and how special this day was for us. We will never forget this day and Grey Bridge will always have a special place in our heart for the rest of our lives! CHOOSE GRAY BRIDGE!!!

We went to a 50th wedding anniversary party here and the facility and grounds are wonderful. Very relaxing enviroment surrounded by flowers, trees, water and small bridges. Beautiful area to have an event!

To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we had a party with 70 friends and family at Gray Bridge. We used a Hawaiian Luau theme and the lovely outdoor setting was perfect. Gray Bridge epitomizes the beautiful Pacific Northwest; mountains, woods, wildlife, water and even the horses grazing nearby combine to enrich the experience. Many thanks to Matt and Stacy; their professionalism and sophistication as well as the excellent venue all combined to give us a magical 50th anniversary.

It was such an amazing time having our wedding here. Hearing the fountain in the background while we were getting married was calming and the whole layout of the venue was surreal. I loved the surrounding ponds that almost made the venue seem like it was a small castle. We had a small wedding but you can easily fit a large family with the size of the place. Matt and Stacy were wonderful to work with and they treated us like family.

Matt and Stacey are great! Came here as strangers and left as friends as the owners of this venue provided a picture perfect wedding day for my best friend and his wife. The location is absolutely amazing! 2 ponds that flow from a natural spring in Sultan, as well as a foot bridge that crosses over the property. You have scenery from Sultan's natural beauty, it felt like camping but with all the comfortable amenities of having a venue by your side. Brand new concrete entertainment area and a beautiful alter that overlooks the rest of the location. Parking is plentiful and easy to find. the location is hidden away on 16 acres. I honestly did not know that his place existed until I was invited here last week. The food, photos, and planning was spot on. On that Sunday, there were tiki torches set up, a even tent with plenty of seating and benches. The owners of this place spared no expense in providing us with an amazing experience. I would recommend this place with 2 thumbs up and a 5/5 for the over all time that I had there.
