Our guests loved the trolley service that we arranged for our wedding day. Our driver was super nice and remained on stand-by throughout the night in case anyone with small children needed to leave early! We took comfort in knowing that our guests didn't have to worry about parking in downtown Buffalo. I would recommend their services to ANYONE! Thanks again!!

We wanted to be a little different and went with a huge 32 passenger pink trolley. It was perfect. Everybody had room to move around and be comfortable. Took some pretty amazing photos in it as well.

We originally were not going to get transportation on our wedding day as our ceremony and reception were at the same venue right after each other. However, two months before the wedding we had to change the ceremony time so we now had the time to take pictures at another place. I called all the limousines two weeks before the wedding and of course they were all booked. I heard of the trolley at another wedding. I thought for sure they would be booked already. To my surprise, they had the exact trolley I wanted available which was the Cinderella. Due to the late booking and only needing it for a few hours, the group sales manager worked out a great deal with me. You can fit 32 people on it. We were also able to bring a big cooler with drinks on board. The driver was nice and it was such a neat and fun way to go to our other picture site as well as get pictures with it. It is a nice way to make your wedding more memorable.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the services provided and the lack of professionalism with this company. We used the trolley for our wedding-- it was an incredibly hot day, but when I booked, they assured me there was air conditioning on the trolley, and it worked great. Their website even claims that it's "always comfortably air conditioned." Day of the wedding- the trolley was sweltering. We were all sweating profusely. My husband was picked up at 12 pm, and he said it felt like the trolley was just turned on, instead of someone having the trolley on to cool off. It stayed disgustingly hot and sticky the entire time. The air conditioner also leaked. Great communication prior to the event but after the wedding, no one responded to my email. When I finally did get hold of someone, he was condescending, rude, and HUNG UP ON ME. He told me that I needed to be understanding rather than apologize that their services were not as advertised. Do NOT use this trolley company.

People loved the trolley! It was different and that was what we were looking for. It would fit up to 25 people comfortably. We had the Prince Charming because we wanted the balcony on the back for pictures. It was about 80 degrees that day and the AC didn't seem to be working properly.

I went to Buffalo Trolleys after wanting something different than the typical ugly Limo Bus for my large wedding party (We had 9 on each side) What I found was an adorable trolley at a great price and thought it was too good to be true...in a way, it was. A few days before my wedding, while trying to put together an itinerary of stops that the trolley would have to make--I was informed that it only goes 45mph. This was NOT told to me when I inquired about the trolley, when I put down a deposit, or even after the balance was paid. Imagine the stress that was put on me 5 days before the wedding, to find out that allllll of my photo plans needed to be rearranged because the trolley only goes 45 mph. The owner offered to give me a limo bus for the same price...but like I said...I didnt WANT a limo bus. After rearranging my photo plans, I thought everything was set. Little did I know, that because of the GUESTIMATE on time that I gave them for when we would be dropped off at the reception, that they would book themselves for another wedding after mine. It all worked out in the end, but again...I was told that I could have the trolley for as long as I needed it--I didnt know that we would then have more constraints put on us! Our trolley driver was wonderful, everyone LOVED the trolley, and I would def recommend them--just make sure that your plans incorporate the 45mph speed limit and that you are aware of what time you have the trolley until before the day of your wedding to help avoid unnecessary stress!!!

Such a fun and spacious way to ride along after your wedding. Did not want a stuffy limo where I had to creep down low with my dress on to get in and out of.. The trolley was so spacious with bench seats and windows all around. So much fun!

I had booked a trolley because I knew that we were going to have our entire wedding party and their significant others join us in between the ceremony and reception. The trolley gave us the room we needed and was much cheaper than renting a limo bus. From the time I booked the trolley to the day of my wedding, the company had switched owners. I was worried that the change in ownership would be an issue, but everything turned out just fine. There was some time as the wedding day drew closer that I couldn't get a timely response from the company, but when the new owner did return my calls they reassured me that everything was going smoothly and were very accommodating. I sent them my itinerary for the day and they followed it exactly. The driver was very patient which was a relief. Great service for a great value!

We had a very large bridal party and wanted something to hold us all but not bust our budget. Buffalo Trolleys was the perfect solution. The trolley is fun and unique. The driver was super nice and was willing to make a few minor agenda changes on the fly. Would highly recommend to others
