been a beautiful and incredibly fun event that perfectly suited our family and guests. And that would not have been possible without Jim and his amazing team! Jim was recommended to me by the coordinator at our venue, who told me he was exceptional. He secured vendors for us who were great and super nice to work with, including a DJ everyone still talks about. In the months leading up to the wedding, he kept the planning at a good pace, encouraging my daughter and me to stay on top of things and making sure not to overload us with too many decisions at one time. Whenever we had problems, he had solutions. He was proactive about sending us updated budget sheets as soon as there was any change, which I really appreciated. He was flexible about accommodating some unique requests, and he gave us great suggestions for the décor and food, which really delighted our guests and heightened the experience for everyone. And most importantly, because Jim had everything so perfectly handled, we were able to spend, not just the day of the wedding, but the days leading up to it, freely enjoying ourselves and being attentive to our guests. I can truly say our expectations were exceeded, and we are grateful to Jim and his team!

There are so many intricacies involved with wedding planning that we were totally oblivious to, and the Grayhouse team is immaculate at staying one step ahead of the process, and paying attention to every minute detail to ensure our vision became reality. More times than I can count, I left meetings with the team feeling confident and assured that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes, and I had the best team advocating for us. We had lots of creative ideas that I had not seen done at other weddings, and Jim was able to read my vision clearly and bring it to life better than I could have pictured. Still to this day, I have people telling me that our wedding was the most love-filled, FUN, and authentic that they had been to in years – and I owe much of that to Grayhouse for creating that reality! Our memories will last a lifetime, and Mark and I, along with our families, experienced exactly what the wedding season is meant to be - peace-filled, beautiful, sentimental, and fun – and we are so grateful for Jim and the Grayhouse girls for knitting the fabric together so well. t our dreams. Since, I already had my dress picked out, all I had to do was show Jim a picture and he immediately knew the tone, colors, and vision I had for my wedding. We had a lot of out of town guests, so we turned one night into a weekend affair. The guests were amazed and had a blast, people still talk about our wedding and rehearsal dinner (almost 3 years later). I even had a guest who was getting married a few weeks later and she was so impressed that she changed some of her own plans. Not only were the vendors that Grayhouse recommended absolutely amazing but I did not have to worry about one single detail. Everyone warned me that I’d be nervous, but Jim and his team kept everything so organized, that I can truly say- I was never worried. Every mother dreams of her daughter’s wedding and my mom absolutely adored Jim and his team. They are so understanding and they are great listeners. There were ideas that I didn’t want to go with but that didn’t deter Grayhouse. They simply listened to what I wanted and made it happen. A picture was taken on Jim placing the veil into my bun in the dressing room. It’s one of my favorite pictures because it shows how much Jim and his team love what they do. Most little girls fantasize about their wedding and I had my dreams come true, thanks to Jim and Grayhouse Events.

do our daughter’s wedding, we knew immediately we were getting someone special, but never could we have imagined what a jewel we got. Jim’s patience, understanding and support were unbelievable. Seriously, UNBELIEVABLE! Through all the Covid-19 changes and pivoting we had to do he and his team remained calm, cool, and collective therefore giving us such a feeling of calm always. They never showed stress or frustration. Jim and his team just got it done. They are truly amazing people and event planners. Jim, his team, and his vendors were a delight to work with. We never felt like they were just reusing old ideas. We felt as if our wedding was their first event with new ideas and shared excitement. Every event is tailored to your needs, personality, and budget. The saddest part of our daughter’s wedding weekend being over was the fact that we would not see them or talk to them on a regular basis. His knowledge, presence, and reputation in the industry also allows him to recommend excellent vendors who work very well with him. We were in constant communication with each other and he was always quick to responds to emails/calls/texts. On the day of, I literally didn't worry about a thing. I knew Jim would handle it. He and his assistants made sure the ceremony and reception spaces were setup the way I wanted and they kept the day on schedule. They ensured the men were dressed with boutonnieres in place, and that the women were on time and ready to go. He ensured my first look with my dad, bridesmaids, and fiance all went smoothly, and was there to cue the processional and me and my dad. He is so hands on, I can't imagine everything that he did, but again, I didn't have to know or worry about anything. I don't know how he does it, he seems to be everywhere at once, but I cannot imagine my big day without Jim and his team. I could always find him if I needed him, and he was willing to do anything I asked. He is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with and I would highly highly recommend him to anyone. I wanted everything perfect on my big day, and Jim's experience and attention to detail made that possible. His charisma makes him wonderful to work with too! If you want the BEST for your big day, Jim Gray needs to be a part of it.
