We didn't want a banquet hall, standard wedding food, or a venue that treated weddings like a revolving door. The moment we walked into the Greenbriar, we knew we had found it. We held our ceremony by the pond, and it was absolutely picture perfect. Cocktail hour was incredible, dinner was outstanding, and the upstairs dance floor was packed all night long. The Greenbriar accommodated many of our custom requests, including special wine selections for dinner, espresso martinis ready for guests upstairs before dancing (these were a HUGE hit), and even allowing us to set up a cigar bar outside. What impressed us most was how cared for we felt throughout the day. Matt helped straighten my veil and train before I walked down the aisle, then greeted us after the ceremony with our signature cocktails waiting for us. Crystal checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Valerie thoughtfully saved one of every passed appetizer for us during cocktail hour so we could enjoy them before joining our guests. Phil was present and available throughout the evening, ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy ourselves. These small moments may not seem like much, but they meant the world to us. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. The Greenbriar team made us feel like honored guests rather than just another wedding on the calendar. What made us fall in love with the Greenbriar is its character.
