From the first meeting to the wedding day Griffin's was a dream to work with. They understood my vision and gave me many options on flowers and budget. The proposal they sent had pictures and prices attached so I knew exactly what I was ordering. A week or so before the wedding they scheduled a call with me and caught some things that I had missed that they added on for me! Day of the wedding they delivered the flowers on time and the flower arrangements exceeded my expectations! I was blown away by how beautiful they were. The boutonnieres were perfect and our mothers loved the corsages. The tall centerpieces were so big and beautiful! So many of my wedding guests complimented them. I definitely recommend Griffin's!

They created beautiful florals for our wedding that worked perfectly with our theme. They came up with a gorgeous collection of flowers that really popped and were complimented so much during the day. After our event we took them to a retirement community where they were loved by an additional group of folks. Griffins went above and beyond to curate the perfect flowers for us and they were great and easy to work with.

I went for my consultation and was promised I would have it in a week. It’s been over a month now and no one has followed up with me. If they can’t even give you quote I wouldn’t trust them on my wedding day.

We had a change of consultants early on in the process. So our payments got a little mixed up, and we didn't have a ton of communication with them, but they did a fantastic job of fixing it and our flowers were beautiful.

I used Griffin's for my September wedding. I had a VERY specific vision that I was super excited about (succulents /greenery/white flowers no color) and they HIT IT OUT OF THE BALLPARK. I am SUPER particular and SUPER specific -they far surpassed what i was hoping for with minimal guidance. Everyone I worked with was a pleasure and the customer service was wonderful. The entire experience was seamless - would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Our flowers were absolutely stunning!! I have gotten more compliments on my flowers at the wedding than anything else! My bouquet was a cascade and breath-taking! Over all I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out, I do give a 4 star because at times communication was not the best. I would advise calling Russ for any/all questions you have, I think if I did that I would have had a 5 star experience. But on the wedding day everything was perfect and exactly what I envisioned. I would highly recommend :)

I have no words to express how happy/ecstatic/elated I am at the quality of their work! Everything was absolutely amazing...everyone begged for the floral centerpieces. My friends never take roses from weddings and they have all put them in their houses! In fact, the roses smelled so good, the ballroom STILL smells like them! Their work helped make my dream of a flower garden wedding venue a reality. Thank you so much for helping create such a memorable experience for me and my husband (yay!). Our bouquets and corsages were absolutely beautiful! We bought the flowers for our diy centerpieces and they were beautiful. They even replaced the flowers that had wilted prior to the wedding! Mindy was so helpful and even followed up after the wedding.

One month before my wedding, I switched florists to Griffin Floral Designs and it was the best decision I made! The florist I originally booked had been sold and the mock-up they produced was with poor quality flowers. I contacted Griffin’s Floral Design after doing a search of “florists in Columbus” and heard back from them that day. I was amazed that they agreed to do my wedding on such short notice. We used Griffin's for our 10/31/15 wedding and were very pleased. The bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely beautiful and everything was delivered exactly on time. Enjoyed working with Russ and appreciated that he helped us stay within our budget.

Russ was amazing to work with. He put my fiancé and I at ease and clearly explained our options and his vision based on our budget and preference. He even found ways to lessen the budget but he was conscious to ensure he did not go over our budget. The arrangements and bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. I added an order of mini roses for the top of the cake a couple weeks before the wedding and he was great about the addition. He's very prompt and quick to respond. It was definitely worth the expense of fresh flowers and Russ is an artist with florals. Everything looked so magnificent and the ballroom was stunning with the arrangements.

We contracted with Griffins Floral for our wedding. When we met with Russ we discussed what we were looking for, my vision, & I also showed him some pictures that I liked for my bouquet and a couple large centerpieces (not thinking we would get anything that would compare). Russ and his team proved me wrong. My bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! I had never seen anything like it. The large arrangements we had him do for our head table and escort card table far exceeded anything I could imagine. They were absolutely stunning. I went through the Pataskala location for my flowers. Let me just say, Russ and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I met with him a few times to go over the ideas I had in mind. I was one of those brides with a general idea but no solid footing on what exactly I wanted. He threw out ideas, gave me time to ponder and do my research. Needless to say, his ideas, and his work, are absolutely amazing! My centerpieces and my personal bouquet were total surprises to me, as I gave him full range to do whatever given specific flowers I liked, colors I wanted, and price I wanted to spend. I was NOT disappointed! My bouquet was amazing! I cried when I saw it in fact! My centerpieces were the talk of not only my guests, but the staff at my reception! We used Griffin's floral for 3 weddings in our family over the last 5 years. Each wedding had a different feel yet Griffin's Floral was able to capture what the Brides wanted. The reception floral arrangements were show stoppers and the bridal party flowers had unique & special touches that set them apart from the typical bouquets & boutonnieres. Russ and his staff worked well with all of us to stay on budget and to give suggestions. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of event as well as everyday floral needs. When my daughter and I was planning her wedding we didn't have a clue as to what florist to use much less what flowers to choose. We started asking around and Griffin's Floral came up several times so that's who we chose. We met with Russ and told him what we wanted for the Brides' bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquets. My daughter and her husband's wedding day was a dream come true thanks to Russ's flawless display of floral design at the Venue at Corazon 9/21/2013. I was overwhelmed when I opened the doors to the Ballroom at Corazon and saw the beautiful presentation of soft ivory, creams, and champagne colors permeate the room. Oh, and the aroma of the roses was so sweet! The pearls in the bottoms of all the vases was the finishing touch that set the tone that my daughter was looking for. The soft candle glow from the tall water vases was beautiful. I highly and without any reservation recommend Russ and his talented staff to anyone looking for a wedding event that makes a statement that will be remembered. Our last visit with Russ was amusing because I wanted to make sure things would be ready for the day of. He looked at me directly and said, "you have nothing to worry about....you are in very good hands". Russ's company delivers and we were in very good hands!

Russ and his team did a fantastic job for my wedding this past August. He pays such great attention to detail - from the flowers weaved between the candelabra at the church to the lighting and over the top centerpieces at the reception. I had a specific vision in mind for my "royal ball", and Russ worked so hard to fully understand everything I was imagining. I could not have asked for anything better. Ok so I drive to my first meeting with the florist and I see a big pickup truck infront of his office....I am thinking this should be interesting :) Then I met Russ... he knows his business and after that first meeting all my concerns about flowers, lighting, decor were laid to rest. Russ can do whatever you see in the high end bridal mags and he can also tell you honestly what he can do to capture the spirit of those concepts in your price range. It was the best decision my wedding planner made. Highly recomended !

Russ and his team did an unbelievable job for our daughter's wedding this past June. Entering the reception venue just before the wedding was the first time we were brought to tears that day! The centerpieces were simply stunning, and set the tone and the atmosphere for the reception. When we had our initial meeting with Russ, she immediately knew she wanted Griffins's to handle her wedding flowers. Our daughter gave him her colors, told him what she didn't want, and Russ did the rest. She was confident that, with his creativity, he would do the very best job. He took everything, down to the design of her dress, into consideration. Our daughter gave him free reign with her bouquet, and it was so unique and simply beautiful...she trusted Russ so much that she had no idea what her bouquet would look like until it arrived on her wedding day. Since then, EVERYONE we see who attended the wedding comments on how beautiful the centerpieces were. Russ and his team had a huge part in making the day just what our daughter and her (now) husband had envisioned, and we can't thank him enough.

Russ, when I first saw Stephanie's bridesmaid and bridal bouquets,I thought to myself, "Russ knew what he was doing. Beautiful!" Then I peeked inside the sanctuary and was even more pleased. With the candelabra arrangements, the flowers on the chancel, the wreaths on the double doors, and the hydrangeas adorning the pews, it was perfect. Elegant, classy, and just right for the space. Over the past many months, I found myself second guessing our decision to go all white and cream colored flowers. But as we neared Stephanie's wedding, I let it go. I realized that we were in experienced, professional hands and that you would not steer us wrong. With all of the choices and colors and styles out there, you were able to size up my daughter and determine what SHE wanted, maybe even before she knew herself. You recognized that she wanted elegant and romantic. Traditional, but with some modern touches. All I can say is that you hit it out of the park, Russ. When I walked into that ballroom, my breath was taken away. I was overwhelmed by the scent of flowers and the ambience. Candlelight flickered everywhere, crystals reflected the light, and the flowers, themselves, were magnificent. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to me to compliment the decor and to inquire as to who our florist was. It was everything we had hoped for, and more; it was like a wedding in heaven. Even though Stephanie did not have a theme, per se, her gown, the ballroom venue at the Westin, the church decor at Worthington Presbyterian, and the floral design all came together. It was as if there had been a master plan from the beginning. And so, I thank you for making our dreams a reality. It was a wonderful day for both the Easley and Mayberry families, and I can't wait to see the photographs and the video. Russ is AMAZING! I can't even put in to words how helpful, thoughtful and talented he is. I had a picture in my head of what I wanted for my wedding and Russ was able to bring that vision to life while staying in my budget. He was honest about what he thought would look good-which was SO helpful! I had no idea what flowers looked good together and he was able to put the PERFECT combination together to make my wedding reception the most beautiful room I could've imagined. Utilize his lighting if your budget allows-it really set the mood in our reception room and we got so many compliments on it! Russ was very hands on and quick to respond to any calls or emails. He is AMAZING!

As the Father of the Bride... I wanted my daughter's special day to be absolutely beautiful. Given her life-long love of Disney... and princesses... she wanted more than just a reception... she wanted "A Royal Ball". On August 17, 2013... Russ Griffin and his team transformed St. Charles into one of the most beautiful places on earth. The flowers and lighting were stunningly beautiful!! Throughout the evening... and for days to follow... our family and friends made some of the nicest comments we could ever imagine hearing. One friend was so impressed by the planning and details... that she sent us a card raving about the event. She summed it up with two words, "absolute elegance!" Russ and his team did a wonderful job envisioning the flowers and set up that my husband and I wanted. He pays very close attention to detail, to include special ordering of flowers from different countries! I used the candelabras, lamps, and flowers from Griffin's at my reception only (their prices were very high so I used a different vendor for the ceremony). The centerpieces turned out beautifully and I received many compliments. My only complaints were that candles were already blown out by the time I arrived at the reception and were very noticeable. The staff at Griffin's were very difficult to reach, and when I COULD reach them their emails were very unhelpful and short.

Flower were spactacular...exactly what I wanted. The toss bouquet was missing in my order, but vendor was able to issue refund without any issue. Would definitely use again.

Griffin's does an amazing job!!! When I walked in for my first consultation. I had a rough idea of what theme I wanted for my wedding and they ran with it. There ideas are what I designed my entire wedding around! Incredible designers with amazing vision. When I saw the finished centerpieces I was breathless. So beautiful. All of our guest were very impressed.

Griffin's floral is a local store front (literally 3 miles form our home) we wanted to support our local business and low and behold they happened to be my favorite! It had to be destiny that we saw their booth at the Aladin Shrine bridal show and my nephew happens to be named Griffin. Perfect. Russ was great throughout our initial meeting and stayed WITHIN budget! I was so happy when we walked out with everything we wanted at the cost we wanted, which as we paid for everything ourselves we were on a strict budget. The day of the wedding there was a couple issue that was quickly resolved the day of. To completely change my tone Russ, the owner of Griffin's floral personally called me twice to follow up on any issues we encountered and took full responsibility for anything that went wrong. I admired his absolute resolve to make sure I was happy even after all was said and done. All in all we wanted to support our local vendor. The flowers were beautiful! I cannot tell you how many comments I had on my bouquet. I had asked for one orchid as a tribute to my mother's wedding bouquet. Instead of one I ended up with half a dozen beautifully placed orchids. Thanks Russ!

Griffin's Floral and Event Design made my wedding dreams come true! Russ Griffin and his floral designers created the most memorable and beautiful design for our wedding. Russ is so creative! I only had my colors in mind and after brainstorming with Russ, he was able to tune into my style and really produce an event that words cannot describe! I know I am just the mom, but to all the brides out there, I highly recommend this florist for your wedding. His name is Russ Griffin from Griffin's Floral Designs. I have been working with Russ since my first daughter got married 5 years ago. He was recommended to me by a group of vendors and I am so glad that I checked him out. He and his staff are the most pleasant people to work with. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied. He takes the time to meet with you, answer all of your questions and makes you feel comfortable. He may make suggestions that he sees will make your event more magical, but he would never pressure you into buying more than you want or need. That is just the beauty of Russ. At my first daughters wedding, she wanted red roses in a pave style for her wedding. Russ came through. All of her bridal bouquets looked wonderful. For the reception, the theme was carried through with the same style for the guests tables. Russ came up with a beautiful design for my daughters head table with tons of candles. It looked amazing! The guests were in awe and are still talking about that wedding to this day. Since, I have used Russ for my Mom and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary celebration, and now that my last daughter is getting married, I am using him for her wedding. I know I wont be disappointed! Russ has this amazing ability to see a vision after talking with a client or he can replicate any picture you bring to him. He truly is one of a kind ! Check him out... We could not be happier w/ Russ and his team at Griffin's Floral Design! Russ was extremely helpful and professional! It was a little challenging to coordinate with vendors since we live out of state, however, Russ made everything easy with phone calls, emails, and was flexible with meeting with us when we came to town. On the wedding day, all the flowers were perfect! The bouquets and boutonniere's were gorgeous as were the centerpieces at all the tables. We and our guests were amazed at how beautiful the reception room looked and a large part of that was thanks to the flower arrangements. I even had to call Russ around 7:00 pm the night before our 11a.m. ceremony as I had totally forgotten about a pillow for the ring bearer. Russ ensured he would get something together for us and he sure did! He found the perfect pillow at such short notice! I had also asked him to come up with a unique centerpiece/tree for our leaf seating chart. I was very impressed with his design-it was unique and beautiful! We can't thank or recommend Russ enough!

We gave them our initial vision and color scheme and they went well above and beyond our expectations! I loved my bouquet and the bridesmaids! They did lighting for us also and it was great!

Let me start off saying that my flowers were beautiful. However, my experience was not. In our original meeting he didn't agree with the flowers that I wanted and said that they would not look right together, then backtracked after the wedding bragging about how beautiful they looked. Leading up to the wedding I thought we had everything set. We were only doing bouquets and a few corsages/bouts. The flowers were late. He never called me to tell me that he was waiting till closer to the ceremony time due to heat so I was frantic. My friend called him and he was rude to her about it and then I was missing one of my corsages so I had to choose which grandmother didn't get one. Awkward. Instead of dropping the flowers with me or the catering manager, he gave them to my Mother in Law and then claimed he went through the order with her so there was no way I could be missing a flower, yet I was. Again, flowers were beautiful with great design and exactly what I asked for, but his customer service skills are a little lackluster

Russ was so great to work with! He is very talented and his work is absolutely beautiful! He worked with our budget which was really important to us and we got everything we wanted. I really cannot say enough about my bouquet! It was huge and perfect and I got so many complements. Even my husband kept saying how pretty it was!

My daughter and I worked with Russ this past spring (2011) in planning her wedding to be held at The Great Southern Theatre and the reception following at the Westin. It was held July 2011. Russ was very professional and had wonderful suggestions. We did have a large wedding party and 200 guest at our reception. My daughter had worked with Russ before in her job and told me how creative he was. She loved his work she had seen. Russ created these beautiful arrangements that were tropical with roses and large exotic flowers that were just stunning centerpieces. Everyone was overwhelmed how gorgeous they were. When my daughter and I went and checked on them upon their setting up, we were both brought to tears! It all just came together so well and Russ's pieces and the girls flowers were breathtaking. We could not have been any happier and we placed our total trust in him. Some of our flower choices we did not know if they would be available at our time in the summer, so we left it up to Russ to use his creative mind and create "his designs!" When we both saw Russ upon set-up, we just hugged him in tears! - Russ gets a total FIVE rating from us and we would use him again.

It is my honor to recommend Russ Griffin as a florist. His artistic and creative design as well as style are absolutely out of this world. He really listens to your vision of what you want for your wedding day and incorporates it into the creative concept. When I saw our test designs I was blown away. They were spectacular. Russ and his team are easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and cater to your concerns, needs, and budget. Russ played an integral part in making my wedding day everything I dreamed.

Our daughter got married August 7th of 2010 and in our hearts and minds she could have not asked for anything better. We meet with Russ in our intial meeting and just kind of had to start from scratch because she knew what colors she was using but needed help from Russ on flower arrangment ideas, centerpiece ideas and also wanted him to do the linens so that everything was taken care of by one vender in the hopes it would make everything much easier. I will try to touch on the most important parts. As he met with us he was able to get a very good idea of what our daugther was wanting but many blanks needed to be filled in on our part. You could see his mind at work with ideas. He came up with some of the most beautiful things that our daugther could not believe this could actually be her wedding. He helped her with many different options and ideas and assured her that she could make changes as she went along and that promise he kept.We did not have to worry about one thing with him. He is very organized and has it all under control and gives you guidelines to help you along. He suggested that we do a trial run through with the linens and the way the actual table would look with flowers, etc. (mainly because we are visual people). When we did that we were in awe. He had added beautiful candle vases and votives and crystal beads were strung through the center pieces and honestly it was stunning. It was so elegant and romantic. He did one table the way he felt she wanted it and one table that he felt her and I wanted it. On the final day, her reception room was absolutely gorgeous. I wish that you could see some of the pictures. The flowers were in excellent shape and right at the peak of bloom that he works so hard to make that happen. You just need to talk with him and ask him to see pictures. Seeing is believing and her storybook wedding is still putting a smile in our faces - it was perfect and so beautiful. Russ stayed until every last thing was completed and left us with no questions or concerns for the day of - he and his staff took over and as we watched it all come together we could not believe we were lucky enough to have met him. He truly has a special talent in creating a wedding of your dreams (whatever that may be) -- you just need to listen to him if he has any ideas because he does have some good ones and it will all make sense as he is putting it together for you after he has heard everything you have to say. Without a doubt - we made the right decision and believe me we had interviewed several good florists - but Russ was able to put all of the pieces together with the other things we needed and the other florists we meet with did not seem to be as helpful. He went above and beyond doing what he needed to do on his end to make it look the way it did that day and followed it through to the last detail. He also gave us names of some of the top vendors in Columbus for her invitations (which was another perfect choice), etc. If there is something that might not go right on the day of he has a back up for a back up that his client would not even need to know about because he would make sure it was perfect. I felt very confident and so did our daughter and son-in-law knowing that Russ would make it a day they would never forget - but let me tell you - when those reception doors were opened and people entered that room - well it was the most beautiful thing we had ever seen. He is just that good.

All of the floral designs created for my wedding by Griffin's were exactly what I had pictured. They were beautiful! I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

The flowers at the reception and the flowers at the weddding were breathtaking. I can't tell you how many people have commented on how beautiful the flowers were and how great they smelled.

Russ Griffin was so great to work with. I only used him as my florist, but it was wonderful. He made exactly what I wanted and in such a classic and beautiful way. He was not pushy at all, which I've heard of other florists being. I could make changes all along the way. I was an out of town bride, but we worked great through email. The flowers were delivered the day of the wedding fresh and perfect. No one had any problems. I loved the way my flowers looked and I would definitely reccommend him in the future.

Russ was GREAT to work with! He was extremely professional and friendly. I was amazed at the care and time he took to meet with us about the ideas and visions for the wedding and reception. When I walked into the venue, I was literally in awe. I've been married a month and STILL have people talking about the flowers and decor at the reception venue. I put a lot of trust in Russ as I am not that familiar with flowers and I was planning from afar. He had a specific vision and after he mapped (actually drew the room set up out on paper), I told him to have fun with it! He stayed within budget and would call whenever he had a question, etc. Even towards the day, there were last minute requests that we had (such as a smaller bouquet to toss)! He was quick to respond and was available day of to help with any needs. The only downside we found was that when the flowers were dropped off at the hotel, we didn't get a chance to meet with him and make sure everything was accounted for. The small bouquet and flowers for my hair weren't found. This may have been a hotel error but we ended up tieing some of the flowers from the church with a bow and wala! it became the bouquet toss arrangement! Upon calling Russ the morning of the wedding, he met us halfway with beautiful flowers for my hair (that actually worked better than the original flower idea I had for my hair!) I give Russ almost perfect scores -- despite the minimal setbacks, the arrangements and room decor (and LIGHTS) were amazing. He turned the reception site into a beautiful and romantic wonderland -- it was more than I could have ever envisioned and I want every bride to receive the same service I did!! Russ is personable and a master at his work. I put full trust in him and he delivered!!

The flowers at our wedding were beyond our expectations. I walked into the room and was amazed. Not only did Rus walk me through everything step by step, but he helped me visualize the the pros and cons of all of the options available. My bouquet was spectular, and so were the bridesmaids'. He went above and beyond and provided additional insight into room decor, etc.

I met with Russ to go over pricing for wedding flowers, it was my third florist I'd met with, so I knew what to expect. But this meeting was a little different, he flat out told me that the bouquet I was wanting would not look right, and he didn't like it, and that I should do something HE wanted to do. (wow!) and then he just acted like a complete know it all arrogant person the rest of the appt. then, to top it off, he gave me a verbal quote, and would not give me a list of pricing for everything we discussed. He also told me that the toss bouquet would be made from leftover flowers (as is normal)then he told me if his wife made it, it would be a really elaborate, expensive toss, but if he made it, it would be very modest, and smaller. Really?? I hope your wife is the one who usually does the arrangements!! He really did not seem like he wanted to work with me,and he rubbed me the wrong way.

The flowers turned out even better than I could have imagined. The centerpieces were well worth the money. Everyone at the wedding commented on how amazing the centerpieces looked.
