The Grove at Briar Barn Inn is the perfect venue for a smaller intimate wedding. We had about ninety people and we cannot say enough about our perfect day. We were assigned Emily as our wedding consultant and she did everything to make our day so wonderful. She answered all our questions leading up to the big day and then she decorated and organized everything perfectly. She is so organized and made the day amazing! We have had so many compliments from our guests. Everyone loved all the décor, drinks, and food. The appetizers, meals, and then their amazing signature chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We had a lot of out of town guests that stayed multiple nights at the inn and they were all thrilled with the accommodations! My husband and I recently had the most magical wedding at the Grove at Briar Barn Inn, and we cannot stop raving about our experience, especially with Jeannine LeVasseur as our day-of coordinator. From the moment we met Jeannine, we knew we were in good hands. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference in ensuring our day was nothing short of perfect. Jeannine went above and beyond to take care of every detail, leaving no stone unturned. From the big picture plans to the smallest nuances, she flawlessly executed every aspect of our wedding. It was evident that she truly cared about making our day as special as possible. One of the things that impressed us the most was Jeannine's responsiveness and ability to ease our concerns. Despite only meeting her a month before the wedding, she quickly became an invaluable part of our planning process. Her prompt communication and willingness to address any worries or questions we had helped alleviate any pre-wedding jitters we may have had. On the day of our wedding, Jeannine was an absolute rockstar. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment without a single worry on our minds. From coordinating with vendors to making sure our guests were well taken care of, Jeannine's attention to detail was unparalleled. Not only did Jeannine exceed our expectations as a coordinator, but she also went out of her way to be kind and helpful to our family and guests. Her warm demeanor and willingness to lend a helping hand did not go unnoticed, and we received countless compliments from our loved ones about how wonderful she was. While our wedding day at the Grove at Briar Barn Inn was nothing short of perfect thanks to Jeannine, our journey to get there was not without its challenges. Our planning process began almost a year and a half before the big day, but we didn't meet Jeannine until just six weeks prior to the wedding. Before her involvement, we encountered some bumps in the road with the event staff and managers at the venue. Before Jeannine came into the picture, navigating the planning process was not as straightforward as we had hoped. We ran into several roadblocks and found ourselves feeling a bit frustrated at times. One piece of advice we would offer to future couples considering this venue is to be cautious when reserving additional accessories and décor. Once these items are added to the contract, they cannot be removed, which can limit flexibility in the planning process. Additionally, we learned the hard way that if you do not secure a full inn room block (30 rooms), the inn may allow other wedding parties to book the remaining rooms without informing you. This lack of communication was disappointing and something we wish we had been aware of earlier in the planning process. We would like to also to acknowledge Chloe at the Inn. Her communication prior to the wedding and during the wedding weekend was always professional, kind and accommidating. Despite selecting the full bar option for our wedding, we occasionally felt as though we were being nickel and dimed for certain services or amenities. Our package included 2 signature dcocktails. When we decided to only have 1 signature cocktail that wasn't on their list we were charged an additional fee for the signature cocktail we wanted. Even after booking 24 rooms for our wedding weekend and hosting our rehearsal dinner at the Grove the evening prior to the ceremony and reception, we didn't always feel like our patronage was being fully appreciated. Furthermore, we noticed a significant amount of staff turnover from our initial booking meetings up until we met Jeannine. This inconsistency in personnel added an extra layer of stress to the planning process. However, once Jeannine stepped in, everything changed for the better. She was the saving grace of our entire event. Unlike our previous experiences, Jeannine never once said, "we can't do that" or "we won't do that." Her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and can-do attitude transformed our wedding planning experience into something truly special. In summary, while our journey with the Grove at Briar Barn Inn had its challenges, Jeannine's exceptional service and support ultimately made our wedding day a dream come true. We hope that by sharing our experiences, future couples will be better informed and able to navigate their own planning process with greater ease.

We had our wedding here in March and it was absolutely lovely. Our coordinator, Emily, was so incredibly sweet and made our special day so amazing. She was super attentive and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). I was planning our wedding from across the country and I could not have done it without her. I was really impressed. The Briar Barn Inn team was also incredible. Billy Sue and her team also made my day so special and wonderful. I absolutely loved them! I cannot recommend this place more.

I cannot put into words how much we loved our wedding with Grove at Briar Barn Inn. We were so impressed with EVERYTHING the venue and inn had to offer throughout our entire planning and wedding day experience. We got married on 12.31.23 - New Year's Eve! Both Grove and Briar Barn Inn were beautifully decorated for the holidays - our guests described it as magical and like a Hallmark Movie! I highly recommend booking out the entire inn (if your guest count allows for this), because it was so convenient to have every room filled with our favorite people. Our guests loved and appreciated the convenience of staying onsite. The rooms were so nice, too. Overall, the venue fulfilled my dream of a charming, elegant, cozy, barn wedding. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and drinks after our wedding. The bartenders brought our specialty cocktails to life and the dinner selections were unreal. 11/10! Alyssa Tamlyn-Hayden (our assigned wedding coordinator) was so great! She was so incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions promptly and being the most helpful human ever on the actual wedding day. She was quick with guidance and recommendations. We felt so well taken care of on our special day. Thank you, Alyssa!! I could go on and on about Grove at Briar Barn Inn, but just know, I wouldn't have wished my wedding were anywhere else! We had our wedding at Briar Barn Inn on 3/11/23 and we continue to receive compliments about our venue/food/wedding from our guests - we have the entire grove team to thank! Our wedding coordinator, Alyssa, made the day so easy and seemless for us. She constantly checked in with us and also made sure all the decor and other vendors were all set. The carefully coordination made the day so relaxing and stress free. Briar Barn is a beautiful venue and perfect for our ~85 person guest count.The food was amazing and the servers were super attentive and accommodating. We still continue to go back for brunch/dinner & the chocolate chip cookies! We would 100% choose Briar Barn Inn again and love that we are able to go back and stay at the inn/visit the restaurant after our wedding. The accommodations at the Inn were incredible too!

We booked Grove for our wedding ceremony/reception and it was an excellent decision! We were so happy with how the day/weekend turned out, and our guests raved about the venue, the food, the service, the Inn. We had a wonderful time working with Emily and her team, they did so much to make our day special and have everything go off without a hitch. My husband and I got married at the Grove in November and had the most incredible experience working with Jeannine and the team at the Grove and the Briar Barn! The Grove is a stunning place so it felt we did not have to do much at all to make it feel special. We are still getting compliments from family and friends about how beautiful the space was, how incredible the food was, and how cozy the Inn was! Our coordinator Jeannine made sure we had everything we needed leading up do and especially during the wedding- she was always making sure out drinks were full, we were eating, and we knew what was coming next! I could not have imagined our day going any more perfectly. We highly recommend the Grove at Briar Barn Inn for any event, but especially a wedding!

We just had our wedding at Briar Barn Inn on October 20th and the compliments about our venue have been endless! The best food I have ever had at a wedding, I was so lucky it was mine! Filet mignon was melt in your mouth and they were able to customize my little brothers meal who is extremely picky. My Wedding Coordinator Julia went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. We even had a meal be delivered to the Inn itself since a guest could not attend! Comfortable and cozy atmosphere, I barely lifted a finger on my special day. I would recommend Briar Barn to anyone and everyone.

Our wedding at the Grove was on September 24, 2023. We are so happy we picked the Grove. The whole process was smooth and Jeannine was a great asset to our wedding day (from making sure we had what we needed, to taking care of special requests, to really making sure we were not stressed out). We were planning to have the ceremony outdoors but the weather did not cooperate and it was such a easy transition and seamless decision to move the ceremony indoors. There was no glitch. The inside ceremony was even more beautiful and I'm so happy it worked out. We had the bridal suite at the Briar Barn Inn and my fiance/husband had the room at the Grove to get ready. So we were basically at the same location all day and we had some guests staying there as well. The ceremony and the reception were beautiful. The food was great, better than expected. We stayed at the Briar Barn Inn so the staff was able to pack up a lot of our decorations to be picked up the next day so we didn't have to worry about packing up everything ourselves. This was a huge bonus. We had an amazing day and again I am so happy we choose the Grove.

We couldn’t have pictured our wedding day anywhere aside from Grove at Briar Barn Inn! The venue offers a cozy rustic charm with a lush romantic ambiance. We got married at Grove on 10/28/2023 and our guests are still raving about every detail of the venue and how incredible ALL of the food was (thank you Chef Ben!!). We worked with Alyssa and she was absolutely incredible – she made us feel so relaxed and ready to go in the weeks leading up to the big day. Also need to comment on how amazing the entire staff was. The level of attentiveness was beyond anything we would have dreamed of and they went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable. Aside from that, everyone was having a good time! Our guests commented that seeing the staff dancing along with the music and laughing added to the joy of our big day. Giving Grove all of the stars we can – you will not be disappointed if you pick this place as your venue!!

There is not one thing that I would have changed about having my wedding at The Grove! It was everything I imagined, and more! Where do I even start? The ambiance is absolutely breathtaking, it was so warm, inviting, and cozy! I knew from the start I wanted to have a barn wedding, but after looking at a few different venues nothing caught my eye. Well, all that was just meant to be because the second I saw The Grove I immediately knew that that was where I wanted to get married! It is stunning, charming, and intimate to say the least! We went for a tour, and after seeing the venue, the grounds, and the inn I was in awe! The booking process was very straight forward, and every staff member that we have met along the way has been so friendly and helpful! And I can’t forget to mention the absolute life saver that they provided us with, Planning Pod! We were able to make payments, create our floor plan, put in our guests’ meal choices, and so much more! The process really couldn’t have been any simpler! We decided to get married in December, which meant that The Grove and the grounds were beautifully decorated for Christmas! The garlands, the wreaths, and the thousands of lights just completely sealed the deal! It was an absolute fairytale! Julia was our assigned event coordinator and she was the sweetest! On our first meeting, she put my mind completely at ease and already had everything under control with the schedule of events and locations of where everyone needed to be at what time on the day of the wedding. She had no problems with any of our menu customizations or requests, and pretty much answered all of my questions before I could even ask them! She went above and beyond on the wedding day with making sure that we both had enough to eat and drink, that we had a piece of each flavor of our wedding cake to try, and even boxed up our food that we didn’t finish so we could enjoy it later! Speaking of food, it was delicious!! When I tell you that our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was, and all of the hors d'oeuvres that just kept coming out, no one went hungry that night! As another plus, it is so convenient to have Briar Barn Inn only steps away from The Grove, not only for us but also for our guests if they chose to stay since we live 2 hours away! We stayed 2 nights and I’m so glad we did! The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed, and we cannot wait to go back next year to celebrate our anniversary! I could go on all day, but just know that you will not be disappointed with having your special day here at The Grove! It was so magical, I instantly missed it the second we left!

The Grove at Briar Barn was the most beautiful wedding venue we could have ever hoped for! Our guests raved about the food, the decor was adorable, and our even coordinator, Alyssa, was so helpful and kind! You can tell the team at Briar Barn have weddings down to a science! Their knowledge and skill at wedding planning truly helped make our day absolutely perfect! Everything worked splendidly, and we want to come back to Briar Barn again for events in the future!

The Grove is an amazing restaurant with the most delicious food, especially their tater tots! My husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to have our wedding there and the convenience of staying at the Briar Barn Inn afterwards. From planning to conception everything went off without a hitch! All of our guests had an amazing time and loved the beautiful atmosphere with our wedding floral arrangements and the Grove's own Christmas decor (which was free of charge for us!). Not to mention, the food was delicious! Everyone was raving about the tater tots we had served as our late night snack, so good! Our event coordinator Julia was incredible! She was so sweet, kind, accommodating, and on point! Anything we asked for, she delivered! We received so many compliments for her from our guests asking where in the world we found her, they loved her and so did we! Looking forward to our next dinner date there! Love you guys! <3

Amazing venue. BBI was the one and only venue we looked at - after our tour we knew we didn’t have to look any further. The food was incredible and service from staff was top notch. 6 months later I still have friends and family telling me how beautiful everything was. The staff is incredible and helps with everything along the way. My day was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you Briar Barn!

My husband and I got married at Grove at Briar Barn July 2023. From start to end, the night was incredible and everything we could have asked for. Julia, our wedding coordinator was fantastic. She made sure everything went so smoothly and even with rain in the forecast, she had a plan B to have the ceremony inside, but she assured us not to worry and that we didn’t have to decide until the last minute which was so helpful. We were able to have the ceremony outside after all and even all of pictures before the rain came. The reception was equally as incredible with the amazing food and everything flowed so perfectly and went off without a hitch. From the moment we booked our wedding, we knew we were in good hands. The night was everything we could have dreamed of and we are so grateful we chose Briar Barn Inn for our wedding venue. I stayed here three years prior and saw a wedding taking place and just knew this was going to be the place I got married someday and I’m so thankful my dream came true.

We had our wedding at Grove in August 2023. It was a beautiful day executed flawlessly by the Grove staff. During the booking process the sales team was responsive, friendly, and transparent with pricing. During the planning process the events team was very responsive and helpful. The portal and planning information had answers to most of the questions I had. We used several of their recommended vendors and were very satisfied with all of them. During the final planning stages our coordinator Emily was a dream to work with. She was friendly, responsive, and organized even when things got a little chaotic in the final days. On the day of, Emily was a calming, confident presence and made us all feel at ease. All of our decor was perfectly placed with great care. Our guests raved about the food. The appetizers were abundant and all delicious. Dinenr was well timed so everyone ate at the same time and the food was nice and hot. We did their ice cream sundae bar for dessert and it was probably my favorite thing of the whole day. Overall, we could not have been happier with our perfect day. We highly recommend Grove!

We had our wedding at Grove/Briar Barn Inn 2 weeks ago and I can not say enough good things!! They gave us the wedding of our dreams. The entire team completely exceeded every expectation we had and made the wedding planning process seamless and easy. They thought of everything and held our hands the entire way. Julia, our coordinator, was OUTSTANDING. She was so organized and on top of every single detail. We fell in love with her!! She is a TRUE PRO. Billie Sue and the inn team made us and our guests feel right at home. I can't imagine anywhere on the North Shore handles weddings as well as this team. 10/10 incredible.

Grove and Briar Barn Inn were absolutely amazing. We were assigned Jeannine as our contact and she could not have done a better job. I was very particular and we had a ton of moving parts through out our wedding weekend and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. I will always remember how much she did for us on my wedding weekend. As for the venue itself we did the full buyout for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Our guests could not say enough about the food, rooms, and overall service. This really is a beautiful place to celebrate with friends and family.

Everything was cooked to perfection, and they were able to accommodate several of your guests dietary restrictions. Our guests raved about the food, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about the signature cookies. The Location: The venue is surrounded by lush greenery, which made it feel so romantic and elegant. The greenery and trees behind and around the ceremony site set the mood and were exactly what we were looking for, the same goes for the more rustic and cozy reception hall, we especially loved the bistro lights. The staff: The staff was so friendly and accommodating! They were always there to help us with anything we needed and the bartender went above and beyond and was such a great guy. Our wedding coordinator, Alyssa, was especially amazing. She was so helpful and always replied quickly to emails and set us up with the online planning pod, and she made sure that everything was coordinated and went off without a hitch day of. We had our wedding at briar barn inn recently and do not have enough good things to say about our experience. The staff was amazing as well as the inn itself. They did everything to make the weekend special and everyone that came had nothing but good things to say about their experience as well. The staff was very helpful and attentive to us and everyone that came for our wedding. The food at the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception was amazing from hors d’oeuvres to the desserts everything was amazing and cooked to perfection. The entire weekend was amazing and we could not have asked for a more perfect host for our big day! The venue and inn were absolutely beautiful and our rooms were amazing. They were clean and very comfortable and spacious. It was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage. Having everything all in one place was something we really wanted for ourselves and for our guests. We were very happy with everything and would highly recommend the Briar Barn Inn for people looking to get married or have a nice weekend get away. We worked with Emily at the Briar Barn Inn for our wedding day. She was hands down the most amazing wedding coordinator we have seen or experienced. Our experience with Emily was absolutely amazing and if you do decide to get married at the Briar Barn Inn make sure you ask for Emily to be your coordinator! We cannot recommend her enough!

On January 21, 2023 we had our wedding at Grove at Briar Barn Inn. The experience was the winter wonderland we had hoped for. We worked with many of the amazing staff members at Grove, including our coordinator Alyssa, who was organized, helpful and truly listened to our requests (she is even a master at removing red sauce stains from white wedding dresses). We were so lucky that itis snowed the night before. The grounds were lightly coated in snow, and we were able to take most of our photos outside by the front doors and the lights over the patio. The Grove was beautifully decorated with holiday décor which added to the coziness of the night. We still hear compliments about the food and daydream about it ourselves. From the many options of delicious appetizers, filet for dinner, and the various desserts, our guests were full and ready to celebrate. We chose the flatbreads as our late-night snack and our dancing crew appreciated another round of amazing food. The servers were happy to assist and joined in the wedding fun, which we will truly never forget. We loved that the cocktail area was open for people to take a break from the dance floor to mingle, eat and grab a drink throughout the wedding. An incredible perk is Briar Barn being right next door and for our guests it made lodging and traveling convenient for them before and after the wedding. We loved our winter wedding and would highly recommend the Grove to host any type of event.

We got married in April 2023 and I can honestly say The Briar Barn and Jeannine left no stone uncovered to ensure our day was perfect. All of our guests complimented the relaxing environment and beautiful rooms leading up to the wedding. The day of, Jeannine made sure everything was handled effortlessly and seamlessly. She even surprised me by finagling something I really wanted done that she didn’t think was possible. Whenever I would think of something that needed to be done, I would ask Jeannine and she was already 10 steps ahead of me. The food was amazing and the reception area was the perfect space to accommodate our 95 guests but still feel intimate. I was able to see the ceremony area from my hotel room and was able to relax while I watched guests arrive before I walked down the aisle. Absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day and I had such an amazing, relaxing day. I was able to pass off the stress of small details and planning and just enjoy being around my friends and family. I truly believe that wouldn’t have been possible without the crew at the Briar Barn. Even the front desk staff is always extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have no negative feedback for Jeannine or the Briar Barn. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping make my wedding day the most special day!

My daughter had her wedding at the Grove on July 15th. Everything was amazing and so smooth. We worked with Alyssa and she went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this venue. Also staying at the Briar Barn Inn onsite was awesome.

Our wedding was perfect thanks to the amazing team at the Grove and Briar Barn. Their attention to detail is amazing. The venue is gorgeous, and the food is incredible.

My wife and I were married her in June, and I cannot recommend enough. The rooms: We stayed in the King Suite which was absolutely perfect for getting ready. Plenty of space for the entire wedding party to get ready and allowed our photographer to get some amazing getting ready photos. The view of the courtyard was absolutely stunning and it was such a joy to watch everything being set up. We had one small issue with the air conditioning but the maintenance was quick to address it as well as setting up a back up for us. The venue: Stunning all around. Everything was beautiful and quite literally exactly what my wife and I dreamed of for our wedding. The food: Delicious! We did the steak, the chicken, and the farrow, and over a month later our family and friends are still texting us about how amazing the food was. Every plate looked licked clean! The service: Everyone was amazing. I want to give a specific shoutout to Alyssa Tamlyn-Hayden, who was our event coordinator. She was such an amazing guide through the last leg of the process. We cannot thank her enough for helping realize our dream day. There was not a single hitch with everything that happened. She really understood exactly what we were hoping for and made sure it happened. The entire team did such an amazing job at everything. I don't think there is a single aspect I could complain about the service if I was forced to. Overall We cannot recommend the Briar Barn Inn and the Grove enough. Their amazing venue and team helped create our wedding. This is the most perfect place to get married, and we are so happy we were able to spend the day here.

Choosing The Grove as my wedding venue was one of the best decisions I've ever made, besides saying I do hehe. I am glad and very happy to know I will forever remember my wedding at such stunning place. The staff is friendly, highly professional, and very helpful. Also, their food is DELICIOUS! Emily was my wedding coordinator and she made the wedding/ceremony process super easy even though I was very nervous! I would recommend The Grove to anyone looking for a venue, you won't regret it

We held our wedding on 04.21.23 at The Grove and honestly it was such an amazing experience. The Grove really caters to the guest. As soon as your guests arrive they are greeted with a welcome drink. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour was all set and ready for 85 people. It never stopped from there. There was no lag ever in the night. Our wedding planner Alyssa had great ideas and really walked us through the whole day. She really took care of everything. Our bus never showed up to pick up our guests and she immediately had another vendor we could contact. Even though this had nothing to do with the venue she had a solution. My husband and I have received so many compliments about our day and it is in complete thanks to the amazing staff at The Grove. Everything top to bottom was absolute class!

I cannot say enough good things about the Grove at Briar Barn Inn!! Some of the top things they have to offer outside of their beautiful venue is the Inn where you can block rooms for you and your guests to stay, the ample getting ready space (whether you choose to get ready in a suite at the inn or the bridal suite at the grove) the beautiful grounds allow for a beautiful backdrop for your outdoor ceremony and pictures and of course their AMAZING food options for your big day (their chef is amazing and the food is to die for!). I cannot forget to mention their warm chocolate chip cookies which is part of every wedding package and something they are known for! Something that was important to me was having a wedding in a location that allowed for guests to stay close by and enjoy their stay and this venue allowed for all of that. To top it off, you are offered a day of coordinator to help organize everything and make your wedding dreams come true. We were lucky enough to be paired with Emily M. and she was AMAZING! She was always quick to respond to any emails I sent and put me at ease the day of the wedding. While I cannot speak on behalf of all the other coordinators, I can only imagine that they are just as professional, organized and as kind as her! My husband and I hope to visit the briar barn inn and grove yearly to celebrate our marriage and reflect on our most perfect wedding day! 🤍

We had a wonderful wedding weekend at the Grove and Briar Barn Inn! It was important to us to have accommodations on site for our wedding. The Briar Barn Inn exceeded our expectations in all things hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating, especially Chloe and Billie-Sue! They listened to all of our requests and were so helpful. Our wedding wouldn’t have been complete without our event coordinator, Emily. She was outstanding!!! She was incredibly supportive and helpful. She listened intently and brought all of our wedding vision to life! She assisted with coordinating with our vendors, and our guests. She kept us all on time, and hydrate and fed! She also suggested that we have a moment after we get married to spend a few quiet minutes with one another. We took advantage of that special moment and we could not have been more grateful for that suggestion. The Grove is an incredibly gorgeous and cozy venue, we had about 65 guests and it was perfect for our wedding! It was so special and so unique. The Grove also has exceptional food, from the passed appetizers, to the accommodations with entrees and dietary restrictions/allergies (we subbed a few sides for our entrees) the culinary team was outstanding! We also ended the night with the delicious ice cream, donuts and cookies and we could not have been happier with that decision. A huge thank you to everyone at the Grove and Briar Barn Inn! You all made our wedding day one to remember!

The Grove was an incredible place to host our wedding. Our wedding was moody and romantic January wedding. We had 85 guests and the venue was a perfect site that balanced intimate and party atmosphere. Julia, our planner, handled every detail with attention and care. She was so lovely that I had many guests comment even days after the wedding about how all over every detail she was and with a smile. I would one thousand percent hire her again for any future event, if I could. I would argue that she and her boss, Kelsey, were the best parts of our wedding. They both helped deliver on any of our concerns, small or large. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. Four months after and my foodie family is still raving. We were a little nervous after the food tasting, because the chef had tried some new ideas. We requested a second tasting and had more confidence. The day of, we were more than impressed. There is true advantage to The Grove being a restaurant- the food was elegant, tasty and filling for a very fair rate. When I told my photographer this was our venue, she lit up with joy and said "OH MY GOSH THEIR FOOD... are you serving the steak!?" We had many dietary needs and concerns about the varying view on alcohol consumption among our guests. The Grove handled all of these concerns exceptionally well and with care. Our only clunky part was figuring out hotels and room blocks. We were told we were holding the remaining rooms, when in reality, many of our guests were able to book their own reservations online at a much cheaper rate (about 40% off!). When addressed with the hotel, not much was done to rectify the situation - my room block rates were not lowered or matched to those who booked outside the block, the cost of the married couples room was not covered (even though this was standard practice across every other venue we looked at) A second pain point in planning was figuring out the getting ready space. Their lofted glam space is not offered until mid day, which does not allow for hair and make up serves and was really limiting. Again, our planner Julia saved the day with someone pulling off us getting a wedding suite (though we were told by the hotel this was booked already). It still would have been ideal to have the Lofted area available at 9am. Since first touring, this was the space I was dreaming of getting ready in. 11am is simply too late to offer as a getting ready space, especially for a winter wedding where daylight hours are short. Regardless of season, first looks are way too common now for 11am to be the earliest accommodation. I am grateful Julia found us solutions, but do think The Grove should figure out the LOFT service times for future weddings.

Upon visiting Grove, we knew it had everything we needed for a perfect December reception. Jeannine was our wedding coordinator, She was attentive, kind and easy to work with. My daughter had a vision for the room and Jeannine made sure it was everything she envisioned and more. The food was delicious! The Inn is charming and a great place to unwind and enjoy after a magical day! We highly recommend Grove for a wedding reception or any type of function!

To say that all my wedding dreams came true is an understatement. Grove at Briar Barn Inn was the first venue that my husband and I viewed in early 2022 and right from the jump we were amazed by just how right the space felt. We were able to view the entire venue, a few of the rooms in BBI, and establish a connection with the wonderful event team. As we decided to move forward with hosting our wedding at this beautiful venue, that connection remained intact. The whole event team was always available to answer any questions we had along the way and it truly made the experience feel so personal. My husband and I opted for blocking off the entire Inn for our guests. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at the BBI. Billie-Sue is an absolute delight to work with and made the process seamless. We cannot wait to go back and stay each year for our anniversary. Our event coordinator, Alyssa, was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our day flawless. She made the whole process so easy for us, making sure to keep everything organized leading up to the day. During the day off, she constantly checked-in with us to see if we needed anything, made sure that we ate, and always had drinks ready for us. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our guest raved about the food and how romantic the space felt. We could not be happier with how our day turned out. We were even blessed with the perfect amount of snowfall for that stunning winter wedding feel. I could go on forever and not recommend it enough. Have your wedding at Grove at BBI- you won't regret it!

We got married at the Briar Barn on 10/22/22 and our wedding was wonderful. Our wedding coordinator, Julia, went above and beyond for us- even giving us some extra candles because our lanterns were missing a few. She also put so much care into setting up the copious amount of mums and pumpkins that my mom brought to decorate the outdoor space, as well as laying down all the rugs we brought to go down the aisle. The food was incredible, and the venue was stunning- from the changing leaves outside to the beautiful greenery and string lights in the barn. One of my favorite moments was when Julia brought over a personal tray of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to us after the ceremony. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the backroom at the Grove, and many of our friends and family stayed at the Inn. All of our guests spoke really highly of it, and our suite was absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for getting ready activities with all my bridesmates. Can't recommend this venue enough, we loved it!

My husband and I are so happy we chose Grove to host our wedding reception. The food was amazing, and our wedding corrdinstor, Jeannine, was a doll. She and her team made everything come together perfectly. We had 80 guests, which was a perfect amount so that we could all enjoy the dance floor without feeling too squished. Highly recommend!

We got married here 12.31.2022! It was the most perfect venue for our winter/NYE wedding. The entire staff was better than we could have asked for, they truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Julia, our coordinator answered every question we had, helped us make decisions and made us feel like we were important and never a bother. I couldn't have asked for anything more from her. The food was also to die for. Every single guest mentioned how delicious the food was and now months later people are texting us to ask if they can go get the lollipop lamb chops on their regular menu! The winter decor made it feel cozy and festive and we didn't need to spend extra money on making the space beautiful, as it already was. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue and staff. We cannot wait to go back and celebrate a date night or anniversary, which is another positive - the onsite accommodations at the Inn were such a life saver especially for an open bar. We LOVE Grove and would recommend it 100 times over!!

This venue is awesome definitely recommend it, they are very accommodating, the place is beautiful, food is spectacular. And the coordinators are unreal! Go look at it Atleast!

We had a winter wedding at the Grove this past February and it was amazing, everything was perfect. The venue looked beautiful, the food was excellent, the room was beautiful, and our wedding coordinator Alyssa was awesome, she really went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. She catered to our every need the day of the wedding and was instrumental during the planning process. We are still feeling our 'wedding high' because it was such a wonderful event. I would def recommend The Grove to anyone who is getting married. (I would also recommend purple uplighting for your event, it was such a nice touch and lit up the room beautifully.) The Grove is the perfect place for a wedding, it is intimate, rustic but modern and very, very romantic. Highly recommend.

Thank you to everyone at The Grove for bringing our special day to life! Everything was executed perfectly as planned. The food was AMAZING and I still get compliments 2 months later of how wonderful the food was. Our wedding ceremony and reception was all in the barn and the staff executed the switch beautifully and all our guests were amazed. We had roughly 62 people in attendance and there was plenty of room to mingle and dance while not looking empty. Highly recommend this venue if you are having a smaller size wedding where you want to interact with every guest personally, not to mention the beautiful photos you end up with because this venue is absolutely stunning even with no added decor. Can’t forget the complementary signature chocolate chip cookies that come with any event - I’d like to order a monthly subscription of them! THANK YOU GROVE!

I recently got married at The Grove at Briar Barn Inn on 06/25/2023 and overall, I had a great experience at the venue. The location was beautiful, and the food was outstanding. The summer setting made everything even more perfect. However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our wedding day. Firstly, some guests had trouble with the steak being too rare for their liking. While we did have a food trial before the wedding where the food was cooked perfectly, the same was not the case on the day of the wedding. It is understandable that it can be challenging to cook for a large number of people, but this is something that fell a bit flat during our wedding. We also had some miscommunication with our wedding coordinator regarding the cake needing to be refrigerated. Initially, she informed us that there might not be enough space for it due to a brunch they were having that day. This caused me unnecessary stress as a bride trying to figure out how to keep the cake cool for so many hours. Eventually, our coordinator was able to handle it, but it was not ideal. Lastly, when we initially booked the venue, we were told that there would be space for the groom's party to get ready/have a small room in the venue, which was also advertised on their website and during the tour. Unfortunately, when it was time to use the room, we were informed that it was now a storage room. Although we were able to get ready in our hotel room, this was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would recommend The Grove at Briar Barn Inn as a beautiful all-inclusive wedding venue. However, I would suggest that they work on their promises and customer service a bit more to avoid any miscommunications or unnecessary stress for future events.

How do I even describe our magical wedding at THE GROVE in Rowley?! You would have had to be there and feel the warmth and love. Working with Alyssa from Grove at Briar Barn Inn made our wedding venue process so much easier. She and her team were so accommodating and responsive to every request. If they could make it happen, they would! The whole day ran incredibly smoothly and I couldn't have been happier with our experience there from start to finish. We look forward to going back to celebrate anniversaries to come!

We stayed at Briar Barn Inn for 2 nights (the night prior and night of) for our wedding at their sister location, Willowdale Estate. My only complaint was that I called a year prior to reserve the Grand King Suite and they stated that both of those suites were reserved. Personally I think they should reserve one of those rooms for the couple getting married at Briar Barn and they should reserve the second one for the couple getting married at Willowdale. Fortunately in June when I went to book my room, the grand king suite was available so I quickly reserved it. It would have been nice to have been contacted about it being available from Briar Barn but I'm glad I found it and was able to book it. We stayed at Briar Barn the night before our wedding so we could all have hair and makeup done in our suite. It was perfect because of the massive windows and completely separate sitting area so everyone was comfortable while having hair and makeup done. Every room had a bathtub and separate shower, a gas fireplace, and they served bakery sweets every morning. There is a keurig coffee machine available in the hallways which is always kept clean and well stocked. All of the guests were very pleased staying at Briar Barn Inn and I am very happy that I was able to stay in the suite I wanted. I wasn't sure if they would be overly strict about quiet time but they were very relaxed and easy going, I would definitely recommend staying here.

What an amazing venue the Grove at Briar Barn is. We had the most beautiful fall wedding this year and nothing beats the ambiance of the place. We live local and this was the only wedding venue we toured (because we knew it was the one after our first meeting)! The Sales team at Bramble Hospitality is amazing (specifically Julia who was incredibly patient and helpful). They are so accommodating, thoughtful and responsive. Our wedding day was beautiful and perfect in every way possible, and we truly hope we are invited to another function here very soon.

My husband and I had our wedding at Grove in October, and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue is lovely, and the inn is a perfect location for a wedding weekend. The food was amazing and our guests really loved it. Perfect space for our wedding size of 70 guests. We would definitely recommend this venue.

My husband and I fell in love with this location a couple years before even getting engaged. A beautiful barn, immediately next to the most amazing inn you have ever stated at! I knew the moment we stepped on the property for a couples getaway that I wanted to get married here. Fast forward, we got married on 11.11.22! The convenience of the Venue and Inn within steps was perfect! The food was absolutely amazing!! My husband won’t stop talking about the corn chowder shooters. Our event coordinator, Emily, went above and beyond for us! The chance of rain during the ceremony changed throughout the day and Emily waited till the last moment to officially move us inside, which thankful she did, because it poured! She kept me calm, was professional, answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner, and was delightful to work with! This is a perfect location for an intimate wedding!

The Grove was the perfect size for an intimate wedding, and the staff was amazing. Jeannine was our coordinator, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect day, and was so friendly and professional. If you have a choice for your coordinator, choose Jeannine!

We got married at The Grove at Briar Barn Inn on September 4, 2022. It was a beautiful day to match our beautiful venue. Everything went perfectly! We loved the fact that lodging was right there on site, it made it easy for the bridal party to get ready and for the guests as well. Everything went so smooth. Julia was our coordinator and she was available before our wedding day for any questions, and was also there the day of until the very end of the night. I made all of our decorations and was able to drop off everything ahead of time. That was also easy, quick & smooth. Everything was decorated exactly how I wanted. We had exactly 100 guests, which is the max amount.. I would recommend having less than that. We wish we could do it all again, I would not change a thing! It was the most perfect day!

My husband and I were just married at The Grove this past weekend, 11.5.22. We could not have asked for a better experience! When we toured the venue last March we knew right away this was where we were going to get married. Alyssa was absolutely fantastic! I felt a little crazy right before our first meeting with her and she assured me that I was on the right track and that if there were and questions or concerns leading up to our day that I could reach out and she would get right back to me. One of the things we really wanted was to be outside for our ceremony, we knew getting married in November it would be a shot in the dark, but we made the request anyways. Alyssa found out how we could go about doing it and let me know as soon as she knew the answer! With the way the weather has been this year we were very fortunate to get to be outside! Our guests were pleasantly surprised that we had food throughout the entire night and were extremely happy that there were to-go boxes that they could leave with before getting onto the bus back to their hotel! Along with that, they have all raved about the food and the atmosphere days later. I can't say enough good things about our experience from start to finish! I am so happy that we chose to celebrate our day at The Grove!

We got married at Briar Barn in September, 2022 after booking the venue about 1.5 years prior. BB is the perfect venue for smaller weddings. The amount of contact we had with the BB team in the months leading up to the wedding was very helpful to answer numerous small questions and talk through logistics of the day. Our assigned planner, Alyssa was incredible both leading up to the wedding and day-of running the show, and made the day feel relatively effortless! BB is perfect for couples who want to be able to control as many or as few of the details as they want, since you can hire your own vendors, bring decorations, bring dessert, etc. but they also have 2 options for where to hold the ceremony, many food and drink options, decorations to rent, etc. BB is a beautiful venue any time during the year, the staff are extremely professional, and your guests will love it.

Briar Barn is the perfect wedding venue! We wanted a beautiful, fun and intimate day and they exceeded our expectations. It was the most perfect day and our day of planner, Emily, made the entire process go so smoothly. From the initial meetings, to emails, décor drop offs and wedding day schedule, Emily & all the staff truly made it the best day EVER. If you are looking for an all in one venue with outstanding food, wonderful staff, and stunning foliage for pictures- this is your venue. We got married on 10.14.22 and cannot wait to got back to spend a weekend at Briar Barn Inn. One of our favorite parts was that we were able to have a band although its considered a smaller venue. Another plus was that the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception are all within steps of each other which made it convenient, and perfect for our grandparents that are unable to walk far distances. We wish we could relive this day again that's just how perfect it was!

From the moment I saw Grove online, I knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding. I actually got tears in my eyes the first time I saw it because it was exactly what I had been looking for in a venue. They were incredibly quick to get us in to tour the space and answered our endless questions clearly and promptly throughout the planning process. Grove is a beautiful space with a modern take on a rustic atmosphere. Their attention to detail is impeccable and one of the things I love about it is their curated furniture throughout the space, adding charm and character everywhere you look. Planning our wedding with Grove and their team was a dream. Every vendor I worked with from photography to our florist spoke so highly of the team, which consistently confirmed my trust in them throughout planning and relieved the stress that can come with wedding planning. Grove also provided easy to use planning software that helped me stay organized and has an events team to reach out to with questions along the way. As we got closer to our wedding day, our day of coordinator, Emily, was incredible in helping us finalize details, accommodate special requests, communicate with all our vendors, and take the stress off of us so we could focus on being excited to celebrate. Day of, we got ready at Briar Barn Inn and took photos outside the Inn and the Grove, which has a beautiful backdrop of greenery. We were able to drop off our decor a couple days ahead and Grove’s team set everything up beautifully. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Emily was absolutely incredible throughout the day, anticipating every need before we even knew we’d want something. I can’t praise her enough for everything she did to help make our wedding absolutely perfect. Grove’s food was amazing and our family and friends even said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We feel lucky that our venue is also a great restaurant and we can go back to celebrate anniversaries and remember what a special day we had there!

We chose the Briar Barn Inn for our July wedding after changing our original idea of getting married on my childhood property. I cannot say how pleased we were with our decision. Our coordinator, Julia, made the weeks leading up to our wedding and the big day itself as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this venue to any who are looking for an elevated but intimate experience. You cannot go wrong!

The Grove at the Briar Barn Inn was a simply wonderful venue to get married at. The location was gorgeous, the food amazing, but more than that, Julia and the rest of the staff were so calmly supportive throughout the day that we had nothing to worry about. Being able to get ready at the venue saved a lot of time and made the hours spent preparing with family and friends relaxing and enjoyable rather than hectic. When we had a group of guests let us know only a couple hours before the ceremony that they wouldn't be able to make it, Julia reorganized our seating without any fuss. Knowing that we were working with professionals who would make sure everything went smoothly lowered our stress and let us let go of all the anxiety that we'd built up during the planning so that we could freely enjoy our celebration. We couldn't have asked for better service, thank you so much!

We really enjoyed working with Jeannine to finalize the plans for our wedding. Jeannine was extremely helpful and patient. We ended up needing to reschedule once due to covid, and a second time due to winter weather. Without Jeannine and the rest of the Briar Barn team we would've spent a lot more time feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Jeannine made sure to contact all my vendors and ensure they were on board for a last minute date change- literally, the day before. While I don't want to go back and relive the stress of planning, our wedding day was truly memorable.

We had our wedding reception at the Briar Barn Inn this past weekend on 8/6/22 and we were overjoyed with the experience! It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we cannot say enough good things about Emily. She was so attentive to our needs and all the personal touches that we wanted to have throughout the day. It was truly a pleasure to work with her and to have our wedding at the perfect venue since we had our ceremony in my parent's backyard in Rowley. We would highly recommend the Briar Barn Inn to couples.

My husband and I got married here on 7/30/22, Don’t think twice, book them! The entire experience from booking with Jenna to our actual wedding day coordinated by Julia was a seamless fun process. Every email was answered, most within the hour, and we had no doubt going into our day that it was going to be anything short of perfect. Julia nailed it, down to every tiny detail. I always hear how stressful wedding planning is but I would do it 100x over with them, it was stress free and the entire day was relaxed, fun and ran perfectly down to the minute because of her. Our vision was by far exceeded for the day and we couldn’t be more thankful to Julia and the entire Briar Barn/ Grove staff!

Got married here on 6/18 and we were so happy with how everything turned out. We loved the venue itself, but what sold us was that everything could be all on-site - the ceremony, the reception, and lodging. We worked with Emily as our day of coordinator. From our very first meeting with her, we knew she was organized and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything was exactly as we envisioned. This venue and experience was everything we could have imagined for our special day and more.

We got married at BBI on 07/09/2022. Everything was perfect! From the pre-wedding coordination to the food and service on the day of the wedding, all details were cared for and Alyssa was a pleasure to work with, even accommodating for last minute changes. The venue was perfect as we had a lot of out of the country guests. The food was outstanding, not sure how they managed to have that many filet mignons cooked so perfectly! We loved the place since the first time we saw it and love it even more after the event. We hope to come back for our anniversary!
