My husband and I had our wedding reception at Grove at Briar Barn Inn in November 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, everyone raved about it. Our wedding coordinator, Julia, was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to work with. She did her best to accommodate all our asks & worked with us on last minute updates. The space was beautiful. I was a “hands-off” kind of bride where I gave Julia & her team a general idea of what I wanted with the decorations I brought but really left it up to them (outcome was better than I could’ve envisioned!) I had complete trust in the staff & Julia and truly didn’t have to worry about anything except going from one thing to the next! Would 100% recommend them!

We had an amazing experience having our wedding at the Grove in October. Our event coordinator Veronica was super helpful in making sure the entire day went as planned. Of course the food was absolutely amazing, especially the cookies! We would highly recommend the Grove, as well as Briar Barn Inn for anyone looking to have a modern, yet rustic wedding!

We absolutely loved this venue! So many special touches throughout the day and the event coordination made everything feel smooth. Guests loved the food and loved the venue as well, especially those that were able to stay at the inn too! It was an absolutely perfect day and I’d recommend this venue to anyone looking! 2 months after our wedding, and we are still receiving compliments from all of our guests about this venue! From booking to having a custom menu and wanting every piece of our day to feel intentional the Grove was perfect. Julia, our coordinator was so wonderful. She mad the process smooth, and on the day of as a bride, I couldn't have felt like things were in better hands. You know how everyone tells you that something will go wrong on the day of? Well, nothing went wrong for us! Our venue took care of everything, and no issues made their way to us. Having the venue on the same site as the hotel was truly so great for guests. Guests with mobility issues did not have to worry about transportation, and guests who had a little too much fun only had to stumble a few feet to their rooms. A few of our guests have even referred other couples to look at the Grove because of how great of an experience for everyone it was!

The venue is so quaint and charming. Julia was a joy to have as our coordinator. We felt very comfortable working with her throughout the process. She is a calm and quietly attentive… and doesn’t miss a beat. She had everything taken care of and made the day seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Planning and having our June 7th wedding at Grove was a joy from start to finish. Everything was superb, from the accommodations at Briar Barn to the top-tier food (so many of our guests said it was the best filet they’ve had!). But, far and away the best thing about the place was the people. Grove was last on our list of venues to visit and we knew we wanted to have our wedding there 5 minutes into our tour with Ali. Ali was warm, knowledgeable, and easily painted a picture of what our wedding day could look like on site at Grove and Brian Barn. She made checking off our monthly planning to-do’s a breeze and answered every question we had within a few hours of emailing - even questions about vendors and my dress which she did not have to help with but did so graciously. Once we got closer to the wedding, we began working with Julia as our day-of coordinator and were delighted and relieved after our first meeting that she had absolutely everything under control leading up to the day. Julia made it easy to make our final selections and plans, and when we arrived on site the day before the wedding she was there to greet us and immediately helped work out a few last minute logistics. We arranged our own flowers the day before the wedding, and Julia jumped right in to help arrange some leftover flowers into stunning side table flourishes. We truly did not have to worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding thanks to Julia - she was one step ahead of us at all times but never rushed or tense. Her calm, kind demeanor was invaluable. I don’t think we would have eaten a bite of the appetizers if she hadn’t thought to prepare the wedding party our own little platter to enjoy off to the side before joining our guests at happy hour. I didn’t know how vital a great coordinator would be, but I genuinely wish every couple could have a Julia by their side through their wedding day! I could go on for pages, but if you’re looking for a venue with staff who will support your every need through every step, Grove is your venue!

We had our wedding at the Grove in April 2024, and I can confidently say it was the best day of our lives! Every single detail was so well considered and organized, and our guests raved about how cozy and beautiful the venue was. Our coordinator Julia was incredibly thoughtful and kind, and took great care of all the logistics so we could focus on enjoying the moment. We got married at the Grove at Briar Barn Inn in June 2024 and it was perfect! The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. Some of our guests have said to us that it was the best wedding food they've ever had! The staff, especially our coordinator Emily, were exceptionally helpful and made our day stress free! Throughout the planning process, Emily was very organized and was in constant communication with us leading up to the wedding day. Emily and the entire staff, including the Briar Barn Inn staff, made our wedding day very special! We would highly recommend this venue to any couple getting married!

We were married at The Grove at The Briar Barn Inn this past month, and we could not have been happier. We were looking for a venue that already had the major elements without needing to arrange from scratch. The Briar Barn Inn had rooms for ourselves/family/guests, The Grove (their restaurant) already had the chef+staff, and they have a team of on-site coordinators. From start to finish, the entire Briar Barn and Grove team showed professionalism and experience which manifested in how they worked with vendors, adjusted to the threat of rain, and responded to our queries. Particular thanks to Emily, our coordinator, who kept in close contact, and patiently walked us (and our wedding party) through the process. With her help, we felt confident through the whole day, knowing everything was under control. All the other staff at The Briar Barn and The Grove were also wonderful. The wait staff, bartenders, Inn attendants were all so kind to us and our guests, and seemed genuinely happy for us and really contributed to our special weekend. People aside, the facilities and amenities were really special and spectacular in their own quaint/rustic kind of way--we had numerous comments from our guests, especially ones who stayed on-site at the Inn, what a beautiful venue this was. Last but certainly not least, the food at The Grove was wonderful--appetizers, mains, and desserts. TL;DR--Spectacular venue thanks to the amazing staff who are kind and VERY experienced with weddings. Facilities/amenities are also wonderful. Grounds are picturesque. Food excellent.

We recently held our wedding at The Grove at the Briar Barn Inn, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The Grove at Briar Barn Inn is the perfect venue for a smaller intimate wedding. We had about ninety people and we cannot say enough about our perfect day. We were assigned Emily as our wedding consultant and she did everything to make our day so wonderful. She answered all our questions leading up to the big day and then she decorated and organized everything perfectly. She is so organized and made the day amazing! We have had so many compliments from our guests. Everyone loved all the décor, drinks, and food. The appetizers, meals, and then their amazing signature chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We had a lot of out of town guests that stayed multiple nights at the inn and they were all thrilled with the accommodations! My husband and I recently had the most magical wedding at the Grove at Briar Barn Inn, and we cannot stop raving about our experience, especially with Jeannine LeVasseur as our day-of coordinator. From the moment we met Jeannine, we knew we were in good hands. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference in ensuring our day was nothing short of perfect. Jeannine went above and beyond to take care of every detail, leaving no stone unturned. From the big picture plans to the smallest nuances, she flawlessly executed every aspect of our wedding. It was evident that she truly cared about making our day as special as possible. One of the things that impressed us the most was Jeannine's responsiveness and ability to ease our concerns. Despite only meeting her a month before the wedding, she quickly became an invaluable part of our planning process. Her prompt communication and willingness to address any worries or questions we had helped alleviate any pre-wedding jitters we may have had. On the day of our wedding, Jeannine was an absolute rockstar. Her warm demeanor and willingness to lend a helping hand did not go unnoticed, and we received countless compliments from our loved ones about how wonderful she was. While our wedding day at the Grove at Briar Barn Inn was nothing short of perfect thanks to Jeannine, our journey to get there was not without its challenges. Our planning process began almost a year and a half before the big day, but we didn't meet Jeannine until just six weeks prior to the wedding. Before her involvement, we encountered some bumps in the road with the event staff and managers at the venue. Before Jeannine came into the picture, navigating the planning process was not as straightforward as we had hoped. We ran into several roadblocks and found ourselves feeling a bit frustrated at times. One piece of advice we would offer to future couples considering this venue is to be cautious when reserving additional accessories and décor. Once these items are added to the contract, they cannot be removed, which can limit flexibility in the planning process. Additionally, we learned the hard way that if you do not secure a full inn room block (30 rooms), the inn may allow other wedding parties to book the remaining rooms without informing you. This lack of communication was disappointing and something we wish we had been aware of earlier in the planning process. We would like to also to acknowledge Chloe at the Inn. Her communication prior to the wedding and during the wedding weekend was always professional, kind and accommidating. Despite selecting the full bar option for our wedding, we occasionally felt as though we were being nickel and dimed for certain services or amenities. Our package included 2 signature dcocktails. When we decided to only have 1 signature cocktail that wasn't on their list we were charged an additional fee for the signature cocktail we wanted. Even after booking 24 rooms for our wedding weekend and hosting our rehearsal dinner at the Grove the evening prior to the ceremony and reception, we didn't always feel like our patronage was being fully appreciated. Furthermore, we noticed a significant amount of staff turnover from our initial booking meetings up until we met Jeannine. This inconsistency in personnel added an extra layer of stress to the planning process. However, once Jeannine stepped in, everything changed for the better. She was the saving grace of our entire event. Unlike our previous experiences, Jeannine never once said, "we can't do that" or "we won't do that." Her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and can-do attitude transformed our wedding planning experience into something truly special. In summary, while our journey with the Grove at Briar Barn Inn had its challenges, Jeannine's exceptional service and support ultimately made our wedding day a dream come true. We hope that by sharing our experiences, future couples will be better informed and able to navigate their own planning process with greater ease.

We had our wedding here in March and it was absolutely lovely. Our coordinator, Emily, was so incredibly sweet and made our special day so amazing. She was super attentive and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). I was planning our wedding from across the country and I could not have done it without her. I was really impressed. The Briar Barn Inn team was also incredible. Billy Sue and her team also made my day so special and wonderful. I absolutely loved them! I cannot recommend this place more.

We booked Grove for our wedding ceremony/reception and it was an excellent decision! We were so happy with how the day/weekend turned out, and our guests raved about the venue, the food, the service, the Inn. We had a wonderful time working with Emily and her team, they did so much to make our day special and have everything go off without a hitch. We just had our wedding at Briar Barn Inn on October 20th and the compliments about our venue have been endless! The best food I have ever had at a wedding, I was so lucky it was mine! Filet mignon was melt in your mouth and they were able to customize my little brothers meal who is extremely picky. My Wedding Coordinator Julia went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. We even had a meal be delivered to the Inn itself since a guest could not attend! Comfortable and cozy atmosphere, I barely lifted a finger on my special day. I would recommend Briar Barn to anyone and everyone.

Our wedding at the Grove was on September 24, 2023. We are so happy we picked the Grove. The whole process was smooth and Jeannine was a great asset to our wedding day (from making sure we had what we needed, to taking care of special requests, to really making sure we were not stressed out). We were planning to have the ceremony outdoors but the weather did not cooperate and it was such a easy transition and seamless decision to move the ceremony indoors. There was no glitch. The inside ceremony was even more beautiful and I'm so happy it worked out. We had the bridal suite at the Briar Barn Inn and my fiance/husband had the room at the Grove to get ready. So we were basically at the same location all day and we had some guests staying there as well. The ceremony and the reception were beautiful. The food was great, better than expected. We stayed at the Briar Barn Inn so the staff was able to pack up a lot of our decorations to be picked up the next day so we didn't have to worry about packing up everything ourselves. This was a huge bonus. We had an amazing day and again I am so happy we choose the Grove.

Amazing venue. BBI was the one and only venue we looked at - after our tour we knew we didn’t have to look any further. The food was incredible and service from staff was top notch. 6 months later I still have friends and family telling me how beautiful everything was. The staff is incredible and helps with everything along the way. My day was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you Briar Barn!

My husband and I got married at Grove at Briar Barn July 2023. From start to end, the night was incredible and everything we could have asked for. Julia, our wedding coordinator was fantastic. She made sure everything went so smoothly and even with rain in the forecast, she had a plan B to have the ceremony inside, but she assured us not to worry and that we didn’t have to decide until the last minute which was so helpful. We were able to have the ceremony outside after all and even all of pictures before the rain came. The reception was equally as incredible with the amazing food and everything flowed so perfectly and went off without a hitch. From the moment we booked our wedding, we knew we were in good hands. The night was everything we could have dreamed of and we are so grateful we chose Briar Barn Inn for our wedding venue. I stayed here three years prior and saw a wedding taking place and just knew this was going to be the place I got married someday and I’m so thankful my dream came true.

Grove and Briar Barn Inn were absolutely amazing. We were assigned Jeannine as our contact and she could not have done a better job. I was very particular and we had a ton of moving parts through out our wedding weekend and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. I will always remember how much she did for us on my wedding weekend. As for the venue itself we did the full buyout for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Our guests could not say enough about the food, rooms, and overall service. This really is a beautiful place to celebrate with friends and family.

We had our wedding at briar barn inn recently and do not have enough good things to say about our experience. The staff was amazing as well as the inn itself. They did everything to make the weekend special and everyone that came had nothing but good things to say about their experience as well. The staff was very helpful and attentive to us and everyone that came for our wedding. The food at the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception was amazing from hors d’oeuvres to the desserts everything was amazing and cooked to perfection. The entire weekend was amazing and we could not have asked for a more perfect host for our big day! The venue and inn were absolutely beautiful and our rooms were amazing. They were clean and very comfortable and spacious. It was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage. Having everything all in one place was something we really wanted for ourselves and for our guests. We were very happy with everything and would highly recommend the Briar Barn Inn for people looking to get married or have a nice weekend get away. We worked with Emily at the Briar Barn Inn for our wedding day. She was hands down the most amazing wedding coordinator we have seen or experienced. She was extremely helpful and walked us through every step leading up to our big day. Every email was answered quickly and she accommodated our every want and need to make this day incredible. The day of the wedding she made sure we did not have to lift a finger and had everything we needed and wanted. She made sure we had time to ourselves and had our own hors d’oeuvres. She made sure we were able to eat our dinner and directed us when it was time to cut the cake and was there throughout the night to help us however we needed. Our experience with Emily was absolutely amazing and if you do decide to get married at the Briar Barn Inn make sure you ask for Emily to be your coordinator! We cannot recommend her enough!

On January 21, 2023 we had our wedding at Grove at Briar Barn Inn. The experience was the winter wonderland we had hoped for. We worked with many of the amazing staff members at Grove, including our coordinator Alyssa, who was organized, helpful and truly listened to our requests (she is even a master at removing red sauce stains from white wedding dresses). We were so lucky that itis snowed the night before. The grounds were lightly coated in snow, and we were able to take most of our photos outside by the front doors and the lights over the patio. The Grove was beautifully decorated with holiday décor which added to the coziness of the night. We still hear compliments about the food and daydream about it ourselves. From the many options of delicious appetizers, filet for dinner, and the various desserts, our guests were full and ready to celebrate. We chose the flatbreads as our late-night snack and our dancing crew appreciated another round of amazing food. The servers were happy to assist and joined in the wedding fun, which we will truly never forget. We loved that the cocktail area was open for people to take a break from the dance floor to mingle, eat and grab a drink throughout the wedding. An incredible perk is Briar Barn being right next door and for our guests it made lodging and traveling convenient for them before and after the wedding. We loved our winter wedding and would highly recommend the Grove to host any type of event.

We got married in April 2023 and I can honestly say The Briar Barn and Jeannine left no stone uncovered to ensure our day was perfect. All of our guests complimented the relaxing environment and beautiful rooms leading up to the wedding. The day of, Jeannine made sure everything was handled effortlessly and seamlessly. She even surprised me by finagling something I really wanted done that she didn’t think was possible. Whenever I would think of something that needed to be done, I would ask Jeannine and she was already 10 steps ahead of me. The food was amazing and the reception area was the perfect space to accommodate our 95 guests but still feel intimate. I was able to see the ceremony area from my hotel room and was able to relax while I watched guests arrive before I walked down the aisle. Absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day and I had such an amazing, relaxing day. I was able to pass off the stress of small details and planning and just enjoy being around my friends and family. I truly believe that wouldn’t have been possible without the crew at the Briar Barn. Even the front desk staff is always extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have no negative feedback for Jeannine or the Briar Barn. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping make my wedding day the most special day!

My daughter had her wedding at the Grove on July 15th. Everything was amazing and so smooth. We worked with Alyssa and she went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this venue. Also staying at the Briar Barn Inn onsite was awesome.

I cannot say enough good things about the Grove at Briar Barn Inn!! Some of the top things they have to offer outside of their beautiful venue is the Inn where you can block rooms for you and your guests to stay, the ample getting ready space (whether you choose to get ready in a suite at the inn or the bridal suite at the grove) the beautiful grounds allow for a beautiful backdrop for your outdoor ceremony and pictures and of course their AMAZING food options for your big day (their chef is amazing and the food is to die for!). I cannot forget to mention their warm chocolate chip cookies which is part of every wedding package and something they are known for! Something that was important to me was having a wedding in a location that allowed for guests to stay close by and enjoy their stay and this venue allowed for all of that. To top it off, you are offered a day of coordinator to help organize everything and make your wedding dreams come true. We were lucky enough to be paired with Emily M. and she was AMAZING! She was always quick to respond to any emails I sent and put me at ease the day of the wedding. While I cannot speak on behalf of all the other coordinators, I can only imagine that they are just as professional, organized and as kind as her! My husband and I hope to visit the briar barn inn and grove yearly to celebrate our marriage and reflect on our most perfect wedding day! 🤍

We had a wonderful wedding weekend at the Grove and Briar Barn Inn! It was important to us to have accommodations on site for our wedding. The Briar Barn Inn exceeded our expectations in all things hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating, especially Chloe and Billie-Sue! They listened to all of our requests and were so helpful. Our wedding wouldn’t have been complete without our event coordinator, Emily. She was outstanding!!! She was incredibly supportive and helpful. She listened intently and brought all of our wedding vision to life! She assisted with coordinating with our vendors, and our guests. She kept us all on time, and hydrate and fed! She also suggested that we have a moment after we get married to spend a few quiet minutes with one another. We took advantage of that special moment and we could not have been more grateful for that suggestion. The Grove is an incredibly gorgeous and cozy venue, we had about 65 guests and it was perfect for our wedding! It was so special and so unique. The Grove also has exceptional food, from the passed appetizers, to the accommodations with entrees and dietary restrictions/allergies (we subbed a few sides for our entrees) the culinary team was outstanding! We also ended the night with the delicious ice cream, donuts and cookies and we could not have been happier with that decision. A huge thank you to everyone at the Grove and Briar Barn Inn! You all made our wedding day one to remember!

The Grove was an incredible place to host our wedding. Our wedding was moody and romantic January wedding. We had 85 guests and the venue was a perfect site that balanced intimate and party atmosphere. Julia, our planner, handled every detail with attention and care. She was so lovely that I had many guests comment even days after the wedding about how all over every detail she was and with a smile. I would one thousand percent hire her again for any future event, if I could. I would argue that she and her boss, Kelsey, were the best parts of our wedding. They both helped deliver on any of our concerns, small or large. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. Four months after and my foodie family is still raving. We were a little nervous after the food tasting, because the chef had tried some new ideas. We requested a second tasting and had more confidence. The day of, we were more than impressed. There is true advantage to The Grove being a restaurant- the food was elegant, tasty and filling for a very fair rate. When I told my photographer this was our venue, she lit up with joy and said "OH MY GOSH THEIR FOOD... are you serving the steak!?" We had many dietary needs and concerns about the varying view on alcohol consumption among our guests. The Grove handled all of these concerns exceptionally well and with care. Our only clunky part was figuring out hotels and room blocks. We were told we were holding the remaining rooms, when in reality, many of our guests were able to book their own reservations online at a much cheaper rate (about 40% off!). When addressed with the hotel, not much was done to rectify the situation - my room block rates were not lowered or matched to those who booked outside the block, the cost of the married couples room was not covered (even though this was standard practice across every other venue we looked at) A second pain point in planning was figuring out the getting ready space. Their lofted glam space is not offered until mid day, which does not allow for hair and make up serves and was really limiting. Again, our planner Julia saved the day with someone pulling off us getting a wedding suite (though we were told by the hotel this was booked already). It still would have been ideal to have the Lofted area available at 9am. Since first touring, this was the space I was dreaming of getting ready in. 11am is simply too late to offer as a getting ready space, especially for a winter wedding where daylight hours are short. Regardless of season, first looks are way too common now for 11am to be the earliest accommodation. I am grateful Julia found us solutions, but do think The Grove should figure out the LOFT service times for future weddings.

Upon visiting Grove, we knew it had everything we needed for a perfect December reception. Jeannine was our wedding coordinator, She was attentive, kind and easy to work with. My daughter had a vision for the room and Jeannine made sure it was everything she envisioned and more. The food was delicious! The Inn is charming and a great place to unwind and enjoy after a magical day! We highly recommend Grove for a wedding reception or any type of function!

To say that all my wedding dreams came true is an understatement. Grove at Briar Barn Inn was the first venue that my husband and I viewed in early 2022 and right from the jump we were amazed by just how right the space felt. We were able to view the entire venue, a few of the rooms in BBI, and establish a connection with the wonderful event team. As we decided to move forward with hosting our wedding at this beautiful venue, that connection remained intact. The whole event team was always available to answer any questions we had along the way and it truly made the experience feel so personal. My husband and I opted for blocking off the entire Inn for our guests. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at the BBI. Billie-Sue is an absolute delight to work with and made the process seamless. We cannot wait to go back and stay each year for our anniversary. Our event coordinator, Alyssa, was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our day flawless. She made the whole process so easy for us, making sure to keep everything organized leading up to the day. During the day off, she constantly checked-in with us to see if we needed anything, made sure that we ate, and always had drinks ready for us. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our guest raved about the food and how romantic the space felt. We could not be happier with how our day turned out. We were even blessed with the perfect amount of snowfall for that stunning winter wedding feel. I could go on forever and not recommend it enough. Have your wedding at Grove at BBI- you won't regret it!

We got married at the Briar Barn on 10/22/22 and our wedding was wonderful. Our wedding coordinator, Julia, went above and beyond for us- even giving us some extra candles because our lanterns were missing a few. She also put so much care into setting up the copious amount of mums and pumpkins that my mom brought to decorate the outdoor space, as well as laying down all the rugs we brought to go down the aisle. The food was incredible, and the venue was stunning- from the changing leaves outside to the beautiful greenery and string lights in the barn. One of my favorite moments was when Julia brought over a personal tray of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to us after the ceremony. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the backroom at the Grove, and many of our friends and family stayed at the Inn. All of our guests spoke really highly of it, and our suite was absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for getting ready activities with all my bridesmates. Can't recommend this venue enough, we loved it!

She and her team made everything come together perfectly. We had 80 guests, which was a perfect amount so that we could all enjoy the dance floor without feeling too squished. Highly recommend!

We got married here 12.31.2022! It was the most perfect venue for our winter/NYE wedding. The entire staff was better than we could have asked for, they truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Julia, our coordinator answered every question we had, helped us make decisions and made us feel like we were important and never a bother. I couldn't have asked for anything more from her. The food was also to die for. Every single guest mentioned how delicious the food was and now months later people are texting us to ask if they can go get the lollipop lamb chops on their regular menu! The winter decor made it feel cozy and festive and we didn't need to spend extra money on making the space beautiful, as it already was. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue and staff. We cannot wait to go back and celebrate a date night or anniversary, which is another positive - the onsite accommodations at the Inn were such a life saver especially for an open bar. We LOVE Grove and would recommend it 100 times over!!

This venue is awesome definitely recommend it, they are very accommodating, the place is beautiful, food is spectacular. And the coordinators are unreal! Go look at it Atleast!

We had a winter wedding at the Grove this past February and it was amazing, everything was perfect. The venue looked beautiful, the food was excellent, the room was beautiful, and our wedding coordinator Alyssa was awesome, she really went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. She catered to our every need the day of the wedding and was instrumental during the planning process. We are still feeling our 'wedding high' because it was such a wonderful event. I would def recommend The Grove to anyone who is getting married. (I would also recommend purple uplighting for your event, it was such a nice touch and lit up the room beautifully.) The Grove is the perfect place for a wedding, it is intimate, rustic but modern and very, very romantic. Highly recommend.

Thank you to everyone at The Grove for bringing our special day to life! Everything was executed perfectly as planned. The food was AMAZING and I still get compliments 2 months later of how wonderful the food was. Our wedding ceremony and reception was all in the barn and the staff executed the switch beautifully and all our guests were amazed. We had roughly 62 people in attendance and there was plenty of room to mingle and dance while not looking empty. Highly recommend this venue if you are having a smaller size wedding where you want to interact with every guest personally, not to mention the beautiful photos you end up with because this venue is absolutely stunning even with no added decor. Can’t forget the complementary signature chocolate chip cookies that come with any event - I’d like to order a monthly subscription of them! THANK YOU GROVE!

I recently got married at The Grove at Briar Barn Inn on 06/25/2023 and overall, I had a great experience at the venue. The location was beautiful, and the food was outstanding. The summer setting made everything even more perfect. However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our wedding day. Firstly, some guests had trouble with the steak being too rare for their liking. While we did have a food trial before the wedding where the food was cooked perfectly, the same was not the case on the day of the wedding. It is understandable that it can be challenging to cook for a large number of people, but this is something that fell a bit flat during our wedding. We also had some miscommunication with our wedding coordinator regarding the cake needing to be refrigerated. Initially, she informed us that there might not be enough space for it due to a brunch they were having that day. This caused me unnecessary stress as a bride trying to figure out how to keep the cake cool for so many hours. Eventually, our coordinator was able to handle it, but it was not ideal. Lastly, when we initially booked the venue, we were told that there would be space for the groom's party to get ready/have a small room in the venue, which was also advertised on their website and during the tour. Unfortunately, when it was time to use the room, we were informed that it was now a storage room. Although we were able to get ready in our hotel room, this was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would recommend The Grove at Briar Barn Inn as a beautiful all-inclusive wedding venue. However, I would suggest that they work on their promises and customer service a bit more to avoid any miscommunications or unnecessary stress for future events.
