Gulf Beach Weddings was an answer to our prayers. We wanted a simple and beachy wedding but quickly realized how overpriced and overdone it could be. When we found Gulf Beach Weddings it was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to customize to make it our own and the entire process was fun and the staff were so responsive and fun. Definitely recommend!

Gulf Beach weddings was amazing! We had a storm and tornado warning the morning of and they were very helpful in monitoring the weather and keeping me calm. They were very accomadating with everything and quick to answer any of my questions. They made a stressful day go very smooth!

My wife and I had the most perfect beach wedding. She did most of the research and planning (another reason I love her). After extensive online searching, calling, following-up, we chose Gulf Beach Weddings. This was the best choice we could've made. From the initial contact, reservation, and completion of the wedding their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have this item on their website that lets you decorate the beach wedding with the background of the beach location you chose. My wife played with this for weeks to fully decorate to our taste from the colors, type of chairs, decor, and vendors involved. The Officiant provided was a former local pastor and made it feel like we had known him for years. The photographer took formals following the wedding and some intimate shots of each of us. This really was a picture perfect day and we cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings enough. To anyone on the internet, these guys have it together - if you have a chance to visit their warehouse or office, vans are wrapped, marketing materials, etc. it was really impressive.

Our wedding took place in early October of 2023. We couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by the Gulf Beach Weddings team. They pride themselves on being a family and that is the way we felt from beginning to completion. The office staff was informative, professional, and answered all our questions (at all hours of the night even) when we got stuck. My now husband is very process oriented and really appreciated their systematic approach, the online customizing options, straightforward pricing, and scheduled appointments prior to the ceremony. About 1 month before the ceremony, we received a call to 'reconfirm all the details' - this was about the time we were starting to worry and feel anxious since the big day was getting close. Gulf Beach Weddings answered all our questions and questions we forgot to ask. This put our mind at ease and let us focus on other items in preparation for the destination wedding (like family, friends, travel, etc.) since we knew we were in great hands. The big day came and we were so excited...I just couldn't wait to marry the man of my dreams. Although a bit nervous (I think a little nerves is normal), we were delighted with the call to let us know the set up crew was on-site and starting to set up. When we arrived the guests were greeted and seated, the whole orchestration of the event went smooth. The sunset in the background made for wall worthy photos, overall just a beautiful day. We are so happy and couldn't thank this company enough. It was literally the best day of my life and I owe it all to Gulf Beach Weddings. I would highly recommend and plan on using them for a vow-renewal in a few years. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We decided to renew our vows with Gulf Beach weddings and I couldn’t be more pleased. The setup at the beach was absolutely beautiful. Every member of the staff that I worked with was incredibly kind and eager to help make our renewal perfect, and it was. I’d definitely work with them again in the future and I’d absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to do a beach ceremony of any kind!

We used Gulf Beach Weddings this past week and before even having our wedding I was recommending them to other brides on social media looking to have their weddings in Florida. They were so easy to work with, had everything organized from the very beginning. From picking out our package, colors and all the little details. Our officant that was given to us by Gulf Beach, was Scott he was wonderful incorporated everything we wanted, our blended family unity sand, blessing stones, he kept the process fun and stress free. During the wedding he made some jokes and kept the fears away. The crew for set up was equally as great! Kyle was our in person coordinator and he kept me calm and helped the process run smoothly. The decorations were set up beautifully and even though public beach they did a great job of not having many people in the back round of our ceremony. one thing I would say if if I could change anything is have more songs to walk to, I would have had one for grandparents, parents and groomsmen and one for bridal party and one for the bride. My song that I was to walk down was played for the bridal party and then repeated, I dont think our guests even noticed, but I did.

Gulf Beach Weddings was amazing! We wanted a low stress wedding with our closest Friends/Family and Gulf Beach Weddings provided that and more. The coordinators in the office were friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Their website is helpful, interactive, and very informative. My Husband and I were informed on the package that best fit our guest count and which locations would be the best fit as well. Everything was super organized, right up to the day of, where our day of coordinator just asked us to show up and handled everything else! The Setup was beautiful and the Photographer provided by Gulf Beach Weddings was unbelievably amazing (EAM Photography). My Husband and I are so glad we chose Gulf Beach Weddings to handle our dream beach wedding, thank you for making our special day even more special!

GULF BEACH WEDDINGS MADE OUR DREAM WEDDING COME TRUE!!! We were thrilled from start to finish. Their planning team was extremely helpful from our first contact via phone as well as ALL the follow up emails. Originally, we didn't know what we wanted but knew we wanted a beach wedding with the setting sun in the background with close family and friends participating. I was nervous booking our wedding online from such a distance, however, between all the reviews and Gulf Beach Weddings prompt responses to all my questions and their helpful videos, we were sure they were the right company to handle our destination wedding. When the day of the wedding came, everything was in order and my mind was at ease...all the planning was done, the only thing left was to marry the man of my dreams. In retrospect, we wouldn't have done anything different. The weather was perfect, the beach was stunning, the Officiant and Photographer were extremely kind, helpful and was extremely professional. We cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings enough. Since early 2022, we have been ‘Having our Wedding’ while Gulf Beach Weddings is ‘Planning our Wedding.’ This terminology really put us at ease…saving I can tell you how many hours. You probably could all of this yourself, but at what cost (time, out of State, rentals, vendor communication). We basically enjoyed the fact that they handled everything associated with the beach ceremony. All we had to do was the fun part – create the party and invite family & friends! We are both from out of State however, visited some of the beach locations they offer as kids. My soon to be wife, grew up in Clearwater and I visited Siesta Key as a child. Gulf Beach Weddings website is very impressive, so much information for us – they helped with the Marriage License in the mail, Beach Site Selection, all the options/vendors, etc. and overall guided us so it was a turn-key experience. More of a Wedding Advisor, than just a planner with some contacts. They are not required to host at one location…they have like 20 different spots in Tampa alone, so when they have a preference its spot on! We are looking forward to the best day of our life!

My husband and I contracted with Gulf Beach Weddings in the Fall of last year for a wedding this Summer. We are both from the area and very familiar with the different beaches. However, when it came to choosing a specific beach just for our Wedding Ceremony, we hadn't thought about all that goes into a beach ceremony, dinner following, logistics, vendors, where my family would stay, etc. After a few simple emails and 1-2 phone calls, we know we had selected the right team for our Wedding! The ceremony was beautiful on St Pete Beach (right down the Street from where my now husband proposed) and a location I frequented as a kid. We cannot thank Gulf Beach Weddings enough, the photographer did an amazing job capturing the Sunset, and our out of town folks simply enjoyed their entire stay in Florida. From the bottom of our heart - thank you to Gulf Beach Weddings, you pulled off the most amazing day of our life! I am a very happy girl and married my prince in the process.

I loved how quick they respond, how easy the WHOLE process was, and how they are all very very nice when I had a million questions and requests. I would recommend a million times over if you want a beach wedding to book through Gulf Beach weddings. Brides will thank me, it sure made the day less stressful and way less to plan! It was perfect and all the photographers were SO lovely! No complaints at all.

Over the top! Perfect wedding company! From the greeter in the parking lot to assistants for wheelchair attendees to the detailed organization allowing perfect sentiments to create the event of a lifetime for all guests (and the bridal party) to enjoy forever. This is not the only beach wedding I have attended. It was simply the best!

My (now) husband & I used Gulf Beach Weddings for our big day on 10/15/20. We are from Wisconsin so I planned it from several states away. No matter what time it was my emails were responded to quickly, they really were available 24/7. The ceremony was beautiful & perfect for us. My dad even said it was very classy. They took care of the officiant, the photographer, & the videographer. Also, the person who was there from Gulf Beach was so incredibly kind. Do yourself a favor & contact them. It’s so easy & you don’t have to worry about anything, they do it all. We highly recommend them!

Gulf Beach Weddings did an incredible job with our entire ceremony from start to finish! So many people have told us how beautiful our wedding was and trust me it was perfect! Even during a Pandemic, which is stressful enough they definitely made it easier on us than we could've imagined. They were true professionals throughout the whole process. Honestly, my husband and I were from out of state on top of everything else! When we first started looking into a beach ceremony in October 2019...I had spoke with several wedding companies and Gulf Beach Weddings stuck out in the best way. Their knowledge, expertise, convenience, value, selections offered etc. I could literally go on and on are second to none! Since the start, GBW definitely have set the bar extremely high compared to the other wedding companies out there. Besides who doesn't want to get married on a gorgeous beach?! We had reservations when the Pandemic hit in March but GBW was on top of their game the whole way and their response time is impeccable. I can assure you there is a reason they are rated as well as recommended so highly via reviews and many other happy couples who did the same as us can agree. If you're looking for a much less stressful Wedding even during this Pandemic...you can't go wrong! They walked us through everything and any questions they answered directly and quickly. Our wedding day turned out to be amazing and truly beautiful. It ended up beyond our expectations and that says alot! To all the staff that worked so hard to make this happen and all the time that was put in to make our day so special and filled with lasting memories...We appreciate you all! If you're looking for a beautiful wedding without the massive price tag and not wanting to stress nearly as much as a "traditional" wedding I would strongly recommend you at least checking them out to see what they offer. Gulf Beach Weddings was amazing! I was planning a wedding from Kansas, and had never been to Florida before. They made the process so easy! We had Pastor Dan as our officiant, and he performed a ceremony that made it seem like he had known us for years. We used their guitarist, Jim Allen, and his music was beautiful. I believe Kyle and Damian were the team members from Gulf Beach Weddings that were on site for our wedding, and they set up quickly, and were so helpful and kind throughout the day. I cannot speak highly enough of them. We used the Wedding License by Mail and received our license about two weeks after the ceremony. We also used a private location behind a rental, and Gulf Beach Weddings was great at accommodating our requests. Do not hesitate in choosing Gulf Beach Weddings for your destination wedding!

Our experience with Gulf Beach Weddings was fantastic. They were willing to work with us all along the way to pick out our desired custom wedding location, our design and everything that we needed. We were especially pleased with the fact that they didn't blink and eye to working with a same sex couple. They have a great and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I chose to do a destination wedding because we wanted to go somewhere warm, sunny, and next to the ocean! We chose Siesta Key because of its pristine white sand beaches, and because we had visited Siesta Key Beach on our first ever vacation together. Planning a wedding so far away from home was very scary and intimidating! We stumbled upon Gulf Beach Weddings while searching for wedding companies online and quickly fell in love with what they had to offer. Their packages were affordable and they had lots of options to choose from, so we were able to find the perfect wedding for us. They made everything so easy! Communication, setup, decor, you name it! All we had to do was show up! And the two gentlemen who were there on our wedding day, Bobby and Andre, were SO helpful and friendly to us and our guests. Everyone had wonderful things to say about them. Save yourself the headache of wedding planning and let this company take care of you! You won't regret it!

The Good: Gulf Beach Wedding's website and user friendliness was among the best out there. The absolute BEST part of our entire ceremony was our photographer. Damian with P.L. Carrillo Photography was simply outstanding! Despite the cold and winds, he took charge and captured our special day beautifully. The Bad: The weather sucked. It was "freezing to FL" cold and windy. Was this anyone's fault, absolutely not! Our tenacious spirit to move forward with our ceremony didn't seem to sit well with the staff at Gulf Beach Weddings, as they attempted to get us to change the date several times. We had plans to be in the area, along with several out-of-town guests, for only the weekend and our pastor's flight left the next morning. Taylor informed us that due to the winds, we would not be able to have the arch and we were okay with that. We showed up to our site on-time, to find 10 chairs, a few green sprigs and starfish and a raked aisle. We were supposed to have a sand table and upgraded lanterns, none which were at the site. I asked the GBW guy where everything was and he informed me that they had not even brought them to the site. At the ceremony, we asked the GBW guy when the music would begin, as we were at the start time of our ceremony. He asked "you had music?" I told him that we had chosen a couple of specific songs. He told us he had only received our info a couple of hours prior to our ceremony and the song list was not given to him. I told him that we needed something, to which he handed me his cell phone and told me to pick a song. He then rushed to set up the speaker, as our ceremony time had already been breached and our poor guests were waiting, in the cold winds off the beach. We had zero direction from him after that. Bless Damian's heart, I think he realized this and stepped in to direct us on what to do. From there, no other communication from the GBW guy, just a quick clean-up of about 10 minutes and gone. The UGLY: After we returned home, we had several emails requesting we review GBW. We don't like to write anything in haste, and there were some things that needed to be addressed. Taylor wasn't onsite, so he wasn't privy to everything that went awry. Taylor responded back that he would get to the bottom of it. He did call back, with no clear explanation as to why everything went down the way it did. We tried to clear the air and come to some resolution. At minimum we were hoping to get the $75 for the lanterns reimbursed back to us because they didn't bring them. We told Taylor right from the beginning that the arch not being there was not their fault and we were OKAY not having it. Everything else was 100% GBW's staff dropping the ball. When Taylor emailed back he said, "This is unacceptable, I know the weather (wind) played a factor in this however, your dissatisfaction is our greatest concern." HERE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PART: Gulf Beach Weddings did agree to a small refund. A few days later, we received an email which contained a CONTRACT that we had to adhere by. In exchange for a small refund we were not to post any reviews about GBW (good or bad) from us OR OUR GUESTS or we would be SUED FOR $10,000! They blackmailed us and all of our guests in lieu of customer service. Sad reality, we were at peace with them attempting to make it right, when in the end they pushed themselves off the cliff. We decided that the small refund wasn't worth not being able to share our story and the truth about this company.

Overall, I would say our wedding/vow renewal experience with Gulf Beach Weddings was good. They respond to all messages right away. The staff was attentive, accommodating, informative, and understanding at all times. The pricing and available options for everything was perfect for our needs. Even the weather that day was perfect. However, it was not a completely flawless experience. On the day of the ceremony, I found there to be a lack of attention to detail. For example, we had selected red rose petals for the aisle (an upgrade of $200). The rose petals used on the day of the ceremony were yellow and orange and we were not informed about the change prior to seeing them in the aisle during the ceremony. The sashes were attached to the posts with zip ties alone rather than with additional sashes tied into bows (like you see in their promotional photographs). The sashes were placed on the post unevenly. This was not entirely their fault as this was intentionally done for a particular flower arrangement we had purchased. When the flowers didn't turn out like we wanted, we changed the arrangement to be more symetrical. The sash was not adjusted accordingly given that change. Also, I thought there was supposed to be a tent over the watering station (another upgrade) as well, but there was none. The staff onsite never mentioned anything to us about these issues. The officiate was dressed much more casually than I would have expected. Granted, its a beach wedding, so something more casual is to be expected. And we weren't specific about the attire for the officiate either, but I certainly wasn't expecting cargo pants and a loose fitting, short sleeve, collared t-shirt. Everybody looked overdressed compared to the officiate, which was a little odd. We assumed it would be business casual at the very least. The fee for using the location we wanted to use (Honeymoon Island) was confusing in the way it was explained and invoiced. Also, there was no follow up after the ceremony to see if all went well. We are just now seeing the photos from our photographer and noticing all the things that are not quite how we expected they would be. Me and my wife were too busy at the time of the ceremony to even notice some of these things or say anything about the problems we did see. Besides it is their job to make sure it looks just as good as the photos they promote. Even the guests noticed the sashes and the rose petals were different than what we had said they would be. The person we initially consulted with disappeared from the company after our initial consultation (for whatever reason) and any continuity with what we had originally envisioned quickly fell through the cracks. We had to do an additional planning session just to try to get plans back on track. Perhaps this is the reason for the lack of attention to details overall, but that is irrelevant to us. We paid for a spectacular experience and were somewhat disappointed. But we didn't let it ruin our day. We still had a great time. Just be aware of what you are getting into with these folks and stay on top of things if you want your special day to be as perfect as it can be. They may not be paying close attention to the details for you.

We were very hesitant to plan a beach wedding in an area that we had never been before, but Gulf Beach Weddings was very easy to work with. Everything we needed came in a bundle, including our officiant and photographer! We were nervous that the public beach would be too crowded, but it was actually a more private wedding than any of the ones that took place at our resort. We also had more decor in our wedding set up for much cheaper than our resort’s most basic package. Gulf Beach Weddings surpassed all of our expectations!

If you're having a beach wedding in Florida, I highly recommend using Gulf Beach Weddings! We planned our wedding all the way from Colorado but they made the process so easy! We could customize our ceremony and on the day of, they would take care of it all! They were very communicative prior to the wedding day, making sure we were all on the same page as far as timeline, colors, officiant, set up, etc. They even let me change the flower option I had originally selected just a week prior. Two days prior to the wedding, I was able to speak with the officiant they provided, Scott. Scott also came by the day before the wedding to do a rehearsal with us and made us feel at ease about the big day. When the wedding day arrived, the forecast called for rain (of course, haha!) They handled it great! I got a phone call in the morning from someone who informed me that they were watching the radar and would keep me updated if we needed to change anything. We discussed the possibility of an alternative plan and they offered to change the start time to accommodate having the ceremony during a time when the rain would be stopped. Luckily our whole wedding party and guests were all staying at the beach house where we would have the ceremony and we were able to start a few hours early to avoid getting poured on! The set up crew arrived earlier to get things going and they even had an extra set of chair sashes to change if/when they got rained on before we started the ceremony. Bottom line, they made me feel calm about the ceremony going smoothly and looking great, even though I knew we may get a little wet.

If you're looking for the easiest wedding of your life then look no further. My husband and I had planned an elaborate wedding in Minnesota that was looking to cost us $15,000. It was so stressful and financially out of our reach. After talking about what we TRULY wanted our wedding to be, we decided on a beach wedding in our favorite vacation location. So not only would we have a beautiful wedding by the ocean- but we would go on a vacation as well. We looked through different companies and found GBW to be the best priced for all that was included in the package. Along the way, I did bump into issues with them with a last minute mandatory change of location, but they threw in extra decor and refunded us money from the invites and programs we had ordered! Everything was taken care of for us- finding a officiant, decorations, music, photographer, videographer.. everything! All for under $3,000. We have already gotten our pictures back and they are gorgeous! I highly recommend ♡

The set up was absolutely beautiful! Gulf beach weddings made my dream beach wedding come true!!

Everything was perfect. My wife and I shared everything that we wanted for our big day with their team and they delivered. Communication was great (especially the fact that more than 95% of the communication happened via email) and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you so very much for making our wedding even more special.

Overall, the beach wedding ceremony was beautiful and went very smoothly. There are few items that I was disappointment with that clients should keep in mind when working with this company. 1. My updated info was not given to the Officient: I had spoken to one of the event planners for this company a month before our wedding date and provided an updated word document outlining what we would like for our ceremony. The day before the wedding, the officient called me and had not received any of the new info. This missing information also showed during the actual ceremony, as the unity sand was set up and we had communicated that we only wanted the blessing stone ceremony. 2. My wedding programs were not handed to our guests. It was communicated to the coordinator a month before the wedding that a family member would be dropping them off the day of the wedding. When I arrived to my ceremony, I saw them just sitting in a bag at the front of the aisle in front of the unity sand ceremony set up (that we did not want). I spent 2+ hours and money to make those things and was frustrated that they were not able to be handed out to my guests. 3. Wrong chair sash color. It was supposed to be coral, not baby pink. Very disappointing and did not match my wedding colors which was a HUGE oversight. Baby pink is also my least favorite color. :( Other than those issues, I will say that the vendors this company uses were AMAZING and make the package worth while. The officient was so wonderful and did such a great job. The photographer was so great and really made use of the limited time you had with him. In my opinion, they made the experience better. Without them, I would not have been as happy as I was.

Gulf beach weddings made sure everything went smooth and did everything to accommodate to what we wanted!

I planned a wedding during September. Unfortunately hurricane Irma decided to arrive the day following my wedding. I decided to proceed with my wedding as planned. I used Gulf Beach to plan all of the details of my special day. The original location was evacuated. They did NOTHING to offer a different location. They did not attempt to reschedule a single vendor. I was left to put my wedding back together myself. find an alternate locate. New makeup artist. notify the guest that hotel arrangement had change. You name it they did NOT take care of it. The least they could do it refund me since they did no work what so ever. Nope they can not even furbish a decent reason for not refunding me. This company will charge you a premium price and have no follow through. I am very disappointed with this company. I hope this dentures others from falling victim to this company carelessness on your special day.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very easy to communicate with, responding quickly to emails. They explained everything in detail. They made everything so easy and stress-free, which is exactly what we wanted in our destination wedding! They provide you with lists of vendors nearby from florists, hair salons, bakeries, photography, transportation, good restaurants nearby to eat at & more! Highly recommend! 😊

They were amazing!!!! They make the beach wedding so easy-no rehearsal, just show up and walk down the aisle. The officiant helped us change the wording of the ceremony so it was more special to us (customized). Also, we used thei reception venue: "Affordable Banquet" and it was the BEST! They had a million seashell/beach decorations that were free to use and made decorating the space a breeze. It's such a nice setting and I loved that it was a separate space (rather than being part of a hotel or some bigger conference center, it is its own building-complete with bathrooms, dance floor, speaker, tables and chairs, long counter space for catering set up and full size fridge). It was perfect, everything was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing if I had to do it again!!! :-)

We had a dream of having a beach wedding and started planning a year and two months in advance for our beach wedding. We put down many deposits at vendors and had everything just about set, when 6 1/2 months away from our wedding date we found out that we were pregnant. Immediately we knew this was going to put a damper into our wedding plans. We don't live in Florida, so we had planned to have to travel down. We went to our DR appointment and found out that our due date was going to be about 3 weeks after our wedding. After talking to the doctor about our plans she immediately let us know that we can not travel that close to the wedding. We are a high risk pregnancy due We waited a couple of weeks until we were further along to make the decision on the wedding plans. We assumed canceling 6 months out our deposits would be refunded and we could at least afford some kind of small wedding here in Michigan.. we were wrong. Not only has this been a difficult time because we had to cancel our dream wedding, we have a high risk pregnancy (my first pregnancy by the way), we couldn't travel if we wanted, and now we had to save money for a baby, but now Gulf Beach Weddings WILL NOT refund us our $500 deposit. This is a lot of money to us. My fiancé is a police officer and works extremely hard to help us make our way and now...we cant even do our dream wedding, let alone a small wedding here in Michigan. I understand there is a non refundable deposit, however in some rare situations one would think a company could make a ONE time exception under the situation and refund their deposit. We gave plenty of notice for them to rebook the date (6 months). It just shocks me that a company can not be reasonable and understanding in a rare case. Our dream has now turned into a nightmare of us losing a lot of money and not being able to have any wedding at all. Very disappointed with this vendor and their lack of making some kind of exception for a rare circumstance.

We were happy we chose Gulf Beach Weddjngs to handle the setup of our beach wedding on Bradenton Beach March 16, 2016. The staff was quick to respond to our emails and questions ... and accommodating all of our requests from the bamboo arch decorated with sheen and starfish ... to the white flowers in the tiki torches ... to the sea oats and starfish lined aisle ... even doing a fantastic job softening the rake lines so the aisle sand looked very natural! Thank you for helping our wedding decor be just what we wanted for a very romantic beach wedding!
