We booked Hallea Events for day of coordination for our wedding and it was so much more than we could have ever imagined. Our day of coordinator, Erica, was a dream from start to finish. We felt extremely supported through the planning process, able to check in as much as we needed leading up to the big day. She helped guide us to make excellent vendor choices, and ensure our vision was logistically possible and truly represented us as a couple. The actual day of was seamless. Everyone was where they were supposed to be at all times and the day flowed perfectly, without us ever worrying about a single thing. We were able to relax, really enjoy the day, and soak it in. Erica anticipated every need. Food, drinks, touching up my hair, fluffing my dress, answering questions, keeping our parents happy, set up, take down, and all with a huge smile on her face. We would absolutely recommend Hallea and her team to anyone and would book them again for any future event. They were exceptional and we are so grateful they helped us celebrate such a beautiful day.

Hallea and her team are THE BEST! Hallea partnered with us and eased our minds and hearts so we could enjoy our day. My husband had some wild ideas, and Hallea was so great at managing his expectations. She makes it look easy (even though we know the hustle/bustle can be stressful)! Hallea and her team at Hallea Events helped to make our wedding day even better than we could have dreamt. Hallea was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, going above and beyond to answer our questions leading up to our wedding day. She uses a suite of tools that helped to keep us, our wedding party, and our VIP guests organized, informed, and on-time during our wedding day. She and her team handled the flip of our ceremony to reception flawlessly - everything was executed exactly as my now husband and I had envisioned. Working with Hallea was the best decision we made when we planned our wedding. Even though we postponed our date twice and were concerned about whether going through with the wedding was the right thing to do, Hallea stayed calm and positive throughout. Each time we got off the phone or emailed/texted Hallea, it was so nice to get reassurance and talk through tough decisions with her. In addition to her helpful and positive spirit, Hallea was incredibly professional and did a great job managing our stress through the entire planning process. Her previous experiences and relationships with our vendors made coordination so easy. Although we only hired her for her day of coordination services, she went above and beyond in helping significantly with the pre planning process. She even ran to the printer on the day of our wedding to print a copy of the officiant script! Heroic.

I can't thank Hallea and Erica enough for all of the work that they put into helping organize our wedding. We have large families and originally believed we could pull off the details ourselves (with many helping hands from family), but as the day drew nearer, we knew we were way over our heads. Hallea and Erica graciously accepted us as last minute clients and went right to work. I cannot imagine what they day would have been like without them. My biggest regret is honestly not hiring them sooner. How amazing it was to have a point of contact for all our vendors, our friends and family, someone who was always available, always there to answer questions or grab us a cocktail (or two) when we needed them the most. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Hallea came highly recommended through our venue owner, as he has worked with her many times. We signed up for her full package since my now husband and I have crazy schedules. She is extremely professional and yet very personable. I was very impressed by her communication from start to finish. Her replies were prompt and she addressed any and every concern or question that I had. Her associate planner, Erica was also amazing the day of our wedding! I didn't have to stress at all knowing I had the help and support of both ladies. Would highly recommend Hallea and Erica!!!

Do yourself a favor and hire Hallea Tse as your wedding team. She was recommended to us from our photographer and videographer. As our day of coordinator, she went above and BEYOND to make our day perfect. Even though we only hired her as a day of coordinator, we were in communication throughout most of the planning process. She did a venue walk-through with us and asked to attend most meetings with our major vendors. Being remote in Los Angeles, she helped us stay on track over the two years as our wedding was delayed due to COVID. Whenever one of our vendors were difficult to deal with or something came up, Hallea always stepped in to resolve the issue with no problem. Her experience along with her personality made it easy for us to put our faith and trust in Hallea. Her communication was top notch, as she always responded to our texts/emails in a timely manner. On our wedding day, Hallea did so much to keep everything together, despite several issues that came up. She took the lead to make sure these problems were resolved in a calm and efficient manner, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Hallea even visited us in person at our hotels to make sure we were doing okay as we were anxiously awaiting our big day. One of the big things Hallea did was set up our tables during the flip from ceremony to reception by herself and her assistant, Borie. Our caterer was supposed to perform the flip, however when they didn’t do their duties, without hesitation, Hallea and Borie immediately got all of our tables ready for our guests in time for the reception. We had plenty of guests that mentioned Hallea was on top of her game and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Hallea to help with your wedding planning. We initially underestimated the importance of a planner or day of coordinator, and looking back at our wedding day, it wouldn’t have been possible without Hallea and her amazing team. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner and for more planning services!

My husband and I engaged Hallea for day-of coordination services and were matched with Erica, although Hallea was also very involved throughout the process as well. Erica and Hallea were WONDERFUL. The whole way through, they were supportive and patient. Not only that but they were good fun and just nice to be around! This was easily the best money we spent on our wedding. Like I said, we engaged them for day-of coordination, which, for our smaller wedding was all we felt like we needed, but we feel like we got so much value out of it. Hallea and Erica were communicative and proactive over the 9 or so months leading up to our wedding and when the one month mark rolled around I barely had to lift a finger, which, as anyone who has gotten to the month before their wedding knows, was such a relief and greatly reduced the stress we felt. They brought our vision to life all the way through to the end of our wedding. On the day of, Erica went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, she even had her husband bring her personal eyelash glue when I needed to touch up my lashes pre-ceremony. Throughout the evening, guests handed us envelopes and Erica would just appear and grab them! At the end of the night, they were all in a neat pile waiting for me in my bag. She checked on us regularly and made sure everything went off without a hitch (or if there were hitches we didn't know about them!). I really can't recommend Hallea Events enough - please do yourself a favor and hire these women to support you throughout your wedding planning and execution. You will not be disappointed.

I commend her for executing a beautiful wedding and making my wedding day the most memorable experience ever. Hallea and Alley are absolutely AMAZING! They were both very helpful from the start and were always available to answer my millions of questions. We had Alley as our day of coordinator and words can't explain how thankful we were to have her there for our wedding. She always followed-up with me to make sure I had everything ready before the big day. She made sure to inform us before each event during the wedding so we knew what was happening next. We sooo appreciated her checking up on us throughout the entire day since everything was moving quickly. Hallea is the best decision we made for our wedding day. She planned not just one wedding, but two because of COVID. She made the day absolutely perfect. I know they say "something bad" will always happen on your wedding day, but I can't complain about a single thing. Her and her team were so punctual and allowed us freedom on our day. I think that is the most important thing to look for in a planner. Could not reccomend her and her team enough.

Hallea Events was first referred to us from our friend and florist. At the time, I wasn't sure if I needed an events planner since I had some experience with event planning myself from work. But from our first consultation, I can tell how skilled this team was and they were able to identify things I hadn't even thought of. It made it even better that our conversations were effortless and it's like we've been long time friends catching up. Hallea and Erica made the whole process as stress free as I could imagine. They took care of things before I even knew there was anything that needed taken care of. They knew exactly what my vision and expectations were and was able to execute without any hesitations. I have been telling all my friends and future Brides that they were easily the best and most important vendor I hired in the entire wedding planning process. They were worth every penny. If you are second guessing about saving yourself a few bucks by not getting a wedding planner and DIYing stuff yourself, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I gladly reallocated my budget to fit them in. The amount of stress that me and my bridal party did not have to feel was totally worth it. They were the best team ever. I couldn't have been more happy with their professionalism and expertise.

Hallea deserves to win the gold medal of wedding planning! She was absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator and took on the majority of our stress / burdens in the wedding planning. She asked questions we never thought of during our initial meeting, and has gone above and beyond especially during COVID. She gave thoughtful input when necessary and made sure we had all the details covered leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding Hallea had everything running smoothly! We were able to focus on the day with our family and friends. Hiring Hallea as our wedding planner was the best decision we could have made. Where do I even begin... Originally we weren't going to hire a wedding planner because we thought we could handle it. Especially with the pandemic going on, we decided to make the wedding small which means having a small guest list count. We were stuck at finding a reception venue and so my husband reached out to his dear childhood friend, Erica (who happens to be our associate planner) where she got married at to give us ideas. When she told us, she also said that she's a certified wedding planner and that she could help us if we needed it. Within a few days, we hired her and Hallea to help us with the planning and it was the best decision we ever made! They helped us with the planning process and also the decorations which we also needed help on. When our wedding day came, everything looked amazing and the day was perfect! It was also a little reunion for Erica because she knew my husband's family, so seeing his family and Erica greet each other put a smile on our faces. When hiring a wedding planner you want someone with an impeccable eye for detail. Whether that is creating the most picturesque scene or catching errors in contracts Hallea has got you covered. When we had to postpone our wedding in 2020 due to COVID-19, Hallea stepped right in and had all our vendors covered within a day. She helped us keep calm when stressful situations arise. Even though Hallea hadn't done a wedding in our city before she jumped in and immediately found a network of vendors to suit all our needs. When we lost a vendor to COVID-19 she stepped in and immediately found a replacement before stressing us with the bad news. We appreciate her effort to keep things positive during such a stressful process. On our wedding day, Hallea was there to make sure everything went as planned. She was always 3 steps ahead of everyone and made sure that things went off without a hitch. We couldn't imagine doing a large event without her. Thanks so much Hallea!

I was referred to Hallea Events by my florist about a year before my wedding took place. Erica was my coordinator and she did an EXCELLENT job. She helped me coordinate with vendors, had multiple meetings over zoom with me, and literally held my hand every step of the way. I was able to give her number/e-mail to bridesmaids/wedding guests to coordinate small things so I had less on my plate. She helped my matron of honor find a quiet place and time to pump during my wedding without me being involved at all! She helped set up all of my decorations and ensured that my cards/cash gifts were safe. At the end of the night, she collected all of the decorations and had them at our room by the end all in one piece. She worked so so hard and I'll be forever grateful to Erica and Hallea Events.

These girls are truly the best. Alley and Hallea ran everything smoothly from the very early planning process, all the way to the end of wedding day. Alley was such an awesome resource and helped me with small things that felt big in the moment, she was did an amazing job running our rehearsal, and she and Hallea did an incredible job piecing our whole vision together. We are so thankful for them both and the day would not have gone off so perfectly without them!

Hallea & Erica are the best! They stepped in when I needed a planner the most (my last planner quit in the middle of COVID) and made the process seamless. They were great at handling all the personalities and made the set up and clean up process super simple. I always felt like they were taking care of me and going above and beyond their contract because they wanted to make sure they got the job done. Highly recommend!

They planned and executed a wedding here that, due to COVID, had gone through two planning companies, two caterers, two florists, AND two wedding dates! Hallea and her team are truly some of the best people we've ever met! We had the pleasure of having both Hallea and Alley at our wedding. These ladies are remarkable. Planning our wedding with the pandemic was crazy to say the least. Hallea and Alley were able to provide support and guidance through our postponement process and made our wedding day run smoothly. Hallea Events is ridiculously amazing, literally the most perfect vendor, the most perfect people. I cannot stress how amazing they were to work with. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding last year because Covid and I realized that I needed help finishing the details of the wedding and what we needed to do to get married during Covid. We reached out and the response was immediate. We had also asked around other planners but Hallea and her team just seemed so confident about making our day special, really catering towards our needs and wants while keeping it real. Erica Kate and Hallea made our lives so much easier by being a resource, being available, giving gentle reminders of where we were at with the wedding, and extremely reassuring when things were getting a little hectic. They made our wedding day so phenomenal, I cannot recommend enough!

Hallea was an amazing day-of coordinator for our intimate family wedding of about 15 people. She was organized and on top of it from the get go, with a refreshing honesty/directness that I very much appreciate. My husband and I came to Hallea after canceling our destination wedding due to COVID-19. We were incredibly disappointed and desperate to still have our special day despite not being able to have our Plan A. We wanted to have a destination, because we wanted low stress, and wanted to just show up and enjoy our day. We were so worried that we were going to have to be involved in every little detail if our wedding was local, and it would take the fun out of the day itself. Hallea listened to all our hopes and dreams and made every one of them a reality. She handled every detail big and small and gave us that stress-free destination feel, locally. Not to mention, we pivoted AGAIN, and went from having 8 months to plan a wedding, to TWO MONTHS! Hallea worked so quickly and pivoted right alongside us and made everything happen without a hitch. I cannot recommend Hallea and her expertise any higher. I am so grateful for her support during this wild time, and feel so lucky to have also gained a friend out of the whole process.

Hear me out. Even if you think you don't need a coordinator/planner, you need to hire Hallea to take care of your wedding day. She works with the utmost expertise, style, warmth and professionalism, and she knows her stuff! Not only were we in the middle of this pandemic (still are, I guess...), we also faced humongous wildfire smoke clouds headed our way the weekend of our wedding. I literally do not know what we would have done without Hallea. First off, before we had even decided to work with Hallea, she spent 30 minutes on the phone with me calming me while I wondered how to even have a small wedding, or if it was even worth it, and ultimately helped me realize I could still have the wedding of my dreams while being safe from COVID. So of course, even though we weren't sure if we needed a day-of coordinator for a small wedding at a venue that already offered someone similar to a coordinator, I felt like I could totally trust Hallea, with her experience and calm. We quickly realized a day-of coordinator is a must. No matter what other vendors you hire, let them focus on what you hired them for. Hallea was there for us (the couple). A good example of what you can expect if you work with Hallea is when the smoke clouds threatened our open air patio dining (outside to stay safe from COVID). She called to let me know we'd likely have to move inside, and before I could even start stressing about the seating arrangements, table settings, COVID air circulation, etc., she let me know she had already spoken with the venue and worked everything out, including table spacing 6ft apart, and that she would bring her own air purifiers to help with the smoke. Another example was when she kicked off the Rehearsal (the night before) by introducing herself and her team to everyone and saying "I am officially taking over the wedding from Dani and Justin. Don't ask the couple any more questions, come to me if you need anything." And let me tell you, we felt that burden lift off our shoulders. From that moment on, until I guess after the wedding, we did not experience one single stressor (outside of some pre-vow jitters). If anything happened that didn't work or go according to plan, I literally had (still have) no idea because she took care of it all. One more thing of note is Hallea's vendor network. She is clearly highly regarded (loved) by everyone she works with, and that was clear when I reached out to each of the vendors she referred me to, including the stationer, photographer, videographer, florist, hair stylist and makeup artist. The day-of was so comfortable and fun because that entire team worked together so well, and we were so glad we trusted Hallea's recommendations. Also, did I mention she pulled off the wedding of our dreams in less than 3 months! She seemed to know most of her vendor partners' availability off the top of her head so I never had to call down a list, and for the record, I'm not good with having a vision. I didn't know how to use Pinterest before this. Somehow Hallea took some random pictures we found on the internet and created a cohesive vision/mood out of it. I honestly don't know how she did it (magic), but our wedding was beautiful and if you want to see pictures, go look at her IG. We literally had the wedding of our dreams, and it was mostly because of Hallea. <3

Brides! Hiring Hallea as your wedding planner/coordinator will be one of the BEST decisions you'll make for your big day. I didn't realize how much effort goes into wedding coordination and planning, and she definitely filled in a lot of those gaps for me - from reaching out to vendors, providing updates on the latest COVID restrictions/guidelines, ensuring the small details are sorted out, etc. All in all, Hallea is just an amazing person to have with you every step of the way. She's so passionate about what she does and it's absolutely heart-warming to see her go above and beyond just to help her brides and couples. I can assure that you will have nothing to worry about on the day-of because she (and her team) always saves the day. Oh, and I am absolutely certain your family and wedding party will LOVE her!!!! :)

Hallea was recommended to me 30 days out from my wedding. My wedding was small and in my backyard so I felt it was unnecessary to have a wedding coordinator for my second planned wedding this year. Boy was I wrong! She became the most important person hired for this wedding and honestly like the most FUN! I think my family wanted to have her stay the entire night because she was so sweet and brightened every room. She was there for me at all times, poised, organized, calm, and made decisions that needed to be done but then checked with me where needed. If you don’t hire Hallea you are missing out! Unbeatable and worth every dollar. When people come up to you and say you need a wedding planner and then you try and cut it out because it cost money. Don’t! Just hire her!!! I will ONLY be hiring Hallea Events moving forward with any events I need a coordinator for! Our first attempt at a wedding was supposed to be in Hawaii, and got cancelled due to COVID. So, we were on a mad rush to replan a local wedding in Washington and I needed a full time coordinator to help make this happen, in less than 3 months! It was a natural fit and a no brainer after our first phone call with Hallea - she was knowledgeable, so kind and friendly, non judgemental of our crazy plans, and ready to pull her sleeves up and help make things happen for us. Though our second attempt at a wedding didn't work out AGAIN due to COVID, Hallea was supportive and just SOOO helpful through the whole process. I would've LOVED to see her and her team in FULL effect bc I know for sure they would have just planned the most amazing wedding for us. In the end, we did a very simple/intimate gathering and her and her team still put every ounce of effort till the last second and made the day magical for us! Words truly can't express how thankful we are to have met Hallea, and more than anything, we gained a friendship and great relationship out of all of this! If you're a tiny bit hesitant of getting a wedding coordinator/team to help you with your wedding...DON'T hesitate, it is TOTALLY worth it...and every bit is worth hiring Hallea Events!

I was always skeptical about people hiring wedding planner but I can’t believe how much of our stress has been relieved by Hallea’s work! I’m totally a convert now. Wedding planner’s are essentials. Wedding planning is already a hectic thing to do but pandemic has made it worse! But Hallea has been handling it like she already dealt with pandemic in the past. I can’t believe how fast she adapts to the new restrictions that keeps changing weekly and to come up with alternatives right away. If I ever see someone trying to plan their own wedding without a planner, I’m definitely gonna let them know don’t be dumb and hire Hallea.

Where do we even start?!?! From the minute we met Hallea, we felt we had a connection and that she would be the perfect person to help us plan our wedding(s). We did things a bit unconventionally - a small wedding ceremony and dinner and a larger reception a month later. She was down for the whole thing and made both events so amazing and feel so special. She has such amazing attention to details and took our vision of an “Old Hollywood” black and gold themed wedding and made it come to life. Her vendor recommendations were out of this world and it is clear she has made so many friends and amazing connections in the industry that make her events so fabulous. Hallea made sure we were on top of tasks we needed to complete, but did so much behind the scenes and we truly appreciate everything she handled. This might be a rare statement, but we were so low stress the days of our wedding and reception that it almost was like any other day (other than dressing fabulously and marrying your best friend). If anything had gone wrong those days, Hallea took care of it because we didn’t hear about a thing. Our family and guests were raving about Hallea and the party/wedding she was able to throw! I am truly in awe with her ability as a planner, as a designer and with the relationships she has established in the industry which provided my husband and I with quite literally the best day of our lives. Hallea took detailed notes on what my expectations were and blew them out of the water. She is always at ease and brings positive and joyous energy to every step of the process. The day of our wedding, we did a "room reveal" to show how everything came together and to say that I was in shock is an understatement. She has an incredible eye for design and executed every single detail perfectly. She ensured there were small details that were intimate to us as a couple while driving creativity and chic/sleek/romantic vibe to a point where I still feel like I am floating, 6 weeks later. I can truly say she was the best investment and if she wasn't there I wouldn't have been able to achieve 0.01% of what she was. You will be making a huge mistake if you don't book with her :)

I've been lucky to work with Hallea on multiple weddings and shoots as a wedding stationer. The thing that sticks out about Hallea, besides her work ethic and insane organizational skills is the energy she brings. Hallea is literally the best. She is so genuine and kind which is something I was looking for in my day of coordination. Leading up to the wedding Hallea checked in on how I was doing and took over answering any questions vendors sent my way. My now husband, was unable to meet Hallea prior to our event weekend, but all o could tell him was she was my saving grace for that last bit of time before the wedding. She took care of any small hiccups the day of and there were probably more than the ones I knew about. That evening during dinner I was in dire need of some ginger ale and wasn’t feeling very well-and she grabbed me some and also pushed forward toasts so I was able to be up and moving around sooner. I couldn’t recommend a better person for day of, and if I’d could do it all over again I would have her plan the whole event with me.

Hallea is seriously the BEST EVER! My fiancé and I absolutely loved working with her for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us, making our wedding a complete dream. Literally the best ever! Hallea went above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our wedding coordinator. She is so sweet and incredibly calm-a perfect combo for a coordinator. She attended all of our meetings, and even as a day of coordinator she worked with us for months. The outcome showed at the wedding. It was completely perfect, exactly what I pictured-and I’m incredibly picky! My only regret is that I didn’t hire her as a full time coordinator.

Hallea was hands down one of the absolute BEST investments for our wedding!! We knew right away that she was the planner for us and we didn’t even bother meeting with anyone else! Highly recommend Hallea Events and Coordination for wedding planning! Wedding planning is incredibly overwhelming unless you have a great day-of-coordinator. Hallea was probably the best investment that my husband and I made. Hallea is professional, responsive, and reliable. I would text and email Hallea throughout the day and she would respond immediately. Not to mention Hallea has sophisticated taste. As such, I relied on Hallea for EVERYTHING (including linens because I had no idea there were so many shades of white). In addition, I had an unresponsive florist a few weeks before the wedding but Hallea was able to find an outstanding replacement for us in a short amount of time. Hallea was amazing!! She was our day of coordinator and couldn't have asked for more. What an amazing experience we had with Hallea. About three months before the date, all of us were beginning to get overwhelmed with logistics. This was more than we’ve ever organized before, and it was causing enough stress as to be distracting to the real purpose of the event, which was a celebration of me and my future wife’s love for each other. Hallea helped put us right on track right from the start. She was able to collaborate with all of our vendors and the venue and get things organized quickly. She attended walkthroughs of the space with us, and showed total commitment to making this event a total realization of everything we’d been dreaming of.
