Hamilton Events was by far the #1 best decision we made when it came to our wedding. Ashley and Lindsay were so hands on. I ended up going with the middle 3-4 Month Package, as I am already a Type A bride, and when they swooped in after months of planning by myself they were a godsend. (Wish I would have booked them for longer, honestly). They helped with all of my questions and needs and never once made it seem like my ideas or wants were stupid or tasteless. I went for an elegant timeless wedding vibe and they help create just that. Their attention to detail was my favorite part as that is one thing my Type A brain focuses on and there was no need to worry with them that they might miss something. Every "i" dotted and my OCD settled. And not only was the planning process with them super helpful between our zoom calls and the website provided, but also the day of they brought assistants to help with our shortened timeline and everyone (including my guests) were very impressed by their professionalism and dedication to myself and my husbands wants!! Cannot thank them enough for making the wedding I have been dreaming of since I was a little girl come true! Thank you Ashley and Lindsay!!!!!!
Forever grateful to have found Hamilton Events for our wedding at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC on 4/26/24. I have nothing but incredible things to say about this team. From my initial call with Ashley, we just clicked and I felt like I had known her for years, and I knew immediately I needed her as our planner. I spoke to a few planners prior to finding Ashley, and no one compared to how welcoming and accommodating she is. I loved working with her so much and I still miss our meetings leading up to the wedding because she was such a joy to work with and SO organized and so on top of things. On wedding day, my friends and family RAVED about Ashley and her team. I remember Ashley having the most calming presence which is SO necessary to feel as a bride on wedding day when a million things are going on - I truly could not have had such an amazing day if it wasn’t for her and the Hamilton Events team. People always prepare you that things will likely go wrong on wedding day and to just roll with it but truthfully it was the most PERFECT day and I know I owe all of that to Ashley and her team. I promise you will not regret hiring this amazing team!!!
When I first got engaged, I had no idea where to start. I decided to explore the option of booking a wedding planner, and immediately reached out to Ashley. After our first call, I was hooked, and knew that I had to have her. I had been planning my wedding on Pinterest for SO many years, and felt like Ashley could truly make my dreams come to life. As soon as I signed my contract with Ashley, I felt a huge sigh of relief- the weight of wedding planning had been lifted off my shoulders. Now I had somebody in my corner, who wanted me to have my dream wedding as much as I did. Booking Ashley for full planning meant that I had a friend from the very start, walking me through every step, from vendor selections, to budget coordination, and design meetings- Ashley was there for it all. When I presented ideas to Ashley, she magnified them- and took them way beyond my wildest dreams. She recommended the BEST vendors that I absolutely loved to help my wedding vision come to life. The months leading up to the wedding were stressful and busy, and having Ashley remind me of upcoming checklist assignments and payments helped me feel SO organized. Ashley was SO helpful, sending individual itineraries for my wedding party and our family. Our wedding day was PERFECT, and I have told everybody it was because of Ashley and the entire team at Hamilton Events. My bridesmaids commented that they had never been to a wedding that was so perfect- from the details, to the schedule, everything was flawless. Words in a review will never be able to fully convey how thankful I am for Ashley and Hamilton Events. Booking Ashley gave me the gift of peace- I could be fully present during my wedding day, soaking in every single moment, because I knew that Ashley was handling everything. You only have one wedding day, and booking Ashley gave me the ability to let go of the details and remember what the day was truly about. I’ve had a lot of wedding guests reach out to me and tell me how much they noticed my pure happiness and JOY, and I truly give credit to Ashley for giving me the gift of being present. My wedding day was the happiest, most joyful day, and I am truly so thankful Ashley was part of it!!
Our wedding was truly a perfect day thanks to Samantha and Hamilton Events! They went above and beyond helping me with anything that I needed. Throughout the planning process, they were eager to help with any questions I had and they were just so sweet/wonderful to work with. They were so organized and helped me think through every last detail of my wedding. Even when I changed my mind on things or wanted to add something, they were completely on board with helping me accomplish that. I really appreciated the guidance and it helped me feel so confident going into our wedding day that everything was done and taken care of. On our wedding day, my bridesmaids noticed how "behind the scenes" they were (in the best way). Having been a bridesmaid in other weddings, I have seen some planners that tend to get in the way and try to over-manage the day. That was not the case on our wedding day, they never came to me (the bride) with any issues/problems and they were very easy-going and helpful, which made for the most peaceful/fun environment. Hamilton Events was easily one of the best decisions I made and I cannot recommend them enough!
I would rate Hamilton Events 10/5 stars if I could. Ashely and her team were beyond incredible from the moment we hired them up until a year and a half later when we finally got married. They were professional, organized, responsive, easy-going, and friendly. Ashley was always extremely supportive in my decisions and provided her professional advice whenever needed. We were able to have many zoom calls leading up to the wedding which gave Ashley a good understanding of my vision allowing me to have full trust in her when it came to wedding day. Her and her team executed the details perfectly and I still have no idea if there were any hiccups in the day. I would also like to include that just about all of our vendors also commented on Ashley’s professionalism and organization when it came to schedules for the day. Both my husband and I are forever grateful to have found Hamilton Events. We HIGHLY recommend!!
Our wedding was November 3rd at the Hartley House and working with Ashley and Caitlyn at Hamilton Events was an absolute dream! From the beginning, Ashley and Caitlyn knew the In's and Out's of all things: Wedding! Their connections with the wedding venue staff and all our other vendors were amazing! They knew our venue, The Hartley House, like the back of their hands. Ashley and Caitlyn were my "boots on the ground" as I lived out of state during the planning phase, this consisted of many Zoom calls and just goes to show their great communication skills, they were so attentive to all of my concerns, requests, and questions. Their attention to detail is impeccable! They are so organized and made the planning process such a breeze! I cannot say enough good things about Ashley and Caitlyn, and The Hamilton Events team. So friendly, so personable, and they are always one step ahead, going above and beyond. During wedding day, they were on top of everything. From setting up the reception area, placing our extra items around we wanted at the wedding, checking in on the bridesmaids and groomsmen, supplying an "emergency kit", to having someone by my side throughout the day for anything I needed as well. They truly care and want you to have the best day and best experience possible! If you are getting married, I highly recommend Hamilton Events! They made wedding planning a breeze and I promise you will have the best time during your wedding, you will not have to worry about a single thing!
Truly so lucky that I found Hamilton events! From the start I spoke with Ashley who immediately made me feel as if this was the right decision to book with them. I had the privilege of working with Hannah for several months planning and I could not have asked for anyone better! She is organized, efficient, creative, and so patient. I was able to enjoy the planning process and didn’t stress at all knowing she had it all under control and was always one step ahead of me. Anytime I had questions she responded almost immediately, handled contact with all vendors for me, and was was willing to adjust to my schedule for meetings (both in person and via zoom) which was absolutely amazing as I work in healthcare and live out of state. I was also blessed with 2 other ladies who helped on our big day and they were so kind and helpful as well. Seriously can not say enough good things about this crew and how thankful I am for them. Book them ASAP, you will not regret it!!!!
My wife and I decided to work with Ashley and Hamilton Events after a month or two of attempting to plan our wedding by ourselves - it was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. We started off unorganized and unsure about how to begin. Within a week of working with Ashley, we had a timeline set, an outline of what we wanted the wedding to look like, and wedding planning suddenly seemed much less stressful.
First and foremost, Ashley was the most kind and approachable wedding planner that we met with when deciding on who to hire, and she continued to be a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Never did I feel like I was working with a “boss,” but as a friend who just happened to be incredible at planning weddings. At the same time, she made sure to stay the course and not let us get behind with any tasks that may have been due that week, which was a pretty regular occurrence.
In terms of how she kept us on track, the organizational tool that she set us up with was perfect. My wife and I were both given logins and assigned all of the tasks that we had to get done by our wedding date, with due dates throughout the months of when things had to get done. It honestly took all of the stress out of thinking that I may forget something, or that I was doing something too late, or that I was overlooking some detail, because Ashley had everything covered on that website.
As the day got closer, I was expecting to get more and more nervous/frazzled, but again it seemed like Ashley just had a way of absorbing that stress, making the big day that much more enjoyable. Whenever there was some small detail, such as which shade of blue we would like a plate, she would simply present us with options, we would pick, and she would take care of ordering/organizing everything else. Taking us to the actual wedding day, Ashley and her team had the entire itinerary, setup, breakdown, tips - whatever you could think of - all handled. My wife and I did not have to think about a single thing that day, other than enjoying ourselves.
Without a doubt, if I had to go back 1 year and redo it, I would not think twice about hiring Ashley as our wedding planner. Wedding planning can be complicated, arduous and very time consuming which can really bear down on a couple during a time they want to be able to cherish. With Ashley, we had none of that, just a wonderful experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
BOOK THEM BOOK THEM BOOK THEM. Ashley and her team have been my saving grace from the moment I was engaged through the wedding day. Seriously I could not have done this without them! They were there to handle ALL of the logistical aspects of the day so that I could truly sit back and enjoy my wedding. So many times throughout the planning process I would have a thought and by the time I asked Ashley about it, of course, she was already on it. I wanted a champagne tower instead of a wall now? Perfect she’s on board and is already emailing the rental company. The wedding theme suddenly took on a French theme? She’s already got a list of light blue patterned chairs for me to choose from. I could brag on her design taste and ability to execute an idea to perfection for forever but what is really special about Ashley and her team is the fact that they truly become your friend and want you to succeed. It was having someone who was with me in the trenches, always in my corner, cheering us on and encouraging that no matter what it was going to be the best day ever (spoiler alert- it was). And that’s just for before the wedding. Day of? These queens were a sight to see. Literally one time I held out my hand and asked “Oh where did I put my bouquet?” and before I completed the question, Ashley was placing it in my hand. Everything ran so smoothly- and if that wasn’t the case- I would’ve never known! They made sure that we weren’t worrying about a thing! The day was absolutely perfect, and everyone involved in the process knows it could not have happened without Ashley and her team. I’m so very lucky I randomly came across her account on Tik Tok and reached out. I found the absolute best wedding planner and a lifelong friend. Thanks for everything, Ashley!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I found Ashley on TikTok and was instantly drawn to her videos. Lucky for me I got engaged not long after and called her up. Being a project manager as a profession I didn't need help planning but I needed someone I could trust to take the reins on the day to not be bothered and Ashley and her team did JUST THAT. It's 2 weeks after my wedding and people are still telling me how seamless the wedding was and I felt it. My now husband and I didn't have to worry about 1 thing. Ashley and her team handled it all on the day of. We were on time and things happened as swimmingly as we could have hoped for! If you need a wedding or event planner or event management HIRE HER!! You won't regret it!
When I had the first consultation call with Ashley I knew she’d be the perfect planner for us. She was there for each and EVERY question I had and was excited for every step as if it were her own wedding! I really loved working with her and with the website she used I was able to show her and other vendors my vision. She wrangled all of the hard stuff, like vendors, decor, and both of our huge families. If anything went wrong on wedding day, I had no idea! It truly was the best day ever. I trusted Ashley with our wedding and I couldn’t have chosen a better planner for our dream day.
Working with Ashley and Hamilton Events was a DREAM!!! My now-husband is in the Air Force and due to a change in his military orders we had to change our wedding plans with only four months to go until we said “I do.” After feeling very overwhelmed with such a short time to plan, I connected with Ashley and hired Hamilton Events to coordinate my wedding at the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC. Ashley made the wedding planning process so easy for me and allowed us to truly enjoy our engagement season even with such little time to plan our wedding. We met virtually for the planning process and everything came together beautifully. Even though I was living in Texas at the time and could not travel for the venue walk-through, Ashley made the trip up to Highlands and helped me to feel included via video throughout the whole meeting. She communicated with all of our vendors and made sure to always keep me in the loop!
Ashley and Zoe were hard at work on our rainy wedding day to make sure everything was perfect (and it was...they even came prepared with the cute clear umbrellas for our photos!!) They helped with the little and the big tasks and allowed me, my husband and our loved ones to sit back and enjoy the day! Ashley is incredibly organized, very hardworking, timely in her response to everything, and most importantly you can feel how much she cares and enjoys being a part of your special day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect for us and we could not be happier with our wedding planning experience. I would recommend Hamilton Events to everyone!
Ashley went above and beyond what I ever thought possible. Her ability to organize, think of every detail and keep me (mom of the bride) and my daughter calm was accomplished at every moment. She is polished and on task. She is not only an excellent wedding planner but also a delight to be around.
Her response time before, during and after the wedding was exceptional. The amount of hats she wore day of wedding was unbelievable. She even watched my 2 year old granddaughter (flower girl who melted after going down the aisle) during the wedding so we could all enjoy the moment. I told my husband day before the wedding , “with Ashley here I feel like I can enjoy myself and not worry at all.” The wedding was in Highlands, NC at The Old Edwards Inn and we live in Charleston so it was a destination wedding and it also rained on the wedding day. Ashley not only assured us it would still be wonderful but told us the photographers love this weather (and she was right the pictures are amazing). The clear umbrellas she showed up with were so fun in the photos.
We would recommend her over and over to anyone considering using her. I honestly do not have ONE complaint and can’t imagine planning the wedding without her. We are so thankful we found her and when our younger daughter gets married there will be no hesitations at all in using her again!! Ashley and Hamilton Events are phenomenal.
Hamilton Events was one of the greatest decisions I made about my wedding! They helped me with month of planning and day of coordination. Leading up to the wedding, we had weekly zoom meetings where they asked me questions to things I hadn't even thought of yet! If we didn't have those meetings, there would have been so much I would have missed about the big day. They literally thought of everything imaginable. I got married at a brand new venue so we had to do a lot of stuff from scratch. Ashley and Zoe just took it and ran with it! They did everything they needed to make sure I could have what I wanted on my special day. They answered many FaceTime calls, and random texts about things that I needed help with any time of the day. The day of the wedding, I felt so secure and happy knowing that they could organize the day and get people where they needed to be when. Hamilton Events was SPECTACULAR. They were prompt, professional, and assisted in literally any way they could. I felt so loved and cared for by Ashley and Zoe on my big day, and you will too! You need Hamilton Events in your life !!!!
Hamilton Events was absolutely incredible. I am a nurse who works nightshift full time and planning a wedding on my schedule is nearly impossible. Hamilton Events definitely carried me through the entire wedding planning process seamlessly. I literally was so relaxed the entire planning process!! When the big day came I had full confidence this team would carry out the best day of our life perfectly. And they did. All of my guest made comments like “this is the most organized wedding ever”. I never had to stress about anything even on the day of. Most importantly the people are what make this business so incredible. My two main planners were Ashley and Jaynie. Both AMAZING, talented, and thorough people. I met with them multiple times and every time was an incredible experience. They literally think of EVERYTHING down to the smallest detail. Loved working with them and would recommend them to everyone!!!

We actually had a couple of other people lined up to do the job, but a covid exposure left us with no coordinator six days before the wedding. Her excellent communication and flexibility were exactly what we needed after such a stressful week of plans changing. As the bride, I felt completely at ease knowing everything was being taken care of so well.
