I found the cutest hanger on Pinterest and searched through the credits to find Hangers by Rita. I looked them up on Facebook and sent a message. Within the day I had my custom order all set! I received text message updates with a photo of the hanger and they let me know the day it was sent out. I would highly recommend.

I have been trying to cut cost of things I can "do without" for my big day and my family and friends refuse to stop tagging me, but I am sooooo happy they didn't miss this referral. After clicking on Rita's page, I was instantly blown away by the details in her work. It was SO difficult to choose one design, because they are ALL so individualized and gorgeous. The variety offered, detailed handiwork and creativity is mind blowing. These aren't just regular "bride" hangers, I chose the white, Cinderella inspired hanger that has an actual carriage twisted as an extra detail. I can't wait to see my dress on it!

I had been looking for a while for hangers for myself, my future husband and my bridesmaids before I stumbled upon Hangers By Rita. Her work is absolutely stunning! Very original and each piece she makes is unique. You can personalize them with different colors, textures, different colored metal for the names and even add small personal touches. Highly recommend!

Where do I began? Rita accommodated me with a last second purchase. My wedding date was 10/10/20 and I came upon Rita’s Instagram page on 10/01/20 and decided to purchase. I was nervous thinking I would not receive it in time but Rita assured me she would have it to me in time. Well it came on time and everybody loved especially my bride to be at the time I gave it to her. Awesome product great customer service!

I cannot believe how quickly these were made!! I asked for so many customizations that were made above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. They are absolutely STUNNING. My hanger came out beautifully! I will have a very long married name, and she made it happen. I went with the blush color, and it’s got a gorgeous sparkle to it that makes it feel so luxurious. It also came in with plenty of time despite a really tight timeline. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience purchasing from Rita. My hangers came VERY quick and they were EXACTLY like the proof she sent me! Her pricing was VERY affordable and she stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I reached out to Rita back in May when we had finally set a date for our wedding. I told her my vision and our wedding theme and she NAILED IT my hangers are more than what I could have asked for! She custom made me 4 hangers one for each of my bridal party. Mine was so perfect and how she got all the curls and turns in that wire was so impressive! Let me start by saying that you do not need to waste your time with Hangers by Rita. I placed an order June of 2018 for my wedding May 2019. My order included a Bridal Package (hanger, monogrammed coffee cup & bag), hangers for my bridal party and other family members with personalized boxes , and monogrammed bags for my bridesmaids. I paid my order the day I received the invoice. After a month or so I reached out to Rita to check the status of my order. I did not hear from her for months. I went through 3 different forms of communication each with the same promise of "You will receive your order in a few weeks". I then had to text and call weekly to try to get an update, she always had a new excuse every time to explain why I had not gotten my order. Fast forward to weeks before my wedding, I do not have my order and no idea when I am going to get it. I told her I needed to have it for May 11th for my bridal shower because I was going to give the bags as a gift to my bridal party, she told me that I would have them in time. But they never came, when questioned she yet again had another excuse and was not answering my calls or calling me back when she said that she would. Now the 3 days before my wedding I have been told that I will receive my order before Friday because I was traveling Friday for my wedding and needed them the day before. Thursday I received a box, open the box and half of my order is missing. Calling her in a panic, she responds hours later to tell me that there is a second box that should be there Friday morning, she did not share this information with me ahead of time. On Friday, I received the second box and I'm still missing parts of my orders. I now have all my hangers, but some are damaged, missing the titles of the girls, and 3 of the girls name are misspelled! I call her and tell her that I am furious and cannot believe that she has done this to a Bride the day before her wedding. I was missing my bridal package and the bags. At this point I needed to focus on my wedding. So my Mother took over calling her and working on her giving me a refund which she promised me in March when I called her out on how long it had taken. Then the process of not hearing from her started again, finally weeks later she told us that she would refund the money June 20th. We just now received the refund after yet again running into more issues of her communicating and being honest. She has not apologized for the quality of her work or the issues that she created for me during this time of my wedding. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better person that will actually do a great job and provide you with great service and quality of work. I spoke with 4 other Brides during this time that were having the same issues and could not get a hold of her. There weddings have already passed before getting there products and had to order from someone else. I was the only one that got my product and refund. I support small business and I hate that it came to this, but please save your time, money, and efforts and do not do business with Hangers by Rita.

I ordered my hangers on september 28, 2019. After two months of waiting I emailed her asking when the hangers would arrive. She told me she was moving and that they would be sent out that week. A month later I never received an email or tracking number. Emailed her again and never got an answer. After multiple email attempt to get my money back, I gave up. My wedding was in February and now two months after the wedding I never got any response and have given up on receiving anything. Very disappointed!

Terrible experience overall. Took her months to get my order out, after multiple empty promises that they were shipping. I had to ask many times for my order to be cancelled and a full refund, I was informed that she would ship me the hangers and I would be fully refunded but that never happened. I got my order THE DAY BEFORE my wedding, when I needed the hangers weeks in advance. They arrived damaged and the glitter was almost fully off of the hanger. I couldn't use them and I didn't give them to my bridesmaids. I do not recommend.

If I could give a negative star I would. I ordered my hangers for me and my bridesmaids over a month ago and I was told they would arrive in advance for my upcoming wedding which is this weekend, 10/27/18! I reached out to Rita several times and asked for status updates and I was told each time I would receive my items in time for the wedding but nothing. I asked her to provide the tracking number for my order but she never did bc my order was not completed! The hangers are pointless after the wedding bc they were supposed to be a gift for my bridesmaids so we could all hang our dresses on them and take pics. Rita stopped responding to my text messages and email. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal. I have disputed this charge and I am requesting a full refund. Brides beware, if you have a year to wait for your orders perfect. If you don’t have that much time to wait please look elsewhere. I wish I did.

I would love to give a good review but I still haven't received my order. I ordered and pd for my product on April 8th. I was told on April 11th payment received and I'd get pictures once they are done (still no pictures received). May 20th I messaged to check status of order and told "you'll be getting it this coming week", and they came out so cute!" May 31st I messaged again and was told "you will receive them on Saturday". June 6th I message again and I'm told "you will get your hangers this week". June 14th I message again, and told "they are shipping out today" I even offer to pick them up. I'm told she'll get in touch with me if needed and I ask for the tracking number once shipped. Sunday, June 17th I message with no response and still no hangers. It's a shame because I know she does beautiful work, if its a matter of being backed up and they haven't even been made yet I would have understand that better then being lied to and feeling like I've been ripped off. I just want an honest reply and my order.

I ordered some for my sister's wedding for the bride and the wedding party. They arrived on time, were super cute and added a nice touch to the photos. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
