I was told by several people if I brought back my cake supports I’d receive my deposit back, which despite following up twice I never received. I also was told not to save the top tier of my cake to freeze because at my one year anniversary we’d get a complimentary cake however when I called to order it multiple staff members said they’ve never heard of this before. Everyone is super friendly and polite however they just need someone to organize all event related questions and services.

We got the white chocolate and double chocolate and both were fabulous! Our wedding cake was gorgeous! They have reasonable prices and TONS of flavors and they deliver! They had it all ready for us when we walked into our reception. The process could not have gone any better! We have our top tier packaged up waiting for our anniversary and we are already excited to eat it! Go get your wedding cake from Hanks Cheesecake, you won't regret it!

Given that this was not much different from the cost of a traditional wedding cake, this was a better value in my opinion. I would highly recommend Hank’s!

I walked in to Hank's storefront in Dec 2015 and paid a deposit for my wedding cake for July 9, 2016. I ordered a 3-tier (6", 8", 10") white chocolate wedding cake (no decoration except a simple ribbon at the bottom of each tier) along with two sheet-cheesecakes (1/2 and full, double-chocolate and plain) for the kitchen. A couple weeks before the wedding, I walked in to Hank's again and paid the remaining balance. I also was able to provide my own colored ribbon for them to use on the cake. (They do have the option to use their own ribbon.) My cake topper was at the venue when Hank's delivered the cake and there was no problem with delivery or set up. Hank's refunded the cake stand deposit in the form of a check when I returned it to their store two days after the wedding. All in all, using Hank's Cheesecakes for our wedding cake was a pleasant experience. Delicious cake, many complements from our guests, and we can't wait to order cheesecakes for our future anniversaries! We recommend!

They did a great job and we would definitely recommend them to anyone that loves cheesecake! We will be back on each of our anniversaries to enjoy some of the other flavors that Hank's offers!
