We hired Hannah and her team as our day-of coordinator, and unfortunately cannot recommend her for that service. During the initial onboarding process, everything went great and Hannah was very friendly, detail-oriented, and communicative. As time passed and we got closer to our wedding day, breakdowns in communication became abundant and ultimately culminated in unacceptable execution throughout our wedding weekend.
During the planning process, Hannah did not show up to the tasting and planning meeting we had scheduled with our reception venue. We reached out to her to follow up but received no response until two weeks later when she informed us she had been on a job in London. Though she took responsibility, her lack of communication raised major concerns. Since the meeting was crucial to the wedding weekend, we had to schedule a second meeting so Hannah could attend.
We were extremely disappointed by Hannah’s coordination of the ceremony rehearsal. Poor cueing, timing, and communication led to delays, confusion, and repeating the processional and recessional multiple times. All in all, the rehearsal took one hour and fifteen minutes, causing the entire bridal party to be late to the rehearsal dinner.
On wedding day, Hannah did not show up to the ceremony or reception, instead opting to assist another wedding that she had booked that day. She left all coordination to her team member and mother, Jenn, who was not present for the ceremony rehearsal or the majority of planning meetings we had had for months with Hannah. While she did the best she could, Jenn was not prepared and clearly not set up for success to handle our big day, resulting in countless timeline and logistical issues throughout.
Post-wedding, Jenn reached out for feedback on our experience, but when that feedback was provided, Hannah took zero accountability for any of the issues we encountered, instead blaming our other vendors, officiant, and family members - she declined to offer any apology or recompense. For all of these reasons and many more, I simply cannot recommend Hannah B Events. If you are considering hiring Hannah and would like more information on our experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I am an account executive At Classic Catering, and Hannah and I worked together 12.16.23 at Peabody Library for H+J's wedding. From a catering perspective, I will say that Hannah and her team were fantastic to work with. She is well organized and gets the job done VERY well leading up & day-of. Good communication with the catering company leads to perfect execution day-of and she was great with this. Would love to work together again in the Baltimore area!
We hired Hannah the month before our wedding after our previously hired coordinator fell through. She jumped right in and really understood my vision for the day. She is very patient, professional, warm and communicative. We’re very appreciative for all her help!

Our wedding was this past weekend and I am still in awe of what Hannah was able to pull off. My fiancé and I were about a month into planning our rescheduled wedding when we realized we were in over our heads, and we enlisted Hannah to be our coordinator.
We were juggling two venues, no rain plan, low parking availability, chairs we had to deliver and set up ourselves, countless vendors, and plenty of last minute DIY aspects- and Hannah took in all in stride. She created a detailed schedule, did walk throughs of both of our venues, and managed all behind the scenes communication with our vendors. She regularly communicated with us in the months leading up to our wedding.
She was a great problem solver day-of as well. She ushered prom kids out of our photos and helped with technical problems with our venue’s sound system. Her sister even did my makeup and did a wonderful job!
I didn’t even realize until the day of how much she had done behind scenes. But I can’t describe how nice it was to walk from one part of my day to the next-- Bridal suite, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception-- and to find Hannah was already there and had everything ready. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
My wedding is August 12, 2022 and I had no idea where to begin. It was extremely important to my fiancé that he was apart of the process. Hannah B events allowed both of us to have fun while planning our wedding and it’s a memory will will have with us forever. Hannah is well organized, personable and professional. I always dreamed of having a small bohemian style wedding, but since it’s not your traditional wedding I was having a hard time finding someone to help me. I told Hannah what I wanted, in our consultation, and from there she did loads of research for me. She clearly organized the information, so I had access to the links, pictures and she even typed up how it compared to my initial vision of my wedding. Hannah B events has made it possible for me to plan the wedding of my dreams. It has been a dream to work with her and we both look forward to our wedding this summer!
