We are so grateful to Hannah Belle for her incredible work as our wedding planner! Using her partial planning package, Hannah brought an unmatched level of organization and attention to detail that made our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more. She went above and beyond to help us customize the day to truly reflect our personalities and style, ensuring every element was uniquely ours. On the wedding day, Hannah was absolutely amazing, keeping everything running smoothly and allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. Her expertise, creativity, and calm approach made the entire planning process a joy. Thank you, Hannah, for making our special day absolutely perfect!
Our venue required a wedding planner and gave us a list of planners we could use. There were a lot to choose from, and I personally talked to a few before I had the initial call with Hannah who, from the start, was so personable and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable coming to her with any problems and was always very responsive. We chose her month of coordination, however, she made it clear she was available for any questions or concerns at any time after booking and had zoom meetings with us 3-4 months out. She also provided several wedding tools to help with budget tracking, vendor selection, guest list, etc. She was also very knowledgeable with our venue and other vendor selections (she used to work with our catering coordinator), so it was so easy coming to her with questions/navigating the wedding planning process. There were so many things done behind the scenes that I didn't even realize until later, I was so thankful to Hannah and her team for executing the logistics- took a lot of stress/work off my plate. The day of was perfect, there were times I would get stressed out and look for Hannah- she would always be there and kept such a calm persona, it helped me calm down. Anything I needed Hannah and her team were there for. I couldn't have asked for a better planner. I highly recommend Hannah and her team!
Our venue required us to have a wedding coordinator - - and I completely understand WHY now! I didn't know where to start and reached out to a few different coordinators. I knew right away, after speaking with Hannah that I wanted to work with her team for our wedding. Fast forward...BEST DECISION EVER! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and she brought my vision to life. I will recommend HBE over and over!
Hiring Hannah and her team was easily the best planning decision we made for our wedding. From the initial call with Hannah, I immediately felt so comfortable and like I was talking to an old friend. I am a very Type A person but knew I couldn’t (and didn’t want to) handle the stress of coordinating all of the final details leading up to the big day and on the day itself. It was so wonderful to work with someone who felt like they were speaking my same language. Every little detail I envisioned HBE executed flawlessly. I went to Hannah with so many little questions about any and everything and she always had an answer and/or solution as well as responded so quickly. The best thing about Hannah and her team is how calm and positive they are. Their relaxing demeanor and presence made me feel so at ease and so confident that I had nothing to worry about. On wedding day during my husband and I’s first look I ran into some random berries in the woods and got a purple stain on my wedding dress right in the middle of my chest. I was really bummed and freaking out a bit but HBE handled it so calmly and with grace. When a Tide pen didn’t work, they ran out to Target to get some other things to try and were back in record time. Although none of the other stain remover options worked, their reaction to the whole situation and the fact they didn’t freak out in the slightest bit made me feel so much better that I honestly forgot about it minutes later. Do what’s best for you and your fiancé and hire Hannah Belle Events - you won’t regret it!!
Hannah made our dreams come true! She was a perfect match to help plan our wedding. Pat and I felt so comfortable with her from the initial call. From start to finish, Hannah helped to create the most magical weekend for our wedding from a welcome luncheon for the bridal party the day before the wedding to a farewell BBQ the day after. Hannah is beyond organized and on top of things. She helped to bring all of our ideas to life. One thing that I loved and appreciated as a details person was that Hannah made a memory box of keepsakes throughout the weekend. Now we get to have items to look back on and remeber this special time all in one area. Hannah is simply the best. There aren’t enough words to describe just how great she is as a person and planner! She has an amazing team and we are so appreciative of everyone who played a part in our wedding weekend. Thank you HBE <3
My wife and I partnered with Hannah Belle Events after we had done some planning ourselves but started to get overwhelmed. Cara came in and had everything under control immediately. She and the team made the rest of the planning process stress free. She was super responsive and happy to meet and discuss any issues we thought of. Hannah Belle Events has an extremely organized planning process that made it simple to track how our wedding was coming along. Day of went seamless even though we had some weather related hiccups. I would recommend Hannah Belle Events to anyone who is in need of some help planning or coordinating their wedding
Hiring Hannah and her team was easily the best wedding decision I made! She made me (a very Type A bride) feel 100% better and calmed every time I spoke to her. Every tiny panic or concern I had, she had an easy answer for. She is also the reason my rainy wedding was so beautiful. What was supposed to be a beautiful outdoor wedding on a spring day, turned into a all day drizzle and cold day where we could not be outside and the guests did not want to be outside. She quickly pivoted and turned the space into a gorgeous wedding reception. We had planned for rain but not cold which took the day into a whole different route but I didn't worry once because I knew I was in great hands with her and her team. If you are a bride in the Eastern Shore/Delaware area, you have to hire Hannah! You will be so thankful you did!
Hannah and her team went above and beyond the ask for my wedding Nov 18, 2023. From having a timeline that went off course a bit, HBE team handled it with such grace and got me back on track. In addition to helping me get the tiny food preference icons onto my placecards to executing my decor notes off of a shared iPhone note with Hannah that was somewhat disorganized, but they absolutely nailed it. If you want an event that runs smooth from start to finish you will not regret hiring the HBE team! We love you !!
Hannah and her team are the absolute best! I was able to be so calm the day of my wedding knowing everything was taken care of. Throughout the whole wedding planning process Hannah was there to help me with all of my questions and guide me through. She literally helped me make my Pinterest board wedding dreams reality and i can not thank them enough. Her entire team is the absolute sweetest, day of they helped set up decorations and get everyone organized and where they needed to be. I can honestly say everything went so smooth thanks to them . Highly recommend !

Hannah Dann was nothing short of amazing!! We hired Hannah Belle Events for my daughter’s wedding this month. Specifically, we needed a Day-Of Coordinator but we were thrilled to have Hannah’s help 90 days leading up to the wedding. She was detail-oriented and super helpful with sound advice. She was always on time for Zoom calls, walk-throughs, rehearsal, and set-up. She helped secure a last minute rental which no one else was able to do. The rehearsal was organized and instructions for all were clearly communicated with joyful smiles and levity (bravo!!!!).
On the wedding day, Hannah and her fellow planner, Cara, were a delight. They worked diligently to make sure everything went smoothly. They were attentive to the wedding party especially to the needs of the bride, groom and parents. I cannot say enough great things…we joked that Hannah is a Ninja! She always seemed to show up when you needed her AND even when you didn’t know you needed her (need a drink?/yes!, spill on the dance floor/towel in hand and down she goes cleaning to avert disastrous slips!, bustle breaks/safety pins in hand, etc!!!)…too many examples to list. Hannah created a wonderful timeline and kept us on track. She coordinated with ALL of our vendors prior to and on the day of…job well done. It was incredible to find every personal belonging packed up neatly and ready to go after the reception (she packed my SUV!). I simply cannot imagine having done the timeline, the 90 day preparation, rehearsal, and wedding day without her service. Her wisdom, experience, exceptional personality, and commitment to excellence were invaluable. If we said it once, we must’ve said it 100 times….she was worth every penny. There is tremendous value in her service. Hannah’s education, talent , and background experience are noteworthy without question but I loved her warmth, understanding, and best all-around persona! And Cara was a five-star lead as well! I would recommend Hannah Belle Events with the highest level of confidence! In fact, my sister hopes to hire them for her daughter’s wedding in May after firsthand witnessing their diligence. CHEERS Hannah !
Hannah and her team were truly amazing! She did not forget a single detail in the planning process and made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. Every little detail of our wedding was exactly the way we wanted it to be thanks to her! I would recommend her to anyone getting married. I knew she would have everything taken care of, she completely took the stress off of our shoulders. I am so glad we hired her!
Hannah and her team were amazing! They showed up the day of our wedding and worked extremely hard to bring my vision to life (and did not miss a single detail!) My wedding day was at risk for some rain delays and Hannah was able to navigate them with grace and calm. She worked with my mom and one of my bridesmaid to ensure I was not alerted to anything and cause me any stress. It did not rain and the day went off without a hitch! Hannah went as far to buy my favorite alcohol because we didn't include in our bar list and ensure the bartenders made my favorite drink and had it waiting for me after my ceremony. I would recommend her to anyone!
Hannah and her team were absolutely amazing! I was very nervous planning a wedding by myself, but couldn't have been happier with the support she provided. My day went seamless, at least as far as I could tell because she had EVERYTHING under control. We are talking about a wedding venue that had no physical building and no running water, but she knew exactly how to tackle this type of DIY wedding and made sure everything was running as it should. Once I started working with Hannah, my nerves about planning the wedding went away completely. I felt super confident in her work after our first meeting together. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is planning to get married!!! Thanks Hannah!!!!
