I got married in June and Hannah and her team did a great job of making our day go smoothly. Leading up to the day Hannah was nothing but communicative and helpful with planning and collaborating with me on what I needed help with. She kept me planning and helped me set up due dates as to when I needed to have things done. This helped tremendously and made me feel less overwhelmed with the planning process. When my hair/makeup stylist fell through a month before my wedding she was there helping me find someone else the same day. Her and her team did a great job of setting everything up the way I loved it and tearing it all down the night of. If you are really looking for someone who is going to turn your special area day into reality I totally recommend!
Hannah and her team did such an amazing job in coordinating all of the final details to make our wedding day something that we could truly enjoy! I am very Type A and am a project manager in my career, but having a month-of coordinator enabled me to hand off all of the details that my husband and I planned, and know that they would take it from there. It allowed me not to be stressed about where everything ended up, but know that they understood our vision, and were executing on it to a T, which allowed us to be PRESENT, which was truly the greatest gift. Even if you're similarly Type A, having a month of coordinator is one of the greatest gifts you can get yourself during the wedding planning process, as you have a sounding board, a teammate, and most importantly, someone to hand things off to to get over the finish line, to enable you, your family, and your close friends to just enjoy the weekend!
My husband and I took a very thoughtful approach to our wedding, which meant that we wanted to change up some items from the "traditional" wedding approach - we had our cocktail hour first, we welcomed our guests with a speech, and had a more laid-back taco party. She didn't shy away from us wanting to do things differently, but helped us think through all of the details so that the day flowed smoothly (i.e. how / when to do family photos so that we could still join our cocktail hour and so that there wasn't "dead time" for other guests).
Throughout the planning process, Hannah was there to answer questions, review contracts, and be a sounding board along the way. We were planning our wedding in Lancaster, PA from the Bay Area, CA, so having someone who was familiar with the vendor landscape and area was hugely helpful. We got married at Historic Rockford, which is in no way an all-inclusive venue, so it required coordinating across a caterer, bartender, band, photographer, florist, and other vendors to ensure that everything flowed as expected.
The day of is really where her team shined! We met our Day of Lead, Emily, the day before the wedding and she gave us so much confidence in knowing all of the details and the plan for each vendor. They fully took over and made our vision come to life, and I was able to be fully present and just enjoy the wedding day.
Hannah has a great pre-meeting survey that helps her to tailor a good consultation that is unique to the person! Be prepared with questions for the meeting that will spark some great converstions on creating a busines, or just learning more about event planning! Hannah also knows great coffee spots that are spacious and comfortable!

There are almost no words for how amazing Hannah was. She was flexible in her package design as I hired her later in the planning process, and after hiring her was there every step of the way for calls and consultations with all my tedious questions. She came to meetings with vendors, and as the day approached reached out to all the vendors to confirm everything and made a fantastic timeline. She really helped me both figure out and then execute a cohesive vision, and the day of was so smooth I had absolutely no issues the whole day. She helped with cleanup at the end with my parents which was another huge relief to not have to worry about. She was responsive with all emails/calls, and both her and her assistant were attentive throughout the day of to make sure my husband and I were happy. It was a wonderful day that I'm sure would not have been as smooth and stress-free without her!
We had Hannah for our month/day of coordinator for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we had regarding our wedding. Leading up to our wedding, she helped organize our day timeline and asked us questions we didn’t even know or consider prior to our wedding. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Hannah. She helped to set up our venue so that we could focus on other things throughout the morning. Our families were very willing to help in any way on the wedding day, but they mentioned how grateful they were that Hannah was there. She took whatever task our families were doing so that they could relax and focus on us (honestly, she probably did a better job than what our families could’ve done for set up). She even rescued us when I could not get my vail undone. She saved us again when we forgot to have a knife for cutting the cake, the one she had looked so much better than anything we could have gotten during the reception. Our day was without flaws and if anything did go wrong, I can guarantee Hannah was on top of it so that we remained blissfully unaware. Not only did she work hard all day, she did it all with such an amazing attitude and was one of the kindest people we have ever met. I would recommend Hannah for anyone getting married as she was probably the best investment we made for our wedding.
Thank Hannah, Emily, and Lizzie for helping pull off our vision and wedding! We hired Hannah a few months before our wedding to be our day of coordinator. We got married at a private residence so we had a lot of vendors and moving parts. Hannah was extremely helpful leading up to the event by contacting and organizing all of our vendors and helping me stay on track with the final details, timeline, etc. Emily and Lizzie ran the event and flipped a room for us and they were wonderful! Both were so sweet and you can tell are passionate about what they do. Lizzie continued to check on us throughout the night asking if we needed drinks, food, etc. Emily took care of all the details and had everything looking exactly how I envisioned. I definitely recommend hiring Hannah and her team!
Hannah was an amazing planner! She was so punctual with her responses, and so willing to take care of anything that I needed in order to help my day go smoothly. I especially appreciated her wedding prep timelines which helped me know what I needed to be taking care of, and at what time. Her assistants are also so sweet, I met them both and they were a great addition to my wedding day!
Please do yourself a favor and hire Hannah for your wedding/event!
We worked with Hannah as our day-of planner for our wedding. She went above and beyond to make our day as special and seamless as possible.
From the beginning, our first conversation with her eased a lot of our worries and we knew we were in great hands. She was organized, responsive, asked questions about details we didn’t even think of, and gave great suggestions when we weren’t sure how to put certain pieces together.
Hannah also has a great network of vendors if you need help finding one for your wedding. She connected us with multiple photographers and found us one within our budget on short notice.
During the weeks leading up to our wedding, she connected with all vendors to ensure the terms of our contracts with each one were going to be followed and put together a detailed timeline of the big day, saving us a lot of stress and headache coordinating everyone. Even with a few difficult vendors (in terms of responsiveness and clarity of answers), Hannah was able to navigate these challenges and take a lot of the burden off of us.
On the day of, Hannah was not afraid to get her hands dirty and step in anywhere she could to keep things running smoothly and took on the very important role of working out any issues that popped up to avoid any added stress on us. She was able to come up with quick solutions and adjustments to the timeline as things came up. She did an excellent job of making quick decisions and working with all parties involved to stay on timeline so we were able to focus on enjoying every precious moment.
We cannot thank Hannah enough for the part she played in ensuring our wedding day was a huge success. If you think you don’t need a planner, think again! We had no idea how many small details are considered when planning an event like a wedding. I would suggest everyone work with Hannah to ensure your special day goes off without a hitch! :)
Hannah was absolutely amazing! She was always responsive to our emails/texts/calls. She made our wedding planning go smoothly and extremely helped us when crazy things popped up. I highly recommend her if you want a wedding planner as she is organized, quickly responsive, and eases your stress of wedding details!
I went back and forth about whether I needed a day-of coordinator and after attending a friend's wedding where they had one decided to explore some options. Hannah was the obvious choice from our first conversation - she was so easy to work with, really kind, and super, super responsive to my questions (even when she was on vacation!) I didn't feel like there was a need to do anything on my wedding day and every single detail was perfect. Hannah and her team are amazing and I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend them!
Hannah was absolutely amazing!!! At first, I wasn’t planning on using a wedding coordinated, but Hannah was so organized and communicated well. Not one thing went wrong the day of and if it did I didn’t even notice. Hannah was very professional and so kind to me and everyone else! 10/10 recommend I couldn’t have done it without her!!
Hannah was absolutely a key part of our perfect day. We hired Hannah for just our wedding day but she helped us way beyond that, reaching out to our vendors, running our rehearsal, and always being available when I had random crazy questions of things I was worried about prior to our day. The wind knocked over our acrylic welcome sign, and Hannah was super prepared to fix it and make it work, she even had whiteout to fix the vinyl letters that broke - literal lifesaver.
I didn’t have to think or worry about anything that day, I knew she would make everything look the way I imagined and keep everything running smoothly. Hire her!!!

We hired Hannah for our October 2021 wedding and boy is she amazing! Hannah is very organized and I’m so thankful to have been able to her help coordinate my day. I can't recommend Hannah enough! We hired her to help with month-of and day-of coordination for our wedding, and it was the best decision. During the week of the wedding, she kept everything organized for us, and best of all, our minds were totally at ease the day before and the day of the wedding - Hannah had all our details under control and made sure things were on schedule and going according to plan. Hannah is AMAZING! She was so friendly from the start and genuinely interested in us as a couple and our visions for our special day. Hannah was great about offering wise advice, without forcing any of her ideas and suggestions on us. She was with us every step of the way from the moment we first met with her. Even if I called, texted, or emailed late at night, I received such a prompt, genuine, and helpful response. Throughout the entire process (planning, rehearsal, and the day of), Hannah was a source of calm and someone we knew we could count on! I am so thankful for her!
On the day of our wedding, we had some extra greens (we did the flower arrangements and centerpieces ourselves), so we asked her to decorate the mantle a bit. Hannah went above and beyond with this -- it was so beautiful and definitely a highlight of the decorations. This is just one example of how she made the day fantastic. She truly is amazing and worked so hard to make our day as smooth and wonderful as possible. Words cannot describe how professional, kind, genuine, and amazing Hannah is. We would 100% would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!
Seriously I don't think I could have planned my wedding without Hannah. Our wedding was originally scheduled for Fall 2020 but we ended up postponing due to Covid and Hannah was so helpful making sure everything was taken care of. We hired her for Day of Coordination but she went above and beyond to help us with every step. She was super responsive with questions and helping me organize vendors. Day of she made sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Hannah for anyone planning a wedding!!
We found Hannah back in the fall of 2019 when I decided I would absolutely need a month of coordinator to make things easier on our family and bridal party. I spoke with a few different coordinators, but immediately felt a connection with Hannah when we spoke! Even though she's further away from us (we're in Bensalem) but I knew that having Hannah was going to make our wedding planning so much easier in that final month.
Fast forward to when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid and Hannah immediately became my most valued vendor! Not only is Hannah the sweetest, most kind and patient person on the planet, but she's also incredibly knowledgeable and was always open and available when I needed her in a pinch! Suddenly my "month of" coordinator became my go to point person anytime I needed advice! Whether it was during the original postponing process, handling the venue change we made less than 90 days before the wedding, or helping us find a new florist 3 weeks before the wedding, Hannah was there every step of the way with suggestions, advice, and to just be a shoulder to cry on!
The final weeks leading up to our wedding were hectic of course, but Hannah made everything as seamless as can be. The day of the wedding, everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had discussed, the ceremony itself went smooth as can be, and then Hannah (and her wonderful assistant Lizzie) packed everything up for us at the end of the night as well!
I've said to my husband so many times that we simply could not have gone through everything that we did without Hannah there to guide us through. Planning a wedding without the a pandemic is stressful enough, but what all of us covid couples have gone through was so insane that I am BEYOND grateful to have had Hannah to walk us through it all.
I have been and will continue to recommend Hannah to anyone who needs a planner, whether it's full service planning, month of coordination, or anything in between. Hannah is worth every penny (and then some!) and I already miss working with her dearly!
Hannah was a great help in making sure our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish! She was easy to contact and she stayed in constant communication through the stressful parts of wedding planning. Hannah pays attention to what the bride values most and ensures that her day is unique and tailored to her. Hannah is extremely detail oriented and ensures the day runs smoothly. She goes above and beyond. She went out of her way to get cookie cutters shaped as bicycles and get a local bakery to make customized bicycle cookies. This is just one example of how Hannah’s thoughtfulness plays out in her business style.

Hannah is so sweet. Your wedding day can be so stressful, but it doesn't have to be with a coordinator like her. She helped me with so much since my wedding was 100% DIY. Without her it probably wouldn't have come together as smooth as it did. You spend a lot of time before and during your wedding communicating with your coordinator. I am happy that I share those memories with Hannah. She helped me find amazing vendors through recommendations. It's amazing when your vendors feel like friends and then become them!
The first time I heard about Hannah it was through our wedding photographer. I had asked her if she knew anyone who could help with planning. She instantly recommended Hannah and I’m so grateful that she did.
I had gotten in touch with her through her website and soon after we set up a time for a phone call. I’m a shy person and I’ve never been comfortable having phone calls but she instantly made me feel comfortable. That hardly happens. So when it did, I knew she was the perfect person to be our wedding coordinator. She makes you feel welcomed, loved and she just treats you like a friend from the moment you have a conversation with her. She is so nice, sweet, very professional and organized. She was always on top of it which is exactly what we needed because my husband and I are mostly laid back and procrastinate sometimes, haha.
Now, I had my wedding back in August and as you can imagine with COVID, the wedding planning stress was doubled. But Hannah was incredible work with. Honestly we became more than just vendor/client. We became friends/family. This year has been different and hard for all of us and I think going through this together just strengthened our friendship. She truly listens to what you have to say. She listens to your questions, concerns and she gives her advice. Through it all she stayed positive, even in times where I thought for sure we wouldn’t be able to have our wedding this year.
When the day came, she did amazing! Had it not been for her, the day would’ve been all over the place. We had a little mishap during for our ceremony and quickly took control of the situation and came up with another solution. And her assistant was so nice too! They both did just an amazing job.
I honestly cannot express how amazing Hannah did and how hard she worked to make our day special during a pandemic. I can’t imagine having had someone else as our wedding coordinator. For any future brides reading this, if you hire Hannah as your planner (which you should), you will be in great hands. I promise. Thank you Hannah for everything you did! 🧡
