I was lead by all these amazing reviews that Hannah would be a wonderful planner for my wedding, and 7 weeks after my wedding, I am still in disbelief of how terrible this experience was.
There were some glaring red flags in the beginning. I hired Hannah for partial coordination, but can safely say that she did next to nothing for my wedding. Hannah was very unresponsive to emails, often going a few days before replying. I even had to text her once after a few days to ask if she had gotten my email. My mom reached out to her once to ask her what our next steps were in the planning process, and Hannah responded that “your daughter (me) had hired me” and she was generally very unhelpful to my mom. Obviously, my mom was very put off by this. Getting the day-of timeline from Hannah took WEEKS. Throughout the engagement my now-husband and parents kept urging me to fire her and hire somebody else, but I wanted to believe it would work out and refused. I’m still embarrassed that I did not listen to them.
The wedding day - I got married about 7 weeks ago at a Williamsburg, VA venue. The two biggest disasters with Hannah were 1. Hannah did not order the chargers that I had requested. I found out just hours before my reception, from the event coordinator, not even Hannah herself (!!), that the chargers were not ordered. I was in disbelief. Only thanks to the venue were we able to have chargers as they had extra for us to use. Then, Hannah and the event coordinator apparently got in some kind of disagreement, and we did not see Hannah for a good 2-3 hours. This was the part of the day where we were taking pictures. Thanks to my mom, the venue event coordinator, and incredible photographer, the wedding party and family were able to receive directions on when/where everything was happening. It was truly almost a disaster. I still do not know where Hannah was at this time.
Beyond this, Hannah was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the day. There were many other small things that occurred. I almost never interacted with her. She did not even come in to see me when she arrived to say hello. The ONLY thing I remember from the entire day that she did to be helpful to me, the bride, was to take my bouquet during the reception and put it in a vase… although we never found my bouquet afterwards which I am also upset about. At some point in the day, everyone realized that Hannah was extremely unreliable and we all had to turn to our INCREDIBLE event coordinator from the venue. It is truly thanks to the venue coordinator, my mom, photographer, and bridal party that everything went to order. In fact, if it hadn’t been for the help of these other people, I really think the day could have turned upside down. I still feel angry just thinking about it.
The venue event coordinator, at a well-respected and established venue in Williamsburg, informed me that Hannah has been banned from ever coordinating a wedding there again.
I am still in disbelief at how this situation played out and I can’t believe how close the day was to becoming a disaster. In the end, I had my dream wedding, but I cannot thank Hannah for being a part of it. Please consider this review as you make your decision.

Let me first apologize for any negative feelings you have about your wedding and that it impacted your view of HHEs services. I know how much work goes into planning a wedding and we regret not having brought it to life in your eyes....
While there are a variety of things that went on behind the scenes that we were left to fix or adjust on the day, I sincerely hope you hear the truth about some of the claims you were led to believe while we address just a few of them.
Unfortunately with you only hiring us for partial coordination, the majority of the planning is done by you as stated in your contract. There was ample communication that began months before your wedding in regards to what you hired us to do. I was even in communication with your sister in planning and getting together a surprise for you at the reception. Our team also arrived earlier than your contracted time because of your specific request. The day was then spent going between multiple wedding site locations and taking care of 200guests.
As far as timeline goes, we are unfortunately at the disposal of your vendors hired when needing information. We can only move as quickly as they allow us. Your contract also states this and that a timeline begins formation a month before the wedding. At your request, we began this even sooner.
Finally, I myself noticed there were no chargers upon arrival. I promptly called the rental company who told me they were never paid and hence no delivery. I myself thought your venue would likely have the same chargers and then asked if we could use them.
Your venue had no idea about chargers rented otherwise. I felt there was no reason to potentially upset you on the day with something we had already fixed which is why it was never told. I'm not sure if this potentially upset the venue but there was no altercation at any point in the day with any staff.
We sincerely apologize regardless and if there is something we can do to help the situation, we would be more than happy to discuss what that looks like over the phone. You can reach me on my cell phone anytime.

Hannah is AMAZING! She offered advice and guidance when we needed it whether it be about hotels, vendors, etc. She always answered our questions promptly and when we had a problem she always fixed it. Our daughter wanted late night snacks for guests but no place would deliver after 11 pm. Hannah went beyond the call of duty to make that happen and picked them up herself! Our daughter and son in law said it was “the best wedding ever” and that is because of Hannah. We highly recommend her!
We could not have been happier with the services HHE provided! While I only received day of coordination, Hannah helped me brainstorm ideas, answer any questions I had, and built my timeline well before my wedding date to sure everything flowed naturally. Caroline was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She helped the day flow smoothly from start to finish, decorated our reception so beautifully, and fielded any questions for my husband and I so we could enjoy our day. I can’t recommend Hannah and her team enough!
Hannah went above and beyond my expectations in making for a beautifully romantic and enchanting wedding. The event was perfect down to every detail she suggested. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results of her planning and attention to detail. Our guests were mesmerized by the evening and we had the most wonderful time. Hannah was FANTASTIC!! I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID, and she was so flexible with all the changes! A couple of days before the ceremony we had a change in which day of coordinator would be helping us, and Hannah handled the whole thing perfectly and made the transition so smooth! Ariel, the coordinator who ended up helping us was perfect. I could not have pulled off my big day without her! She was so on top of everything and when the bus carrying guests out ended up being an hour late to the ceremony, she reworked my entire timeline and coordinated with my vendors to keep the wedding on track. I had so much fun, and could relax and enjoy my day, and I couldn’t have done that without her! I highly recommend Hannah Hildebrandt Events to anyone looking for a wedding planner/day of coordinator, she is simply the best!
Vendor to Vendor Review - Running a DJ/Entertainment company we have to work very closely with event planners regularly. We had the pleasure of working with Hannah Hildebrandt Events at The Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk for a wedding of roughly 200 people and it went off without a hitch! Everything flowed smoothly and on time! True professionalism showed at this event and I look forward to working with her and her team again!
We are so glad we had Hannah to help us through every detail of the wedding. Things were so much less stressful being able to rely on her to set deadlines and vendor meetings as well as make sure everything was in order.

Was the Day of Coordinator for our daughters wedding on May 11, 2019. She was absolutely magnificent with everything . She was on top of everything that needed to be done from start to finish. She was in contact with my daughter a month before and started coordinating with her and the vendors. She was a life saver the day of the wedding , I don’t know what we would have done without her. If anyone needs a Wedding Coordinator Hannah is definitely the one to choose.

My daughter Sydney was married on April 19th and Hannah Hildebrandt was our coordinator. We could not be any more pleased with how the wedding turned out and working with Hannah was a great pleasure. Although I had no prior contact with Hannah prior to the wedding and I let my daughter handle everything, my expectations were exceeded in terms of the preparations, decor, coordination with vendors, and the overall experience. Hannah was at the wedding the entire time from 2pm until 11pm and she made sure everything went off as planned. Thank you again Hannah for making my daughters day one she will never forget.

Our wedding would not have been the same without Hannah. We hired her for the day of coordination and I am so glad that we did. Not only did she perfectly execute every detail the day of, but she also spent a lot of time making the timeline and contacting all of the vendors prior to the wedding. Everyone was on the same page and knew their role the day of, so there was no confusion or pieces missing.
On our wedding day we had 3 tornado warnings, hail, and rain. This completely altered the timeline for not only vendors, but guests as well. Not once was Hannah flustered or stressed. She continued to make alterations and the day ran as smoothly as it would have without the terrible weather!
Hannah was always quick to respond and was extremely helpful throughout my whole planning journey. She is caring, extremely friendly, and calming. I recommend her to EVERYONE and can strongly say that you will not be disappointed.

First of all, I must put out there that Hannah is not only an amazing wedding planner but an awesome person all around. When I was first researching wedding planners to help me throughout this process, I was very nervous and somewhat skeptical about the type of individual who I would be working with because I am such a "type A" personality. Like most of us, I have a hard time handing over responsibility to others...least of all on one of the biggest days of our lives. However, I can say in all honesty that Hannah made that SO unbelievably easy. She has an eye for style that is like no other and a sense about people that is unmatched.
My now husband (Eeek!) and I hired Hannah to help us from day one...almost literally. We got engaged on December 17th, 2017 and we hired Hannah in early January 2018. From the start, Hannah was on top of anything and everything and was corresponding on a weekly basis from January 2018 until our wedding March 30, 2019...and that includes when she was on maternity leave and on family vacations. Hannah made sure that I was well ahead of all timeline tasks and gave me as many vendor options as I needed...although I must say that her preferred vendors are amazing and you really won't need to look anywhere else.
All and all, the best decision we made about our wedding was hiring Hannah and her team. She is so well-informed on the industry, can get the best deals, is organized and tactful and an all around life-savor but more importantly now a friend. Couldn't have imagined this experience without her and I highly recommend her and her team to any bride!
The moment my mom and I met Hannah we knew that she was the one to help make my dream wedding come true! From the very beginning Hannah helped to make the entire process enjoyable and stress free. I was worried that being an out of town bride would be hard, but Hannah made it so easy. She always made time for me whenever I was in town and when I couldn’t make it home she set-up conference calls with different vendors. I will never forget meeting Hannah at the rental company’s showroom. Hannah knew exactly what I wanted and had it set-up to show me when I got there. On the day of my wedding I never worried once because I knew with Hannah and her team in charge everything would be perfect. My wedding was truly everything I wanted and more thanks to Hannah and her team!
We had what I called a “DIY” tented wedding reception at my mothers house. I was pretty overwhelmed with all the vendors and extra steps I would need to take to make that happen but Hannah connected me with all the greatest vendors. Each vendor really stepped up to match my vision and several went above and beyond. Hannah’s connections with vendors came with huge discounts!
Hannah and her team did a wonderful job of staging our house with decor I had just set out in piles while I got ready in the house and was never bothered, definitely got to enjoy my day. It was all so beautiful.
Finally, Hannah really saved us during the reception. My husband and I calculated alcohol per Total Wine recs but more people drank beer (and less wine) than we anticipated, I think bc it was hot. Hannah calmly pulled us aside and let us know we were low and then saved us by offering to go to a nearby gas station and get several cases. Thank you, Hannah, for saving our party and letting my parents enjoy it instead of making that 711 run!
We used Hannah Hildebrandt Events for our day of coordinator and it was the best decision we made! Hannah was so helpful and responsive during the wedding planning/prep process. Kathy was there the day of and she made everything run so smoothly and we did not have to worry about a thing! I would highly recommend Hannah and Kathy for your day of coordinator!

Can't find the words to convey not only the professionalism of Hannah Hildebrandt events but also the warm, personal service that she provided. We never felt like we were just another wedding on her to do list. She really listened to what we wanted and helped to make that all come true. We felt like we were working with a friend who really cared. Her sweet, serene and caring demeanor flowed over into every little detail and just knowing that we were in her hands on the day of the event provided a sense of peace and calm so that we were able to enjoy each and every minute of the special day. Hannah is the absolute best and took so much stress off of my husband and I on our wedding day! We hired her as day-of coordinator, and since we live out of town we never got to meet with her in-person in advance of the wedding--yet she is so fantastic and on top of what she does, it didn't matter a bit. Hannah mapped out the entire schedule for the day, told us what to do when, and I'm pretty sure we never had to speak to a vendor on the day of or the weeks leading up to our wedding. She really made it possible for us to be in the moment and enjoy ourselves--which I am so, so grateful for!

With a travel heavy full time job, I didn’t have much free time before much less after we got engaged. I am a very decisive person, I know what I like/want & what I don’t, same went for the wedding vibe/decor. I met with Hannah about a month after we got engaged & laid out my style to her. I told her to run with it & all I asked was give me options, I would decide from those few. She understood what I was trying to do & ALWAYS kept me in the loop. Y’ALL. The wedding was everything we dreamed of & so much more! Hannah was unable to be there due to another booked wedding (she disclosed this to me before I signed the contract of course) but Kathy was an angel! She took care of everything the day of & made sure everything & everyone was as it should be. I couldn’t imagine working with any other planner or team, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! I could not (literally, would have lost my mind) have done it with out you!
While Hannah was recovering from the birth of her son during my wedding, she made sure that everything was perfect and that I was taken care of on my day! Hannah attended meetings with me and answered all my emails, all while prepping for her new baby and recovery! On the day of, her assistant Kathy and the team took care of every detail- as far as I know the day went off without any glitches! I highly recommend Hannah, Kathy, and the whole team for wedding planning!
I’m so sorry that it has taken so long for me to share my gratitude and my love for Hannah Thatcher Hildebrandt and Hannah Hildebrandt Events!!! She and her team made all my dreams come true and MORE!!! I was basically the worst bride ever who had very specific details in my mind, but never knew what exactly it was, yet somehow Hannah did!! Every step of the way I was calmed when I felt something wasn’t going right, every single detail was crossed off and perfect! If anything went wrong on my wedding day- then I still don’t know about it!!! Please please take my advice and hire this gorgeous momma and her team!!! Hannah was a saving grace! I’m a very OCD bride and she helped with the simplest of details on my big day. She set up decor, coordinated a perfect timeline, and assisted me the bride and the groom in any way possible. After all was said and done I consider her a friend and can’t thank her enough for helping bring my dream wedding to life!
By far the best thing we did in our planning was selecting Hannah as our planner. She took our ideas and turned them into reality. It was so nice just relaxing and knowing she had things handled throughout it all. She is the sweetest and so amazing at her job!

I can't say enough about Hannah & Hannah Hildebrandt Events! She is AMAZING! She made every single one of our (my) crazy ideas come to life, made me feel like our big day had her full concentration at all times (despite the fact there are clearly plenty more weddings going on mid summer), and I feel truly took the time to understand me and us as a couple in making our "vision" become a reality. We had our ~200 person wedding in the backyard of our new home on August 12th, which we closed on just June 15th. She came to the house, checked out her space to work with, listened to all my thoughts, gave me her opinion if I asked for it on certain things (after excessive begging, since she says its about what we want/like, not her!) which I appreciated, and took care of every fine little detail, every big add-on I impulsively thought of along the way... not to mention the day of help which I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE use!!! On wedding day, she pretty much only asked me to chyme in if there was a split decision that would have to do with money to be made (i.e.: extra storm tents!), she made sure our drinks were full and there was food in our mouth (literally, handed me a roll of meat and cheese while we road away in our carriage for pictures between the ceremony and reception so I didn't pass out!). I could go on and on about her, but my point is... I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN CONSIDERING TO HITE HER! She is amazing at what she does, genuinely loves doing what she does, and has your best interest and your wildest dreams at heart along the way. She makes you feel she is as excited as you are as your big day approaches, which makes it so much more fun and SO much less stressful! I never worried about a thing. When my dad & I arrived at the end of the isle, I immediately thought "OMG! YAY! WOW! AWW!" after catching a glimpse of my husband standing at the other end of the isle.... Immediately after, and immediately before walking down it, I thought "OMG! YAY! WOW! This is even SO MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than I had even imagined!!!" ...And from that moment on, August 12th, 2017 was truly everything and more than I even imagined or had ever dreamt of; a day all of my biggest and wildest dreams became a reality.... the BEST.DAY.EVER! ...& I have my husband, our family, and Hannah to thank for that <3
Working with Hannah was absolutely amazing!! She took care of all of the details and coordinating for the day of my wedding which really allowed my mom and I to enjoy the day without worrying about everything. It made the biggest difference and was 100% worth it. I would recommend Hannah and her team to anyone! Hannah really pulled together our dream wedding with 110% dedication from start to finish. We live in NYC and really needed someone local in VA Beach to help with all the logistics. She was perfect for the job! She is extremely well connected and she has a good reputation in the area.
It was difficult for me to not be 'on site' during the planning, because I like to be involved, but Hannah would send an email and BAM, everything I was worried about would already be taken care of. My wedding was three weeks ago, and I am still getting a steady flow of compliments on how beautiful it was.

This was the only wedding I had planned since my own wedding 30 plus years ago. So many things have changed since then. I had heard so many horror stories about couples planning their own wedding. I decided we needed the guidance from a Wedding Coordinator.
We hired Hannah Hilderbrandt Events because of all the wonderful reviews. I can say these reviews are accurate. Hannah and her team are magnificent. Hannah Hilderbrandt is the owner of HHE and every bride, groom or family she works with she treats as they are her one and only client. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic and to help plan your special day. You can work with any vendor you want too, but she has a network of some of the very best vendors in this area. She is very budget conscious and even negotiated a discount from some of the vendor’s fees.
Amanda Kitzman, Hannah’s assistant and right arm, was our Day of Coordinator. She is a very sincere, fun, enthusiastic and detailed oriented person and we new were in good hands. From the day Amanda was introduced to us, we had Hannah and Amanda both working with us. We ended up with two coordinators working with us throughout the rest of the planning process. How is that for service !!
The day of the wedding an empty bare room was magically transformed into a beautiful enchanted forest. Amanda made sure the bride and groom's every need was met, they were served their dinner, always had a drink in their hand and she stayed one step in front of them for their every wants and need. We didn’t have a care in the world and the bride, groom, and family did not have anything they had to do all day and night except to have fun celebrating our daughter and her fiance’s special day. The wedding was beautiful and so much fun. It was beyond everything we expected. People are still talking about how fun and what a great wedding it was.

Hiring Hannah was absolutely the BEST decision I made in all of my wedding planning ventures, because she literally helped with everything. Hannah has an amazing crew with her but she herself was super involved with planning my whole event from start to finish! Hannah never made us feel like we weren't doing too much or too little, she kept us on task and made sure everything got done in time for the perfect day. I have known many friends work with wedding planners who didn't quite help with their vision or understand them fully but Hannah is incredible at her job and making things happen. I clearly highly recommend HHE to anyone starting to plan their big day, it's so worth it and she will truly do everything she can to make your day perfection!

Where to even begin?! Hannah is the best thing that could have happened to my wedding. We hired her for day-of coordination. All throughout the wedding process she was so helpful and responded to all of my questions right away. Every bride has a vision for how she wants everything to look and when you trust someone else to set it all up, you're never 100% sure that they understood. Well, with Hannah you can be. When I saw the rooms after she and her team set up everything, it was like she took the image straight out of my brain. We were completely able to enjoy our wedding without having to worry about anything else. Even found out later that small things went wrong but we never knew until after because Hannah handled them so gracefully. If you're even considering having a wedding coordinator, look no further than Hannah and her team - they will give you total peace of mind!
I cannot say enough good things about HHE! We hired Hannah for day-of coordination and she definitely went above and beyond that for us. I tend to have a lot of questions, and anytime I would email Hannah with some, she responded very quickly and always had a lot of good suggestions. When it came time for rehearsal and the big day, Hannah and her team were so awesome that Andy and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding! I cannot even explain the gift that Hannah was to me on our wedding day! I felt so at ease and calm knowing that the setup was all in her hands. I was truly able to enjoy my day with my family and friends. Our venue required a full room flip from ceremony to reception during photos/cocktail hour. When I came into the room, I was amazed at how beautiful it was. I didn't even imagine it would be so perfect! I honestly felt like the day was perfect and I thank Hannah for making it go so flawlessly. She is so sweet (as was her whole team.) I will recommend her to any of my friends getting married. From the stunning venue, amazing florist, affordable lights, gorgeous linens, fun photo booth, fantastic photographer, delicious caterer and so much more!

Having Hannah as our Day-Of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning, we absolutely loved working with her! I'm not sure why they call it "Day-Of" because she did so much more than that, to include responding to my thousands of emails! My sister and I met with her while my then fiance was deployed and we both loved everything about her! She was so sweet, fun and friendly, I just knew she would help make our day perfect! With both of our families coming from out of state, we didn't want them to worry about handling the behind the scenes wedding details and Hannah made sure of that. We had so many great compliments about the way she and her girls handled everything and how the whole day ran so smooth from start to finish. Hannah and her girls made sure my husband and I were taken care of at all times as well as all of our guests! Our wedding day was better than I dreamed it would be and thanks to Hannah, we were able to enjoy every minute of it! I could go on and on about the amazing service she provided! Working with Hannah as our day-of coordinator was great! We live in New Jersey and were planning our wedding in Virginia, and Hannah helped make it all go smoothly. It was great to be able to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry if the cake had arrived, the favors were set up, and all of the other little things that go along with the wedding day. We had so many people tell us they had not seen a couple have so much fun at their own wedding before -- and that's largely thanks to Hannah! We loved working with her, and she really became a friend!
We hired Hannah Hildebrandt Events (HHE) as our day of wedding planner. Do yourself a favor and get a day of planner. Better yet, hire HHE. HHE showed up at our ceremony rehearsal and my soon-to-be wife and I were sitting there staring at each other not knowing what to do next. HHE took control and made sure our ceremony went off without any problems. On wedding day HHE sent three people to make sure everything was set up, vendors were taken care of, and much-much more. Worth every penny.

Hannah is wonderful - simply put! We hired her a few months before our wedding to help with some last-minute details, as well as day-of coordination. The decision was one of our best! She is knowledgeable, efficient and highly organized. She has a great sense of humor and is enthusiastic about helping with any request or challenge. Hannah was so amazing. I tend to be one who panics and stresses out over everything, and Hannah made everything so stress free! Hannah was so sweet and so easy to work with. I hired Hannah for full-service planning of my wedding that happened at the end of September. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I not only hired a wedding planner in general, but Hannah in particular. From day 1 she was professional, friendly, and organized. I work a lot and work kind of odd hours, so Hannah was perfect for getting everything done that I couldn't do myself. Within a month of hiring Hannah, my vendor, flowers, lighting, music, and food was already decided. By 2-3 months in everything was done, save for the final balances! It took so much stress and pressure off of me and allowed me to actually look forward to my wedding instead of dreading something going wrong. Hannah was also there the entire day of my wedding and made sure I got enough food, always had a cocktail in hand, and didn't have anything to worry about. Hannah was always so easy to deal with and was so positive she made the entire wedding planning process easy. When we realized it was going to rain on my (outside) wedding, she worked overtime to make sure we had tents to cover everyone and that everything was set up like I wanted. I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend Hannah to anyone planning a wedding in the future. Every guest I had at my wedding told me it was hands down the most beautiful and fun wedding they had been to, and I owe all of that to Hannah.
Well where to start, Hannah was AMAZING. She put mine and my fiance's minds at ease. She is very detail oriented and truly took the time to understand what exactly it was that I wanted even with all my ideas. She was always a text or email away and I knew I could rely on her to get everything done. I would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day to its fullest if it weren't for Hannah. She took care of setting up and breaking down everything at the wedding and everything in between! I just had to show up and enjoy my beautiful day that she helped bring to life. She was fantastic and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a wedding planner! Hannah is the way to go.
I can't say enough about Hannah Hildebrandt Events and how incredible they were to work with. I hired Hannah for full service planning and certainly got what I paid for and more from her! Hands down the best money I spent on the wedding. She was there every step of the way, from helping to select vendors, helping me with color/theme/decor choices, keeping me on budget (and in many cases helping to find ways to save money)...the list goes on and on. I live in DC and was planning a wedding in Norfolk, so having Hannah there locally to meet with and coordinate vendors so that I didn't have to drive down frequently was a life saver.
If you don't have the budget to purchase the full planning package, at a minimum I would hire Hannah and her team for the partial or day of coordination. That service alone was worth the entire price--she kept everything on track, running extremely smoothly--managed and coordinated the set up, vendors, deliveries, etc.--but most importantly, kept me (and my mom)SANE and allowed us to just enjoy the day instead of stressing over details.
Hannah and her team are beyond professional, extremely customer service oriented and go out of their way to make sure that every detail is taken care of and that you truly get the wedding of your dreams. I highly, highly recommend Hannah Hildebrandt Events to anyone who is planning a wedding--you will NOT regret it!

Hannah was great. She really helped us plan a great and extremely beautiful wedding even though I was in Brazil for most of the time. She's great at responding to emails or texts and is very good and professional at what she does. I would have had a seriously hard time keeping things together without her because I am somebody who go deep on details and it can be overwhelming for an international bride. Even though she had other weddings to plan and even a new born baby I always felt like she was full time available to whatever I needed. She's a really great person and truly cares about making it the best wedding possible. We were able to save money too with her connections and great vendors (I couldn't be happier with so many vendors who worked really hard to have my dream coming true). When I finally saw all the set-up I couldn't believe that it was even better than what I was imagining!! I loved every single detail and she was there the whole time to make sure everything was fine!! I would recommend Hannah to anyone because she does a great job!

Hannah was such an amazing coordinator! I am pretty unorganized and last-minute in the way I plan things, and my wedding was no different. So when we hired Hannah for day-of coordinating, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get her in the loop enough to enable her to do her job. I couldn't even remember if I told her the time and place of the rehearsal! Despite my less-than-perfect communication, Hannah pulled off everything perfectly. She was very flexible the day-of, and made small changes as necessary. I am so glad we decided to hire her, I would have been soooo stressed if she wasn't around to lend her expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make sure they have a stress-free wedding, she is a great investment for any wedding day!

We hired Hannah as the day of coordinator for our wedding, and she was a great help! She was willing to answer all of my questions, and indulge in all of the details of my wedding plans (and there were maaaaany) prior to the big day. I gave Hannah and her team the daunting task of assembling all the ceremony decor with tons of tiny details, and they did a wonderful job. On the day of she was able to take care of the small hiccups along the way, so that I was able to just enjoy the day! Hannah also went above and beyond by working on her birthday! She's too much!

We were so happy to have Hannah as our Wedding Coordinator for our July 2014 wedding at the Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club in Virginia Beach! We worked with Hannah for her day-of coordination services and it was most certainly the best investment I made to have peace of mind that everything would go smoothly on the day of my wedding.
When I began my search for a wedding coordinator in Virginia Beach, I met with between 5 and 10 coordinators and after speaking with Hannah my decision was made. She immediately made me feel at ease and assured me that she would take care of any and everything the day of.
Throughout the planning process, I had lots of questions and requests for recommendations and Hannah was always so caring, generous with her time and quick to respond. She worked with us to create a detailed timeline of events starting with out rehearsal and ending with our "grand exit". On the day of our wedding she worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly, all bills were paid, everyone was in the right place at the right time and that my husband and I were having the best day ever!

We used Hannah for day of coordination and I don't think we could have done it without her. Hannah was professional, responsive, so easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and executed our vision, and absolutely crucial the day of our wedding. We got married at the Chrysler Museum 8/9/2014 and there is ONE hour to flip Hubert Court from the ceremony to the reception. Hannah and her team did it in less than the time allowed and it was exactly how we pictured it! When anyone mentioned Hannah and the work her and her team accomplished the words "Hannah is awesome" followed. Hannah was truly amazing and we can't thank her enough! Hannah is amazing, and I would give her 10 stars if I could. I really underestimated all of the details involved with planning a wedding, but I (luckily!) hired her at the recommendation of a friend. I'm SO glad I did! In the days approaching the wedding, I was rushing around to finish the final details and visit family and friends who were already arriving. When I was going out of my mind, Hannah was coordinating everything with my vendors and lining things up. Every time I contacted one of my vendors to confirm something, they told me Hannah had already been in touch with them. During the wedding and reception, Hannah was everywhere, taking care of every little detail that needed attention. I didn't have to worry about one thing, and I could just relax and enjoy my wedding. Later people told me about a few things that went wrong, and I never even knew about them because Hannah took care of them immediately. My wedding day was amazing, and that is in part because of her. Beyond all of that, Hannah is just a sweet, fun, awesome person, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
The moment we met Hannah we knew she was our girl. She was sweet, cool, calm and very professional from the get go. Needless to say we loved her vibe and knew that was something we would need on our wedding day. If you are getting married, hire Hannah. You won't be disappointed. I hired Hannah for the day of. I had everything picked out and planned, but I knew that no way was I going to be able to handle setting stuff up and telling people where to go on the day of. Hannah actually helped my find my dress at Maya Couture when she worked there. She was great to work with and helped my find the perfect dress. For the day of my wedding, she set up all my tables, dealt with vendors and laced up my dress. I mean really hiring her to make sure you have someone to lace up your dress is a good enough reason. Everything that day ran smoothly because of her. I can't thank her enough for it all. I never had to worry about anything. It was all perfect because of her. If you have any hesitation about paying for a wedding coordinator, let me say this, my husband thought it was going to be a waste. After the wedding he said he was wrong and it was definitely worth it. She did so much stuff. So go ahead and book her for your wedding, you won't regret it.

I certainly know nothing about planning a wedding and her help throughout the entire process was much appreciated. When things got a bit hectic towards the last several weeks she jumped in like a champ and was able to get the job done (i.e. getting vendors to coordinate with each other into one large cohesive team; reminding me and helping me with the last minute little things I forgot about). She fully managed the day/night of the wedding and everything went off without a hitch. We have received so many compliments on our wedding and a large part of that is all thanks to Hannah. She made sure things ran smoothly and was basically a girl's best friend on her day. She made sure I had food to eat and drinks to drink... She assisted with my bustle and rescued my hair when it fell down. For this I have nothing but great things to say and I highly recommend her! Thank you Hannah :)
Can I just say that without Hannah my wedding wouldn't of gone as smoothly as it did. She is extremely professional, punctual, and very good at her job. My bridal party couldn't get enough of her. It's all they could talk about after the wedding. Hannah was hands down AMAZING. How does she make it look so easy? It was like she was in 10 places at once! Did I also mention that Hannah was spoiling me and my husband. She was always making sure we were comfortable, making sure we had drinks in our hands, and putting our needs first. It's exactly what I needed someone to do for our wedding and it was perfect. I hired her for day of coordination and it was extremely affordable. I am regretful that I didn't hire her for full service planning and coordination. It would of saved me a lot of stress and I would of liked to have more Starbucks coffee dates with her. It's not fair how easy it was to find and book Hannah. Lucky me and lucky you if you can book her too!
