Hannah is exceptionally well liked in the Charlottesville wedding community. When we were touring venues, their eyes lit up when we mentioned we were considering Hannah as our planner. Whenever we were talking to vendors for payment they all told us how great Hannah was and the synergy between them at our wedding really showed it. Our wedding day was torrential rain and wind and we had absolutely no stress. Hannah's team reacted quickly and handled all the challenges that came up with no real problem for us. Members of her team made sure that we had umbrellas around at all times and shuttles us around in their cars so we could get excellent shots the whole time. Cannot recommend Hannah enough!

On wedding day she was amazing directing her team (who were also wonderful!) and every other vendor to make sure everything went off without a hitch. It was clear she was so committed to making our day perfect and make sure we were having the best time (which included making sure we had food and drinks and space to soak it all in) and didn't have to worry about a thing. To wrap it all up, Hannah was the GLUE that held together our design, vision, timeline for the most beautiful and joyful day of our lives, we are so grateful to have gotten to work with her and couldn't recommend hiring Hannah more!

Hannah somehow remembered every detail or idea I mentioned to her and made our vision better than we imagined. She made me feel like I was her only client (which was so far from the truth!). She made the effort to really get to know us and what we like. The process of wedding planning seemed pretty daunting to me, but she made it easy. Planning with Hannah was smooth, fun, and enjoyable. I also tend to be quite forgetful, but I didn’t even have to worry about this because Hannah was there to remember everything for me and never made me feel like I was a burden. She also seems to know everyone in the Charlottesville wedding business and has great relationships with rental companies, wedding entertainment services, officiants, venues, and more. She made great recommendations for us. Wedding day was the best day of our lives and everything was just so perfect and smooth. Everything blew us away and we both agreed one of our favorite parts was just how absolutely gorgeous our reception was. Somehow from just telling her a few of our ideas and sending a few inspiration pictures, she was able to make our dreams really come true. It’s so obvious she has a great eye and incredible design ideas and she always strives for perfection. You also can really tell how much she loves weddings and seeing everything come to life herself, and that joy is contagious. Hannah was always there when we needed her - including when I got awful orange mud all over my dress at our first look - she was on her hands and knees using club soda to get it out before I walked out to the ceremony. She got us drinks and snacks after our newlywed photos and was ready with wipes to get red wine off of me and my dress after a spill on the dance floor. Those are just a few examples of countless things she and her wonderful team did on wedding day to help us. She was always there for me, my husband, my maid of honor, my new in laws, and everyone else all day. No ask was too big or too small, and our families are still raving about her days later. Thank you does not even begin to feel like adequate enough words to describe our true appreciation for everything Hannah has done for us. My husband and I both easily agreed that the best decision we made was Hannah. We both feel like we gained a new friend in this process and will really miss her!

ng. My family is not the most organized, and we tend to make decisions last minute. Additionally, due to my husband’s job, we chose a wedding date less than 10 months away. However, Hannah kept us extremely organized, worked with us to make a doable timeline, and kept track of all details, big or small. She made the wedding planning process completely stress-free and provided guidance every step of the way. Hannah knows everyone in Charlottesville and was super helpful with deciding vendors. The week of the wedding, even though it was also Thanksgiving week, Hannah was extremely responsive, was so encouraging, made us feel at ease, and assured us that everything was taken care of. On the wedding day, Hannah was absolute perfection! She is calm, organized, detailed, and attentive. From brining breakfast to the bridal suite, making sure everyone was on time, leaving drinks and snacks in the bridal/groom party bus, having hors d'oeuvre’s and signature cocktails ready as soon as we exited the bus, and so so much more. Throughout the entire night, Hannah was always one step ahead of our every need. When someone mistakenly spilled wine on their purse and jacket, Hannah was there the next second offering tide spot removal and helping to remove the stain. We had many people come up to us the next day asking for Hannah’s information because they said it was the most perfectly done wedding they had ever been too. Hannah is the best decision we made for our wedding. My entire family has said that Hannah felt like a part of the family throughout the entire process. I was really nervous for the wedding day, especially since I was living in Louisiana leading up to the wedding in Charlottesville, but Hannah always made me feel like everything was taken care of. I highly, highly recommend Hannah and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make the wedding day one of the best days of our life!

Despite the covid-created chaos of Spring 2020, Hannah seamlessly re-scheduled our wedding without losing a single vendor, performing a huge lift while keeping us (relatively!) stress-free. She was prepared for any personality concerns, and had solutions ready even before we asked. For example, we had a concern about a wedding guest attempting to make an unwelcome speech, and Hannah had already discussed a plan with the microphone operator. She was consistently mindful of our budget, and made cost-focused recommendations thoughtfully and tactfully. For example, when the father of the bride wanted to splurge on one specific table cloth selection, she smartly show-cased the fabric on a few tables in key locations to stay within the budget. Throughout the whole process, she was always available and consistently put us at ease. Hannah is an absolute pro during the wedding weekend. She is always present but never intrusive, and never gets flustered. On our wedding day, multiple parts of our wedding party ran late, but she was able to re-arrange the schedule on the fly so that we got every picture we wanted and no events were delayed. The wedding was perfectly staffed — guests told us they were shocked to never wait in line! She is also highly attentive to the bride and groom during the wedding reception. When we walked into cocktail hour she met us with a sample of all the apps and our favorite drinks! We sat down at our table for dinner and she appeared immediately with full plates of food! She even had the kitchen make us a specific appetizer that we loved during the tasting, but didn’t select because it didn’t fit with the menu. When the bride’s veil and hairstyle were falling out, she was ready with extra bobby pins. A wedding day involves enough moving pieces to be overwhelming, but Hannah kept us stress-free and able to really enjoy our special day. We will forever remember it as one of the best days of our lives, thanks to Hannah! We would enthusiastically recommend Hannah to any couple planning a wedding!

My first 'wow' moment was in our first phone conversation. Since we were getting ready in one location, having the ceremony in another, and the reception at yet another, there was a fair amount of transportation involved. Before we contacted Hannah, my then-fiancé Sarah and I had several conversations, amounting to hours of time, about how we were going to coordinate the busses. Within a few minutes of bringing it up with Hannah, she had a plan and said she would take on coordinating the busses day-of. Following conversations and interactions were just as helpful. She answered questions we didn't know we needed answering. She was proactive, organized, and diligent. She has an amazingly graceful way of offering suggestions about how to do things while also making sure your vision and direction takes priority. She is a calming presence at all times, even when we hit speed bumps along the way. When we had a hiccup with our ceremony location, we texted her just to let her know we had to do something a little differently. Even though it was late at night, she gave a quick call just to see what she could do on her end. Sarah and I can't recommend Hannah enough!
