I am not kidding when I say that Hannah was the second most important person at my wedding - first being the groom. We COULD NOT have done it without her. She handled everything from vendor selection down to the last detail of the night. And beyond her professional service, Hannah is just a wonderful kindhearted person and it shows. Ours was a private estate wedding, so there were a million moving parts, details, and vendors - Hannah's planning and coordination truly made it happen. There were even a few vendor mishaps on wedding day that I was blissfuly unaware of while Hannah and her team took care of it all. Hannah is truly one of the best in the business, her service was worth every penny and more. I'll be recommending her to every friend I have.

I truly cannot say enough about my amazing experience working with Hannah over this past year. I had a specific vision for my wedding but given that I am absolutely terrible at planning, I was not even sure how to describe what I wanted to Hannah. She somehow took the rough bits and pieces I gave her and pulled together an event beyond what I ever could have imagined. Every vendor she recommended was perfect and she handled nearly all of the coordination. She was incredibly responsive, calm and professional throughout the entire planning process and made the actual wedding day PERFECT. During just the consult, she had such a calming and confident presence. We planned our dream wedding in 8 months for a perfect group of 75. The entire planning process was so simple, organized & had such a fun balance of our ideas mixed with Hannah’s expertise. She’s so professional & responsive yet personable & our biggest cheerleader! On our wedding day, it was just relaxation & soaking in every detail. As the bride, I didn’t have to think of anything! There were so many small details that I would have never considered that Hannah & her team had covered! We had the most amazing vendors (every.single.one), and Hannah & her team were beyond perfection on the day of! So attentive, loving & genuinely happy to be creating the most wonderful environment for the best day of our life. So many of our guests even commented on how wonderful their interactions were with Hannah & how incredible her entire team was. Hiring Hannah was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. We worked with Hannah for nearly 19 months and the love, care, expertise, and dedication she gave to us was unmatched. To begin with, Hannah was so instrumental to both finding and securing the vendors that would bring our vision to life. She has great knowledge of and connections with a variety of vendors in Charlottesville, and has seen many of these teams in action so it was great to have her as a trusted advisor throughout the selection process. I also found that with Hannah on our team all the vendors were much quicker to reply and get us what we needed. She was always one step ahead in helping us gain information or communicate changes, questions, etc. Additionally, Hannah was wonderful at remembering and weaving all of the details I requested together into a perfect and cohesive design that brought me to tears on wedding day. I also loved that Hannah could give direct and honest feedback about vendors or ideas that I had and really helped me make better decisions more aligned either our goals, design, or budget. I truly didn't think I could think more highly of Hannah, and then wedding week rolled around. We had our venue cancel one of our key details, and Hannah jumped in and had a solution before I even knew it was a problem. She was present and so attentive all weekend. On wedding day she was amazing directing her team (who were also wonderful!) and every other vendor to make sure everything went off without a hitch. It was clear she was so committed to making our day perfect and make sure we were having the best time (which included making sure we had food and drinks and space to soak it all in) and didn't have to worry about a thing. To wrap it all up, Hannah was the GLUE that held together our design, vision, timeline for the most beautiful and joyful day of our lives, we are so grateful to have gotten to work with her and couldn't recommend hiring Hannah more!

As a Type A person, I wasn’t sure if I needed a wedding planner, but I was so wrong. Hiring Hannah was the best wedding decision we made! Throughout our year+ of working together, Hannah somehow remembered every detail or idea I mentioned to her and made our vision better than we imagined. She made me feel like I was her only client (which was so far from the truth!). I was so fortunate to find a planner who I trusted completely. I did not go into micro-managing mode because I knew Hannah was taking care of everything. Most importantly, she is one of the kindest, most generous and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. I’ve since recommended her to three friends because I could not think of a better planner! If you’re on the fence, please take this as a sign to hire Hannah!

I was initially on the fence about needing a wedding planner (background in project management) but i am SO THANKFUL i decided to go with Hannah. Initially she saved me when i was struggling to get responses from vendors-- i probably would have gone insane without her help! She always made super helpful recommendations (including our band the Silver Bullets which were top notch). She regularly touched base for over a year to help create the vision and keep us on track/ answered questions. And Was always supportive of me on the emotional roller coaster that is wedding planning. Where she especially shines is on the wedding day itself- she was amazing to have there leading the team. Always in-the-know and coordinating everything behind the scenes (Despite being in a boot with a broken foot). She regularly checked in, brought us anything we needed, and ensured we were truly relaxed and enjoying ourselves. She even saved the day with both a broken dress strap and a lost heirloom earring back. Cannot thank her enough for bringing our vision to life and making it all possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cannot say enough good things about our wedding planner Hannah. She was so incredibly competent and knowledgeable - her recommendations and suggestions (always offered so very diplomatically and in a way that let you guide the choices) were invaluable. She had some wonderful design ideas that enhanced this wedding far above the ordinary. She had good ideas about how to save where possibly but knew the value of spending money on the things that were really going to make the day memorable. (She also had a lot of patience with this MOB who hadn’t attended a wedding in a bit and certainly never before planned one.) On the day of, she and her team were the calm in the midst of a happy storm. When there were problems (which inevitably occur in any large multi-faceted event) she dealt with them with expertise and calm. She was a true pleasure to deal with, and for those hesitating on any analysis of costs or where to put your wedding budget dollars, I can only say she is worth every penny of her reasonable fee. She is awesome.

Hannah was the biggest blessing to us throughout our entire wedding planning journey. I had no idea who to turn to for vendors in the Charlottesville area, but once I spoke to Hannah on the phone, she knew all the best contacts to book with that fit within our budget. She was able to see my vision for what I wanted our day to look like clearly, and supported every decision. Hannah was prepared for anything and adapted to changes that needed to be made when things didn't go according to plan. Hannah was the most helpful to my family when one of my family members got unexpectedly sick the night before our wedding. Let me start by saying Hannah was our first decision after my daughter, Emma, got engaged and she was our BEST decision! From day one, Hannah was calm, reassuring, and professional while also bringing us our dream team of vendors! She helped us navigate all of the details from the smallest to the biggest, keeping us not only organized but also helping us to make Emma and Mason's wedding personal, beautiful and fun! Hannah met with us consistently, making certain we didn't miss any critical timeline dates and helped us plan everything in advance. As a result, we were able to relax and enjoy the month of the wedding that included cumulative finals for Emma and Christmas! Our friends and family couldn't believe how calm we were! Hannah and her team were not only present on wedding day, they were everywhere we needed them to be before we even knew we needed them there! They were there from early in the am until every item and bridesmaid was packed in our car after midnight! She came prepared for every possible scenario and her calm sweet nature and incredible organization made it possible for us to just enjoy the day! One of my favorite photos of the day is Hannah sitting on the floor cleaning my daughter's dress after photos (it was a rainy day). She worked until Emma could walk down the aisle without anyone knowing she had been outside. From day one, Hannah listened to Emma and Mason's vision for their wedding and then worked tirelessly for a year to make sure their vision came true. Some call her a wedding planner but I think "Fairy Godmother" might be more appropriate! Thank you Hannah!

How could we possibly put into words how amazing Hannah is? From our first call with her we were immediately impressed. As the true born procrastinators we are, we booked our venue and hired Hannah at the very end of June for our planned wedding date in the beginning of December in the same year. Right away, we knew were in good hands. She made the effort to really get to know us and what we like. The process of wedding planning seemed pretty daunting to me, but she made it easy. Planning with Hannah was smooth, fun, and enjoyable. I also tend to be quite forgetful, but I didn’t even have to worry about this because Hannah was there to remember everything for me and never made me feel like I was a burden. She is everything you could possibly want your wedding planner to be - organized, attentive, trustworthy, professional, meticulous, very honest, warm, and kind. She is quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls. She also seems to know everyone in the Charlottesville wedding business and has great relationships with rental companies, wedding entertainment services, officiants, venues, and more. She made great recommendations for us. Wedding day was the best day of our lives and everything was just so perfect and smooth. Everything blew us away and we both agreed one of our favorite parts was just how absolutely gorgeous our reception was. Somehow from just telling her a few of our ideas and sending a few inspiration pictures, she was able to make our dreams really come true. It’s so obvious she has a great eye and incredible design ideas and she always strives for perfection. You also can really tell how much she loves weddings and seeing everything come to life herself, and that joy is contagious. Hannah was always there when we needed her - including when I got awful orange mud all over my dress at our first look - she was on her hands and knees using club soda to get it out before I walked out to the ceremony. She got us drinks and snacks after our newlywed photos and was ready with wipes to get red wine off of me and my dress after a spill on the dance floor. Those are just a few examples of countless things she and her wonderful team did on wedding day to help us. She was always there for me, my husband, my maid of honor, my new in laws, and everyone else all day. No ask was too big or too small, and our families are still raving about her days later. Thank you does not even begin to feel like adequate enough words to describe our true appreciation for everything Hannah has done for us. My husband and I both easily agreed that the best decision we made was Hannah. We both feel like we gained a new friend in this process and will really miss her!

I honestly do not know where to begin with how amazing of a wedding planner Hannah truly is. She not only made my dream wedding come true, but she exceeded expectations on everything. My family is not the most organized, and we tend to make decisions last minute. Additionally, due to my husband’s job, we chose a wedding date less than 10 months away. However, Hannah kept us extremely organized, worked with us to make a doable timeline, and kept track of all details, big or small. She made the wedding planning process completely stress-free and provided guidance every step of the way. Hannah knows everyone in Charlottesville and was super helpful with deciding vendors. Additionally, the vendors mentioned several times how excited they were to be a part of Hannah’s team. She also goes above and beyond in every way. The week of the wedding, even though it was also Thanksgiving week, Hannah was extremely responsive, was so encouraging, made us feel at ease, and assured us that everything was taken care of. On the wedding day, Hannah was absolute perfection! She is calm, organized, detailed, and attentive. From brining breakfast to the bridal suite, making sure everyone was on time, leaving drinks and snacks in the bridal/groom party bus, having hors d'oeuvre’s and signature cocktails ready as soon as we exited the bus, and so so much more. Throughout the entire night, Hannah was always one step ahead of our every need. When someone mistakenly spilled wine on their purse and jacket, Hannah was there the next second offering tide spot removal and helping to remove the stain. We had many people come up to us the next day asking for Hannah’s information because they said it was the most perfectly done wedding they had ever been too. Hannah is the best decision we made for our wedding. My entire family has said that Hannah felt like a part of the family throughout the entire process. I was really nervous for the wedding day, especially since I was living in Louisiana leading up to the wedding in Charlottesville, but Hannah always made me feel like everything was taken care of. I highly, highly recommend Hannah and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make the wedding day one of the best days of our life!

Wow where to begin! From beginning to end, Hannah was our rock. Her support, professionalism, recommendations, timeliness, and lovely spirit were exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond by managing our small army of venders, constructing a timeline that worked for everyone, taking great care of me and my husband, our families and all of our guests, and just being a fabulous person to work with. She's super responsive and was always honest with us. We had a lot of questions surrounding the transportation to and from the venue to various hotels around the area and she was extremely thorough in keeping us up to date on details, running around to all of the hotels with information for them, and coordinating with drivers day of. When the big day came, all we had to do was hit play and enjoy the day. All the marks were hit. She brought every detail together so thoughtfully and really understood what we (as a couple) were all about. Literally, we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Hiring Hannah was hands down the BEST decision we made in our entire wedding planning process.

I could not recommend Hannah highly enough. She is smart, organized, professional, sweet, creative, responsive and simply FUN to work with. How to put Hannah into a written review…There are not enough positive words to describe her and her business. She went above and beyond for us before we even booked her. She was my right hand throughout the past year and a half, our most valuable vendor booked and my fiancé says she probably saved our marriage before we were married lol!! Hannah was with us every step of the way during our wedding planning process and offered us monthly meetings. On the wedding day, Hannah was a god-send! Without fail, each time we interviewed a potential vendor, they praised our choice in hiring Hannah and expressed their excitement to work with her. Hannah also has beautiful design vision and taste. She made excellent recommendations for rentals, florals, and other decor that complimented our venue and fit in with our style. Perhaps most importantly, the wedding day flowed seamlessly. Hannah planned our detailed timeline in the months leading up to our wedding and answered every question we had about the order of events and timing. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time and kept everything in order. She was so calm, happy, and excited for us --- her demeanor calmed my nerves and allowed me to focus on the joy of the occasion. I know that she was working so hard behind the scenes so that we could enjoy ourselves and spend time with our guests. Hannah was a pleasure to work with for our daughter's weddding. Hannah is thorough, detailed and extremely responsive. She had the timeline for the wedding perfect and kept it flowing. She goes out of her way to be helpful. For instance she picked up the food for the bridal brunch and delivered it to our house on the property at Mount Ida. That was an amazing time saver. She has great contacts with vendors and really knows her business. I would highly reccommend her services.

Hannah made our planning process and wedding day absolutely perfect! As someone who found wedding planning daunting, she walked us through the process step by step and made it feel easy; helping with everything from finding our vendors, helping to create our vision, and securing the hundreds of final details. Day of, everything went smoother than we could have imagined. Hannah made sure the ceremony and reception locations were set up to a tee, kept everything moving on time, and made sure all team members knew where to be. I was especially impressed when I found out my dress had not been bustled properly by the seamstress, so instead of having it drag along the floor all night, Hannah was on her knees creating a new bustle out of safety pins that ended up looking gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator and were so grateful for Hannah!

From selecting the perfect vendors to her meticulousness with the little details, you can tell straightaway that Hannah truly has a gift for providing couples with the most amazing and magical wedding days. Hannah is a SUPERSTAR and an absolute joy to work with. She was an expert at walking us through each step of the planning process and threw the best wedding. In April 2020, we decided to postpone our wedding for a year due to Covid. Hannah re-scheduled our entire vendor team within a single day, TWICE (due to the venue’s scheduling error). Our wedding day was perfect because Hannah handled every bump in the road with grace and ensured we had the best day (which we did!) Multiple guests have subsequently told us that it was the best-run wedding they had ever been to. During the wedding planning process, Hannah is extremely organized, knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. She has answers for every question (we had a lot!) and was an absolute pro in the vendor selection process. She has relationships with nearly every vendor we suggested, and all were excited to work with Hannah again. She provided options for every aspect of our wedding and was able to help us stay within budget. Most importantly, she was honest about where we should splurge vs. save and even gave us creative recommendations items like decor and flowers. She also knew what we should add to keep our guests happy, having fun, and well fed! Despite the covid-created chaos of Spring 2020, Hannah seamlessly re-scheduled our wedding without losing a single vendor, performing a huge lift while keeping us (relatively!) stress-free. She was prepared for any personality concerns, and had solutions ready even before we asked. For example, we had a concern about a wedding guest attempting to make an unwelcome speech, and Hannah had already discussed a plan with the microphone operator. She was consistently mindful of our budget, and made cost-focused recommendations thoughtfully and tactfully. For example, when the father of the bride wanted to splurge on one specific table cloth selection, she smartly show-cased the fabric on a few tables in key locations to stay within the budget. Throughout the whole process, she was always available and consistently put us at ease. Hannah is an absolute pro during the wedding weekend. She is always present but never intrusive, and never gets flustered. On our wedding day, multiple parts of our wedding party ran late, but she was able to re-arrange the schedule on the fly so that we got every picture we wanted and no events were delayed. The wedding was perfectly staffed — guests told us they were shocked to never wait in line! She is also highly attentive to the bride and groom during the wedding reception. When we walked into cocktail hour she met us with a sample of all the apps and our favorite drinks! We sat down at our table for dinner and she appeared immediately with full plates of food! She even had the kitchen make us a specific appetizer that we loved during the tasting, but didn’t select because it didn’t fit with the menu. When the bride’s veil and hairstyle were falling out, she was ready with extra bobby pins. A wedding day involves enough moving pieces to be overwhelming, but Hannah kept us stress-free and able to really enjoy our special day. We will forever remember it as one of the best days of our lives, thanks to Hannah! We would enthusiastically recommend Hannah to any couple planning a wedding!

Hannah was absolutely wonderful! We met her in 2019 when we were planning our (pre-covid) wedding as part of the catering team, but then hired her on as our wedding planner after changing venues due to covid-forced replanning. Hannah was a constant throughout our planning process (after having terrible experiences with the other planners who came with venue #1) and one of the most reliable, knowledgeable people you could have on your side. She is proactive, kind and hard working. She thinks of every little detail and is organized throughout it all, keeping track of all of vendors, to-do list and helping contact people who were hard to track down. Although she is juggling many wedding planning tasks for others at once, she made us feel prioritized and special and I'm sure other couples she worked with simultaneously felt the same. We could not have planned everything without her!! She went above and beyond for us.

Our wedding weekend would not have been the same without Hannah. When I first reached out to Hannah, she immediately answered major logistical questions in our 10 minute conversation. I instantly knew I wanted her as part of our day. She worked with our difficult schedules to meet regularly in the months leading up to the wedding. Hannah is nothing short of amazing. We were so lucky to have her there, both in the months leading up to the wedding on the day of the event. In the early months of planning I wasn't convinced we needed a planner. As things started to come into focus, it became clear we didn't know how much we didn't know. Choosing Hannah was one of the best decisions we made. My first 'wow' moment was in our first phone conversation. Since we were getting ready in one location, having the ceremony in another, and the reception at yet another, there was a fair amount of transportation involved. Before we contacted Hannah, my then-fiancé Sarah and I had several conversations, amounting to hours of time, about how we were going to coordinate the busses. Within a few minutes of bringing it up with Hannah, she had a plan and said she would take on coordinating the busses day-of. Following conversations and interactions were just as helpful. She answered questions we didn't know we needed answering. She was proactive, organized, and diligent. She has an amazingly graceful way of offering suggestions about how to do things while also making sure your vision and direction takes priority. She is a calming presence at all times, even when we hit speed bumps along the way. When we had a hiccup with our ceremony location, we texted her just to let her know we had to do something a little differently. Even though it was late at night, she gave a quick call just to see what she could do on her end. Sarah and I can't recommend Hannah enough!

Choosing Hannah as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our entire wedding. She was always ten steps ahead and allowed me to relax knowing that she was there to make sure that nothing would slip through the cracks leading up to our day. Hannah was such a fun and active collaborator in designing the overall experience of the event, from furniture to food and all the tiny details in between. She helped me create an experience that felt authentic and true to me, which is so important at the end of the day. Hannah has such a calming and confident presence, and that’s exactly the kind of grounding energy you want throughout the process and on the big day. She was actively working in the background to facilitate conversations with all my vendors and involved me when needed. The wedding day was incredible because it honestly felt like putting on an event with friends at that point because I really trusted her that much. We heard from many guests how wonderful our planner was and how on top of things she was. I’ll never forget walking down the ceremony aisle only to be greeted by Hannah, waiting for us with cocktails and appetizers! My husband and I loved working with Hannah and could not recommend her more!!

Hannah is incredible. She is so helpful and when I could not find vendors in our budget she gave me suggestions and they all worked out amazing! She is respectful of your budget, loves what she does and really brought my vision together. She took a lot of my wedding stress away as she helped me with organization and contracts. She has a beautiful personality and you can see she really loves bringing such an important day together for her couples. She has made me feel so special from out 22 month contract to post wedding.
