This company was amazing for our big day! Planning with Hannibal's was very easy and they were easy to get a hold of at all times. On the day of the team was fantastic! We had an Alice in Wonderland themed wedding and they had made custom decorations for the buffet spread. Food was great and they were so helpful with cleaning up and moving chairs. They went above and beyond and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend these guys!

Hannibal’s is AMAZING. Working with them was the least stressful part about planning my wedding. Quick response time, very knowledgeable, and so so helpful. The servers were also great and were there to help out with everything. On top of the amazing service, the food was delicious! Several guests commented on how good the food was. I highly recommend and will use them for future events.

The food and the staff were absolutely amazing! The caterer worked with us to create the perfect menu, and they were so patient with us if we had any changes all the way up to the last minute. The staff at our wedding were so pleasant and professional. We could not be happier!

We had a tasting of some possible choices for our seated dinner and were sold from there not only on the food but also the presentation of it. There were a few hiccups during the process and a few problems we encountered the day of the wedding, but all in all, the food was great and the guests enjoyed it. I was unaware of any problems the day of the wedding since being a bride, there is nothing more stressful than hearing what is going wrong on your wedding day. I wish there would have been more communication with us rather than trying to cover up the problems that my wedding planner had to noticed and had to fix. The problems ended up getting worked out after the wedding.

From the first appointment to the wedding day I knew we made the right choice of having Hannibal's catering and events for my daughter's wedding reception.Phil and his entire team were so professional and friendly. For the wedding reception venue we had selected we were given 3 choices of caterers. During the tasting at Hannibal’s catering & events we loved their food and felt so much at ease working with their staffs, so we decided to take it as our caterer. And this was the best decision we have made. We had a beautiful wedding in May 2013 and a lot of it was thanks to Hannibal’s catering and events. Their food is creative and delicious. We had stations at our wedding and they were the most elegant stations I have ever seen, I was so happy with how everything turned out. So many of my guests tell me it was the best wedding food that they ever had. I used Hannibal's catering & events as my wedding caterer few years back and recently recommended it to my cousin when he was planning to have his wedding in Sacramento.We went in for the tasting and the food was absolutely delicious and I found they have even more menu choices to offer than before. Hannibal’s catering & events provided catering services for my wedding reception in Jan 2013. In the planning stages I was a bit worried because this is the first time I am using this caterer. But Megan was so friendly and willing to work with our wedding coordinator to make sure everything was just how we wanted it to be. All the staffs involved, worked with us to fit everything we wanted into our budget, and the whole team worked so hard to make our wedding dinner the best we could imagine. The entire staff were so great- from the moment we walked into the reception to the very end of the night, they made sure we had nothing to worry about! Between the beautiful decor and the delicious meal, their efforts got so many compliments throughout the night. The entire experience was outstanding, and I couldn't recommend a better catering service!

Hannibal's catering & events has great choices of wedding packages menu at reasonable price making it easy for us to create a menu for our wedding reception.All their staffs were so amazing to work with, responsive and flexible. Our tasting was a wonderful experience and a week before the wedding we did a walk-thru with our reception site to ensure all went smooth. The night of our wedding was so incredible and the service was outstanding. The whole settings from the center piece to everything, tables, chairs, linens were just perfect beauty added to the chocolate fountain which we included in our wedding menu. Our water glasses were always full, the bread was always replenished, the tables were cleaned off from glasses to plates, etc and they were so polite and courteous. Our guests commented many times on how amazing the food was and how great the staffs were. Whatever our guests needed, they got right away. We had 280+ people and everyone got their dinner within 20 minutes of dinner starting (this included their salads plated to them and the guest going through a buffet line). This was so great as none of our guests had to wait a long time for salad or dinner. Working with Hannibal’s catering & events for our wedding catering was one of the best decisions we made. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We had the Italian Pasta dinner buffet for our wedding reception. Our dinner was the pasta stations with a chef at each, mixed veggies, salad, and bread. I heard so many compliments on the pasta station. Everyone loved getting to chose what went in their pasta and said it was amazing. I also loved it. The servers were very attentive and friendly. I worked with Phil via email and meeting with him. His staffs were so helpful with helping me decide and helping stay in my budget. I expected them to get annoyed with all my emails and questions and changes, but they were so patient and helped me through it all. Hannibal’s catering & events was beyond amazing! From the moment I stepped in the door to pick out my menu, to my actual wedding day...everything went on smoothly & honestly I did not for one second had to double check on or worry about the work Hannibal’s catering & events was doing. I knew from day one that I could totally trust this caterer. To my expectations they indeed did everything in their power to make my wedding day so special and memorable that any bride will wish to have. I can't say enough about Phil and his team at Hannibal's catering & events. From the planning to the implementation, everything was exactly as I had imagined it. We took the Simply Elegant Hors D'oeuvres package. The food was fantastic,the stuffed chicken, satay etc all so delicious that we got compliments about it all night. And it was reasonably priced too. Hannibal’s catering & events also took care of decorating for my reception and it looked classy and elegant. They are called the wedding specialists for a reason! I never had to worry about a thing, everything was set up when I got there and cleaned up after I left. The service was impeccable and the little touches put them ahead of any other caterer I have ever worked with. Since the wedding I have had many of my friends ask me who catered the wedding and wanted to use them at their upcoming events as well. I can't say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and overall positive attitude and atmosphere. I would not hesitate to use Hannibal’s catering & events again in the future!

This is a top notch company. They make you feel like part of the family. Their service is outstanding. The attention to detail and amount of support that Phil and all his staff give is well beyond any other catering company. Many different menus are available, and they are very flexible on doing substitutions and additions to whatever menu you select. They even helped us to create a menu that served both our american and asian guests. Our wedding reception food - delicious and beautifully presented ....salad, tequila lime chicken, satay etc. Though we have over 200 guests, everything went smoothly, no long line and the food was served hot. The food from Hannibal’s catering & Events was so delicious - everyone really enjoyed the food. Between the time of our initial tasting and the wedding I changed my mind a lot about what I wanted and spent a lot of time finding out how much something would cost, and Hannibal’s staff was wonderful, always answering my questions and being very responsive. The setup at the wedding was beautiful - my mom really appreciated that our buffet was served so elegantly with beautiful centrepiece and matching table decor. Also, the seated salad first course was a hit with the guests. On the wedding day, everything was so organized and everyone happy. All their staff were so attentive to every details during the reception - it was nice that I could just enjoy myself and not worry about anything. We received at least 5 quotes from caterers that were just out of our budget while preparing for our wedding. We finally got a quote from Hannibal’s that fit the bill and their menu to our liking and taste.They were able to accommodate our needs along the way and everything turned out perfectly. The food on the wedding day was amazing (the Citrus-Rosemary Chicken Breast Roasted was so tender and delicious) and all the staff was the most professional. The sweet event co-ordinator kept everything moving along on track and thought of special little details to take care of our wedding party, like bringing over houre d'oevres during our photo session following the ceremony. I feel like I had a royal wedding with Hannibals Catering at their Garden Pavilion. Every step of the way from our planning, to the execution of the day was so unbelievably flawless. I sat eating our dinner that night and I thought about how I would never be able to thank them enough for such a fabulous evening.
