I ordered a personalized banner from Hanson Ellis. The customer service was very helpful on the phone when ordering. When the accidentally sent me the wrong print, they quickly fixed the problem and timely replaced the item with what I had ordered. We used the banner as part of our "red carpet" at our wedding, and it was a huge hit!

We ordered the personalized magic beans for our favors. They came quickly and are really cute! They also came with little instructions for how to grow them, which we included in the favor bags. My only criticism would be that we had to glue or tape each bean to its instruction paper, and the site should offer an option to have that done for you ahead of time. They even included a few extra, which is great since as we were practicing with the glue we destroyed a few! The beans have your names or message burned into them and the contrast against the white bean is very striking. This was the cheapest I found this kind of favor anywhere.

We ordered the starfish message in a bottle wedding invitations. They were awesome. We needed to rush order them because we didn't realize that due to the customization of our order it would take 7-14 shipping days plus ground shipping time to arrive. The customer service team was very helpful and was able to get our order out sooner than expected. We added wrapped the bottle in tissue paper that matched our wedding colors to further personalize and we got so many compliments. The order also came with extra starfish in case an broke in transit which was very helpful.

We ordered the starfish invitation in a bottle for our wedding favours. We had them engraved with our names and wedding date, and the message inside was a thank you note to our guests. Then the bottle had sand and seashells in it and the message was popped inside and closed with a cork. A small starfish was tied around the top. And placed into a box. Hanson Ellis were easy to work with, provided a sample to us (small fee) and proofs of the message before printing. The favours were shipped to us in Canada and no damage during shipping plus they gave us a few extra starfish just in case. Everyone loved them!

I ordered my invitations through this website and I was extremely pleased with the quality and customer servces I received. Since my wedding was on a mexican beach, I thought the whole invitation in a bottle would go perfect with the theme so I ordered the Starfish Wedding Invitation In A Bottle...you get the opportunity to customized it by engraving the names of the bride and groom and the wedding date or you can also upload a logo that they might or not be able to engraved on the bottle. Since none of the fonts they had were what I was looking for I did my own and asked them if they could engrave that instead...I saved it in the format they needed and voila! it worked and it looked perfect! I must say that the only thing I purchase from them were the bottles. I made my own invitations and rolled them up and put them inside the bottles. I also purchase the boxes online through a website that sells shipping boxes for a 1/3 of the price. Nevertheless the customer service I got was great. I had to ship half of the bottle to mexico and they were great at taking care of that. Everything came on time and none of the bottles broke. I even got some extra starfish.

We had a beach themed wedding. I ordered their message in a bottle invitations. When I say beautiful, OMG! All of our guest LOVED their invitations. All businesses should take customer services lessons from them. They were EXCELLENT.

My favors really went with my wedding family dinner vendor rather than my actually wedding in which we really didn't have a theme for. I had our wedding family dinner at a hibachi restuarant so I bought for our favors - personalized chopsticks, red takeout boxes w/fortune cookies in them. The favors looked perfect on the table when we walked in. I loved my personalized chopsticks!
