Since none of the fonts they had were what I was looking for I did my own and asked them if they could engrave that instead...I saved it in the format they needed and voila! it worked and it looked perfect! I must say that the only thing I purchase from them were the bottles. I made my own invitations and rolled them up and put them inside the bottles. I also purchase the boxes online through a website that sells shipping boxes for a 1/3 of the price. Nevertheless the customer service I got was great. I had to ship half of the bottle to mexico and they were great at taking care of that. Everything came on time and none of the bottles broke. I even got some extra starfish.
