My overall experience with Hapilee Everafter was not that great. At the beginning there was great communication. The day of the wedding, her assistant Brittney showed up dress like she was going to Walmart. I was expecting Ashleigh to show up, not Brittney. Her assistant kept asking what do I do? As a wedding coordinator, I feel they should have a checklist to help the bride, since they have been doing many weddings. The thing that bothered me the most was that the mariachis didn't show up and I wasn't aware that Ashleigh was not able to contact them. Ashleigh had all my contracts. If she would have told me, that the mariachis hadn't responded I would have found someone else. This review is not meant to talk bad about her company, but how she can improve.

Ash and her assistant Brittany are some of the most amazing people I have ever had the opportunity of meeting. They made my husband and my wedding the absolute best it could be. If you are looking for a coordinator service and just don't know who pick I recommend contacting HappiLee Ever After.

Ashleigh coordinated with ALL of my vendors, called them weeks before the wedding to confirm arrival times and last minute, she came to our rescue to conduct rehearsal at my venue the day before! On my wedding day, there ended up not being enough food for our vendors and she took it upon herself to order everybody pizza to make sure they ate! She handled every hiccup with grace and made sure to check on me and my husband throughout the entire night. After the wedding, she coordinated with event staff and assigned family members to get gifts, decorations, leftovers, literally everything out of the venue to ensure we left It clean according to our contract. These are just a FEW of the MANY things she did to make our night such a successful and memorable one. With all my heart, I cannot thank her enough! Ashleigh was our day of coordinator for our wedding on September 16, 2023. It started off great. we found her post about a day or coordinator for $500 which was a really great deal for us at the time. As weddings are expensive and we were DIYing our wedding. As we got closer to our date she did not attempt to contact us. We had to email her to set up a meeting to discuss our timeline which was not finished. She then mentioned that we would have 1 more meeting before our wedding to discuss the final details and how the day would go. That never happened. No contact till the day of she showed up after we got early access the day before our wedding to set up. So she did not have much to do the day of. She was rude to my mother who was working hard to get our food that she cooked set up at the venue did not offer to help. She was seen standing around and sitting down during our wedding. She told us she would MC and didn't do any of it but to announce us when we reentered for our reception. Our timeline was pretty much non-existent because she did not follow or keep anything organized. We did not get to do speeches because of this. The clean-up was horrible she threw everything in the back of our truck even tho we instructed we had saved the boxes to return everything and had borrowed things we needed to return to the owners in good condition. I have decor missing. I have wedding gifts missing. Specifically my husband Mr. glass champagne flute from my MOH. My wedding day did not go at all the way we had planned it with Ashleigh. We also had paid her in FULL before the wedding.

Ashleigh was so calm during the entire process! She kept me calm and on track the entire day. She was great with our vendors, they all had great things to say about her. I highly recommend her!

They did an amazing job! Honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them. They were able to bump up the timeline and rework it to fit all of our needs. They held all vendors accountable to their contracts as well.

When we hired her, she made the effort to get to know us and what WE were wanting for our big day & she did everything in her power to make the big day go seamlessly! Ashleigh was amazing. I did the 12 hour package and she stayed the entire time. I had no idea of any issues with vendors because she handled it so well. When it was dinner time she made sure we had plates. When a guest showed up late she got them a plate. My family loved her as well. If i was redoing my wedding I would definitely make sure to have her .

Ashleigh was absolutely amazing!! We hired her as a day of coordinator and she hit the ground running. Any questions I had she knew the answers, she legit is the reason why no panic happened! Our wedding went smooth, we didnt have to worry about anything the whole day! Hire her, stop thinking and do it! Thank you so much Ashleigh, you are a God send.

Cheyanne was truly INCREDIBLE. She went so far above and beyond what we expected and everything went off without a hitch thanks to her. I let her know that my biggest concern was making sure the reception was set up and ready as soon as the ceremony was over and it was literally perfect and ran right on time. She was so calm and reassuring (which was very much needed), had all the vendors in the right place at right time, made sure all our food and wine was restocked as needed. We are SO glad we decided to work with y’all. Thanks a million to Ashleigh and to Cheyanne!!!

Y'all should hire her!!! We hired her about 6 weeks before our wedding and she made the whole process so easy. We had a couple zoom meetings to go over our vendors, to create a timeline, and to make sure we were all on the same page. We also met up at the venue to do a walk through. Ashleigh basically took over coordinating with the vendors the last couple weeks before our wedding and everything went seamlessly. We had a short and simple day of rehearsal, and she was there to do anything we asked and she helped us with pretty much everything we needed the day of. She's organized and was very prepared and very responsive to our messages. We loved working with Ashleigh, she's worth every penny! We very much recommend.
