We had our wedding at Canopy Creek Farm in Miamisburg, OH which included a day of coordinator from Happily Ever Events. We worked with Rachael Sense who was AMAZING! She helped us plan our timeline for the wedding day, coordinated all of our vendors, helped with all of the day of details, and made sure everything worked flawlessly! I highly recommend this company for a stress-free wedding day!
My wife insisted on hiring an event planner for our 5-Year Anniversary Celebration. Being the naive cheapskate I am, I thought we could plan everything ourselves and was hesitant to book Rachael. As is *usually* the case, my wife was right and we were both SO HAPPY we hired her!
Rachael was extremely flexible with days/times to meet with us. Neither my wife or I really had a specific vision for how our day would look, but Rachael helped guide us every step of the way. She helped us stay organized and plan everything to a T. She has a preferred list of vendors that made it really easy to know who to contact for various services. She was on top of every appointment/check-point/payment due date.
On the day of, she was extremely hands-on. We were able to enjoy our party without having to worry about any details big or small, because Rachael anticipated our every need. At one point my hair started to fall, and before I could even ask her for a bobby pin she was there on the spot to fix it. Additionally, my wife's dress had a mishap with the hem. Rachael was instantly there with a sewing kit to save the day. We cannot recommend her enough; she was an absolute joy to work with! 10/10!
Rachael was absolutely amazing to work with and such an essential part of my wedding day! Anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding planner. I planned my wedding from out of state and was really stressed, but Rachael eased my nerves throughout the whole process. She is an AMAZING communicator, which was one of the most important qualities in a wedding vendor in my opinion. She is quick to respond and answers all your questions, which you don’t always get with wedding vendors because they’re extremely busy but Rachael will always respond in a timely manner. She is just extremely thoughtful and is professional, calm, and collected on what can be an extremely chaotic day. She is really intentional when getting to know you and finding out what’s important to you, helps you remember small details, and really goes above and beyond to make sure the day runs seamlessly. She was an absolutely pleasure to work with and we’re so grateful she was part of our wedding day! Thank you Rachael- we adore you!

Without a doubt, the best wedding decision I made was hiring Rachael as my planner. She truly has a gift for this work that is only outpaced by her passion for the work too. I could go on & on about her, but will boil it down to the Top 3 things that made her my best wedding decision:
1. She will always advocate for YOU. In the course of working with her, she always made sure that we didn’t compromise on our vision. If we ever got pushback from a vendor or if plans started to dilute our key ideas, without hesitation & without us even having to ask, Rachael always stepped in & fought for us. She always put our needs & our ideas first, making sure that all of our vendors were clear on our priorities too.
2. She listens SO closely to your needs, ideas, vision, & questions & can immediately read between the lines & tease out the pieces that are the MOST important to you, without you even having to emphasize those things. She intuitively can pick up on those things & then will commit it to memory, ensure those things are always top-of-mind, & focus special attention on making those pieces perfect.
3. She is the kindest, most generous & empathetic person I’ve worked with throughout this process. She’s collaborative & always willing to talk through something if I wasn’t sure about exactly what I wanted. She proactively finds solutions if ever a problem comes up. And probably most importantly (for me), she is a beautiful, calming presence on wedding day. Seeing her walk through the door while I was getting ready was a sigh of a relief because I knew from that moment forward, everything would be handled & under control.
You will never regret hiring Rachael for your wedding. She is the best, will exceed your expectations & I know, without a doubt, that my wedding day would not have been the outstanding day that it was without her.

Using Happily Ever Events was the best part of my wedding planning process. My pre-wedding meetings with Rachael made it easy to get all my ideas out on paper and make things easier to finalize. And I can’t express enough how amazing Rachael was as the day-of coordinator. Every single thing I could ever ask for or need, she was at my side ready to help. She ran around getting things set up, tore down, and looking perfect for the wedding. I had no stressors on my big day thanks to Rachael and Happily Ever Events. I would recommend this team to anyone planning a wedding!
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Booking Rachael was easily one of our best decisions throughout the entire wedding planning process! Rachael was so on top of every little detail for our wedding that it felt like we were her only clients the entire time. We booked Rachael for her day-of coordination, but she was there for me months in advance. She answered every single question I had within less than 24 hours, she was professional, she was punctual, and she was quick on her feet to solve any and all problems that popped up the day of the wedding. I have recommended her to every single one of my friends getting married in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, and even to my out-of-state friends as well because she is SO WORTH IT! And to add to it, her prices were so reasonable! We got quotes from other planners that were twice the cost, and I can't imagine them possibly doing more than what Rachael did for us. Five stars, 10/10, you should absolutely book Rachael as your wedding planner! We cannot say thank you enough!
By far the best thing we ever did in our wedding planning process was to hire Rachael! She was thorough, easy to communicate with, and brought our vision to reality. Whether it was a morning text or an evening phone call, she was so accessible every part of the way. We wouldn't have been able to have such an amazing wedding without her. She made the process so smooth and easy.
Hire Rachael!! I cannot imagine our wedding planning process and wedding day without Rachael and her team. I hired Rachael for full service planning- best decision for an out of town bride. She helped me create my vision for the wedding, provided me amazing vendors to chose from, communicated directly to them (and has great relationships with them all), attended all vendor meetings, helped with seating charts, helped me with big decisions, worked with my mom and mother in law for wedding and rehearsal (and rehearsal dinner) prep, kept me organized and on track with payments and such, and SO MUCH MORE. Rachael was always be available and flexible! Something I appreciated so much (but hope she has work life balance:) ). Especially as we got closer to the wedding she'd check in daily asking if there was anything she could do to help me or reduce any stress. SO KIND!!! The day of the wedding myself and my mom were never stressed as Rachael was handling it ALL. We relaxed and had fun getting ready with the bridal party while Rachael transformed the venue for our beautiful ceremony. I was so excited to marry my now husband(!) but nervous about being the center of attention on the day of my wedding and having a large guest count. But let me tell you, I had the BEST day!! We had so much fun with all of our guests got so many compliments about the flow of the day which was all Rachael. She was the best investment for our wedding and it would not have been possible without her. I can't impress my gratitude enough for Rachael and EVERYTHING she did . I'm going to miss communicating with Rachael so frequently. Please, do yourself the biggest favor and have Rachael be part of your big day!
Where to begin… We started planning our July 2023 wedding in April 2022. Rachael was assigned to us as our day-of coordinator through our venue. When we say that everything happens for a reason and God has a plan, we mean it. Rachael was the blessing we didn’t know we needed.
After briefly meeting with her for the first time, we knew that we needed her to be our full time coordinator. She was kind, knowledgeable and made us feel like she would have our back.
Naturally, our interactions were spread out early on, but increased in frequency as we got closer to our wedding date. Through the entire process, Rachael held our hands and helped us to make every decision. She had a breadth of knowledge around Dayton area vendors and wedding norms that made us feel like we had an edge over every other couple planning a wedding. If she didn’t know the answer to one of our questions or requests, she was willing to spend hours researching for us, even if that meant significant back and forth with vendors.
As wedding day approached, we felt prepared and didn’t feel stressed AT ALL around ANYTHING vendor related. We knew she had EVERYTHING covered. We can honestly say that we did NOTHING on our wedding day except enjoy the day and watch our vision come to reality.
Rachael was worth every penny - the best money we spent by far. On top of that, we gained a friend. We are beyond thankful to Rachael for the countless hours she spent on our wedding. She made our dreams come true.
Rachael and her team at Happily Ever Events were the best!!! Right after our meeting we felt so much better instantly about planning. The wedding planning process really became some thing really enjoyable. Rachael helped us fine vendors that we had been struggling with finding and helped us truly create a wedding that represented my fiancé and I so perfectly perfectly Cincinnati. She helped so much with communication and planning leading up to the wedding. The day off felt completely perfect and we were both amazed that nothing went wrong and we had so much fun! Rachael is AMAZING! I am typically the type of person that need to be in control of everything, but she knew exactly how I wanted my wedding to look. She took the stress off of us and checked in on us every step of the way. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. We honestly could not have done our wedding without her. Rachel said she had never seen a tea ceremony before but you couldn't even tell bc she helped us make it more beautiful than we could have even imagined! Our families are still in awe! Where to even begin with how incredible Rachael was?! We found Rachael because she was the day of coordinator for our friends wedding and we quickly realized she would be fantastic for our wedding. We used Rachael's partial wedding packaging and she was INCREDIBLE from start to finish! I cannot recommend her enough. She was organized, kept us calm the ENTIRE process (which is hard to do), gave us fantastic recommendations on vendors and truly made our wedding dreams come true. The support during the planning process was 5+ stars and then once we got to the wedding day she went above and beyond and truly brought our vision to life!! She took a moment before the ceremony to show us all the work she did to pull it together and we were truly BLOWN AWAY! From the decor, to the pulling together all the vendors timelines and needs, to the support during the entire day (she somehow kept this very anxious bride calm cool and collected all day). Don't think twice about using Happily Ever Events, you will not be disappointed, she really is the best of the best!
I was very against hiring a planner - somehow thought I could "do it on my own". My sister convinced me to at least hire a day of planner. Holy Smokes was I glad that I did and very much wish I had chosen to work with Rachael in a larger capacity. She is a freaking delight. Where do I begin… Rachael is seriously THE BEST! My husband and I had Rachael for our day of coordinator and she did SO much more than that. Our wedding was absolutely incredible from rehearsal dinner to wedding day all thanks to her and her amazing team. We cannot thank her enough for making the best day of our lives PERFECT. Rachael is the absolute best at what she does!! We hired her for day of coordination and she went far beyond that! Without a doubt, Rachael is the best vendor that we booked for our wedding. From the very moment we booked with her a year prior to our wedding, she was so responsive… almost within minutes. She was constantly reassuring and never once made me feel like I was a burden or asked too many questions. She makes the impossible possible. Her and Brooke executed our wedding day so perfectly. We hired Rachael as our day-of-coordinator at the beginning of 2020, not knowing what the next two years would have in store for us! We initially had an April 2021 wedding date which we had to postpone to March of 2022. Throughout the entire process Rachael was so flexible, professional, kind and willing to work with us. Hiring Rachael as our coordinator really gave us the peace of mind we wanted to have on our wedding day. We were able to show up on the day of the wedding and truly be present with our friends and family while we got ready in the bride and groom suites, knowing that Rachael and her assistant Carly were there ensuring that everything was being set up and organized perfectly. Having them there was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. From helping us with our day of timeline, coordinating our rehearsal the night before, handling all vendor tips on the day of and so much more. Rachael was so easy to work with and I can honestly say I was fully relaxed on my wedding day and I know it was because I knew she was there. I would 100% recommend booking this team for your big day!
If I could give Rachael and Happily Ever Events 10 more stars I would!!!! We hired Rachael back in 2019 to help with bringing our wedding vision to life. However, partially into planning COVID came and threw a wrench in our plans, making us postpone our big wedding reception that we had been planning. My husband and I still got married last year but decided to wait to use Rachael until we had our big reception this year.
Our ceremony last year was beautiful, but the whole weekend I was stressed out, worried about setting up, decorating, making sure we were running on time, etc. I was trying to do everything AND get married.
But this year was completely different and I credit that a1000% to Rachael. Several of my family members said “you seem so relaxed compared to last year” and I was. My husband and I were able to sit back and actually enjoy our vow renewal and reception. There was some sort of crisis with the caterer and my husband brought it up to Rachael and Rachael took care of it right away. That sounds like a very vague example--but it’s because my husband and I truly do not know the details because Rachael fixed it and we didn’t have to give it a second thought--it was just taken care of. Just not having to worry about every single detail really matters on a day that can already be stressful.
I honestly could go on and on about Rachael and the true difference she makes in the wedding planning process and the day of your wedding. Coming from someone who has planned two weddings one without a wedding planner and one with--you will not be disappointed when you use her. She was by far THE best wedding vendor we had and we had some pretty amazing people that we worked with. Best money my husband and I spent on the wedding.
We hired Rachael as our day-of coordinator back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding date. We had to postpone twice because of covid, so our overall wedding planning experience was stressful, disappointing, and overwhelming. Rachael was the opposite of those things. She was flexible about us moving our date multiple times, was incredibly responsive (like, I don’t think I ever waited more than an hour to hear back), and was so sweet and professional.
When we finally got around to having our reception in December of 2021, Rachael helped with some difficult family members, bustled (and sewed when it got stepped on) my dress, and kept everything running smoothly. The event rental company we used delivered the wrong chairs, and Rachael somehow had it handled and fixed in a matter of five minutes. She set up all our decorations and packed everything up at the end of the night quickly and efficiently. Her assistant, Carly, was also great and brings some of her own expertise.
I would recommend Happily Ever Events a million times over!
So many people told me I didn’t need to “waste money on a wedding coordinator,” but I knew I wanted (and needed) one to make our day perfect. Rachael is AMAZING. Her services are worth every penny. She is so giving of her time and talents and is always at the ready to give you whatever assistance you need to make it down the aisle. I cannot imagine getting married without Rachael’s guidance. Happily Ever Events made our wedding day amazing and so much less stressful. I started working with Rachael about 2 months before the wedding. Our first zoom call was so helpful, and Rachael is so sweet and easy to get along with! She really helped keep me in check with what I had left. We also met at the reception venue once to go over the layout. The day of the wedding Rachael and her assistant Carly made the day go flawlessly. Rachael did so much behind the scenes action that allowed me to truly enjoy the day as just the bride. The cleanup of the venue was so helpful, I don’t know how we could’ve not had her for that! Brides, a day of coordinator is absolutely necessary to take the stress of everything off of you. And I HIGHLY recommend Happily Ever Events to get the job done!
Hiring Rachael with Happily Ever Events as our day-of coordinator felt like such a weight off our shoulders! From the first time I met her, I felt comfortable leaving our special day in her hands! We spoke several times leading up to the wedding to discuss our plans, timeline, and expectations! Rachael was very hands-on leading up to the wedding too. She visited the venue with me about a month in advance to run through everything ahead of time and she also ran the rehearsal a few days before the wedding. We were so busy the day-of the wedding between getting ready and being pulled for photographs, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Rachael there! Before the wedding started, she finished all the decorating, met with the vendors as they arrived to drop things off at the venue, and made sure everything was ready to go. During our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception she made sure everything went seamlessly. She was very professional and worked well with all of the different vendors we had there - like the DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Venue Staff, and Bartender. She was so helpful in every way possible. You will not regret hiring Rachael for your Day-Of Coordinator, or any of the other awesome packages she offers! I will highly recommend her to all my friends in the future!
Rachael has definitely been a great help on our big day! Not only has she been emotionally supporting both of us throughout the day, but Rachael and her assistant also worked tirelessly behind the scene, so we (groom + bride) actually had a couple of times to breathe and talk with guests (and our wedding was a Friday dinner wedding!). Whenever I had a question (both in the process of preparation and the day of the wedding), Rachael gave the answer right away, knew what to do, and was always ready for the next step. I highly recommend her and her work!

From our initial meeting to the day of the wedding, she was incredible to work with and was extremely professional. Rachael completely understood my vision and made my dream day come to life and was available to mitigate issues as they arose (including our venue coordinator not showing up on the day of the wedding). She also was extremely helpful in creating our day of timeline. Our wedding day would not have come together so beautifully if it wasn't for Rachael and her attention to detail. We hired Happily Ever Events to execute our wedding day setup and schedule... and boy did they! I truly could not have had the stress free day if it wasn't for them! Alex and Brooke were rock stars from start to finish. Everything was set up according to plan, schedule went smoothly, and vendor tips were handed out. Alex checked in with me through out the event to see if we needed anything, checked into see how to handle and small adjustments, etc. At the end of the night all of our belongings were packed up while were were able to head off to the bar :). Rachael helped prior to the wedding answering any questions I had or if I needed a sounding board on how to handle something. Having the Happily Ever Team was probably the best decision we made. Such a sweet team of ladies to work with and I would 100% recommend to anyone to hire!!
My husband & I are so glad we decided to hire Rachael to do Month of Coordination for our wedding! From day one she was so helpful and insightful. She made sure to tie all the loose ends and that everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. She was always available to answer any question or concern I had. On our wedding day our florist (Flowers By Des) decided to cancel. Rachael, jumped right into action and made sure I had flowers. Did I mention she did all of this while she was in her final weeks of pregnancy? Rachael is someone you can trust with your whole life. She will get the job done. We are so blessed to have had Rachael as our wedding planner. She is just simply amazing!
Rachael and her staff were top notch for my daughters wedding. They went above and beyond in making sure everything pulled off without a hitch. Rachaels’s professional yet friendly demeanor made for a very peaceful wedding day. She even did the alter arrangements, table decorations and sweetheart table decorations - and they all turned out perfectly. I highly recommend Rachael!
Rachael was a dream to work with - so organized and on top of everything. Everyone on my wedding day was saying how surprised they were that I was so chill - and that's all because I knew I was in great hands with Rachael. Her decorating of the venue was better than I even imaged it could get. The added bonus was that she dealt with my husband's raucous groomsmen :) Not only did Rachael do an outstanding job as my coordinator, but she's also an amazing person - if I lived in Dayton, I would want to hang out and be friends :)
Happily Ever Events did an excellent job working with my son and, now daughter-in-law, planning their wedding. Rachael was easy to work with, extremely professional and organized. Not only did she respond quickly to every email and question immediately, she was able to take the vision the bride and groom had for their wedding day and turn that into a reality. Her knowledge of vendors including florists, caterers, bands, etc. is extensive, and she always recommended the perfect vendor for whatever was needed. She is patient, calming, and on top of every single detail to make your big day perfect. And, having Rachael as the wedding planner made the planning so fun and less stressful for the bride and groom and parents. One of the biggest benefits was that Rachael had everything so well-organized and planned; we all had a timeline so the parents, bride and groom, and bridal party had the luxury of not being stressed on the wedding day because we were all so confident that Rachael was in charge and had every detail covered. We knew that we did not have to worry about a thing and could simply relax and enjoy every single minute of the beautiful day and gorgeous wedding. There is no doubt in my mind that I would highly recommend Rachael for your big day. She really is the BEST!
Rachael was amazing!!! She went above and beyond as our Day of Coordinator. Always responded back to all my emails so quickly, no matter how small the question. Wedding planning is stressful, but I had zero stress on our wedding day all thanks to Rachael and her assistant. Rachael made sure she knew exactly what my vision was ahead of time, coordinated with all the vendors, and ensured everything went smoothly. If we needed anything during the day, she took care of it or found the answer. My Groom, everyone in my bridal party, and my mom all commented on how great she was!
We started working with Rachael about 18 months before our wedding using her full service planning package. I was living out of state at the time, but Rachael was so wonderful at communicating with us it didn't matter that we had not yet met in person! From the beginning, she was fabulous at sharing her insight to vendors that would meet our needs as well as helping bring our vision to life. I showed Rachael a few pictures of what we wanted our tables to look like and she knew just who to call to get it done. Rachael was extremely friendly, responsive, and on top of her game, we were blown away! I cannot count the number of times that I changed my mind about something and all I had to do was send Rachael a quick email or text and she gladly helped facilitate the change. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, people kept asking if I was nervous, but I wasn't because I knew that we could count on Rachael and that everything would go as planned (and it did!!). I had several friends at the wedding compliment the flow of the ceremony and reception and how much fun they had, and we owe it all to Rachael. My husband and I continue saying to each other that Rachael was the absolute best decision about the planning process and we are so grateful that we had her from the beginning. We established such a great connection with Rachael and would recommend her to anyone that wants to plan a wedding without hesitation. We are honestly going to miss her!! She was the absolute BEST!
You can’t go wrong hiring Happily Ever Events!! Rachael is organized, friendly, has great ideas, extremely prompt in returning emails and texts and is just great to work with! She is creative and had a great eye for decorating the venue with my decorations. She really helped take the stress off my shoulders so I could just enjoy the day!
Having Rachael as our coordinator was the best money we spent for our wedding. The software she gives her brides helped keep me organized with a timeline of when to have what tasks done by. She was very responsive and easy to talk to. On our wedding day, our linen renter had forgotten the majority of our sashes and napkins, she ran out to go get them. She kept everyone in the party organized and helped the day flow so well. I can't recommend her enough.
I cannot recommend Rachael enough, and, honestly, I don't know what we would have done without her. We hired her for "month of" coordination, and having her step in when things were at their most stressful was easily one of the best decisions that we made. From the start, Rachael was very communicative and so easy and friendly to work with. She coordinated all of our vendors and created a master day-of timeline, taking into account the needs of and input from everyone. She was also very flexible, and handled all of the last minute changes with ease and professionalism. The day of, she managed all the set-up, including setting up all of our decorations, and made sure our venue looked absolutely beautiful and exactly as we envisioned. She ensured that every detail of our day was perfect, and made sure everything went smoothly, including keeping everyone on schedule and exactly where they needed to be at all times. She also handled all the tear down at the end of the night, and made sure that everything was packed up for us to pick up the next day. Rachael made sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing, and we are so grateful that we hired her - she really took so much stress out of the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator!
Rachael was so great. I only needed "day-of" help to just take a little weight off my shoulders while I am busy getting ready and taking photos. She was available for questions all throughout the process, like who and what do I tip? What is a good reception timeline of events? She even kept the ring bearers distracted for a moment during the ceremony. Rachael knew what she was doing and what she was talking about. Would recommend her over and over to anyone that needs the weight lifted off their own shoulders on their wedding day or the months leading up to it.

Rachael was a DREAM to work with and made our wedding day so stress free and perfect. I hired the Happily Ever Events team on a recommendation from a family member, and it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day aside from marrying the love of my life! We had booked a "do it yourself" style venue, where we were responsible for bringing the bar, all decor, and could literally set our wedding up any way we wanted. With that came a lot of day-of setup and coordination, which is where Rachael and her team stepped in. Our setup was STUNNING and Rachael did absolutely everything I asked and even when I felt some things I asked were extra or not necessary, she made sure she did them anyway and never once made me feel like what I wanted to do was impossible. We hired her for day-of but her communication leading up to the event was phenomenal. When issues arose like when guests who declined ended up showing, Happily Ever Events solved the seating problems flawlessly and I literally didn't even know there ever was an issue. I just can't thank them enough and am so excited to recommend them to someone else... so if you are reading this, book them now!! You will not regret it!!
Rachael was my day-of wedding coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL!! She talked with all of my vendors, created a day-of timeline, set-up, tore down, and literally made sure every single detail of our day went perfect and was perfectly set up. Easily one of the best decisions I made throughout the whole wedding process was hiring Rachael as my day of coordinator. From the minute we met Rachael was so warm and easy to talk to. From the regular planning process, to planning and re-planning through a pandemic, Rachael was so organized. I could say something one time, and she would remember it. Rachael was always easy to get ahold of and responded so quickly. The day of the wedding things went so smoothly thanks to her and her assistant. She made my wedding day dreams come true! I personally am not much of a planner. Rachael did an amazing job making my vision really life. The day of the wedding everything was very stress free because of her. She made sure I had everything that I needed and things were being set up perfectly. We were running behind on time (my fault) and she still managed to make everything flawless. Our florist was a family friend of ours and we ran out of baby breath, that was the theme of our wedding. Rachael went out on her own and bought more flowers for everything. She went above and beyond! Throughout the whole wedding planning she was HANDS DOWN the BEST money we spent. I honestly do not know how our wedding would've turned out without her! She was there to give us advice and opinions before and even after the wedding and responds to every email VERY fast. I truly can not think of one negative thing to say about her!!

I worked with Rachael for around 17 months. Her enthusiasm and drive throughout the whole process was extraordinary. Rachael helped with the entire process from finding a location, flowers, rentals, cake, wedding day setup and more. She would schedule appointments with vendors and attended every meeting that she could, which made it so much easier on me. She was able to offer her expertise and knew the exact vision we wanted for our wedding day. She even made the backdrop for our ceremony, which was gorgeous!

I was down to about the last month before my wedding, I had planned evey little detail. Until I started thinking about how I could possibly get everything set up the day of my wedding. The venue I booked requires you to set up the day of and tear down that night. So I started to stress, I didn’t want to put all the pressure on myself or anyone involved in my wedding, so I reached out to Rachel. She informed me that she did decorating services and I was instantly SOLD! She was literally a lifesaver, we had a few family members help her out and she was able to take my vision and create the wedding of my dreams. Everything was even better than I’d ever imagined, it was literally perfect. I can’t thank Rachel enough for all of her hard work in making my wedding an absolute Pinterest dream!!!
Where do I even begin?! We hired Rachael right after our engagement around 18 months ago. Rather quickly I learned that this would be the smartest decision I made for planning a wedding. She was available at all hours, and I know the closer we got to the wedding I was bombarding her with texts and emails but she always responded promptly and was always excited to help!
Towards the beginning of planning, Rae handled scheduling almost all of our vendor meetings and shared a preferred list of vendors that were out of this world. Any little thing I needed help with she would jump right in and take over. The day of the wedding I was a nervous wreck, but every decoration and thing I had brought was in the perfect spot just like I had imagined. She truly brought my vision to life! At the end of the night she stayed behind and packed everything up and helped load up our cars with my parents. My dad still talks about how hard she worked and always had a smile on her face though.
Do yourself a favor and hire Rae. You have no idea how badly you need someone like her until you're neck deep in planning. She will make your life so much easier I promise, and its just the icing on the cake that she's literally the nicest person ever. I've already had a few vendors reach out to me and request her info for their brides because they thought she was such a breathe of fresh air to work with. I'm forever grateful for her!
Rachael was my day of coordinator for my wedding at Rolling Meadows Ranch in November. Reflecting on our day, my husband and I agree that hiring Rachael was the BEST thing we did (and I have already told my recently engaged friends the same). I will start by saying that I am a little bit of a control freak, but after meeting Rachael one time I knew I could trust her to ensure my day was perfect! She was so helpful, made everything look perfect, and brought all of my ideas to life without any problems.
