We absolutely loved our experience with Jason and the entire Happy Camper Crew. We were organizing our wedding from across the country and Jason was able to accommodate a zoom tasting with our parent’s as surrogate tasters for us that was one of the highlights of the planning part of the wedding. Jason was incredibly good at taking in our various abstract visions and requests and then coming back with practical and fully formed ideas that achieved exactly what we wanted. The camper and bar were both beautiful. Both Jason and the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with on the day and felt like an extension of our family. At one point, I was able to get Jason’s attention and have him pour a special round of whiskey to share with my new father and brother in-law which is has become one of my favourite memories of the day. And my wife was very grateful that whenever she approached the bar, the staff would instantly notice her and signal if she wanted the same drink or not, if she signaled yes, they would prepare it on the side and have it ready by the time she made it to the counter. It wasn’t just us, the guests all raved about the service and I haven’t even mentioned just how good the drinks were! The drinks were out of this world. Do yourself a favour and hire Happy Camper Cocktails!

We have had the privilege to work with Happy Camper Cocktail Company several times over the years, and most recently planning a client’s August wedding. When our client mentioned they would like help finding a bartender, I reached out to HCCC and Jason got back to me within the day. We had some back and forth, all of which Jason was quick and communicative. He thoroughly answered my questions and was very accommodating with what the couple was looking for. The couple appreciated Jason’s offerings and quickly booked HCCC. When the day arrived, Jason’s team was early to the venue, kind, and thorough. Jason and the Happy Camper crew made our wedding a total delight! The drinks were delicious. He was super responsive, easy to work with, and provided a delightful tasting for us prior to the event. Happy Camper was a great addition to our wedding day. We found them on the preferred vendor list for our venue and are certainly happy we did! Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. My husband works in the spirits industry and finding a good bar service was at the top of our priority list - and Happy Camper hit it out of the park.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Jason and his company. 10/10 on the professionalism, communication and service. We met up with Jason for our taste test trial and he was so open to allowing us to make his menu OUR menu. He’s so easy to talk to and everytime I had emailed him with random questions he emailed me back that very same day! The camper was used for our wedding and it truly made the day. Our guests LOVED the camper the drinks and the amazing bartenders. They were quick and fun and I would so recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional bar service!

We are not quite sure where to start with this review, because we are not quite used to the professionalism and kindness shown by this family owned business— Jason and his family just took over this company and has subjectively outperformed any major or large commercial company we have ever seen at any event of any kind. Jason welcomed us into his home to try a variety of cocktails that were by far the best drinks we have ever tasted ((my favorite is the Mule and Maddie’s (wife’s) is the watermelon one 😉)). It is said that your wedding day is one that you will never forget, and now that we are married, we completely see why that is. Aside from saying: “I do”, saying vows, and being so overwhelmed with happiness that day—there was a particular moment that I will never forget. I cannot really say why to be honest, but it was at the very end of the night when all the vendors were packing up and I ran into Jason behind the scenes backstage. He had arguably one of the most contagious smiles I have ever seen, and it was at that moment that I realized that this was the perfect non-verbal communication that confirmed that everything had gone perfectly splendid for all of us. My wife and I could not be happier campers’ that we chose Happy Camper for liquor and drinks (sorry I couldn’t resist the pun 😊). I had such a positive experience working with Happy Camper! They helped me create a signature cocktail with its own name and it was delicious! It was such a hit and I had so many people complimenting how amazing it was. I would definitely recommend using Happy Camper to bartend your events, they were professional, fun, and easy to work with.

Happy Camper is an adorable concept and it fit perfectly with the theme for our wedding. We had a ton of compliments on the setup and the drinks were delicious. Belinda is very creative and we loved the concept of local, fresh ingredients. Overall, Belinda is communicative and was flexible with us when some items were mistakenly packed up with the camper after our wedding. They were found and returned to us quickly without hassle which we appreciated.

We booked Happy Camper Cocktail Company for our wedding back in September and have nothing but glowing remarks for Belinda and her team! Everything was scheduled, communicated, and executed perfectly. Everyone loved the camper at the event and we had tons of compliments over it. Happy Camper Cocktail Company is every bit as adorable and vibe setting as the images all make it seem. We had the camper at our wedding at The Barn at Trinity Tree Farm in August and our guests LOVED them and the drinks. Belinda is very responsive, considerate and quick to answer any and all questions (we had a lot and also planned our wedding living apart in separate countries for the most part-that's a lot of emails). We really appreciated that she wanted to help create what was special to us while giving us honest advice on what would work and maybe not work so well. The team was able to whip up the drink we had on our very first date in Peru, a pisco sour, which is not a simple drink and did it flawlessly. The guests couldn't get enough. They were flexible when we were running behind schedule and opened early for guests to start enjoying drinks while they waited which was perfect. The bartenders even saved the last two eggs they had to make my husband and I the very last Pisco sours-we were so touched by how thoughtful that was and I was thankful because I had been so busy I wouldn't have gotten to enjoy my own otherwise. Thank you team! We wanted to source locally and Belinda and her team were amazing at supporting us in doing that. It's like getting craft cocktails, great service and ambiance all for one on wheels. Absolutely a must. Thank you so much!

My wife found Happy Camper on instagram and knew right away that she wanted them to bartend our wedding. And they were great! Belinda was very clear and professional in her communications. A few months before the wedding she invited us to her house in Enumclaw to sample a few drinks (all made with herbs from her garden!), and we sat in her backyard and decided on the final menu. At the wedding, everyone loved the drinks and the bar/camper looked very inviting out on the grass of our outdoor venue - it was a great experience all around.

We put down a deposit and booked Belinda & Happy Camper Cocktail Company in February 2018 for our June 2018 wedding. However, due to miscommunication issues, we decided not to move forward. We wanted to ensure our wedding went as smoothly as possible and we did not want any vendors who were disorganized. After all, we only get one chance for our wedding day! Though we canceled over two months before the wedding, we lost $250 deposit.

Belinda was wonderful to work with for our wedding! She was so sweet and creative, we absolutely loved going to her home to do the tastings and decide on everything. The cocktails were a huge hit and looked beautiful. Everyone loved the camper and the staff were very quick and efficient. She provided a shopping list which made purchasing the liquor a breeze and helped us with everything and all our questions along the way. This was such a fun option instead of a typical open bar and we are so glad we made the investment. Thanks Belinda!

My family and I hired Belinda and her personable staff at Happy Camper Cocktail Company for our wedding event at Carnation Farms. From the beginning, they were the vendor I was hands-down most excited about and they lived up to it! Belinda made the whole process hassle free with her completely online set up for contracts, invoices and payments. She was very responsive and even went out of her way to suggest dessert vendors when I asked. She took care in her tasting with us and had some well chosen snacks to compliment the drinks and keenly took note about our preferences. The day of the event, everything ran smoothly and the bar kept our guests hydrated and fueled for their killer dance moves. We went with a package that came with lawn games so that kept a few younger guests preoccupied! Everyone LOVED the cocktails. It was a great set up to have two signature cocktails so guests weren't waiting around trying to figure out what they wanted to order. Each one was made with delicious ingredients and our guests enjoyed both of them on the scorching hot seattle day! Overall, loved the experience! Do note, that the way HCCC is set up, you will have to purchase alcohol on your own so make sure to budget finances and time for that! Belinda is very accommodating through that process.

I originally saw Happy Campers Cocktail Company at the Farm and Frills antique show when my husband and I first got engaged. After trying their drinks I was certain I would do ANYTHING to have them at our wedding. In fact we chose our venue based on them, and we couldn't have made a better decision. Near the end of your wedding planning is when you need a drink the most (it's almost like they know this) ;) So they invite you to do a tasting of a couple of the drinks you might want to serve at your event. Belinda made us feel so comfortable and helped us decide what would best suite our wedding. Once we were settled on the drinks, Belinda told us how much of each alcohol we would need to buy and she did the rest. This was not only my favorite part of our wedding but also the easiest. If I ever had any questions Belinda was so fast to return my emails and make sure we were on the same page. On the day of our wedding Belinda and one other bartender arrived at the venue, got set up and quickly became EVERYONE'S favorite part of our event. I got so many compliments on my choice of bar service and how fun and unique their business is. I can't take any of the credit, these girls are seriously awesome! If I could do it again I would chose them every time!
