I got married here back in April and although I had an amazing wedding day because I got to marry my best friend, every time I think back on the planning processing and how the day actually went... I start to feel ill. I found this vendor on the Knot but actually reached out through their website. I was skeptical because there were only a few reviews dating back from 2011. But none of them were bad. I originally spoke with a woman name Cheryl Black from hard rock. I had many concerns and questions from small details to this place really being out of our budget all together. She put my mind at ease saying she's been married, she'll take care of everything and even offered to throw in the ceremony with no extra charge because of our budget. (We just had to get our own officiant) It was still more than I was expecting but we went with it solely because it was the only place on the strip that we were in talks with. After putting the $5,500 deposit down, I was ghosted for weeks. Me and my now husband were worried we got scammed even though we booked through their website. After a few weeks we finally heard back and were notified that cheryl was no longer with hard rock and that a lady named Stephanie would be taking over. Great. She had absolutely no idea about anything Cheryl and I discussed prior to putting the deposit down. We had to go over everything again, including the part where we were promised the ceremony to be included. We booked this a little over 6 months prior to the wedding and she had no expectations for us. I was the one asking all the questions and trying to figure out the details. We went over simple things like the cake, dj, and decor MULTIPLE times .... again ALL brought up by me and my spouse. I am a very laid back person and everyone I worked with said I was the easiest bride they have ever spoke to. I didn't really care about the details of the cake or the decor, just wanted something obviously. When I refer to decor I'm only referring to the center pieces on the tables really, as nothing else was offered and would be an up charge for any other linens besides white or black I believe. I picked out the center pieces just to be talked about multiple times after that and then a few weeks before was told that there wasn't enough inventory for what i picked out. Okay whatever, I said mix and match Idc just have something there. The rehearsal was brought up by of course me and felt very unplanned/forced. She wasn't sure of the set up and to my surprise was completely different when I walked down the isle the next day :) My MIL had to get them to clean the balcony the morning of because the windows were extremely dirty and there were cigarette butts from a prior event. I walked into my reception with no decor on the tables, just black empty tables with table numbers that I provided. Stephanie set them up in the middle of my reception after my husband complained. Our "sweet heart" table was very sad to look at. Again I didn't want much, just one center piece that we had at least 5 conversations about prior to the day. As for the DJ i also didn't get a direct contact leading to everything going out of order.Stephanie let us down and I do not think hard rock is capable of planning WEDDINGS. As it is not just another event, but is the most important day of peoples lives. The rest of the staff as in the bartenders and severs did go above and behind during my reception. I am grateful to them in trying to make my day go smoothly.
We had our wedding ceremony (more informal) and reception at this location, it was fantastic! It was great working with them, they were very attentive and available to answer any questions. The venue is beautiful, we were in the Live Bar Strip View Corner, stunning in the evening with all the lights at the Venue and on the strip. The food was delicious as well, we were from out of town so we did not sample anything prior to the big day, and we were very pleased! Bartenders and Service staff were wonderful and very helpful with what ever we needed the day of as well, thank you for making our day easy and enjoyable!
I tried to plan my wedding here and ended up going elsewhere. I was extremely shocked at how things were done. We booked an appointment to see the venue. (We're from out of town). I confirmed the appointment before. When we showed up they had no idea what we were there for. Nothing was arranged and the wedding coordinator was at a conference out of town. The lady who ended up showing us around was very nice. We liked the venue and decided to book it. When we tried to book it and pay a deposit we were told it was to early to book and they would contact us at the time we could. I never got a notification that we could. When I emailed again, i got now responce. Good luck to anyone hoping to have a ceremony here.
A great experience! They worked very closely with me throughout the process. The event went seamlessly. The food was excellent as was the service. The Caravan Room was excellently priced, especially for Las Vegas. Very professional and great attention to customer satisfaction!
The staff is wonderful, the service is phenominal, and the venue itself is breathtaking! This is the best place to have a Las Vegas wedding...the location is perfect and right on The Strip, the food is fabulous, and our ceremony was on the stage!! Seriously, it was P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!
