Harlow & Dahlia Events is a luxury wedding planning company dedicated to creating detailed, one-of-a kind beautiful weddings. We plan weddings in Vermont, New England and New York City.
Our mission is to create events and weddings that are beautifully crafted, stress-free and memorable while making it easy for clients to enjoy the process.
We offer full wedding planning, event design and styling, day of wedding services and customized options to make your event as unique as possible.
Design is our "superpower". We love the idea of using and fusing colors, patterns and textures to pull together beautiful event design. We take inspiration from colors, stories, fashion, travel, flowers, landscapes and most importantly the beautiful natural canvas Vermont has to offer.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Harlow & Dahlia - thank you, Claudia and Chelsey! From the moment we began working with Chelsey as our coordinator just six weeks before our wedding, she proved to be an invaluable asset. We were so impressed by her work ethic, organizational skills, and professionalism. Her ability to string everything together seamlessly and help us manage any loose ends with other vendors was nothing short of phenomenal.
Chelsey truly understood our vision and executed it perfectly. The wedding was absolutely perfect—we wouldn’t change a thing! She didn’t miss a beat, allowing me to be 100% present on our special day. Thanks to her, I felt relaxed and at ease, and the flow of the evening was amazing.

The Harlow and Dahlia team is INCREDIBLE!!! They were so wonderful to work with and took such great care during our planning and wedding day. We didn't stress once because of them. We had fantastic vendors and were able to enjoy our wedding and planning process so much because of the care and attention from the team. We miss being able to chat with Claudia and her team every month!
We absolutely loved our experience with Harlow and Dahlia. We worked with Sarah who was incredible! She helped us find vendors in our budget and was an awesome guide through the planning process. Sarah was organized and she was able to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch, with no stress for us. Sarah was responsive and knowledgeable and we recommend her, as well as the Harlow and Dahlia team, very highly.
We are SO HAPPY we worked with a full service planner!! We initially were just going to have the partial package, but upgraded. We worked closely with Kirsten and she was so professional and timely. I enjoyed working with a planner, even though we had a full service venue, because it helped keep me organized and it was helpful to have someone bounce ideas off of. I could focus on the stuff that was fun for me and she handled all of my dirty work hahah!! I couldn't have done it without them!!
If you are considering Harlow & Dahlia Events, trust me, book them! Claudia and Kirsten were FANTASTIC through the entire process leading up to our wedding. Their industry and general knowledge was incredibly helpful, they were kind and professional through every step, and the team was amazing with every single intricate detail the weekend of our wedding.
Harlow & Dahlia offers a number of services. We hired them for "day of" coordination which actually starts about 4 weeks out from the wedding date so they can help with all of the final details and will make sure everything goes off without a hitch. If you are looking for a more affordable option as opposed to full service wedding planning, we found this to be really wonderful.

I have had the joy of working with Claudia and her team on multiple occasions and each time I appreciate her attention to detail, professionalism and flexibility in helping us do the best job possible for our clients.
Planners always have the most challenging tasks on the wedding day: Managing multiple vendors behind the scenes while at the same time making sure the event runs on time and ensuring the couple and their guests enjoy the wedding day and she balances all of these logistics beautifully.

Claudia and team created the most spectacular wedding for us. We had a lot of desires and moving pieces, but H&D integrated everything seamlessly, and our big day was truly beyond our wildest dreams!!! Claudia is excellent at what she does, and we are so glad we chose her.
We got married this past August in VT and I truly mean it when I say, that we could not have done it without Claudia!! There were so many moving parts to our wedding weekend and she made sure that every single event ran smoothly and beautifully! Working side by side with Claudia for the 6 months leading up to our day was wonderful as well. She always had such a positive attitude and was reassuring that every detail we needed to think about was going to be taken care of! Our venue required bringing in everything, so having Claudia as my second set of eyes was the ONLY way I was able to breath and know that all logistics we're being taken care of! Not only would I recommend Claudia to any bride getting married from a professional standpoint but also personal - she was such a calming force throughout the entire process!

Claudia was a calming presence to work with in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She responded promptly and confidently to all our questions. Marie (our day-of coordinator) was so friendly and helped our wedding day flow smoothly.
There is not a better wedding planner than Claudia. I am sure of it. When we initially approached her we told her our budget and she created an option that met both our needs while staying within said budget. She contacted and worked with all of our vendors in advance so that everything ran without a hitch on the day of the event. Rain was predicted in the forecast for our day and Claudia stayed so positive and helped us navigate the tricky VT weather. The only rain we actually had was during our couples pictures and her co-coorinator came and picked us up in her van to transport us dryly back to our venue. We had a few unpredictable mishaps (which were due to my poor communication and a very long father of the bride speech!) and Claudia and her team seamlessly tackled them, the whole time staying very cool and calm. We would get married again just to work with her! (maybe a different party instead of a wedding ;-) )
We had seven months from when we got engaged to our wedding, and we’re so glad we had Claudia! From our first phone call she was extremely reassuring and supportive about being able to get everything done. She is fantastic to work with and she excels at customizing decor and wedding traditions to reflect the couple’s personalities. We had some non-traditional ideas for our dinner and reception and she took on the challenge of helping us make those ideas reality with infectious enthusiasm. We definitely recommend Claudia to plan

I worked with Claudia on Natolie & Trent's wedding and throughout the whole process she was amazing. Fun, detail oriented, focused, impeccable taste and a great personality. There was rain leading up to the ceremony and plans shifted quite a few times, but she was totally on top of everything and the ceremony was a grand success, timing just after the rain had passed. She is an amazing event designer!!
Claudia is the planner you want executing your wedding! Not only is she extremely organized and detail oriented, she is a calm and effective leader. As a floral vendor it is truly appreciated to work with real professionals that make day-of set-up a breeze! I would highly recommend Claudia and hope that we get to work together again soon!

Working with Claudia for our wedding was amazing! She has such a keen eye for detail and listens incredibly well. For our wedding, she was our day-of coordinator and she also built us a custom design package.
I had such a clear vision of how I wanted our wedding to look, but had no idea how to execute upon it. Claudia brought that vision to life. It was simple, but elegant.
As for Claudia's day-of services, she is really on top of her game. From drafting the timeline, to leading the set up at the barn, to making it all happen - everything was flawless. My husband and I were able to enjoy the day and for us, that's what's important.

Claudia was a breath of fresh air for us. My husband and I didn't hire a full planner, but towards the end of putting the decor together, and all final details, we were pulling our hair out. Claudia helped tremendously with making sure it all went off without a hitch. I have no idea how we would've done it without her! I only wish we had hired her for full services! Extremely warm, personable, caring, and genuine. You won't regret working with her!
Claudia was a HUGE help for our wedding. She was invaluable in the organization beforehand. We had an almost completely DIY wedding and Claudia was able to keep everything organized the day before and the day of. I did not have to think of any little details the day of which allowed me to be present and to really enjoy. Claudia's prices are extremely reasonable considering the amount of service you really end up getting. Claudia was able to communicate with my vendors and keep everything in check on the day of in a way I had thought I would have to do myself. I can't be more grateful! I highly recommend Claudia!!
