The team made everything run so smoothly! Our event had 175 people but things never felt crowded. We enjoyed the outdoor area for the mix and mingle before dinner. When it was time for dinner, the buffet line moved efficiently. And of course the decor is lovely! My experience was a beautiful venue with one attendant and the property manager Nikia. They did make sure my day was successful at the end of the night we cleaned everything to perfection to make sure we will receive our deposit buthowever at the end of the night I was notified that the sofa that was in the lobby leg was broke. My husband and my cousin moved to sofa to a room and as they moved to sofa to the room my husband said to the manager that the The wood was dry rotted and the other leg was loose as well. The guest that sat on the sofa is less than 140 lb it wasn't like someone was standing up on it jumping up and down she just sat down and it happened. They have had this sofa for I know over 5 years so how many events have they had not to include they have church there every Sunday so how many butts has been on that sofa. On October the 8th I received the email that stated I would not receive my $500 deposit because of the sofa. I'm posting the picture of the sofa in 2020 and you can see the same leg leaning so it was normal wear a tear. Sofas are made to sit on correct, when we rent these venues we don't go around checking sofa legs to make sure they sturdy enough to sit on.
