Originally built as a citrus barn in the late 70’s, our rustic and elegantly charming event venue comfortably seats 200 guests. The outdoor ceremony site is surrounded by a canopy of mossy oaks with market lights. A paved walkway leads to your happily ever after where vows are exchanged in front of our wooden Gazebo. In the air conditioned reception room, guests will enjoy comfortable seating under our lofty ceiling draping where twinkle lights create a romantic starry sky atmosphere . I don't usually write reviews, but everyone should be aware. From the beginning until the end, communication from Kelly (venue owner) was far & few. I paid non-refundable deposit on 07/14 and didn't get receipt of it until a month later on 08/17. I didn't get the contract until this day either and I had to basically beg for it. I paid the remaining balance on 08/18 and didn't get receipt of that until almost a week later, on 08/24. I hired Kelly for her day of coordination services as well. Even with all the troubles I had, I tried to look past it all. The day before the wedding, I contacted Kelly to see what time she wanted me to bring the decorations on Sunday morning and she told me the time and gave me the door code in case she wasn't there. Anyways, wedding day gets here and I go to take the decorations, she wasn't there. I dropped off the decorations and then texted her to let her know- no response. I texted again a couple hours later- still no response. Just figured maybe she was busy decorating. I go to get my hair & makeup done and then as I am leaving, I get a call with questions about details of the wedding and was told that Kelly wasn't there and wasn't going to be showing up that day. She gave me no type of warning, which seems unprofessional. There was a member of her cleanup crew that was there and was going to coordinate the wedding. She was supposed to know all the details for the wedding (so she had said), but still came and asked me about almost EVERYTHING and asked how it was supposed to go. Anyways, this girl also told me she had never coordinated a wedding before. So that was great...oh and I am pretty sure that she was 20 or younger..coordinating my wedding..her first wedding ever. Anyways, the wedding got delayed 45 minutes due to all the miscommunication and I lost time spending time with FAMILY because we had a lot of pictures to take. It was all a mess. Also, when I originally got sent the info on the wedding, the table linens were supposed to be included, but Kelly took an amount out of the security deposit for "linens". Didn't care to get clarification on that. The security deposit was a refundable deposit. I also left 45 minutes earlier than the allotted time I rented (paid by the hour) and Kelly had no intent on somehow coordinating that money to refund some back. I also paid $800 for HER coordination services, she didn't show up and had someone that never coordinated a wedding, take her place. She wasn't going to give me any money back- but like $190...anyways, I was supposed to get the refund WITHIN 21 days of the wedding and it was almost a week late. She told me she was sending me another check (after I explained how I felt to her) and said I was going to get it in 7-10 days and I didn't get it until 3 weeks later...so yeah, be careful. If you want a stress-free wedding, I would NOT recommend this venue no matter how beautiful it seems.....
We had such an amazing time at this beautiful venue ! Lovely outdoor setting and plenty room for our guest. Kelly was the best coordanitor to help things go smooth when planning and Taylor has plenty decorating ideas to make things perfect.

When planning our son and daughter in laws wedding we were scared that the wedding would be able to happen with COVID. We had already had to cancel at a larger hotel I. Orlando, but Kelly and her team made it happen. She made sure that every detail and request was met. She made our daughter in law feel like a Princess.

Harmony Haven's team made everything stress free! They answered every question I had, answered promptly and were of great help every step of the way. The venue is beautiful, loved that I could have ceremony and reception there, having dressing rooms there along with being able to raid their props closet were a huge plus in my book! I definitely recommend this place!
This venue was amazing. They were extremely attentive to our needs and vision. The wedding was beautiful and so affordable. I’ve been to weddings that were extremely expensive that could not compare to ours.
This was just a wonderful experience. I have zero complaints. This location was beautiful and I believe it is a great venue for any event.
From the beginning Anna Maria has been super courteous with us. We’ve had to postpone our wedding several times due to Covid-19. She has worked with us every time and has done everything possible to make this a great experience for us despite all its ups and downs. She even helped me out with some awesome ideas for our wedding and also has a closet with several items you can use for your wedding for free! I’m glad we chose her and can’t wait till our big day!
Harmony Haven Staff and venue was a perfect! The stafff was so helpful and gave us wonderful suggestions and worked with us every step of the way to ensure that our day was perfect. They have ceveral locations where you can perform the ceremony large or small and the venue looks fabulous. We received so many compliments on the venue and the event. We couldn't have asked for more.
Hands down this venue was the best decision made in the entire wedding process. It is a picturesque, charming venue with a lot of bang for your buck (draped lighted ceilings, prop closet, linen allowance, etc.) The owner, Anna Maria, is incredibly responsive, sweet and caring. She was always available, from the very first phone call to the day of the wedding. All our guests gushed about how beautiful everything was, do yourself a favor and book this venue!
The venue is amazing,the staff is great he went above and beyond for me and Anna Marie is the sweetest person and She made sure everything was perfect for my wedding.

We had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception May 25th. This venue is gorgeous, just walking through the front door I was brought to tears knowing this was going to be where we will get to share our love story. From the draper ceilings, to the mason jar chandelier's, all the way outside to the beautiful gazebo. Everything they have down has made is absolutely perfect. I can not thank this beautiful Venue and the owners enough for everything they did for us and the memories we will hold here forever!
This venue was perfect for us! Anna Maria will do everything she can to make your wedding dreams come true. The place is spotless and very lovely. There are many props for decorating and a wonderful dressing area, plenty of bathrooms and a kitchen. I just can't say enough good things about this venue! We were very pleased!

Anna Marie was absolutely wonderful, she was phenomenal to work with, the venue is beautiful and there is so so so many different ways to decorate and have your wedding at this gorgeous venue. I couldn't of dreamed of a more perfect day and I owe it all to her!
Harmony Haven was the site of my daughter's wedding. They were very easy to work with and helped us select the other vendors we used. The back yard is gorgeous for both the ceremony and photo's of the happy couple.
The venue, inside and out, is breathtaking! The staff, especially the owner, Anna Maria, was tremendously helpful before and leading up to our daughter's wedding. She even has a Supply Closet to help with table and other decorations, to help us keep our cost down. The venue cost is comprable to others in the area and we are terribly glad that we chose this venue.
I love the atmosphere in Harmony Haven. The decor makes for a wonderful warm feeling all by itself. The wedding I went to was beautiful. The outdoor area where the service was done is just incredible with the long strings of Cafe lights streaming from the tall oaks. When I went inside where the tables were, I just had to stop and take a look around. The beautifully lit ceiling, the accent pieces of furniture, wall decor, all made the room incredibly warm and inviting. It has a nice area where a buffet was served. I really had a great time.

This venue is elegantly romantic! It has a rustic feel but can be elaborately decorated or kept low key simplistic. Having the ability to have an outdoor ceremony and reception with a back up indoor space is the key for a Florida Wedding.
Harmony Haven is an extraordinary venue! Simply rustic with just the right touches of elegance, this was a perfect fit for our daughter's June 29, 2018 wedding and reception. The gazebo made for a lovely outdoor ceremony and the indoor reception was spacious yet beautifully intimate. The bride and groom and our guests all had a wonderful time. And the photos - wow! Anna Maria took care of our every need so that our event, from start to finish, was stress free. We were blessed to find Harmony Haven and now give them our highest recommendation.

Anna Maria was a wonderful person to work with, she made my day the best and was very helpful. The venue alone itself was so romantic, and special. It may look plain from the outside but the inside is a totally different story.
The best venue in polk county! Anna Maria (The Owner) is a doll, she will assist you from start to finish. 90% of the decor is available for your use at the venue and it is all beautiful! The venue itself is breath taking and will have your guests talking about it for years to come! Tables and chairs are provided as well which can be a rarity. If your looking for a beautiful rustic venue Harmony Haven is for you!:)
