We couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator for our wedding! From start to finish, Angie was an absolute dream to work with. She took the time to understand our vision and ensured that every element of the day ran smoothly. On the big day, they were a seamless presence—handling everything behind the scenes and making sure we could just focus on enjoying every moment.

Angie was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! Since our first initial phone call, she has been so helpful and prompt at answering our questions. We loved her thoughtfulness throughout the process and on the day of, she always made sure to check up on us and ensure we were eating & had everything we needed. Thankfully, the wedding was stress-free in large part because of Angie. We would highly recommend working with her!

Hiring Angie was one the best decisions I could have made for my wedding! She was so prompt at getting back to me with my many questions and was so easy to talk to. She has incredible attention to detail and brought up many considerations I had never even thought about. She also was just so kind and personable. The day of my wedding I felt like I had no stress, she came in and got to work, and all I had to worry about was marrying my husband! I highly recommend Angie for your planning needs!
Angie was a very important part of our wedding day and navigated through the whole planning process with me. All of the other vendors and my immediate family kept on raving about her all night! If you're going back and forth, you NEED a wedding coordinator and you won't regret it.
The highlights:
-Angie's communication was the absolute best out of all my vendors. I am pretty sure she responded to every email, call, or text within 48 hours, if not 24. She answered EVERY single one of my questions and truly read every line of my messages being sure not to miss anything.
-Her dedication to our wedding made it seem like she wasn't helping out with anyone else's. No matter if we were 5 months from the wedding or 5 days, she made it seem like our wedding was the most important.
-She came to a few in-person meetings with me at the venue throughout the planning process and asked the important questions. She came prepared each time and followed up with me and the venue on things we needed to take care of!
-Although I had my fair share of struggles with other vendors, she remained professional and helped to problem solve by stepping in when necessary.
-She was very detail-oriented like me and created a day-of timeline then sent it out to the other vendors. She also paid attention to all the little decor details that were very important to me and set things up exactly how I imagined.
So overall, I do not regret hiring her to help throughout the wedding planning process AND for the day of. She was definitely needed and worked her hardest to make my day fun and stress-free. My photographer even commented that I was one of the most relaxed brides she seen on a wedding day, and I believe it's because I knew I was in good hands. At the end of my wedding day, I couldn't think of any mishaps or malfunctions that happened, and that's pretty amazing. Thank you Angie!
Angie (owner of Hart & Sole) was our wonderful Day of Coordinator! She made our wedding run incredibly smoothly and go off without a hitch!! She was incredibly attentive before our wedding, providing a clear actionable day of schedule, and communicated with all of our vendors. She answered those questions you don’t even know you’ll be asking! I even hired her to come to my rehearsal dinner as well, as she was so helpful! She is the absolute best and I would hire her again in a second!
We hired Angie from Hart & Sole as our planner + day of coordinator and we wouldn’t have it any other way - she is amazing! From the introductory meeting to the wedding day, she had us relaxed, informed, organized and smiling. My husband and I went into planning with very little experience and were nervous about how we could pull this off all from scratch. Angie immediately lifted that stress off our shoulders the very first meeting we had. It was such a relief knowing we could turn to her for all our questions, ideas, sticky situations and of course, budgeting. She checked in regularly to offer support and answer any questions - which is exactly what we needed! Angie worked seamlessly with every one of our vendors, and ensured we were always in the loop. When the day of the wedding arrived, we had zero concerns on the schedule, knowing we were in great hands. She was an absolute ROCKSTAR with the day of coordinating, navigating our last minute changes, our friends/family, and guests. Even today, months after our wedding, we still hear compliments on how lovely she was to talk with that day and how amazing she was at her job. If you do one thing to make wedding planning more enjoyable - work with Angie! She was a dream from start to finish. We hired Angie as our day of coordinator but that title truly understates how much value she added. We had an introductory call, I turned over all vendor info to her the weeks before the wedding, and I did not worry about a single logistical detail from that point on through the end of the night. She made sure the day ran perfectly smooth and I honestly cannot imagine how the wedding would have gone without her. Book Angie!! You will not regret it.
Angie is amazing! She checked in every month to offer her support if we had any questions leading up to our big day. She was a huge help on our day of the wedding. She made sure all of my decor was set up- which turned out beautifully! She made sure everything was on schedule and coordinated with all vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. Angie was phenomenal! We had a two year engagement and Angie checked in with us on the first of every month to see if we needed any support. On the day of the wedding, Angie was a calm and steady presence and truly helped the day go on without a hitch. She did it all! From keeping us on schedule, to setting up our candles, bustling my dress and making sure I always had food and water - Angie was there at every turn. You will not regret adding her to your team :)
Angie was fantastic - one of the best decisions we made was hiring her as our day of coordinator. She helped us draft a very detailed timeline, and worked to ensure all of our vendors arrived on time and set up how we had planned so we did not need to worry about anything on our special day. When our florist inadvertently left out a piece at our head table, Angie immediately called and arranged to get it fixed before any of the guests even arrived for cocktail hour. Angie was so responsive leading up to the wedding as well. She checked in with us regularly to see if we had any questions for us and gave suggestions on vendors and ideas from what she's seen at other weddings. At the reception, she was able to make small adjustments on the fly to our schedule so that we could make the most out of our time with photographers and videographer without having to pay them to stay extra long. She is SO organized, detail-oriented, and relieved us of so much stress that day. Absolutely would recommend Angie!
Angie was a rockstar at our wedding. She was so helpful and super easy to work with. Angie followed up every month leading up to our wedding to check in to see if we needed anything. Hiring a day of coordinator was the best decision ever and Angie knocked it out of the park.

Angie was LOVELY to work with! She was so helpful as we navigated planning and re-planning our wedding through the pandemic. She was incredibly organized during our meetings prior to the big day and made sure to know all of the important details. During the wedding, she did a great job making sure everything was in place, ready to go, and went smoothly. She worked well with all of our other vendors as well! I would highly recommend Angie to any bride whether you need just day-of-coordination or more support planning along the way.
It was so wonderful to work with Angie for our wedding. We had hired her almost 1.5 years before we were planning on getting married, and she was always checking in on us and helped answer any questions we had! When Covid hit, Angie was one of the first vendors to reach out and let us know that she supported whatever decision we made. We ended up moving our date, and she was so accommodating to the new plan.

Angie was so incredible making our wedding day seamless. We had so many changes due to COVID and day of, the weather was not cooperating. She was fast and flexible and my husband and I had the most stress-free day because of her!

Hands down the best decision we made!!! I simply have no words to describe how wonderful it was to have Angie part of our big day. She took care of everything... from setting things up, coordinating the vendors, gathering up the wedding party to always making sure my husband and I had a drink in hand - she did it all! Our meetings leading up to the big day were my favorite. It was so easy to grab coffee and chat. Angie is such a comforting soul which made the whole process so enjoyable. My husband and I hired Hart & Sole/Angie Larson as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2018 (I fully intended to write this review much earlier, but time got away from me!). Angie was super sweet, extremely responsive, perfectly organized, and able to anticipate and remember all the little details we likely would have forgotten. On top of all that, her rates were much more reasonable than those of other wedding planners we'd researched.
Angie did so much more than provide us with day-of services: we hired her about 11 months before our wedding, and as is her practice, she checked in with us every month leading up to our wedding day to see if we needed help with anything. Though we had already figured out many of the big decisions for our day, the decor, aesthetics, and small details proved challenging for us, and Angie was instrumental in helping us figure out how to style our wedding. (We paid her an additional but small fee in exchange for the extra research she did to gather wedding decor ideas.) She even lent us lanterns and a card box for our big day, all at no extra charge.
On the day of our wedding, Angie arrived on time, handled all the decor set-up, kept everything running smoothly, and was such a pleasure to have around. She even gave me a sweet gift at the end of the night, which was completely unexpected and just speaks to what a kind, thoughtful person she is. We're so glad we trusted Angie to pull off our big day!
Angie made sure our wedding day ran smoothly, and let us focus on being present with our family and friends. She checked in with us monthly leading up to our wedding, and confirmed all the details with our vendors ahead of time. She handled last-minute issues with grace, was on top of every detail, and even laughed at our dads' 'dad jokes.' It wouldn't have been the wonderful day remember without Angie!
I met Angie when she was the day of coordinator at my sisters wedding and right away, I knew we needed her for our wedding day! Not only did she coordinate the day of the wedding, but every month leading up to the wedding, she checked in to see how the planning was going, which was so reassuring. After our final meeting, I felt SO relieved - Angie was on top of everything and reached out to all our vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when. The wedding day definitely wouldn't have gone so smoothly if it weren't for Angie. We are so thankful for all her help and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Angie was a blessing in disguise for our big day. She showed up and decorated the whole venue for us and made my day so much less stressful! With her being there I didn't think about the reception at all! I would recommend Angie with Hart & Sole to everyone who asks. She makes her clients feel special and cares so much about her job.
Living and planning our wedding from the east coast, Angie's experience and attention to details gave us the utmost confidence that our big day was in the right hands. It started with our first call, when Angie walked through the flow of our wedding and calls out details we may have overlooked. Then during the weeks prior to the wedding, Angie was touching base with all vendors to make sure she knew their plans for arrival, she knew who would be onsite, and they knew the order of operations for the day. Our vendors loved Angie's proactive and organized communication style. Finally, on the big day Angie was the "gal in the yellow dress" who made sure the details were crushed, guests/vendors knew exactly where to be, and we had everything we needed to truly be guests at our own wedding. On top of all of this; she'll quickly become your hero when your drunk friend Bryce steals the Polaroid camera and is wasting your film with blurry selfies, she'll impress your family when she keeps Uncle Bo from eating all the JonnyPops before it's time for dessert (nobody says no to Uncle Bo), and you'll immediately realize that Angie is the best money you've spent on your wedding day. Truly cannot say enough AMAZING things about Angie!!! We hired Angie to be our day-of coordinator - and she made everything PERFECT. She is so friendly, responsive to emails, and had great recommendations for our ceremony and reception! We met with Angie twice - once when we were first determining if we wanted to book Hart & Sole (easiest decision of the wedding - YES), and then a second time a couple weeks before the wedding. After only one meeting to go over everything we wanted her to do - she nailed it!! She executed all of our plans even better than they were in our heads! She made the day run so smoothly, and took care of everything in the background - and I mean everything! I am sure so many things happened that I didnt even know, because Angie worked her magic and just handled it! I would hire her again in a heartbeat - and would highly recommend her for any bride who wants a lifesaver by her side on the big day! Can I give more than 5 stars here??? I WISH!
Angie was the first person I booked when I became engaged! I didn’t meet with anyone else, as soon as I met Angie I knew she would be the perfect wedding coordinator! She made our night absolutely perfect! At the end of the night my mom said to me, “I don’t know how people plan and put on a wedding without Angie.” Can’t recommend her enough!!
Angie was our day of coordinator but we also hired her for help with vendor recommendations as well as a sounding board throughout the wedding planning process. She was AMAZING as our day of coordinator - she was on top of the other vendors, made the space look beautiful, and helped the event flow seamlessly. Our family even complimented how smoothly she ran things! Even more, Angie's vendor recommendations were fantastic. Most of our other vendors came through Angie. She recommends professionals who are excellent at their jobs and are easy to work with. Plus she has so much great experience that any questions that come up she has great answers for!
I hired Angie as my day of coordinator for my July wedding. My venue required that I bring in all of my own vendors so I knew I had to hire an awesome and organized coordinator to put my mind at ease the day of. Angie was just that. She was in contact with all vendors the month leading up to the wedding, she knew when everyone was arriving and leaving, and she helped set up the venue beautifully with the decorations that were dropped off. When I arrived at the venue that evening I was so happy. The guests are still talking about how beautiful the space looked, and how well organized the whole day was. Thank you Angie for your help!

Even more than that, she set up all our decor for our reception BEAUTIFULLY and exactly how I wanted it. She checked in with the wedding party as soon as we got to the reception, gave us tips all night to help it go smoothly and kept everything running. She asked if we needed anything throughout the night and even brought us drinks. Angie is worth every penny and our wedding reception went smoothly because of her!

A month before the wedding, she met with us again, and then she put together an entire timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors. She also came to the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what was going on, which was extremely helpful since we had people in the wedding party who were unable to be there. On the wedding day, she set up all of our decorations and centerpieces, helped flip the venue for the reception, and kept everyone on schedule. It was the smoothest experience ever, and we are so grateful! I have recommended Angie to everyone I know for their weddings. Angie is so great! We had Angie as our Day-of Coordinator and it is a decision I do not regret. She really took a lot of stress off my plate the week of our wedding so I could just enjoy the experience. She did all of the vendor coordination for delivery and pick-up and she managed anything that needed to be done on-site the day of. I also really appreciated that she was a resource from the time we booked her, so as I had questions she was a great help. Angie was also super helpful because our officiant was a family friend, who had only done one wedding previously. At our rehearsal, Angie really helped the whole crew get on board with the plan. Angie also created a timeline for the day, which was so beneficial and really put me at ease. Having Angie with us for the day allowed me (and my whole family) to enjoy our wedding!

Angie was one of the last vendors that my husband and I decided to pursue and I'm so glad we did. We had been on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator and wondered if it would really be worth it. The answer is YES. Angie relieved so much stress, especially in the few weeks leading up to the wedding. She also checked in with me every month leading up to the wedding, and always promptly answered my emails. We weren't super familiar with what needed to be done for a wedding so having Angie was nice to bounce ideas off of. The day of our wedding ran so smoothly and we credit that to Angie and our venue owner!

She is great at responding, would contact me every month to see how things were going, did all the decorating the day of ( Thank god!) , went through all the steps of what we had to do on our wedding day (otherwise I would have forgotten...the day goes by so fast), helped us go through our rehearsal, everything! Angie was one of the first vendors I hired as my Day of Coordinator for my wedding and probably one of the best ones I had! Angie is extremely knowledgeable of weddings--I was constantly emailing her throughout my wedding planning on advice, recommended vendors and solutions to any issue that came up! She recommended to me a florist and our officiant, both of which were fantastic and had great working relationships with her. On the day of rehearsal and wedding, she took the reigns and made sure everything was going to plan (my husband and I got to sit back and let someone else do the work, organize the people, decorate the venue and let us relax!). No question of mine was too dumb or detail too small to be missed, Angie knows it all and does it all! Angie cares about her couples and our day would have been off-schedule, chaotic and crazy had she not been our calm, cool and collected Day of Coordinator. Could not have done it without her!
I could not recommend Angie enough! We were so lucky to have worked with her as our Day of Coordinator. I don't know where to begin. She is so professional, warm, and caring so when you work with her, you have really gained a friend. She checks in with you monthly to see if there are any questions you may have and she is an EXCELLENT resource if you are trying to find a great vendor for your day. She recommended our caterer and ceremony musician to us and were we so impressed with them. Working with Angie was one of the most important and rewarding decisions we made for our wedding! We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond with checking in periodically for months leading up to the big day. Even when I thought I hadn't missed a single thing in our itinerary, she would catch small details that I had missed or not thought of well before our wedding day. Angie was amazing! My husband and I decided on having a brunch wedding and since we wouldn't have access to our venue the night before we decided to hire a day of coordinator. Not only did she check in with me every month, but she also set up all our decorations in the morning. She arranged everything beautifully and kept everything running smoothly. We loved working with Angie! At first we were skeptical about hiring a wedding planner, but since we did all our planning long distance we decided a day-of-coordinator would be needed. Angie was amazing and her services were 100% worth it! She made everything run smoothly the day of our wedding. I was able to enjoy the day knowing that she was making sure everything was set up and ready to go!
Angie was the first person that we hired for our wedding. We chose her before we had even chosen a date. And that was the best decision that we made. Leading up to the wedding, she maintained contact each month to ensure we were on the right track and to check if we had any questions. Angie is an awesome day of coordinator! Our ceremony and reception were 40 minutes apart from each other so we knew we would need an extra set of hands the day of to help make sure everything ran smoothly. Angie was exactly that and more. She's quick to respond to emails throughout your planning process and will make sure every single detail of your day is covered (including things you didn' think about). On our wedding day she took initiative to get things set up and running smootly (she even worked with our musicians to time the perfect entrance for me to walk down the aisle) and was there to keep people from coming to my husband and I with questions. We were so happy to have her with us to help make our day perfect!

Angie is absolutely fantastic! I booked her as a day of coordinator and she well exceeded my expectations. She checked in with me frequently in the several months leading up to my wedding. She answered questions, gave input and recommended some awesome vendors some of which I booked and was very impressed with. On the day of, she was calm, took initiative, and went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did. Not to mention she is pleasant and fun to be around:) Would recommend her in a heartbeat!!
We are incredibly grateful that Angie was by our side through our wedding process. Especially, on our big day! She lifted all the weight off of our shoulders. Everything went so smoothly, and I don't know what we would have done without her! We loved working with Angie, she is personable and professional. And I loved her sweet and fun surprises! My husband and I cannot say enough about Angie. She went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding! I didn’t even have to think about a thing during the day and as a bride that is everything you could ask for. Angie contacted all of our vendors and organized all of our contacts/scheduling which was so nice to not have to worry about. She was an absolute life saver all day! We would recommend her to ANYONE!

Our only regret in hiring Hart & Sole? We wish would have hired her for even more! Angie started working with us a month in advance and helped us perfect our wedding day. We got married at a city park which meant organizing numerous vendors, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing because Hart & Sole went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed perfectly.
Angie was hired as our day of coordinator for our DIY backyard wedding. I consider myself a planner and extremely detail oriented, so Angie was tasked with with meeting my high expectations and she totally did that! We wanted someone to help us on our day to reduce stress and to allow us to enjoy our special day. Angie definitely met those expectations and beyond! I didn't have to worry about anything that day because she was on top of it and had everything planned and executed the way we wanted it!
