Autumn at Harts & Petals was a rockstar and made the day of my wedding feel so smooth and effortless. We worked together for day-of coordination, but she made herself available to me at any time prior to our big day. She heard out my concerns and questions, from COVID restrictions, to timing of the day, and added all the little personal details we wanted throughout the venue. On the day of, she kept everyone informed of timing, made it easy for my husband and I to have time together but also be conscious of our guests, and also made an impression on our families--they all loved her, too! Harts & Petals also provided florals and decor for the event; I showed Autumn samples of what I liked and she delivered! The bouquets, spray on the chuppah, and centerpieces were gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. I can't thank Autumn (and her husband!) enough for making our wedding day so great and unforgettable.

Autumn is amazing, so creative and sweet. Very easy to work with and knows many other local vendors making for a seamless wedding day. She was super helpful with recommendations on color palette, decor, etc. Highly recommend!

Autumn is phenomenal! We are so thankful that we found her for both of our daughters’ COVID weddings! Weddings can always be challenging, but with COVID, the challenges were compounded and ever-changing. With Autumn’s help, we were able to successfully and joyfully navigate the challenges. She was our “day-of” coordinator, but she was truly helpful throughout our entire process— twice! ◡̈ As the mother of the brides, I was very nervous (and clueless) as to how to pull of these two weddings within budget and less than 2 months apart(October & December). Autumn was so professional, personable, supportive, encouraging, kind, respectful, and calm! Working with her was like working with a long-time friend! We had some serious difficulties with our venue, and without her, I’m certain that those issues would have been disastrous! She handled some common guest challenges with ease and grace and also took care of several unique situations which, had we known about them at the time, had the potential of major panic on our part! Both weddings were beautiful and we have so many wonderful memories thanks to Autumn and her amazing skills and work ethic! I truly could not imagine the weddings’ success without her expertise! She was/is a true blessing!

Autumn went above & beyond for my wedding. She was only day of for us but from the moment we booked she was attentive, personable, kind, & professional. I was at complete peace on my big day because I KNEW she had everything handled. I never worried that anything would go wrong because she was on top of every single little bitty thing. I can’t even count how many times I’ve told her “thank God for you”. She really is that great. & her team is phenomenal as well. I feel I’ve made a lifelong friend through this experience. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I've sure she's great when things go according to plan, but when Covid came around she became unreasonable and hid behind her contract. She was the ONLY one of our vendors not willing to work out some kind of compromise with us and honestly, she was kind of a jerk about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I worked with Autumn for all of my day of floral needs. She took my design inspiration and turned it into real life. She was responsive, and prompt. I highly recommend booking Autumn, as she will make your floral dreams, become reality.

I worked with Autumn from Harts & Petals for our wedding flowers and centerpieces. I had a budget to stick to and she really helped me stick to it, but still pulled off the look I was going for. She made herself available for multiple phone calls before we even booked with her. One of the biggest things for us was draping we wanted on a wall to cover a fire alarm. She explored many different options for us and we eventually settled on a design that went with the space and accomplished the goal of hiding the alarm. On the day of, she was punctual in dropping off our bouquets to our hotel for pictures and had everything set at the venue on time. The flowers were lovely and she really pulled the tablescapes together. I would highly recommend Harts&Petals to any bride or for any event.

Autumn is amazing! We hired her for our wedding flowers and day of coordination, and we had the pleasure of working with Autumn, Ryan, and Hannah on our wedding day. Throughout the entire process, Autumn was extremely helpful. Her and Ryan met with my husband and I multiple times ahead of our wedding to walk us through all of our options from a coordination and floral perspective. They were great communicators throughout the planning process and were very helpful from an insight/recommendation perspective. Autumn and her team, as our day of coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day. She even went out of her way to make sure the cliche of “not eating at your own wedding” was far from the truth. We had food waiting for us in the green room after the ceremony as well as at our table after our first dance. From a floral perspective, the color scheme exactly matched what we wanted, and she found nice, creative ways to stay within our budget while still making sure we had a beautiful wedding. Talking about above and beyond once again, last minute my step-dad built a structure for our ceremony back-drop. While our contract did not mention we would have structure in our wedding that would require florals, she improvised and incorporated greenery so beautifully onto the structure. I was also just so happy with my bouquet and the girls bouquets. They were the perfect color scheme and were one-of-a-kind. In addition, unfortunately, it was raining during our send-off, and we were unable to use our sparklers. However, Autumn was prepared and had plenty of flower petals to provide guests for throwing for the send-off instead. Autumn and her team are simply the BEST! I hope you choose Harts & Petals for your wedding.

We cannot express our gratitude enough! I stumbled across positive reviews for Autumn when I was looking for a day of coordinator and we were so happy we did! I will try to make this review short and sweet, but it will be hard because there were so many examples of how Autumn made our wedding weekend and month leading up to the big day exemplary. From our initial call, Autumn expressed genuine interest in the type of wedding we wanted to create and asked personal questions about my Ethiopian culture and traditions. Throughout the entire planning process and day of the wedding, her attention to detail and floral creations were just what we didn’t even know we needed. She was always available to discuss any concern and came up with several suggestions and solutions to make our wedding day perfect! For example, I needed to find a last minute coffee vendor, which I mentioned in passing, and she immediately said she would take care of it... She found an affordable and easy solution within an hour! Another shining example, anytime I had questions or needed my vendors to communicate with the venue, Autumn was quick to make room in her schedule to either email, call, or show up in person and help facilitate those conversations. She helped me with floral, decor, scheduling, ALL THINGS venue and vendor related, and she made sure all my family members were happy. She helped me focus, walked me through my indecisiveness, and probably took care of details that I don’t even know about because that is the type of coordinator she is. Plus, she laughed at all my jokes! Additionally, her husband, Ryan, is also a graphic designer if you need one. If you’re looking for a one stop shop for floral, planning, and a memorable wedding, go with Autumn at Harts & Petals. I could not recommend her enough. Autumn was the BEST to work with! She made me (and my Mom) feel so comfortable and confident in the floral plans. (I happened to already have another great wedding planner on board before I found her, so I used her for event decor, but I'm sure she would be an amazing planner too!) She has great taste, is really enthusiastic about your ideas/vision, and totally understands what you're going for. She was super responsive and helped me work through a bunch of tweaks to stay in budget. She did exactly what I wanted, but took it the extra mile to make everything really gorgeous and cohesive! I can't say enough good things about her! You won't regret using Harts & Petals!

We just loved Autumn and Ryan. We used Harts and Petals for both florals and coordinating. Autumn and Ryan are both warm, very organized and just plain fun to be around. They made our wedding stress free!

We used Autumn at Harts & Petals as both our wedding coordinator and florist. She did an amazing job executing the vision with our wedding and we are so happy with how everything turned out. She sent us an e-mail at the beginning of our wedding week saying she would handle all of the stress for us and executed on that allowing all of us to enjoy the wedding day. And the flowers and candles she used was perfect as well. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator & florist.

Autumn was my coordinator for my wedding, and I could not have asked for a better one. She was calm, confident, and capable of pulling off all kinds of wedding magic. She managed my day perfectly which allowed everyone (including me!) to just enjoy the day. =) Her husband designed a custom illustration for our invites that was just what I dreamed up. This couple is seriously a dream team!
