Hart's catered our wedding on 9/15 and did an incredible job! I have Celiac disease and we needed the wedding to be completely gluten free. They were able to accommodate that as well as the multiple other dietary restrictions our guests had. The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we wanted. They were communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend!
Hart's catered our wedding on 8/10 and we have had dozens of compliments on the food (especially the chicken piccata and the mashed potato bar!) The catering department was great and I really enjoyed working with Cara, she was very responsive and helpful. The staff members that worked our wedding were very courteous and we would highly recommend having Hart's cater your upcoming event!
Harts did a wonderful job catering our wedding and we had SO many compliments about how the food tasted from our guests. Many said it was the best food they've had at a wedding, and we agree! We went with a buffet, which everyone enjoyed. The professionalism from the staff and the quality of the food was unmatched. We absolutely recommend them to anyone!
We had Hart’s cater our 11/4 wedding at Castle in the Clouds and could not have been happier! The food was delicious and the staff were extremely kind and professional. We worked with Willow during the planning process and she was amazing! We are so thankful we chose Hart’s turkey farm for our wedding and would choose them over and over again! Cannot recommend them enough! 😊
Harts did a fantastic job catering our wedding at Castle in the Clouds. They had a major catastrophe at their restaurant just days before the wedding and you never would've known. We worked with Willow directly, and she was wonderful to connect with - she made the process so easy. Harts is great because their food is delicious, menus are easy to pick from, and ALL are super flexible. We did a Custom Echo Island Buffet and it was DELICIOUS! Our guests were raving. Their wait staff was SO lovely and friendly too.
Hart’s Turkey farm was awesome! The food was delicious as well as the ice cream bar and cake for dessert! The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. Totally recommend!

I’m still not over the food. Seriously. At our tasting, we were blown away by the food, but people kept saying “it’s never the same at the wedding as it was at the tasting.” Well those people can eat crow, because our meals - Beef, Salmon, Pork and Vegetarian - were the talk of the evening (among many other things, including the ridiculously beautiful Castle in the Clouds venue). The servings were gigantic, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a very, very long time. It was hot, beautifully plated, and literally everyone adored their food and talked about it long after the plates were cleared. Cara orchestrated beautifully, was extremely easy to work with, consistent, organized, patient, and knowledgeable, and our chef cannot be beat, he’s amazing.
The only kind of weird thing was that when we went to cut the cake there was no fork or plate or anything, so we had to stand around awkwardly holding the cake knife, asking passing Hart’s wait staff to scrounge up a plate and fork. Seems like a pretty basic wedding event component. Also cake-related, they were extremely slow getting cut cake out on the cake table, so guests thought it was gone and started eating donuts instead, leaving expensive cake behind. My mom had to go back to the kitchen and ask if there was anymore cake. So, the dessert table wasn’t especially well managed, but it’s a forgivable offense. It was also frustrating that guest’s cake and beverages were cleared so rapidly that a lot of our hard-earned and well-spent money was wasted. I suspect this was intentional to drive up the bar bill and get us out on time.
Just be quick to get leftover dessert packed up, as they were whisked away and we had to ask to have some of them back for the farewell breakfast, and maybe have a conversation with the venue and caterer about clearing food that’s still being eaten, and drinks that are still being drunk!
We booked Hart's Turkey Farm as our caterer at our wedding at Castle in the Clouds and the food was amazing. The wait staff was very professional and easy to work with. We did a buffet including a mashed potato bar and it was the talk of our guests the week following our wedding. Everyone was raving about how good everything was. We were not disappointed at all in our experience.
The BEST food and service ever! Cara was such a pleasure to work with and her staff were unbelievable!!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an amazing buffet!
We used Hart's for our wedding reception and they did a wonderful job. We really enjoyed working with Cara, she was the highlight of our Hart's experience. She bent over backwards to accommodate all of our requests and really made our dreams come true. We wanted a farm table charcuterie station and it was the first time that Hart's had ever done something like that, but it came out amazing! We had a large selection of desserts that we wanted and Hart's custom made whatever we asked. Thank you!
Booked Hart's for the food for our wedding. We had them to passed appetizers and a buffet. All the guests complimented us on the food and how impressed they were, everything was very tasty. They were also accommodating with menu edits etc. The staff was great as well, would definitely recommend !
First off, CARA WAS AMAZING TO WORK WITH! Hands down.
We got married at the Akwa Marina Yacht Club in Laconia, Hart's did the catering (and after party in the tiki bar)!
We met with Cara to start, mainly to paint a broad picture as to what our vision was. This was followed by about a million emails back and forth - and always a timely response! We were able to put together an amazing spread that worked with our budget (and that our guests loved).
From food, to staff and overall service - everything was wonderful!
We chose this vendor for our barn wedding and they were incredible. Hart’s was affordable, great at communicating, and had amazing food. They offered a delicious complimentary tasting where they allowed my parents to accompany us as well. We chose the buffet and they still set the tables beautifully for us. Anything else we needed them to put out that we had rented, they were more than willing. It was pleasant and very nice working with them! Would highly recommend.
Hart's catered our wedding at Castle in the Clouds and the food was fantastic. Cara worked with my husband and I to customize a fusion menu of italian and indian apps for cocktail hour, which we so appreciated. She even went above and beyond to get us some local milk wo serve with our donut bar. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I thought the staff was not super attentive to some of the details. Our desserts were served too soon and when the DJ asked the servers to bring our cake table to the dance floor to be cut, my maid of honor had to do it because we didn't get a response. Small detail, but in the moment it mattered for us. Overall had a great experience though!
I could not have imagined having anyone other than Hart’s cater my husband’s and I Wedding Day. Hart’s catered my husband and I’s Wedding in June 2016 in Laconia, NH. Hart’s Turkey Farm is special to me as my grandfather who has since passed away first brought us to Hart’s when I was little on our family vacation. Each year my family goes to NH at least once a year just to eat at Hart’s. Although my family and I have had Hart’s several times, multiple family members and friends say the food at our Wedding was the best they have ever eaten and like nothing they had before! You mention Hart’s once to them and they go on and on about how delicious it was! The tasting at Hart’s was one of the funest experiences my husband and I had Wedding Planning. The staff was so kind to us. When I had questions regarding Gluten Free options for my sister I was able to personally speak to the Chef who went over all of our concerns. Some of the food we had included a domestic cheese platter, turkey, beef of sirloin, salad, squash, carrot relish, desserts, etc. A big hit at our wedding was the mash potato bar. We had a buffet line and the staff who served the food was very kind and even held my plate so I didn’t get my dress dirty while I picked my food. I would HIGHLY recommend Hart’s for anyone’s catering needs as well as going to their restaurant.

From Cara in the office to the on site staff, everyone was professional and courteous.
The presentation of the buffet, the table settings the hot Hors d'oeuvre, the cheese & crackers, veggies and dip were all so professional done.
Everything was hot and delicious.
Even the deserts were great..

No one likes "wedding food"... this is not wedding food, it's way better! Harts did an absolutely amazing job through the entire planning process right up through the big day. We worked with Cara, the catering manager, and she is absolutely wonderful. I knew that I could reach out to her with questions and she would always have an answer or a helpful suggestion.
Her best suggestion of all... the 'late night snack'. After everyone had been drinking and dancing for a couple of hours, they brought out mac n' cheese and pigs-in-a-blanket. Our guests went nuts over it and said it was the best part of the night.
We love Cara and her team at Harts, I would recommend them to anyone!
We have two places to choose from as far as catering goes for our venue. We had a tasting at Hart's and we were very disappointed. I had heard such wonderful things! They put together a group tasting with about 50 brides/grooms/family on 11/16. We were one of the first couples to arrive at Noon. We nibbled a bit on veggies, hummus and shrimp cocktail. We tried all of the "hot" buffet items many were luke warm. We even had passed hot appetizers that were not at all hot! The mini sliders felt like they were taken out of the fridge and served. When we mentioned our concerns to the coordinator, she spoke with the chef who of course stood by his food. Worst of all, she said she couldn't promise it wouldn't happen again! I read that as "you and your guests might get cold food on your wedding day." On a day that you are trying to convince Brides and Grooms to purchase your service, you should be on the top of your game, ESPECIALLY if you are prepping and cooking the food out of your own businesses kitchen.
The staff at Hart's was not only so very helpful and accommodating, they were laid back and so friendly!
I consider myself a laid back bride, but had some concerns due to my need for gluten free items. All of my guests are still raving about the items and no one could tell you which ones were gluten free (including the chicken broccoli alfredo!)
Thank you to Mike and Cara for helping me plan my perfect menu, within my budget and most importantly for showing my guests that wedding food can be hot, fresh and delicious! And thank you to the friendly and helpful staff for my event. Nothing but professional and smiling people!

food was great. Something for everyone
My venue (Castle in the Clouds) uses this vendor as their exclusive caterer. At first, I was a little disappointed I didn't get to shop around, but after everything was said and done, I saved so much time and got such amazing service that I'm glad they were my caterer by default. The food was great (the little amount I was able to fork down between conversations). The service was exceptional. Before the big day, they were very understanding and quick to respond to all of my silly questions about the kids meals and add-ons. My check got lost in the mail and they called me the day before the wedding. I was sweating thinking they would be angry and would need the money right that second or we wouldn't get food. Cara was so thoughtful and kind. I gave her a credit card number and she told me she would wait a few more days for the check. She called again a few days after the wedding to make sure she could charge the card because the check never showed up and told me she would mail it back if by luck it appeared one day. I cannot wait to make another trip up to NH so we can stop in the restaurant for dinner.
I had to force them in to doing a tasting with me. I didn't get to choose my caterer because Castle in the Clouds has a contract with them so I really wanted to know what I was getting. Everything was great at the tasting, the food is great and they have a nice range of prices as well. Everything was on time and served nicely. They told me they would cut and serve both the wedding cake and a sheet cake we ordered to cover the amount of people at the wedding. The sheet cake was never cut or served. It was delivered by the cake place but never set out. Not ok. Also before the wedding I emailed the person I had been in contact with 3 times over a 2 month period and never heard back from him. I was trying to confirm final decisions and pay the balance. I didn't hear from him until a week before the event then we had to pay a huge balance immediately. Seems like maybe once they get paid they aren't so concerned with their final results.
Everyone loved the food! Traditional New England dinner. It was the best!! Wish I could have eaten more!
We were very happy with our Turkey buffet dinner provided for our wedding reception.
We used Hart's for our wedding in June 2011. They have an excellent and extensive catering menu and options with different price points. They were easy to contact and great to work with. Everyone loved the food. Some of the guests even went to the restaurant the next day! I highly recommend them.
