Harvest Moon Cafe

We had a wonderful experience with Harvest Moon! We tried them out at the suggestion of our venue, and we are SO GLAD we decided to go with them. We used them for the rehearsal dinner, sandwiches the day of and our reception. They had every type of food imaginable, and were very helpful in assisting with my decision making. Everyone raved about how delicious all of the food was. I highly recommend them to take care of all of your catering needs!

Beth and her team were amazing!! From our first experience with Harvest Moon at the tasting, we fell in love! The atmosphere they create is gorgeous, and the food is phenomenal! They were so easy to work with and accommodated our every need with a smile!

BEWARE BRIDES: We booked Harvest Moon for our catering at our 2400 On the River wedding May 7th, 2016. The food tasting was spectacular and there was a great menu to choose from. We did a buffet style, with stations. Our interaction with their catering coordinator was fantastic... however: -The food was cold, like not semi warm, COLD food at all the stations. I don't know what happened, but we paid thousands of dollars for cold food for our guests. We were not compensated for this issue either (we asked for a 20% refund.) -My husband and I had a family heirloom cake topper, it was a porcelain bride and groom that my great grandmother, grandmother, and mother had at their weddings. Harvest Moon lost our topper. They were paid to cut the cake and they took the cake away and something happened to the topper (they either broke it or threw it away.) It was the most devastating news to find out this happened and they offered no explanation. It was a priceless error and it still makes me upset to think about. Overall I do not recommend Harvest Moon. I know they make good food, but they don't seem to have everything right for their catering. It was a big error to serve all of our wedding guests cold food... and incredibly embarrassing for us.

We hired Harvest Moon Cafe for our rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious and there was tons extras. The servers were very professional and everything was set up on time. The only downside was working with Tracy. It took 2+ months to hammer out all the details for the rehearsal dinner, but it took us only like a week to figure out our ceremony dinner and logistics (which was with another company). It was a long arduous process to set up our rehearsal dinner but in the long run it was a good decision to go with Harvest Moon Cafe. We also wish we could have had it at the restaurant, but someone had just booked the room for our date (our fault for waiting so long).

We used Harvest Moon for our rehearsal, sandwiches on our wedding day while getting ready, and reception. We also hired them to bring bartenders as we were able to supply our own drinks. The food was amazing, we had lots of friends and family down from Canada and we had both a Crawfish Boil on Friday and Southern Fare on Saturday. Everyone was raving about the food. The staff was really friendly as well. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. I feel that the prices that Harvest Moon charges are really reasonable and probably lower than they should be charging considering the quality of the food and service you receive. At least give their food a try before going somewhere else, you won't be sorry. If you're getting married at The Farm they know the venue very well so it was really helpful and reduced any amount of work I had to do to get them prepared.

My husband and I wanted great Southern food for our wedding reception, and that is exactly what Harvest Moon prepared for us! Fried catfish, barbeque pork, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese - it was all delicious! I received prompt and thorough updates from their catering department with pricing and any changes to our order. Also, everything was included with our package, meaning we didn't have to worry about silverware, drinks, serving utensils, etc. I would certainly recommend Harvest Moon for anyone having an event in the Rome area!

Harvest Moon catered both of my daughter's weddings. They were very different events but Harvest Moon quality was the same. Beth was excellent to work with and helped us plan quantities and selection. One of the first things people have said about our last daughter's wedding is the food was excellent. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I picked this vender to cater our wedding because of the amazing food experience we had the couple times we went. We had the meatloaf, braised chardonnay and rosemary chicken, mac and cheese, green beans, soul rolls (which we ran out of), dinner rolls, and salad (blueberry lavender dressing was a must). The food was not typical boring wedding food. It was amazing and people are STILL talking about it. We are very happy with our choice of picking Harvest Moon Café. Beth was super easy to get in touch with and helped with our big day with helping set-up, providing the linens, tear-down,and bartending. I cannot wait to be able to go back up to Rome to eat there again. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and polite, and the food was delicious! Staff even assisted in switching my reception location mid-reception!

We recently had our wedding at the Rosabelle Manor with Harvest Moon catering. It was absolutely delicious! The catering staff and bartenders were very friendly and did a wonderful job. We are still getting praises about the food, especially sweet potato chips and cheese sauce and the pecan crusted chicken. At the end of the event, they packed up the remaining food and gave us a bag filled with the containers. We were shocked and never expected for them to do this - amazing and very thoughful! Jody, the main caterer was great. She helped us throughout the process with a tasting and also with the bartender. The service was easy and flawless and truly recommend them for your event!

We have always loved Harvest Moon, so we were thrilled when they were able to cater our wedding for ~165 guests at Rosabelle Manor. Food was great, and they did a great job taking care of clean up, etc. They were also able to supply us with bartenders for the event, who were also very professional. After the wedding, the prepared a to-go package of food for us to take on our honeymoon.

We used Harvest Moon Cafe for our rehearsal dinner. I was really impressed with Harvest Moon Cafe, and I thought the food was wonderful! We had about 40 people at the rehearsal, and some of the last guest that went through the line complained to me that the food was cold and that there was not enough?? Also, some people said that the wait staff would not refill the food, or the drinks... I did not see these problems, but thought I would give the full honest opinion. Overall I was really pleased, and would recommend Harvest Moon.

We had to book Harvest Moon at the last minute for my wedding bc we did not like the taste of the food at the other vendor. Turns out this was the best decision we could've made. The food was excellent and the service superb! They did EVERYTHING!! They cleaned up, set up, everything! It was wonderful!! Thanks so much for making this so great for us
