Words cannot describe how wonderful Harvest View Barn was for our big day! Right from the start, we knew we were in great hands! Katie and her team really made our day seamless and worry free! Having the house on site for our bridal party to relax, eat, and get ready for the ceremony was a huge convenience. It allowed us to have the hair stylists and make up artists tend to the bridal party on site. The picturesque grounds at Harvest View made for some amazing photos and videos highlighting our day. Again, cannot say enough about the attention to detail by Katie and her staff. She was there at every turn, anticipating each aspect of the day, making sure the day ran as smooth as it did! Thank you Harvest View for making our wedding day so memorable and beautiful!

If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. Harvest view made our day beyond perfect. From the venue itself to our amazing wedding coordinator Jes, the day felt seamless regardless of the weather we had to fight. They are so accommedating and truly make you feel like you’re part of their family from the day you meet them to even after the wedding! We got married 10/20/2023 and continuously have been getting so many people tell us how beautiful our venue was along with the amazing staff! Look no further. Harvest view is your place :)

My husband and I were married on September 3rd at Harvest View Barn. It was an AMAZING experience working with that from star to finish. Our wonderful coordinator, Katie, initially showed us the venue and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. On the day of the venue was decorated exactly how I had envisioned it without ever lifting a finger. We were told by guests over and over how beautiful the venue was, how great the grounds were and how accommodating the staff there was. The venue made the process so easy to work with and the day of the wedding was stress free and everything we could have wanted. Anyone choosing to get married here will get above and beyond what they could dream for their wedding day.

My husband and I got married at Harvest View July 7th. 2023. Picking Harvest View as our venue was the best decision! When we got there for the tour, the grounds were gorgeous. Every direction you look is beautiful. When we went upstairs into the barn, it took our breath away. It was everything we were looking for and more. Katie gave us the tour and answered every question I had before I had to even ask them (I brought a huge list of questions). A few months out from our wedding, we started working with our coordinator, Jes. She was so easy to talk to and I knew from our first call that she would make our day run smoothly. As the wedding got closer, I had questions frequently and Jes answered every single one really quickly. We went to the barn for a meeting to go over all the details. We picked decor that Harvest View has available to use, and decided where certain things would go for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We went over the final details rehearsal night and made sure we had everything ready to go the next day. When we arrived at the farmhouse the morning of our wedding day, Jes was there to greet us and immediately put my mind at ease. As someone with wicked anxiety issues, I can honestly say I was extremely calm on our wedding day and it's because of Jes and the rest of the Harvest View staff. Jes and the other coordinators put all of my decorations and signs out. They displayed my decor (guest book, welcome sign, ceremony space, seating chart, memorial table, etc.) better than I had even imagined. I gave them the decor and trusted them to put it all out and it was creative and beautiful. Jes continuously checked in with myself and the rest of the wedding party to make sure we didn't need anything. She also checked in to make sure we had eaten a little something and had water so no one would pass out during the ceremony (I have a history of doing that if I don't eat enough). We had the ceremony upstairs in the barn due to the crazy heat. I had sent Jes pictures of ideas I had for the sweetheart table decor. During cocktail hour while they flipped the ceremony space to the reception space, she took those examples and made them happen, even better than the ones I sent. Even down to the tiniest details, Jes had it down. Just an example, I had light bases for the table numbers to be displayed on and they could be changed to different colors if anyone had touched the button on it. I mentioned this and Jes said that's why she specifically set them up so the button was turned in towards the centerpieces and no one would know the button was even there. They set up all the decor for you and then pack everything up at the end of the reception and even put everything in cars for you. It takes a big weight off the couple and their families because you literally just have to show up on your wedding day and soak it all in. No worrying about set up, tear down, showing guests where to go, keeping track of gifts/cards. They do everything for you and they genuinely enjoy it. I could go on and on because there are so many other examples. Jes and the people at Harvest View Barn go above and beyond for their couples and I promise it'll be the best decision you make for the most important day of your life! From the moment that we toured Harvest View with Crystal, we knew that it was the perfect venue. The restored barn and the entire property with the farmhouse, pond, fountain, gazebo, weeping willow tree, etc. were so beautiful and were the perfect backdrop for our photos. We can’t say enough good things about the day of our reception at Harvest View! Our guests are still talking about how awesome it was! Our coordinators, Jes and Katie, were so organized and professional and worked hard all day to keep everything moving along seamlessly. The day was perfect—no hiccups or glitches at all! They were just a joy to work with throughout the entire process—meeting with us to choose decor, making suggestions, responding promptly to emails, and decorating the barn beautifully! They are truly some of the kindest, sweetest, and most caring people you will ever meet! It was just a wonderful experience—highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this venue for your wedding day! It is so beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The ground are also beautiful and well-kept. It’s private and the whole venue was ours for the day. Our day-of coordinator was very organized and easy to communicate with! Eve took so much stress away with planning. The day of the wedding, she and her assistant took care of everything so I could relax and enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids. The owners Crystal and Marc are so kind and welcoming. They are also very professional and organized. The whole staff was wonderful and it made for a smooth wedding day! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our big day!

I was the bride and I had the BEST DAY EVER they exceeded my expectations for my wedding day. The venue was so beautiful and all the coordinators are so nice. it was so easy and smooth I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Our wedding was on May 20, 2023 and we could not have picked a better venue option! After viewing the property almost a year prior, it was an easy selection for us as Harvest View Barn has the most beautiful property. We are incredibly thankful to the entire HVB team and especially our coordinator Jes. She did an amazing job with everything and if anything went amiss, we didn't have a clue! The planning process and review processes were very easy and they have such a wide selection of complimentary items and services. Be sure to double check their vendor recommendations and ask the HVB on their suggestions as they have worked with many of the vendors before. The team and coordinators at this venue were wonderful to work with and worth every penny. We highly recommend them for any event!

We were just married on April 29, 2023 & could not say enough about this venue. We had a few venue tours set up but after seeing Harvest View (the second venue we toured) we canceled the rest! The grounds are breathtaking, the barn is spectacular on ALL levels and the farm house was such a wonderful surprise. Everyone we spoke to endorsed how STUNNING the venue was. Our coordinator, Eve, was INCREDIBLE. She spent so much time with us, via text, phone call & email and she truly made our wedding vision come to life. It was clear from the start that her main purpose was to make our day beautiful, perfect and seamless- and she did just that! The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception space was transformed into our EXACT vision. Before, during and after the wedding Eve & her assistants made sure we were taken care of & went above & beyond for us. We honestly cannot say enough about Eve & her care & coordination. She had EVERYTHING covered and we felt so calm & at ease working with her. Marc & Crystal (owners) were also spectacular from the start - we met with Crystal shortly after booking to go over everything again (even though it was more than a year out from our wedding) & she spent so much time with us. Her, Marc & Eve were all very receptive to our needs / questions & were very prompt with their responses- not to mention very helpful & knowledgeable. The venue… stunning. The grounds… stunning. And the farm house we all got ready in - that was such an unexpected, AMAZING part! It was so amazing to have everyone in one space getting ready (even though I did not see my husband, as the space is HUGE & split into two sections). It was so nice to have both families hanging out together, getting ready together and blending. The grass was wet & Eve & her assistant knew I desperately wanted outside pics - they grabbed a carpet from inside to put next to a tarp our dads had & put down. They were so accommodating and I can seriously go on & on about how amazing our experience & wedding was. We are so thankful to the Harvest View team for the most perfect day!!

We could not have picked a better place to hold our beautiful wedding ceremony and reception. The venue is enchanting. Everyone was kind and informative throughout the process, but we give the most credit to our wedding coordinator, Jes Groff. She played the biggest part in making sure we were well informed and communicated with from start to finish. Our wedding day went super smooth and we had the time of our lives thanks to everyone involved. I knew from the moment I stepped on the property that Harvest View Barn was THE venue and we were not disappointed. I would recommend them AND Jes to anyone.

When my wife and I were looking at venues for our wedding we did not anticipate selecting Harvest View Barn at Hershey Farms due to the long distance from family. However, after a visit to the farm we knew immediately this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. The property and barn were absolutely stunning and the people were extremely friendly. Jes in particular was very helpful and served as our wedding coordinator. When our big day came this past October, she made sure everything went smoothly and we had the wedding of our dreams. We would highly recommend Jes and Harvest View Barn at Hershey Farms to any couple looking to tie the knot in a beautiful location.

My husband and I hosted our daughter’s wedding at Harvest View Barn this past weekend and I can’t begin to do the venue and the staff justice in a short review but I will try. This was my first time organizing a wedding of any size much less 150+ people. Crystal (the owner) and Katie (our day of coordinator) held my hand through the entire process, answering all of my questions and helping my daughter refine her vision of “the day”. The venue itself is just stunning. Most of our guests were from out of the area and were blown away by how beautiful the barn itself and the grounds were. One guest described it as “elegantly rustic” which is pretty spot on. Having the farmhouse as a get-ready space with separate areas for the bride’s party and the groomsmen was also a huge perk. We had food delivered to the full service kitchen for both parties and there is a 4 chair hair and makeup room which sped up the whole process. Our stylists were able to get 11 people done with time to spare. Once the day really got started Katie made sure that everything flowed seamlessly; I actually got to enjoy my daughter’s wedding because it was obvious that she and her assistants had things well in hand. The day was magical from start to finish…the perfect celebration of our daughter and her new husband. Thank you Harvest View…For everything!

I’m really not sure we can say enough to emphasize just how great HVB is. Our coordinator, Katie, did a phenomenal job and made our day go without a hitch. Every question we had was answered quickly, and every issue (not many) that came up was resolved promptly. Our day simply wouldn’t have been the same without Katie and her team running the show. I’d recommend HVB@HF to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with wonderful people!!

We could not have asked for a better experience in any way. My wife and I planned an accelerated wedding, and while we were stressed about the details and the changes, the staff at Harvest View were by our side the whole time, answering questions, coordinating, and making sure all the specifics were handled. We had some special requests, and they were met with enthusiasm. The day of the event could not have gone smoother, with staff having a clear vision of what we had up until that point only dreamed about. We had our wedding at Harvest View on 9/23 and it was more than we could have ever imagined. Most of our planning was done remotely half way across the country and we couldn't have done it without our Harvest View wedding coordinator, Eve. She was very timely in all of her responses and even up to a few days prior, she was able to accommodate changes that were being made. Eve is so kind and is superb at her job. She really is a Rockstar! We told her our vision and she made it come to life. We had hop vines for our arch which were not the easiest thing to work with and we weren't really sure if it was even going to be possible, but Eve pulled it off beautifully. It was exactly what he had envisioned. The venue itself is stunning. We had guests all night tell us how beautiful the venue was and if truly is. The grounds and the barn made for perfect photo ops. The size of be dance floor was also a plus as we had guests dancing all night long to our band. The farmhouse was perfect for getting ready and it is so picturesque for the photographer to capture moments with my bridesmaids and my husband with his groomsmen. The Hershey's were so easy to work with as well. We could not have asked for a better, more perfect venue for our wedding or more amazing people to work with. Harvest View made our dream wedding come true.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Harvest View Barn this past Friday and we cannot rave enough about this place! The property itself is breathtaking, then add the charm of the barn and you have the perfect recipe for a wedding venue. Having the farmhouse on the property to get ready in made the transition from pictures to the start of the ceremony so simple. Our day-of coordinator Eve and her team made it the most stress free day for us. From day after talking to Eve, I knew we were in the best hands. There was not a single hiccup and if there was, I wouldn’t have even known with how on top of everything she was. I was able to enjoy my night with my husband and our guests without having to lift a finger. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about the day. Thank you Harvest View for such an amazing wedding!!!

This venue is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! I can not say enough about how perfect this venue was for my husband and I. Both the inside and outside are breath taking, and if you are looking to do a larger wedding there is more than enough space. Out of the barns we looked at for our wedding venue this place was hands down the most amazing!!

Harvest View Barn exceeded our expectations throughout our whole experience. Our day of coordinator was amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process, all the way up to our wedding day. We recently held the postponed "wedding reception" for our daughter and son-in-law at Harvest View who were married in December 2020. It is an exceptionally beautifully renovated barn in an ideal setting. The property is extremely well-maintained, with a pond, bridge and gazebo, and surrounded by fields. The farmhouse , which is for the use of the bridal party, is beautifully furnished, very spacious, updated, and well equipped. The inside of the barn is the perfect setting for a wedding and reception as its restoration exhibits a great sense of maintaining the original integrity of the structure while providing all the updated conveniences needed to hold a great event. We appreciated the support of the owners of this venue (the Hersheys) who were very helpful as we navigated the issues related to the pandemic. We were fortunate to use the services of one of Harvest View's wedding coordinators, Jes Groff, who was well organized and kept the day/evening moving right on schedule, from setting up the extensive Christmas decorations we used, to the tear down and loading of vehicles after a wonderful (and tiring) day. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting in which to hold this one-year anniversary celebration, combined with venue staff that was both kind and efficient.

I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN! As soon as we walked into the barn we knew this was our venue. The team at Harvest View Barn was absolutely incredible! We were originally set to get married on 10.17.20. And when the world shut down we were nervous about having our day. When we decided to postpone we reached out and they were incredibly accommodating. We seamlessly transferred our wedding to 10.30.21. Katie was our day of coordinator along with Sunny. Katie was so amazing to work with. She truly made all my Halloween Wedding visions come true and even assisted with some ideas herself. Everything was absolutely perfect and we could not have done it without Harvest View! Shout out to Crystal as well, she was amazing with answering all our crazy questions. Thank you Harvest View Team for everything!

Our wedding day was an absolute dream, and so much of that had to do with the team here at Harvest View Barn. From the moment that we toured, till we left on our wedding night, we felt completely seen and cared for. The owners are absolutely wonderful people, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their business! We want to especially thank our coordinator, Katie, who made sure everything went according to plan. She was so on top of things that she made this "Type A" bride have a stress free week leading up to the wedding. I think I was more stressed about what lipstick to wear than anything else, because Katie made me feel completely at ease. Plus, you are really getting your money's worth with this venue. You get an included getting ready suite, with separate spaces for both parties, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremony, reception, pictures, etc. They are all clean and well maintained, heck I'd spend this much just to have the view of the outdoor grounds. One thing we heard from our guests all day was how impressed they were with the venue! Harvest View was also incredibly flexible with everything we wanted. We were able to make our wedding day 100% personal to us, and never felt pressured to stick with the "normal" wedding details. All in all, if you can afford it, Harvest View Barn is ABSOLUTELY worth it!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Harvest View for our big day! From the very beginning of planning to seeing it all come together, they were incredibly professional while also making sure our individual needs were met! We had our wedding at Harvest View Barn on May 29, 2021. From start to finish, we could always tell that we were in good hands. Shirley Hershey was the first to greet us at the barn. We talked to her about all aspects of our wedding, and what we were looking for in a venue. She showed us around, and we quickly fell in love with the beautiful views of the farmland, and the well-manicured grounds of the venue. The building itself was immaculate and fully climate controlled. We had an indoor reception with a buffet and 150+ guests, but there was still plenty of space in the barn for a dance floor that nearly all of our guests could have occupied at one time. In addition to the main venue itself, we were also given access to a large, two-story house to get ready in. Girls and guys had completely separate areas and entrances/exits in the house, so it was easy for us to avoid seeing each other until our ceremony started. Our ceremony took place by a beautiful pond which was adjacent to the barn itself. The weather was overcast (and very cold), but the views were fantastic and the surroundings were great for pictures. The grounds offer a lot of different photo options, like posing by the flower beds around the house, taking photos by the pond/gazebo, taking photos under the weeping willow tree (some of our most favorite photos), gravel road photos, and also field photos. As you can tell, there are quite a few different aesthetics for outdoor photos. When we chose Harvest View as our venue, we were also given a Day-of-Coordinator, Katie. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to do this. Katie was so helpful during the planning process, meeting with us multiple times and answering all of our questions. She never made us feel rushed and always made sure that we understood all of our options, even if that meant going over our allotted time length of the appointment. She always responded to emails and texts in a timely manner, and even spent an evening talking to us on the phone about a rain plan when we were worried about the weather ruining our day. She reached out to all of our vendors and made sure they knew everything they needed about our venue to be successful. Not to mention on the day of the actual wedding, Katie was phenomenal. She made sure the timeline was followed, and set up all of the decorations and details while we were getting ready. She even sent us pictures as she was doing so to make sure we liked everything where it was. She helped me (the bride) stay hidden as I was walking to the ceremony site, and made sure to fluff my train right before I walked down the aisle, which really showed how much she cared. Katie made the process so much easier and kept us calm whenever we were stressed about something. We would recommend her to anything who wants to plan their perfect wedding and have it go off without a hitch! Overall, this was the most amazing venue to get married at and anyone who wants the barn wedding of their dreams should get married here!

The moment we pulled into Harvest View Barn, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married! Between the natural beauty, the well-kept grounds, and the amazing staff and planners, I would recommend this venue to anyone who asks! The most amazing venue. From start to finish everyone was helpful and truly cared about making my day special. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Originally we were to have our ceremony outside, unfortunately a storm came through that day. Thankfully we were able to have our ceremony inside to keep us and our guests dry. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Harvest View Barn. The place is absolutely immaculate. The entire staff keeps the barn in tip-top shape. Marc, Crystal, and Jes made everything run smoothly from beginning to end. I really think they have the most professional staff out of all the venues we visited (and we visited a lot). Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding due to covid but Marc was a pleasure to work with to reschedule the date. Our revised date turned out to be everything we had hoped for! Our coordinator, Jes, made sure everything on our wedding date went according to plan! You really can't go wrong with HVB!

Outstanding! I can't say enough great things about Harvest View Barn. The beautiful and updated house that we had all day to hangout and get ready in was a game changer. It brought both of our families together to start off the day of love & fun. The grounds were well maintained and everything was very clean. The barn itself created a wonderful layout for all of our guests to mingle. People could stand outside or inside during cocktail hour and then once the reception got started the doors to the upper outside deck were opened. Our guests loved being able to socialize outside, especially with the great weather. Katie was outstanding and the most helpful Day of Coordinator! She was easy to talk to and I felt that she adapted to my vision. Katie was organized and filled in the gaps where I may have forgotten something. After visiting close to 10 venues, we absolutely fell in love with Harvest View the moment we saw it and booked our date before leaving. Everything was kept so meticulous and picture-perfect. From our first visit to our final walk through, the staff at Harvest View made our dream their goal. They were so professional and attentive. We never had to worry about hearing back from them or getting a response to any concerns. They were responsive to any email or text. Our coordinator Eve went above and beyond. She made the entire process stress free and truly enjoyable. She made it a point to handle everything, down to the smallest details, so we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. She made herself available to us at all hours and made sure every vision we had was perfect. We heard comments from our guests all night about how beautiful the venue was. And the bride and groom farmhouse was gorgeous!! Would highly recommend this venue and their staff to anyone. They made our wedding day an absolute dream.

Harvest View Barn was absolutely incredible in every single way imaginable. We had the wedding of our dreams at this venue and the staff helped make it so amazing and enjoyable. Every single step leading up to our big day was so stress free and organized. We got assigned a day of event coordinator who helped us SO much throughout the entire process. She developed a day of timeline, a list of all decorations needed/who was providing what, and helped reach out to all of our vendors to make sure everything went as planned (THANK YOU EVE!) The day of our wedding, the entire harvest view staff made sure that everything was flawless and even if something went wrong, they figured it out. My husbands pants ripped the first time he sat down and they took them and sewed them within minutes! We got endless comments on how amazing the venue was, from the elegant barn and beautiful pond to the greenest grass that anyone has seen. I used almost all of their recommended vendors and we couldn't have been happier. HIGHLY recommend to use Harvest View Barn as your wedding venue- you will have the wedding of your dreams!!!

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding at Harvest View Barn! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and you have access to the entire house to get ready. The staff at Harvest View were very professional and helpful as we planned the wedding details and decorations. They require a day of coordinator, which after having been through it, I would highly recommend no matter where you get married. It is worth every penny and Harvest View's coordinator kept us organized and took care of everything on the day of so we could just enjoy. (Thanks Angie!) All of our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was at our wedding and we couldn't agree more. Harvest View is stunning!

There is no doubt about it, this venue is impeccable. We looked at several renovated barns in the Lancaster area, but Harvest View had that magical wow factor about it: everything from the guest farmhouse where the bridal party could get ready the morning of the wedding to the gazebo overlooking the pond and acres of farmland to the stone walls and high ceilings that created a breathtaking upstairs reception area. This venue reminded us of both our homes and right in between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, it was perfect. With a place as gorgeous as this, it should be no surprise that the team at HVB takes incredible pride in their venue; however, there was a line crossed between proud and smug that did make us feel unwelcome in the months and days leading up to our wedding. We were very happy with the way our wedding day turned out, but we did have to fight quite a bit to ensure we got what we wanted after signing the contract. HVB requires a “Day of Coordinator,” an extra expense which was not highlighted during our tour; however, after we had signed the contract, we were pushed to hire their Day of Coordinator at an additional cost. My family and florist had planned to provide decorations and since we were on a budget, we opted to hire an outside vendor (who did a wonderful job) from a Bridal Show to truly only execute the wedding day. This decision clearly made them uneasy, and our feedback would be to include this service with the venue rental if having “outsiders” running the show gives reason to be nervous. Additional hourly charges for use of the guesthouse prior to 10am as well as additional insurance fees could have been communicated better as well. The last misperception came from being led to believe the upstairs reception area could double as the ceremony site should there be unexpected weather changes the day of the wedding. HVB continually nudged us the week of the wedding to have it inside but reluctantly let us have until 6pm the night prior to make a final call (after we had questioned the policy one month before). The insistence to move it inside continued until an hour before the ceremony (it was windy that day, but we had planned for our guests to be outside and frankly, was an extra stressor we didn’t need the morning of the wedding). Our outdoor ceremony was beautiful, and it was “us.” Reading through other reviews on HVB’s professionalism, it is a shame that we didn’t experience that same level of customer service. We are sure it is different with an unlimited budget or family planning the entire wedding, but we were the main points of contact. Despite receiving multiple reminder emails about scheduled appointments, I found it odd nobody was there to greet us for the rehearsal or welcome us when we arrived the day of. We did not want a cookie-cutter wedding and absolutely loved how it turned out: incredibly personal with our own pastor and family members providing the beautiful decorations as well as the ceremony music and DJ/MC services (they are professionals). HVB was not an inexpensive venue, so we unfortunately had expected the team to be a little more accommodating throughout the planning to ensure we as clients were happy with what we had.

This venue is by far one of the most beautiful venues in Lancaster County. The staff is top notch as well. Communication with the owner was always timely. Our coordinator (hired through the venue) was amazing and kept everything running smoothly the day of our wedding. She was also very easy to reach with any questions I had leading up to our wedding day. The rest of their staff was wonderful as well! Very helpful and polite. Unfortunately it started raining an hour before our guests were to arrive, but their staff didn't hesitate to walk around in rain coats and escort guests from cars to the barn with umbrellas and also escorted the entire wedding party to the barn from the farm house. I highly recommend this venue! Beautiful photo opportunities!

Harvest View Barn was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We found a fantastic date less than a year out due to a cancellation. Even with the shorter 9 month time frame, the Harvest View Barn team got right to work helping us plan our special day. Katie Wagner was our coordinator and we could not be more pleased with the way in which she managed both the prep and day of activities involved. She even gave us recommendations for other vendors (hair/makeup, DJ/photobooth, etc.) and did a fantastic job organizing all the special touches to our day (memory table, extra decorations, send off materials, etc.). I travel a lot for work and she was always so understanding working with my crazy schedule to hold meetings, coordinate over email, etc. The day of the wedding could not have gone more seamlessly. There is definitely a reason why Harvest View has made it onto the top wedding/reception venue list for the last few years. The team is very experienced, kind, and understanding. We received wonderful comments by our guests and photographer that this is the best barn venue they had ever been too. The team even did a fabulous job helping our bridal party feel comfortable despite rain most of the day. Thanks again to Harvest View Barn. Our wedding day is one we will never forget!

My husband and I absolutely loved this venue! It was the very first venue we saw when we started looking and no other place compared! From having access to the farm house a couple of feet away from venue to get ready in the day of, to the access of a day of coordinator that made the process so much smoother and easier for us! Everything was wonderful! Mr Hershey was available at all times and responded to email within 24 hours but usually sooner. And our coordinator was Jes who was also available at any time. Jes made our wedding day look better than anything we could have imagined! I definitely would recommend Harvest View Barn to any couple looking to have the wedding of their dreams!

Harvest View Barn is absolutely beautiful. This is undeniable. But a beautiful rustic venue aside, Shirley, Marc, and Jes were absolutely incredible from the minute we toured, to when we booked, to the actual day itself. Jes was our day-of coordinator and she made everything easy. She also executed our vision better than I could have imagined. Our day was beyond perfect. I cannot be more thankful for how responsive and kind Jes was throughout the whole process. Having access to the farmhouse on property all day also made the entire experience stress free. It was so great to get hair and makeup done onsite, and not worry about rushing from a salon or a hotel. Everyone was relaxed and was really able to enjoy the whole process. All in all I would rate Harvest View Barn 10 out of 10 if there were enough stars for that.

Harvest View Barn is one of the most beautiful venues in our area. The location is stunning and the staff is wonderful to work with! My husband and I were blown away with the venue and what they had to offer. Definitely book them for your wedding venue!!

We cannot thank Harvest View Barn (and especially our amazing coordinator Jes & her assistants) for such an amazing day and overall experience. We knew we wanted both a barn and a pond at the venue we chose. HVB had both but it also offered so much more. The farm house is perfect for getting ready and the barn is as breathtaking as it is functional. Every time we were on the property we were blown away at the natural beauty of it (willow tree/corn fields/pond). Jes brought our vision to life and her creativity in designing the tables/decor was perfect. Her team kept the night moving at a just the right pace. Thank you to HVB for hosting our perfect day!

You will not find a better venue than Harvest View! I had a long list of venues to look at, mostly because this was originally booked for the season we wanted, but as soon as we pushed our wedding back I knew I wanted this amazing venue. We looked at others but booked this one quickly, two years out, and I could not have been happier with my decision. Every single person we ever dealt with was helpful and friendly and the day itself couldn't have been more perfect. The venue alone is gorgeous and doesn't need a ton of added decor to pull it together. It is big enough for almost 300 guests and with our 175 guests, I loved that there was more than enough room as compared to most other barn venues that feel squished with that many people. The large house for the bridal party to get ready in is also a huge bonus! We had 16 in our bridal party, plus the two of us and parents and other family members and had more than enough room. Alyssa Kurtz was our day-of-coordinator and I could not have asked for a better one. She was incredible and helped with so much. If you're looking for a rustic but up-scale barn venue with the best team behind it, look no further. If I could re-do our day all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Harvest View!

I ABSOLUTELY loved Harvest View Barn (HVB)!! I knew the moment I drove onto the property that this was the venue for me. The barn was air conditioned and provided separate indoor spaces for the ceremony (lower level of barn) and reception (upper level) which was a must have for me. The barn has so much charm and character already that I didn’t have to break the bank on creating the feel I wanted for my wedding. The farm house to get ready in the morning of was also fabulous!

We were so pleased with Harvest View Barn from start to finish. Our day of coordinator, Alyssa Kurtz, was FABULOUS. She answered all of our questions and helped us in more ways than you can imagine. What a wonderful, beautiful place to get married. I highly recommend Harvest View Barn.

Harvest View Barn is a naturally beautiful venue!!! It is every modern rustic bride's dream! Katie Wagner was our Day Of Coordinator and was a ROCK STAR! She made sure every single detail was planned ahead of time and taken care of for the wedding day. Katie was so patient in answering all of my questions and gave suggestions along the way from her years of experience. She made the wedding day flow so smoothly- it really allowed my husband and I to enjoy the day without worrying about all of the details! Harvest View Barn has a beautiful farmhouse that you use to get ready in which was wonderful! However, we had a dispute with the venue over the status of this space. We were told by the wedding coordinator assistant at the end of the night that the house was in perfect condition right before we left for the evening. However, we were then contacted a week later by the venue telling us the cleaning staff reported both bathrooms were left with 'messes' in the shower and tubs. It turned into a 'he said, she said' situation with the owners which was very frustrating as we were told the house looked great before we left. My advice would be to walk through the house WITH a staff member before you leave the premise and make sure they lock the house afterwards. Also, HVB should take photos of any 'issues' they see and NOT wait a week before reporting said issues to the bride/groom. This issue did not take away from my recommendation of this venue to others, but it was something I want others to be aware of if they move forward with HVB.

We can't say enough amazing things about this venue! We knew it was THE ONE when we visited for the first time. We fell in love INSTANTLY! The staff was very professional and helpful as they guided us through the wedding planning process. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about how beautiful this wedding venue was. If you are looking for a rustic barn themed wedding, Harvest View Barn will not disappoint!

I have so many good things to to say about this venue! My husband and I got married on 5/26/18. We booked the venue 2 years in advance, as most weekends seem to book up fast! We had our ceremony in downtown Hershey, and the venue was just a short 20+ minute drive for our guests. No hotels around the area offer shuttle to the venue, but Harvest View offers a list of transportation/bus vendors that we did use. We love that this venue gave us the authentic farm feel we were after without having to sacrifice on amenities like air conditioning, spacious areas for cocktail hour and reception, and a modern restoration that sets it apart from most farm weddings. With that, my husband and I did not want a traditional rustic wedding but more of a romantic-feel with hanging greenery and flowers, and this space was perfect for that! We ended up having 190 guests, and they fit perfectly in the cocktail hour and reception spaces. Many people enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel of cocktail hour and explored the grounds/pond area. The reception space also has a loft that we used for our photo booth. Guests loved going up to the loft to overlook the dance floor and take pictures. One of the other amenities that we found very useful was the farmhouse. We paid extra to get into the farmhouse early at 8:30am, however normal access time is at 10:00am. The “bride” portion of the house had plenty of space for myself, 6 bridesmaids, and 2 moms to get ready in. It was also helpful to have all of the groomsman get ready in the same house as well. Besides the venue itself, the owners are very easy to work with, and had helpful suggestions and advice throughout our several meetings. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone getting married in the Hershey/Lancaster area.

What an amazing venue. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. The staff was so responsive and so helpful with anything we needed. We hired a wedding planner through them, her name was Jes and she was AMAZING! She made sure that everything came together the way we wanted it to and made the day so enjoyable. With the wedding planner comes a lot of decorations that are free for you to use. I highly recommend the venue and getting one of their wedding planners.

Harvest View Barn was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! The barn is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing balcony that overlooks the property. We really wanted a rustic but elegant venue and Harvest View Barn was exactly that. We looked at a bunch of different barn venues but as soon as we stepped foot in Harvest View Barn we knew it was the one for us! The pond that sits in front of corn fields is an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. The house to get ready in was also wonderful and had separate areas for both the groomsmen and the bridesmaids to get ready in. We received so many compliments about the beauty of the venue! Also, Shirley at Harvest View Barn was a joy to work with! The only thing I wished we would have done was use her as our day of coordinator. Harvest View's prices for the day of coordinating were higher than we wanted to spend, but in the end I think that would have been worth it! I definitely recommend Harvest View Barn to any bride/groom!

Harvest View Barn was beyond a perfect venue. Marc, Shirley and Jes were all so accommodating, flexible and helpful! They were very quick to respond to us too! Harvest View Barn was the best possible venue for our wedding! We loved everything about the experience of working with their team since our first visit. Shirley, Marc, and Sunny could not have been any more helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process, and with all the little details for the big day. And importantly - the venue itself is so incredibly gorgeous! We fell in love with the barn and the landscape, and on our wedding day, all of our guests kept commenting how they were amazed by it as well. It was the perfect setting for the best day of our lives.

Shirley went over and beyond to make our wedding spectacular. A blizzard struck before our wedding and the team at Harvest view worked hard to plow out everything well and the snow made for gorgeous pictures. Prettiest venue I've ever seen with exceptionally nice staff. My mom passed away Shortly after the wedding from end stage cancer. I was so grateful that Shirley really made my mom feel comfortable with providing my mom a wheel chair and handicap access and help on site. Can't speak highly enough about how glad I am to have went with a compassionate and caring team at Harvest view barn at Hershey farms. Sincere thanks to the team from Carla and Chad.

We could not be more pleased with our May 2017 wedding at Harvest View Barn at Hershey Farms. Shirley, Mark, Angie and the rest of the staff at Harvest View made sure our special day was better than we could have dreamed. After planning and setting up for an outdoor wedding, Angie and her team worked quickly to move the ceremony indoors due to inclement weather - and it was still perfect. The owners were so genuine and happy to take us on a tour of the barn, farmhouse, and property, which solidified our decision to have our wedding at Harvest View Barn. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered many decor items and ideas to help personalize the venue space for our ceremony and reception. All of our guests commented on the beauty of the restored barn and the uniqueness of the venue made the day feel truly magical.
