If I could give Audrey and Haute Couture Events 6 stars, I would. The wedding she planned for us was the second of two weddings, and a destination wedding at that, so if it weren’t for her we would have been stressed out of our minds. Everything turned out perfectly, and if there was ever any issue that came up during planning or even on the wedding day, Audrey always had an immediate solution. I can not emphasize enough how glad we are that we chose her to be our wedding planner.

Audrey and her team are wonderful to work with. My wife and I interviewed several wedding planners. It was evident from our very first meeting with Audrey that she will be the perfect fit for us! We really enjoyed how positive, professional, and genuine she was! Audrey began by helping us fine tune the wedding budget and number of guests. Her preferred vendor list is truly impressive! She arranged meetings for us with vendors that fit our budget and vision. We had great vendor options in every category. Audrey's knowledge of the industry and the logistics of hosting a large event is vast. She was available to answer any question, walk through any decision, and navigate any change with patience and calm. My Wife and I had the magical wedding ceremony and reception that we had hoped for. Thank you Audrey! and the whole Haute Couture Events team! We miss you guys.

I cannot say enough nice things about Audrey! My fiancé and I got engaged while visiting Miami—and decided to explore the option of having a destination wedding there! As part of that process, we interviewed several wedding planners. Audrey was far and away our top choice—she was creative in her ideas, very communicative, thorough, and most of all, not pushy! Audrey gave us space to consider all of our options, but also answered a million questions and made us feel super comfortable with what would have been the destination wedding planning process. As a couple planning a destination wedding, this was perhaps the most important factor for us—that we would be working closely with someone whose vision and communication style we trust. While we ultimately decided to have our wedding in our hometown of Chicago for unrelated reasons, I have full confidence that Audrey would have planned one amazing wedding! Audrey and her team coordinated and planned a destination wedding in Miami for me at Vizcaya Museum in May, and I cannot express enough how incredible her work was. From start to finish, A to Z, she was there every step of the way to notify me exactly what vendors I needed to hire, to discuss the logistics of the day, and to provide guidance. We worked with Audrey for our wedding in Miami Beach and she was incredible to work with! Leading up to the wedding, she was always extremely prompt in her responses and helpful in all the correspondence as we searched for different vendors. She even helped us with the photographer for our rehearsal dinner even though we had only hired her for the wedding. She made our whole weekend go on perfectly without a hitch (even when one of our vendors completely forgot our place cards!) We were so lucky to have her support and I highly recommend her for any event!

Audrey-Maria at Haute-Couture Events may just be one of my favorite people on the planet. I felt instantly at ease talking to her in our consultation, and she made planning a Miami wedding from San Francisco a literal dream. She respected my budget (even though I struggled with that myself lol) and wasn't ever pushy on anything and always had my back with vendors. She always tried to get me a discount and succeeded most of the time. I am not sure what planning a wedding is like outside of COVID, but even with COVID I had the easiest experience. I highlyyyyy recommend choosing the full-service planning option. It was the best money that I spent on all of wedding planning. SERIOUSLY. All of Audrey's recommendations were right in line with what I was looking for, and I could not be happier. I wanted an "Old world Europe meets tropical glam" wedding and she nailed it. She is super responsive, answered all my questions - even when I sent like 20 unrelated questions in a string-of-consciousness email, she would always follow up on everything. I literally can't imagine planning a wedding in another state without a wedding planner, but I can't imagine doing it at all without Audrey. If I could give her 500 stars I would. I also loved that there were 4 planners on site on the day of the wedding which made everything go so smoothly. Also, Audrey-Maria has a wedding planning company in Paris in addition to her company in Miami, and my new husband and I went to Paris on our honeymoon and I wanted to do a photo shoot there in my dress with my husband in his tux. So Audrey arranged the photographer in Paris for me and the photos are so stunning and it was such a fun experience. (We made the plan and finalized the photographer while I was in Greece, and 4 days before the photoshoot in Paris.) She will get whatever you want DONE. Hire her. Period.

Audrey is absolutely and completely dedicated to her job. She went above and beyond making sure to send monthly checklists and checked in with both myself and my husband consistently to make sure we were on the right track. She was extremely communicative and was always willing to help out whenever we ran into an issue. Audrey is a superstar wedding planner. There are not enough words or accolades that I could possibly write in one review to describe how amazing Audrey was throughout the whole process. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with het for over a year to plan our wedding which was postponed from December 2020. When we initially decided to hire a wedding planner, we were nervous to take the plunge and spend money from our already tight budget. Those concerns were quickly put to rest. Audrey's service was well worth every penny, and more, frankly. I am an indecisive person and having Audrey to guide us through every decision from the caterer, to flowers, to hair and makeup and bridesmaid dresses, saved us time, money, and my sanity. I would have given up on the wedding planning when COVID hit, but because of Audrey we were able to have, not just any wedding, but a DREAM wedding that was safe and fun for all. Given that our wedding had both chinese traditional component and western component, the wedding was an intensive whole day affair. Haute Couture Events is AMAZING! Audrey was the first and only day of coordinator I considered and she made my wedding planning and day of experience better that I could have imagined. She was very helpful and detailed when it came to the day of timeline. The coordinator the hotel provided for my wedding was completely incompetent and unable to assist with the wedding planning process and without Audrey, our day would have been ruined. I was able to relax and enjoy the actual wedding day and it was hands down the best day of my life, I consider Audrey a big reason for that.

“Very organized” and “timely and seamless execution” are words that don’t come close to capturing what Audrey have done for my wedding weekend, which included a rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony and reception, and the day-after brunch. Without her, my husband and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of it. Though we’d contracted for her month-of coordination services since we’d made the major decisions by ourselves very early on, our one piece of advice to future brides and grooms would be that the HCEvents team are absolutely crucial in pulling off your wedding! There were so many things that they did, which looking back, we would never have thought of beforehand. But such things all went a long way to making the day more comfortable and extra special for the both of us. In between the ceremony and cocktails, they set aside food for my husband and I to enjoy in private as well as a bottle of champagne. They knew my feet were hurting early on in the day, so they placed a pair of my favorite loafers under my chair at the dinner table. They fixed everything in my wardrobe that I had problems with, from getting a bracelet to securely clasp to pinning my train repeatedly throughout the evening. just WOW, Everything was perfect and THANK YOU, you guys ROCK!!!

If there were any issues or problems, we never even heard about them as they worked to make sure the design and execution was seamless. With both of me and the groom working 50+ hours a week, we knew that we could send them an email and they would take care of it. I've hired Audrey for my Day-of Coordination, she is simply AMAZING! Extremely dedicated to her job, very patient and has incredible design and decor skills! She is also super organized, incredibly professional!! her and her coordinator did a very good job and all my guests were very well taken care of. a week ago I hired Audrey for my daughters Wedding for month of coordination. It was a Sikh wedding with 4 functions. A lot of things were missed out and as she had promised there would be 3 people in her team on the big day she only has two and that too one was an intern. The instructions of the To do List which I had filled and sent her probably she never even read it because small details were her team. Her coordination with the vendors was also not professional. I being a mother of the bride was stressed and didn’t get the services from Audrey and her team. Wouldn’t recommend her for indian weddings. Very disappointed with her services. Didn’t keep up with her work or follow instructions.

Although I did not want to write this, I would be doing a disservice to future potential clients. I hired Audrey and her "team" as I had a destination wedding and due to the fact my venue didn't provide bridal attendants , etc. When I first emailed Audrey I let her know my concern regarding bridal attendants. She assured me her team would be there day of wedding etc. There was no team, there was Audrey and one other girl and we didn't see either of them the majority of the wedding. She was completely unorganized and unhelpful throughout the entire wedding, to the point other vendors couldn't believe she was my day of coordinator and made it a point to say something to me as they had no idea where she was at the wedding. My contract stated "making sure your make-up, hair and dress/suite look perfect throughout the entire reception" not ONCE did this happen or any attempt to (one of my guests had to end up helping), contract stated "Making sure you’re camera- ready to walk down the aisle" i had to find her on my wedding day to ask her to help with veil, contract said "Gather wedding gifts, décor, leftover favors, guest book, etc. and give to family member that you have appointed at the end of the wedding" THIS NEVER HAPPENED, my MOH brought me the card box and Audrey she never gathered the favors , our table numbers/decor, NOTHING. I asked about it the next day and she tried to blame the venue..like seriously .. Coordinate timing for formal photos whether it is pre or post ceremony" never happened and this is only half the issues. Day of she was a total mess and had my MOH running around and kept pulling her to go over things. i have no idea what i paid for but i truly wasted my money. also for a day of coordinator she didnt get there until 215pm. my bridesmaids had no idea who she was and didnt even know i had a day of coordinator, it was truly a nightmare and as mentioned my other vendors even commented how terrible she was. she was not overly helpful with design either. out of my entire wedding this is the only vendor i could not recommend. i was highly disappointed to say the least, as she seemed promising in the beginning.

I cannot say enough just how happily suprised I was when I walked into my reception!! OMG!! my flowers were outstanding, glamorous, grand and just simply GLORIOUS! Audrey put together a mock table before my wedding but the actual result was beyond my imagination. In addition, Audrey is just the most lovely and attentive person!! Exactly who you want taking care of your wedding. Several of my guests (many who go to weddings quite often) commented on my beautiful flowers. Audrey is simply amazing - THANKS SO MUCH HAUTE COUTURE EVENTS!!!

Audrey created positive that my wedding, although little and reserved, was a dream come back true.
