HauteFetes planned and designed the most beautiful, intimate elopement for us! We fell in love with her vision and taste for the finest details. HauteFetes took what I imagined could only be possible in my dreams and a venue only seen in the South of France and brought this to life. Seriously, I did not loose a night's sleep or even a fleeting moment of "what if" "let me check on this". It was just taken care of and allowed us to live in the moment and feel special on the day.

My daughter was thrilled to find Haute Fetes and Dani, and had an instant connection with her at their first meeting. We hired Dani for our 1st daughters wedding; having never planned a wedding and doing it from 2 different locales posed to be daunting at first; however, Dani assisted my daughter with the wedding she'd dreamed of from the table-scapes to the magnificent floral arch she was married under. Dani's taste is impeccable, which is evident in her suggestions and the vendors she has aligned with. I especially appreciated her tireless commitment to communication and monthly timelines keeping us all on track! We met in Dani's private studio for mock-ups where every details was accounted for beautifully before our daughter's wedding date. I highly recommend Dani!

Firstly, for anyone still on the fence about whether or not to hire a wedding planner, we can assure you that it was the best investment we made for our summer wedding. Dani proved to be the invaluable orchestrator pulling not only the logistical strings, but also beautifully conducting even the finest elements that elevated our day in the utmost way. Secondly, she took our inspiration and desires to the next level, crafting a simply delightful experience for us and our guests. Nothing is cookie cutter about the way she works, which is exactly what we were looking for in a wedding planner. Her professionalism and her knowledge of the industry were a key to making our day so special, as she was able to recommend vendors that were absolutely spot on. Dani is just an wonderful woman, who always had an open ear for concerns of any matter and for that we will be inevitably grateful.

Our decision to hire HauteFetes was the first wedding-related decision we made, and probably also the best. Dani was recommended to us by a potential venue (The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, where we eventually married), and we knew immediately that she was the one. Our first phone call was as if we were speaking to an old friend. What impressed us most about her, though, was that we could feel her enthusiasm for our vision over the phone; and Dani even followed up with us several days later (still before we hired her) with additional ideas that had cropped up in her mind since our call. Busy as we are (two overworked professionals), we knew we'd be in good hands with such an attentive, detail-oriented visionary. And boy, were we right. We booked Dani's full services, plus weekend planning. Then, for the next 1.5 years, we rested easy as we watched our dream wedding come to life. Dani negotiated down our contracts, paying for herself almost immediately; she recommended wonderful vendors, all of which adored her as much as we did, and all of which brought incredible care and meticulousness to the services they provided; she handled hiccups behind the scenes, only "bothering" us with issues when absolutely necessary; she added details to our ceremony and reception that helped illustrate and embody who we are as a couple; and, perhaps most importantly, she turned our uncertain aspirations into a truly stunning affair. Her eye for design is impeccable. Moreover, Dani turned out to be the perfect choice for The Inn, not only because she lives nearby (meaning she could easily coordinate with The Inn and other vendors entirely seamlessly), but also because she was married there herself. Dani also provided stellar customer service before, leading into, and even after the wedding (helping us zip up final details months after the fact, many of which she managed for us while we were on our honeymoon). She is exceedingly talented, exceedingly kind, exceedingly generous, and, as anyone who knows her will tell you, exceedingly fun(!). We could not have done it without her. In fact, we could not have done even a fraction of it without her. Throughout our engagement, people asked repeatedly whether we were stressed, or anxious, or worried about the details of our big day. Out truthful answer was always no, even moments before we walked down the aisle. Dani more than eased our concerns; she predicted and prevented them. From day one, we felt as though we were her only clients and, even now, we long for the time we spent with her throughout that year. Give her a call and see for yourself. Dani and her team did the most amazing job designing, planning, and executing our wedding in October 2018. She's a design genius and was able to take the little things that inspired us and turn them into magic. Everyone tells us how gorgeous and perfect our wedding was, and we cannot agree more! Dani always made us feel like we were her only clients. She was always available for my crazy "omg but what about..." phone calls - calmed me down and came up with a solution to whatever was bothering me that day. But what I loved most about working with Dani and her genius design vision was that our wedding was truly one of a kind. She took our little one-off ideas and made them unique, beautiful, and a reflection of who we are as a couple. She's also insanely honest, which is so helpful when you're trying to work collaboratively with someone. I knew she would take our opinions but would push back when things didn't make sense or would cause issues. It's impossible to express just how much we love and respect Dani and her team. We are so lucky we found her and know that even though our wedding has gone by (tear), and we're moving away, we will stay in touch with her for a long time to come.

Dani and the HauteFetes crew planned our October 27th. wedding at Rancho Valencia. She has an amazing eye for detail and a great vision. My side of the family was in charge of the rehearsal dinner at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, and I gave her a pretty tight budget for that location. I was truly blown away with what Dani pulled off, that I basically cried when I came to the event. Everything she put together was beautiful. I had a few phone calls with her and my mom to go over basic ideas on what I wanted, she picked out some options, and I narrowed them down. The rest was all her doing and it was so beautiful. Our wedding the next night was also breathtaking. Dani has many connections, and had a great florist for us and choices for linens and other design options. She was amazing, and I would 100% recommend choosing her!

It is difficult to put pen to paper to effectively explain how incredible Dani and the entire team at HauteFetes is. HauteFetes was the first vendor we hired for our wedding and by the end was absolutely the most important one. Not only for her unparalleled planning and design skills (some highlights noted below), but also for her calm and confident presence throughout the entire process and our wedding weekend. Being new to San Diego, we purposely chose a planner familiar with the area and able to help us locate the perfect venue to achieve the wedding of our dreams. Dani facilitated that process by planning a day of venue tours so we could evaluate our options, compare packages, and envision our day. Furthermore, despite living out of state, it was important for me to have my mom included in the planning process. As such, Dani scheduled nearly all of our vendor meetings so my mom could come into town and be included. Thus, Dani helped me effectively plan a wedding with my mom despite living two time-zones apart. Being a destination wedding for the majority of our guests, we focused on creating an entire weekend of activities. Dani helped us to coordinate not only the wedding, but also our rehearsal dinner, after party, and morning-after brunch. Dani arrived at our wedding weekend with an incredible team to ensure everything was flawless. Every detail was considered, and no stone was left unturned. For example, when our guests arrived at our rehearsal dinner (at En Fuego Cantina and Grill) they were handed a margarita and a mini quesadilla. When our guests arrived at our wedding (at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe), they were handed a scoop of sorbet (it was a hot august day!!). Subsequently, all events were not only well planned and organized, but our guests had an incredible experience as well. As far as design is concerned, one of the reasons I chose HauteFetes was because I loved Dani’s esthetic. Because I trusted her creative eye, I felt extremely comfortable allowing her to interpret my ideas and bring her vision to life. All of our vendors were recommended by HauteFetes and were extremely responsible, professional, and easy to work with. We truly felt like the day went smoothly and were put at such ease knowing Dani and the HauteFetes team was at the helm. We really can’t emphasize how enough how much we recommend HauteFetes to any couple looking to plan an exquisite wedding. When we finally saw our completed venue on wedding day, we were in awe at how truly magnificent it was. Dani was able to capture exactly what we wanted, but in a way that overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. We feel so lucky to have found her.

On the morning of our wedding as I watched vendors erecting tents, setting tables, arranging flowers, and all the rest, I was blown away. Critically, it was not just the wedding day which was amazing. I did not really know what was in store for us as we went through the various planning stages of our wedding. I began the process a bit naive. Then went through the stress phase once I realized the magnitude of the task before us. When we met with Dani for a preview of design themes we had discussed, all my stress vanished. Dani presented us with a book she made just for the occasion with imagery and various design options. This was the first time I truly understood the degree of her commitment to our vision. The day also included mock table make ups with our flower vendor. It was breathtaking and the wedding took on a new reality for me. I was very excited. The thing about Dani is her commitment to excellence is obvious. She will advocate rigorously on your behalf with vendors and venues. She will not burden you with issues or decisions until she has narrowed them down as much as possible (I cannot stress how much you will appreciate this over the course of planning and living your wedding). She will tinker with design elements until the overall aesthetic is stunning and you are satisfied. The icing on the cake is that Dani is easy going, hilarious, and fun to be with (again, just call her). This is critical as there will be moments stress. When they arise, Dani will be composed, she will have thought of and planned for it, and she will put you at ease. There is no way to put a value on that. Our wedding was a dream. We owe that to one another, our guests, and Dani. Choose wisely.

We worked with Dani on our December 2018 wedding and are so grateful to her for the extraordinary wedding she helped us have. We had our wedding at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe; Dani provided full-service design and planning for the wedding and for our welcome dinner the night before, and helped us select all of our vendors. As the groom, I was not entirely sure how I would participate in the process of putting together our big weekend, but Dani included me and made me feel like a part of the conversation throughout the entire process. For every key decision point, she had thoughtful ideas (that were always on-point). She took our general ideas about themes and overall aesthetics and provided us with the best possible ways to make them a reality, from everything like the feel and color of different ribbons to the choice of band. She helped us translate our vision for our biggest day into a reality that exceeded what we could have hoped for, and something we will always remember. Along the way, she helped us navigate the inevitable surprises that come up in planning something like this, and made it fun and exciting. Along the way, we saw that Dani and her team pour their complete effort into each of their clients’ wedding weekends. I’m sure that all of her current and former clients will agree, she goes the distance for every wedding she works on, and does everything she can to make all our big days the ones we hope for. Dani is the best. She’s so chic and has a unique vision — but she’s also organized like she’s running a Fortune 500 company. She sends updated calendars and excel budget sheets but also has the creative side down pat. We want our wedding to be a little different — not the pretty, pretty princess look, and she totally gets us. She also has great relationships with vendors. Dani is simply the best. I gave her a rough idea of my vision and she brought the design to life with linens, furniture, florals, etc. In addition to being a fabulous designer her coordination was spot on as well. My wedding was a "destination" so I didn't not know any local vendors. Dani recommended many fabulous vendors and set up initials meetings so that I could make vendor selections. She also kept a spreadsheet of items, dates, budgets, etc. so I was able to stay oraganized. I can't recommend Dani enough she made our wedding planning a breeze and I was not once stressed out during our short 4 month planning period! On top of that it was beautiful thanks to her ideas.
