f their Rental Coordinator became our "go-to" person. Genevieve. She reached out requesting some time to understand our vision and provided us an abundance of options for our decorations and needs. We were surprised with the amount of options she suggested. The business dynamic between the colleagues was completely professional and extremely constructive when we asked for their candid feedback.
This company can provide assistance not only to Weddings, but for ANY occasion. I highly encourage reaching out to Genevieve as the point person in providing the best possible options that suits your event. The associates were professional and take great pride in what they do. Never once did they leave an email unattended or a voicemail neglected. The professionalism and etiquette is top notch which is huge in my book!
