Hiring Amy was the best possible decision we could’ve made outside of deciding to get married. She guided us through every decision, every step of the way. There aren’t enough good...
things I can say about Amy. She will go above and beyond to make sure your day is absolutely perfect.
Beyond being super reliable, always willing to get creative and hear out my ideas, and making the best weekend of my life possible - she is just a really great human being.
Hands down the best decision we made was hiring Amy to design and plan our wedding. She not only assisted us with the big event, but she also helped plan 3 other days of events. F...
rom start to finish, Amy was a superstar that brought our visions to life. We feel so blessed to have met Amy, worked with her, and now to call her a friend.
We wanted a wedding week that prioritized our guests' experience and was highly personalized. Amy got this and made this dream a reality. Each event built on the next and was loved by our guests. They loved the personalized details and how we showcased our relationship as well as Austin. These goals were achieved because of Amy. She is incredible.
Amy is detail oriented, thoughtful, extremely creative, and a problem solver. She embraced our ideas and priorities from the start and was always coming up with new ideas and concepts for consideration. We had several detours along the way -- including a few times where we needed to change venues for our pre-Wedding events. Each time there was a set back, Amy was already pursuing other options and going through various backup plans.
Wedding planning for us was made more difficult because we were not based in Austin. Amy was our eyes, ears, everything on the ground! She extremely responsive which helped so much given we weren't in Austin. She helped us plan out visits to Austin; kept us updated on all the various pieces and vendors; and made it so we (and our families) felt comfortable with this destination wedding we were planning.
We would recommend Amy to anyone planning a wedding in Texas or anywhere, really! She has the capability, the network, and the creativity to plan a wedding anywhere. When we first met with Amy we weren't entirely sure the wedding would be in Austin. She was there to help us consider the city as well as other cities and make the best choice for us. We knew if we decided on another city or state, that Amy would still be the planner for us. So consider her no matter where you are!
You will not regret hiring Amy. She is a creative superstar but also just an incredible person. We are so so lucky to have her now as a friend too!

and executed my daughter's wedding at Springdale Station flawlessly. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding; I cannot imagine having pulled that off without a seasoned professional's help. Thank you, Amy!!

ail and design that Martha Stewart would envy, and is an excellent communicator. I might add she's an incredible friend. We love you Amy!
We loved working with Amy at H&P for our intimate wedding. We had a very small guest list (10 guests) after postponing our ceremony abroad twice due to Covid. When we decided to br...
ing our wedding back to the states, we wanted to bring as many “Italian” details as possible into our newly relocated wedding. Amy was fantastic in every aspect of the process, even securing the seemingly impossible Millefoglie wedding cake from an authentic Italian baker. She was there for us in every step of the process and made life so much easier. We both run businesses full time and had very little time to devote to planning our wedding. Amy took our vision and ran with it, and our ceremony was perfect. Would highly recommend her expertise and connections to any couple seeking an Austin TX wedding planner.
I knew when my daughter,Meg got engaged I knew we would need a wedding planner. The wedding was in Austin but I live in North Carolina so I knew we needed help!! Amy was a lifesav...
er! I told Meg there would probably be a few glitches along the way but we really didn’t have any. And I give credit to Amy for that! She was great. There were so many tiny details that she took care of that I didn’t have to worry about it. I appreciate all her time and effort. It was a perfect wedding weekend and I give all the credit to Amy!!
Amy was amazing! We connected over our first phone call and I truly felt she wanted us to have an amazing wedding and it wasn't just another one on the list for her. Being someone ...
who didn't really want to do much on my own, Amy was the best person to have in my corner. She referred me to the best photographers, florists, bands, etc! Everyone was AMAZING. She also knew exactly who to reach out to as far as vendors go - I had no clue about anything. She suggested things to me that I would have never thought of but ended up making such a huge difference - she went out of her way to meet us for appointments and make sure everything was squared away. Amy was always available for a quick check-in and could answer any of my questions.
Day of - thank GOODNESS! I did not have one worry about anything for the weekend or day of. Amy put together a comprehensive timeline and made sure everything was executed. Both the rehearsal dinner and wedding were somewhat of a surprise for me in terms of what it all was going to look like and Amy exceeded my expectations!
I couldn't recommend amy enough!! she's a seasoned professional when it comes to wedding planning.

to 2021. I honestly didn’t expect Amy to be involved in our California “minimony” but she was so excited to help! She reached out to local vendors for us, got our original photographer to come to California, and was just such amazing support. In a time when everything has felt so unpredictable, Amy has been a constant source of positive energy. I’m so excited to continue planning for next year with her!
Amy is an incredible planner and she has true vision when it comes to designing your wedding! I love her modern flair and her ability to make the ordinary extrordinary. :)

y was a stressful thought. As well, I was new to the Austin area and did not know a lot about wedding vendors nearby. Amy’s knowledge and expertise blew me away. She put me in contact with the best vendors that helped me achieve exactly what I wanted out of my special day. As well, Amy was available to accompany me for all my consultations. She helped design a mood board that exemplified my vision and ultimately helped make it come to life on my wedding day! Planning a wedding can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but having a helpful, supportive, and reliable wedding planner makes all the difference. Amy was that for us! We are so grateful for all of the help she provided to make our day as perfect as it was!

ch one. Also, she took the guess-work out of having too many choices with her expert design skills; she took my unfinished, unsure explanation of my vision and presented me with the perfect options!
She was able to work with our ever changing budget with well thought out budget tracking, flexibility, and creative problem solving.
Her ability to run with every roadblock, with ease and grace was the thing that made me trust her completely. She was able to switch from professional planner to comforting confidant in the split of a second, and I still value her friendship to this day!
