We hired Hawthorne Creative for day-of-coordination and added on a session towards the beginning of our wedding planning journey for advice on where to begin. That initial planning session assisted us on getting a clear vision of budget, setting solid goals, and saved us hours of research and frustration because of Madison's vast knowledge and experience in the wedding world. Madison is truly the best of the best. Madison took over vendor communication a few weeks ahead of our wedding and is a phenomenal communicator. She and the Hawthorne Creative team were on top of details for our wedding day before we even thought about them. We were able to actually relax and enjoy the last stretch of time being engaged while Hawthorne Creative ensured every detail was in place. Hawthorne Creative handled our wedding weekend with such grace, positivity, kindness, and expertise. Their knowledge of what we wanted in a wedding allowed us (and our family/friends) to truly sit back and enjoy our wedding day/weekend with each other and the most important folks in our lives. I cannot begin to express how incredible my experience was working with Madison. From the very start, she made the entire wedding planning process so easy and seamless. She is incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the process, outlining exactly what to expect, and answering every question with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she truly went above and beyond in every aspect. On the day of the wedding, Madison was an absolute joy to be around. Her positive energy was infectious, and everyone—my family, my friends, even the vendors—loved her. Working with Madison and her team was easily the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning process! I can't recommend her highly enough!! I thought I could plan our wedding by myself, and a few months before, I started to panic, realizing how much work I had taken on, so I started looking for day-of coordinators. Madison was recommended to me as LGBTQ-friendly, and I knew we wanted to work with her as soon as we met with her! She is incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. We went with her package that gave us day-of coordination, rehearsal coordination, as well as taking over vendor communication for the month before the wedding. It was SO nice to have her take over vendor communication. It allowed me to focus on other tasks without the added stress. In taking over vendor communication, she caught a number of things that I had missed, which could have been a disaster on the day of! She also let me know when payments were due and how much was due. It sounds so small, but receiving a note from her instead of having to track everything myself was HUGE. We had access to all kinds of planning documents and lists, which were so helpful. Madison was such a joy to work with. She's incredibly sweet, helpful, and so communicative! Our day was absolutely PERFECT with Madison at the helm. She worked so hard to give us exactly what we asked for, and we appreciate her so much. Our day went seamlessly, and I can't thank her enough for giving us our dream wedding! I seriously don't know what I would have done without her!

Having a coordinator was a completely no regrets decision. We loved Madison and her team so much!! They were so helpful in coordinating our vendors, keeping things organized overall, but also being so hugely helpful the day of the wedding itself. The whole team was calm, and helped make me feel relaxed and able to enjoy our wedding day. I even forgot my vows and her team sprinted across town to get them for me. (Thank you thank you again!!!) Madison and her team were amazing! They created a detailed Run of Show for the entire wedding weekend. They made sure our vendors were time and everything was the way we had envisioned it. Our day of coordinators were outstanding! Jade and Brittnee were true professionals and made sure everything went perfect! I was so impressed with Madison and how she not only helped organize and plan every detail leading up to the wedding but also even helping after the wedding when we had a conflict with one of our vendors. Jade was fantastic the day of and went beyond what is asked of a planner. From having every tiny detail in her bag of tricks to knowing how the bride felt and how to navigate her day, to "looking" the part and changing from "work" clothes to "wedding" attire, Jade was fantastic. I would 100% recommend this team !!!!

The thought of planning a wedding for an estimated 250 guests seemed so overwhelming, so we knew we would need support during the planning process and especially on our wedding day. From our first meeting with Madison we knew we could put our trust in her and her team. She offers different packages depending on your specific needs and is extremely calm, organized, and professional. During our planning meetings there were so many times I said, “oh I didn’t even think of that!”—Madison thinks of everything, so by the time our wedding came around I knew everything behind the scenes would be taken care of (and it was!). We would recommend her over and over!

Madison and her team are A+++ AMAZING! She is incredibly organized, efficient, and truly goes above and beyond for her couples. When my flowers arrived brown and wilted on wedding day, she and her team saved the day by redesigning everything and even driving an hour+ to get a new backdrop to use for the ceremony. Even without this, her preparation and organization in each of our planning calls was so helpful and I went into my wedding day with no stress or worries. My bridesmaids and family even noticed how prepared she was and commented on it all evening. I can't recommend Hawthorne Creative enough! Madison and her team are worth every penny and then some. She is definitely the person you want on your team as you prep for your big day!

I’m not even sure where to start when talking about Madison and Hawthorne Creative. The unmatched industry expertise, the sincere and professional team, and the perfect right hand for any bride. I planned most of my wedding but knew that I wanted help with the final details and the run of show. Madison was always on my radar from the time I booked my venue and I knew I needed her on my team. Not only was Madison organized and knowledgeable but her sweet, bubbly personality kept me in the right headspace from start to finish. Another critical piece of the Hawthorne team is Jasmine. I will never forget sitting with her in the bridal suite before walking down the aisle and just chatting like we were BFFs. My nerves were at an all time high and she probably doesn’t even know how much that meant to me. I seriously love these girls and would recommend them over and over again. I can honestly say they were the cherry on top, and the glue that brought my day together!

I was not one of those people who doubted the need for a coordinator for a wedding, however I am still blown away at how amazing and helpful Madison and her team was throughout my whole wedding process and the day of. I would go as far to say that she was the most important vendor of my day. There is not a thing I could have ask more of from her and Hawthorne Creative was literal excellence on our wedding day. This company is passionate, hard working, and simply amazing at what they do. Madison created a very detailed timeline for me, attended my rehearsal, decorated my reception space, attended to me the day of the wedding, basically hosted my wedding, and then stayed to break everything down packed away into boxes for us to simply carry out the next day. That peace of mind on my wedding day and leading up to was the difference between a good wedding and the best wedding that I could ever dream of. She helped pass out cake & food (which is something I didn’t plan for- but was SO helpful), she made the whole day stress-free (I mean come on, ALL brides need this in their life), & she was diligent in her work and did everything I asked (she’s a trooper) 😉 We are so thankful for her & all she did. We have wonderful memories to look back on & we can’t thank her enough for all of the hard work she put in to making our big day so special! Madison was our wedding coordinator for our wedding and she did a marvelous job making sure our day went by so smoothly! She did all of the behind the scenes work to make it happen and I couldn't be more grateful for her! Madison helped to plan, as well as coordinate my entire wedding. I can’t say enough great things about her. She helped remind me of every tiny detail I might have been missing, kept me on track with dates and deadlines and kept me organized. When it came time for the rehearsal and wedding she truly worked her magic. We had a seamless rehearsal dinner (where she managed to corral a bunch of loud, crazy men). The day of the wedding Madison made sure every detail was in place, we were on time, and everything ran just like it should have. We were truly blessed to have Madison in charge. Our day would not have been what it was without her!
